Boy, I tell you, I wish somebody else was here in my place. Boy, I tell you what, it's blowing! Hallelujah! Glory to God! Amen! I tell you, it's a blessing. God show up like that, do something for us. Amen! He gave an Indian a shout, now it's on. Amen. They told an Indian one time, they said, what did you think about that message? He said, oh, sure, a lot of thunder, but no rain. You're getting some rain tonight, amen? God move, amen. I'll take your Bibles for a few minutes. Turn to chapter 7 of 2 Kings. 2 Kings chapter 7. The Bible says, verse 1, Then Elisha said, Hear ye the word of the Lord? Thus saith the Lord, Tomorrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel in the gate of Samaria. Then the Lord, on whose hand the king leaned, answered the men of God and said, Behold, if the Lord would make windows in heaven, Might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof. And there were four leprous men entering in at the gate, and they said one to another, Why sit we here till we die? If we say we will enter into the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there. And if we sit still here, we die also. Now therefore come and let us fall unto the hosts of the Syrians. If they save us alive, we shall live. And if they kill us, we shall but die. And they rose up in the twilight to go into the camp of the Syrians. And when they were come to the outermost part of the camp of Syria, behold, there was no man there. For the Lord had made the hosts of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even a noise of a great host. And they said one to another, Lo, the king of Israel hath hired against us the king of the Hittites and the kings of the Egyptians to come upon us. Wherefore they arose and fled in the twilight, and left their tents, and their horses, and their asses, even the camps as it was, and fled for their life. And when these lepers came to the uttermost part of the camp, they went into one tent, and did eat, and drink, and carried thence silver, and gold, and raiment, and went, and hid it. And came again, and entered into another tent, and carried thence also, and went, and hid it. Then they said one to another, We do not well. This day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace, if we tarry till the morning light, some mischief will come upon us. Now therefore come, that we may go and tell the king's household." So they came and called unto the porter of the city, and they told him, saying, We came to the camp of the Syrians, and behold, there was no man there, neither voice of man, but horses tied, and asses tied, and the tents as they were. And he called to the porters, and they told it to the king's house within. I'm going to stop reading there. Let's go to the Lord in prayer. Father, we thank You tonight, Lord, Lord, we just experienced, Lord, a movement of God tonight, Lord. God, we don't want to quench anything here tonight, Lord, but you know, God, it's hard for a man of God to stand here and be able to say something, Lord. God, Lord, bless my heart, Lord, just what you've done down to my soul. Lord, I thank you, God, for stirring my heart and stirring my soul. God, in helping me tonight. Lord, in reminding me, Lord. God, what a precious Savior we got. What a wonderful God to come down, Lord, just to visit men. What is men that aren't mindful of us? Lord, what are we, Lord? God, that you should take time out to come and just visit us in an unusual way. But Lord, we benefit from it, and we thank You for that. We ask You now, Lord God, just to help me for a few moments. I pray, God, that You bless our time together. Thank You, Lord, for Your goodness. Thank You for Your mercy. Thank You, Lord God, for the movement of the Holy Spirit tonight. And I pray, God, that You continue, Lord, just to smile upon us. Have Your way, Lord. In Jesus' name, Amen. I just want to preach a little bit on this thought here, motivation to move on. One of the things that I notice here is that God's promise, you know, it would be plenty by tomorrow around this time. That's what God told these people. But back in chapter number 6, verse 24, they're paying big money. I guess about 80 pieces of silver for not much of anything. I don't know, as much as the Indians are poor, I've never seen one eat a mule head. I've never seen them take dove manure. We're doing pretty good, amen? But I'll tell you, the Bible says they were surrounded, no one could go out except the birds. And the birds would go out, eat seed, whatever, they'd come back. And they would dump off whatever they ate, and the people would go and buy it. And it got worse. That's not the worst of it. In chapter number 6, we're told that a couple of women came to the king and told him that one of them said, you know, we've made a covenant. This woman, we ate my baby yesterday, and today she was supposed to offer her baby up, but she lied, she hid it, and we're in trouble. The Bible says the king went and stripped himself. And I got to thinking about it, how bad it is today also in America. If we got to that place where, you know, we got more respect for these ragheads that come across the country. And, you know, people are afraid to offend them. I mean, you got people who stand in the street corner and preach the Word of God, and you got people that are mooning them, and people are spitting on them, and the women are bearing their breasts to these men. And nobody stands up for the men of God. Nobody says that's wicked, but I'll tell you, you go ahead and just call that Muslim a raghead or a camel jockey, and the first thing you know, somebody's rights have been violated. I'll tell you, it's going to get worse, folks. We live in a country where things is wrong. What used to be right is wrong. You know, all these people, the anti-American, bless God, you don't like America, get on out of here. Amen? Listen, we like it just the way it is. We like what God's doing in this country. I'm saying to you folks, that homosexual crowd, I don't think that's too nice of a word for them. We ought to just call them what they are. We ought to just call them faggots and queers and that. Amen. Let's tell them what they are. Amen. You know, this is what God hates. Man, I tell you folks, we got living to come. But you know what? Tonight, when God's doing something here tonight, you know, some of you, you're just like these lepers. You're still caught in between. You don't want to go out here to this army. They're happy over there. They're eating. They're enjoying everything. But then there's that crowd over here. They're sitting inside the city, which proceeds, you know, the lepers are kind of caught in between. See, some of you, you're over here. You're kind of hanging out with the sad group, and you're not sure what you're going to do. All the excitement's over here, and it kind of got you nervous tonight. Amen. And God started doing something tonight, and I'm saying to you folks, we live in a country where we got so used to all the wicked stuff, and all the bad activity goes on, and God don't thrill us no more. The Word of God don't stir us no more. Something from the Word of God don't encourage us no more. I'll tell you, that's why these preachers got to plow. I mean, they got to plow. I don't know how much you know about plowing, but when you plow, I mean, you put that plow in years ago. My dad, in early spring, would put that plow in, and he'd throw that dirt out. And I'm telling you, when he'd turn that dirt over, worms and snakes and rats and everything come out of there. I'll tell you folks, some of you brought some junk here, and I'll tell you what, folks, when God started moving there, God needs to put that plow in and plow out some stuff out of your life, amen, so God can move in and do something for you this week. We need God's plow, amen. I'm saying to you folks, these folks were sitting there, and I'll tell you folks, it is just as crazy as America today. I mean, America has just got so turned around today. Folks, I'm just ashamed sometimes. I was talking to a Navajo guy. He was up in Alaska building that pipeline. And he said that, you know, the people up there were saying how great the Navajo Nation was. And they said, well, I would give to go live on the Navajo Nation. And the Navajo guy told the Alaskan, he said, don't tell nobody this, but he said, you don't want to move there, amen? He said, there were bad people down there, amen? And I thought, well, that's so true about America. When America's mentioned, it's always seem to be the negative anymore. Where's God's people? Where's the testimony of God's people? A Bible, hey, listen, our anthem still says, God shed His grace on thee. He not but shed His grace on thee. We ought to be shouting her out. We ought to be thanking God for His goodness. I mean, these men were close enough to the city where they probably saw the stench, they probably saw the starvation, they saw... You know what? Listen, folks, I wouldn't want to be caught right in the middle like these guys. Listen, when you're not saved, I don't care. Where you're from, God, it changed your life. You know what happened? Hey, you can't go back to that old place anymore. You can't go and hang out with the old crowd no more. That's not the same. Hey, yeah, there's the same honky-tonk, and the same rough crowd, and the same cussing crowd, but I'll tell you what, what's different about it is you. Amen. You don't fit in there no more. Stop thinking like that. Stop walking like that. Start walking like God's people. I'm saying, folks, we get close enough to that, listen, pretty soon, you know, that new life don't mean nothing to us. Listen, the pleasures are not the same no more over there. Oh, the crowd, you know, they're never going to accept you. I'll tell you, you talk about Peter being out of place. That day when he denied the Lord Jesus, the Bible says that he got over there with that crowd around the devil's trier, and he started cussing when the woman said, you're the one, he said, by voice of Moranthi. And that woman caught him right there. Amen. I mean, Peter's so sad that he can't even cuss right. Amen. I mean, they knew it when he was cussing. You Christians, when you get out there, you can't cuss. When you say something, you go up and you say, oh shoot. They know, you know, that you can't cuss right. Amen. You belong to that crowd. They say, he's the one of them that's called the lonely Galilean. Thank God it's that way. Thank God some things do make a difference in our life. Hey, I'm thankful for that. Amen. I'll tell you folks, listen, just stay in church. This is something you deny. Say, I don't know what all this hoorah's about. I don't know what all this excitement's about. Hey, listen, you're sitting there sourpussed. You're miserable. I want to tell you, that's no excuse to leave church. Just go ahead and stay miserable until God gets ahold of you and God gets through your details and we start shouting. Amen. I'm telling you, folks, these leprous men, you see, they're a type of save, folks. I want to tell you about all they were was save. I mean, listen, that's how some people are. You know, all they are is save. They can't enjoy nothing. They can't get excited about nothing. Listen, at my church, man, when I start coming to this camp meeting, I told the oldest lady in our church, I come home and I come unglued to poop, and she said, what is wrong with you? And I told her, I said, everything's right with me. It's you that's wrong. And for the next three weeks of sermons, I tried to tell him what it was, Brother Jack, and it didn't work so good. But then she said, well, we'll just wait. The following year, boy, she packed up, made this trip. She come out here, and I'll tell you, she got home shouting. She's the first one who gave her testimony. You know what she said? She said this, I went to Doryland Baptist Church. She said, I sat in that crowd, and she said, I thought pretty good. I've been a Christian for over 20 years. I thought I was doing pretty good. She said, I sat there, and she said, my faith was like this. She said, people's faith was like that. She said, man, she said, where have I been? She said, brother, not long. She said, I don't care if I'm miserable. I don't care if I'm sick. I don't care if I don't feel good. She said, I'm not going to let the devil know. I'm going to put a smile on my face. And every time I go to church, I'm going to act like and I'm going to do like I enjoy it. Amen. So far, she's been doing pretty good. We need some people like that. Amen. Don't just be saved. Amen. You know what Paul said, Paul going through all that trouble, all the problems that he's got, and you know what he says? He says, but none of these things move me. Neither count my life I dear unto myself. But he said, but I may finish my course with joy. You know what he said? He said, I've got some good motivations to keep on moving. You know these men here, God had to motivate them somewhere. Amen? I believe these lepers were pretty miserable. I mean, you can't get any worse than that when you go to shake somebody's hand. Part of it's still in his hand. I mean, it gets pretty bad when you go to blow your nose and you know half of it's blown off. I'm telling you, it's getting pretty bad, but I'll tell you what. I'm glad one of them lepers wasn't staying miserable. I'm glad he got upset. I'm fooey on this stuff. I'm tired of low living. Listen, I'll take my chance with that happy crowd over there. I'll take my chance. Those guys are just downright excited over there. I'm going to see what the excitement's about. It might cost me my life, but at least I'll die happy. Amen. I want some people to not say, I want to die happy. I want to die excited about God. Amen. Listen, people back home say, that old brother Calvin, he's always excited. I said, listen, God put electric in me and just charged me up. Don't you unplug me. Let me die happy. We need some people to not get plugged into that power source. Amen. I'm telling you folks, these lepers came, and I tell you, you know, the thing that blessed my heart was that, you know, that this man, he got up and he said, you know, I'm going to take my chance with the enemy. Amen. Listen, I want to just give you three things, you know, right here, things that you need to be aware of. Number one, you know, if you're ever going to be able to motivate to go on for the Lord, you're going to have to beware of not listening to the man of God. It was the men of God that showed up, and this old turkey said, well, if God would open up the windows of heaven, shall these things be. We got it better than him. We got a King James 5. Tell God, open the windows of heaven. In Genesis chapter number 6. He opened it up and flooded this whole world. Then the next time he opened it up, he opened up Malachi chapter 3, and he said, you know, I'll pour you out a blessing. We got it on him, and man, he don't even believe it. But us folks tonight here probably don't believe it. I mean, God's got a window for you. He'll pour out on you if you'll just believe in Him. That's His promise to us tonight. And I'm saying, folks, that this guy, he said, you know, I don't believe that God's going to do what you're saying. You know what his problem was? He didn't believe the man of God. So the man of God says, you'll see it, but you'll never partake of it. What does that mean? We got people here, probably see what's going on tonight, you might not partake of it this week. Amen? You're going to rob yourself. We had our best camp meeting this year at our home church. You know, the best camp meeting on the reservation. I tell you, one of those brothers came to me, and he said, brother, on Friday night, I almost shouted. I said, hey, get away from me. We're still shouting. I said, you didn't shout then. You're not going to start now. Amen? But some folks are like that. Some of you in here. Amen? I mean, leprosy doesn't got a hold of you. Amen? You can't do nothing. You're afraid your fingers will fall off if you raise your hand. You're afraid if you shout, you might blow your nose out. Your teeth might fall out. Amen? I'll tell you what, folks, we need some people to get downright happy about the Lord. Amen? I'll tell you, folks, we need some people. You need to be aware of not listening to the man of God. Number two, you need to be aware of loafing with the crowd. That's not the right crowd. I mean, these folks here, they kind of halt between two opinions. You know that 20% and 80% rule? 20% of the church people are the ones doing something. The 80% on this side are just wishing. They are just wondering. They are just hoping something would happen. And they're just coasting along. But, you know, every time something gets, you know, bumped out of shape, they say, well, we should have done this. We should have done that. But I'll tell you that 20% rule works for us in our church. I believe we've got certain people in our church that's doing something. Thank God for the 20%. Thank God for the people that are willing to work for God. Amen? Hey, it's easy to loaf, but it takes work and labor. Amen? That's how things get done. Thank God for that. Number three, I want to say, beware of lusting to please the flesh. You know what they said? They said, we do not will. You know, they say, hey, the days are dead, glad tidings, and here we are, we're pigging out. Amen. How many of you actually made an effort to invite somebody? As good as it's getting. There should be more hands up. Amen. Man, I don't want all this by myself. See, a lot of us, you know, I'm talking about the flesh, by the way, you know, it's hard, you know. And it can't be any sometime. It might not be a person hindering. It might be that stuff in the back that's keeping this meeting from going. You ever thought about that? I mean, on one hand, we want God to show up. On the other hand, we just want our head and mouth to feed us. Amen? Amen. I'm not preaching against the... Hey, it's good food. But I'm going to tell you what, folks, you ought to be careful that let your moderation be made known. I mean, to all men, you know, if we really want God to show up, find you a place out here and get a hold of God and say, God, we're not going to do anything until you move, do something for us. We need you more than food. We need you more than water. We need you more than air conditioner. We need you more than this people's health. We need you to show up. I'm telling you folks, we need that because we need to be aware. Listen, I don't care how saved you are. Your flesh, tell Jesus comes. Wilson Calvin's flesh, it be flesh, tell the Lord comes. That's why we need to keep that thing in check. We need to tell that flesh, damn! We need to say, you can't ruin yourself. He will. He'll come up on us. I'm saying to you tonight, folks, that we need to beware of lusting to please the flesh. That's what they did. They saw all that stuff, all the spoils, and they ran over there. In verse number 8, it says, when the lepers came to the outermost part of the camp, they went into one tent and did eat and drink, and carried silver and gold and raiment, and went and hid, and came again to another tent. It wasn't one, it wasn't enough. They just kept going. You know how that flesh works. It was never satisfied. He'll never quit. He'll just keep right on going. And that's what was going on. But I'm saying to you tonight, folks, these men, I'm glad that, you know, they got things right. The Bible talks about what happened to these men. I want to say a few things about it real quick. But, you know, as soon as these men got to that place where they saw that the best chance they had of surviving was they left that wall and they went over here to the enemy. And you know what, just as soon as they left, God ran the enemy off. You know what, a lot of you, you won't make a move, you won't take a step towards God and what God has for you because you're afraid of what's over there. But I'll tell you what, on the authority of God's Word, the Bible says that these lepers left at twilight. And the Bible said, two verses down, at twilight, God done run the enemy off. They got there and they got nothing but spoil. Ain't God good? I'm telling you, listen, God will always move upon a burden. God will always move when we move. Did He not say, draw nines, draw nines to Me and I'll draw nines to you? Did He say that? Yes, He did. He said, you make that move, big boy, and I'll come moving on you. I'll help you. I'll be there for you. You just come and trust in Me. You know what we need tonight, I guess a bunch of us, just to raise the white flag. And just say, God, I'm not going to do it my way. My way stinks. My way is not right. I want to do it Your way. And just tell God to have it His way. Amen. You know, I think about that, you know. When I got saved, I was so glad when the Lord saved me. And the Lord put me in the ministry and all this. But you know, I find several times in my life that I backed up, that I didn't want to do something that God told me to do. But you know what I find? Whenever I stopped and surrendered to raise the white flag, God was always there. You know what, it's really not that bad, amen? Just go and follow the Lord, amen? I'm telling you, let me give you four things real quick about motivation. First of all, number one, I want to say that, you know what will keep you moving forward for the Lord? Consistency in service. Just stay consistent for the Lord. In Philippians chapter number 3, the Bible says this right here, verse number 13. If you'll read it with me, it says, brethren, I count not myself to apprehend it, but that this one thing I do, it says, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forth into those things which are before. I like that. Amen. It goes on to say, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. You know what we need tonight, folks? We need some folks tonight just to say, I'm just going to get consistent. I'm going to get tired of this hit and miss, and I'm going to just get in this thing. I'm going to be consistent. I mean, I'm going to get in here and I'm going to establish my priorities. The Bible says, Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, then all these things shall be added unto you. You know, if you just get consistent about some things in your life, I believe God will do something. You know, God didn't even do anything until these guys moved from the wall. God would have done a lot of things for them, but part of it they had to do. They had to step away from the wall and show some faith. And I tell you, when they moved out, God can do the extraordinary with the ordinary. God could take a little boy and take five loaves of bread, two small fishes, and feed a multitude. Certainly He can use you. I mean, I could see that boy, you know, the disciples were hesitant, but that day when that boy went down there, and Jesus took his lunch, and you know, it was Andrew that said, hey, there's a little boy with a lunch, and thank God for soul winners. Thank God for men when they're busy, when other people are busy doing something. He's over there hunting up souls, and he ran into that boy, and that boy said, I got a lunch, and maybe the mama said, don't ever give your lunch away. Don't ever let nobody take your lunch. And Jesus come by and gave that lunch to him. And I'll tell you, when the whole thing was over, it fed to 5,000 men and probably 21,000 people. Bible say it had 12 baskets left over. I'm sure Jesus said, all right, you disciples, one basket for each of you to carry home for the boy. Amen. The boy is the one that got the blessing. The boy was the one that went home shouting. Why? Because God uses the ordinary to accomplish extraordinary feats. Hey, listen, you say, I'm nobody. You're a perfect candidate. Amen. Hey, listen, you say, I'm not much. Hey, you're all God needs. Amen. God will use you. Hey, God fill you with His Spirit. There's nothing that you and I could ever be able to accomplish. All the things we could do if we could get filled with God's goodness and God's Spirit. And do accomplish something for the Lord. I'm saying to you folks, that's exactly what this Bible is talking about right here, folks. I'm telling, listen, I'm telling the king's household about the Lord Jesus Christ. You know, back in 1983, when God called me to preach, you know, I had been in the union. I was a union carpenter. And I had been in a carpentry union, and I was teaching night class on Monday and Wednesday and Friday night, three hours a night. I was teaching other people how to be carpenters. And you know, then I got saved. Amen? And I got saved, and all of a sudden, teaching carpentry didn't mean nothing no more. All of a sudden, now driving them nails wasn't my priority no more. All I wanted to do was follow that preacher around. All I wanted to do was read that Bible. All I wanted to do was go to church. Amen? Listen, I got so churchy, even now, my ladies meeting, I show up at the ladies meeting. And this year, I only missed one, and the women said, where's the pastor? You see, he's not here at our meeting. Amen? And I'll tell you, I actually got missed, amen? Hey, listen, there's not much that I miss at church, because that started a long time ago. Listen, when I set that priority down, I said, I'm through with carpentry. I'm through with all this shit. Hey, God, You've got my heart. I'm going to be sold out to You as much as I know how. I'm going to make myself available. I'm going to do what I can. I'm going to move away from that wall. I don't know what's ahead, but, Lord, You've been there already. I'm going to trust You. Listen, the devil will tell you, well, you got saved, but it ain't really that good. The devil will try to snuff that thing out. You know, the devil's a liar. Amen. Let me tell you something, when God calls a man, He gives him the ability to do the things that God wants him to do. Listen, I wanted to hang around all the places where God's people were, and boy, I was just so excited about that. Amen. Listen, I'm telling you, folks, I like that. Amen. Not only that, but number two, the conviction for separation. I'm telling you, if you're going to move on, you're going to have some motivation. You're going to have to have some conviction about separation. And preachers already preached last night about separation. Listen, God's separation, folks, is not to spoil your Christianity. It's to strengthen your Christianity. It's to help you to live so that you can be useful for God. Paul said, in Romans chapter 1, our Paul, a servant, separated unto the gospel. If you stay separated unto the things of God, separation from the world won't be a problem. A lot of people got problems with that, and a lot of people that preach separate only preach the negative part. The only priest said, you know, wherefore come out from among them, be you separate, saith the Lord. Now I know that's true. I know there's a time in your life when you need to get away from that. But folks, I'm telling you, when the Holy Spirit of God's living in your life and He's working in your life, you ought to allow Him to show you what's right, what's wrong. And when you start separating yourself unto the things of God, that separation from the world don't bother you no more. Amen. Listen, when I got saved, before I got saved, I went in the military. A sheriff showed up. The USBIA officer showed up. They uncuffed me, and they put me before the military service. 1973, they made me, my mom and my dad signed a paper telling them that I made sure I caught that bus to Fort Ord, California. And I'll tell you, I had to be forced to go in the military. And when I went in the military, I came out. Listen, a few years later, I got shaved. One day, the sheriff came by. He eyeballed me. He said, oh, that's old boy that we sent off to the, you know, to the military. He's already back. He eyeballed. He didn't trust me. But I'll tell you what, I had peace in my heart. I didn't even fear Him. I mean, I'd drive by Him, roll my window down, just smile at the shirt. He couldn't find nothing on me. I'll tell you, God had done a work on me, transformed my life. I wasn't even afraid of the law no more. Amen! I'll tell you what, folks, that's called surrendering your life, getting separated from the world. The world won't bother you if you keep your heart right. And I want to say, Paul said, you know, Romans chapter 9, he said, My heart's broke for the loss. Romans 10, he said this, he said, Brethren, my heart's desire is that my people of Israel will be saved. He had compassion for sinners. You realize when we come 26 hours and We got beat by the newbies. I call them newbies. First time camp meeting attenders. They asked me, they said, Brother Calvin, where is, where is Glory Land Baptist? So I tried my best to show her the map. She said, OK, I think we can find it. Guess they found it Sunday afternoon. They come pulling in here. Amen. And they said, what took you guys so long? But you know what? I got a blessing out of them because, you know, these ladies, this is the first time here. And it blessed my heart because, you know, there's a whole lot of things behind what happened to these people's lives. For example, one of them ladies there, you know, she came to my house last week, first time after she'd been in and out of church trying to get victory over her drinking, over all this mess. And last week, the first time she came to my house, she sat down and she gave her testimony. And I wept. It stirred my heart. That woman had been through more stuff. I'll tell you, all the stuff she went through, if I had gone through it, I'd have committed suicide a long time ago. But I'll tell you, she just told that tears run to her eyes. She said, this time, preacher, she said, it's real. She said, I know it's real. It's nothing I did, but God did it. And she said, for almost 40 days now, she said, I've been dry. She said, the only other time I've been dry, she said, was when I got incarcerated. But she said, the only reason why I didn't stay dry was somebody snuck it in. But this time, she said, I'm around it. She said, my uncle came up and looked right in my face, because he looked at me and said, oh, he came right up. And he went, smell me. Before he said anything, he said, are you all right? And she said, yes, I'm sober. And guess what? I'm going to Gloryland Baptist Church Camp Meeting with the church folks. And you know what? You know what? You know what? This is what she said. She said, I found out that Calvary Baptist Church, the only people that cared. My uncle didn't care. That church doesn't care. My uncle's a Nazarene priest. He don't care. Calvary Baptist Church cares. He said, you know, preacher, this woman here never gave up on me. Never gave up on me. I've been drunk. And she said, she come over and bring groceries. And the next time, you know, I cuss her out, leave me alone! Get out of here! Here she comes again. Bring me clothes. Compassion for sinners. Oh, we know all that stuff. But how many of us, we're doing it? We know it, but you know what we're doing? We're sitting at the wall. Oh, we know how to do that. Yeah, we're just sitting at the wall. What you need to do is you need to move away from the wall. He's God. He's work. You need to move away. And then I want to say, to move along, to be motivated, you need to have confidence in the Savior. Confidence in the one who's worthy. The one who started all this. Amen. I never thought in my mind that I would be up here preaching a bunch of white faces. Amen. I never thought that. And on top of that, that the Lord pay the bills, pay the gas bill. I told these guys, I said, listen, if you guys run out short on money on gas, he said, let me know. I said, my father, give me some. And one of the ladies said, your father, I thought your father was dead. The other one, dummy. The one that never dies. Amen. Amen. I'll tell you folks, we got a Father that supplies all our needs according to riches and glory. We ought to have confidence in a Father. We ought to trust Him tonight. We ought to just say, thank God I got a Father that loves me and cares for me, amen? The Bible says, for in Him dwelleth all that God hath bodily, and you are in Him. Amen. Thank God I am in Him. Amen. Listen, I'll tell you, this is the Father that takes care of you in the worst times. Here's the lepers, they're having a hard time, but yet God still showed up. God still delivered them. God still provided for them. In the midst of all that, it seemed like God always shows up at those times. You take those three Hebrew children, they went in, and Daniel chapter 3 verse 17 says, one of them says, King, we're not so careful to answer you in this matter. He said, our God is able to deliver us out of a fiery furnace. But they said, don't you mistake it for one minute. He said, but if not, we're still not going to bow to you. I'll tell you what, folks, our God is if not. not God. Amen. I tell you folks, you Navajos, you need to remember this. The God of the Navajo, they can only do certain things for them, this and that, and they got to wake him up. They got to put him to bed. They got to feed him and all that stuff. I got news for you. My God does that for me. He got to take care of Hey man, I'm telling you first, I got a call tonight that you pour exceedingly above all that I ever expect or think. Hey, I'm talking about confidence in the Father. Hey, Lord, I thank you for the mess that you've sent me out of. Oh, thank you, Lord, for putting my whole back together. Oh, thank you, Lord, for just allowing me to serve you. Oh, thank you, Lord, for giving me the ability to preach. God, thank you for putting your Spirit in me so I can live pleasing to you. I'll tell you, folks, He's worthy tonight to just praise and glorify. I'll tell you, folks, what a God we have. Listen, I'll tell you, it feels great. Amen? They were singing. They were singing. How does it feel? I want to say it feels great. Amen? Do you feel what the power of the Holy Spirit? It feels great! Amen! I'm saying to you tonight, folks, what will keep you moving, what will keep you going in these great trials, these great afflictions, is your motivation to just have confidence in the Father. Amen. Listen, that outweighs anything. It'll overcome anything. Listen, every time I come this way, we always got some kind of trial. You know, it's got to be worth it. Try that. If we don't get it, I don't know if it's right for us to come. But we get them every year. This time, Brother Mark got a flat tire. I told Brother Mark, I said, that made you officially an Indian. Because we got one that has a broke fan belt. We got one that's got a squealing, you know, that puller. And then Mark got a flat and I said, I was shouting it out. Amen, Mark got a flat. Amen. Officially he's Indian now. Amen. Something. You know what? We're just turning to a good time. Because we have confidence in the Father. He'll see us here. He'll see us back. One of these days, this thing's over. He'll see us up there. Amen. Praise His name. Praise His name. Father, we thank you tonight for the goodness of God. We thank You, Lord, for helping us, God, and encouraging us along the way. Lord, ain't nobody like You. God, we just lift up Your name tonight. I just want to say again, Lord, how great and wonderful You are to us. We're so unworthy, but God, what You're doing, we're enjoying it. We thank You for that. We ask now, God, just to bless our time, Lord, and to move in the midst of us. Help us, Lord, God, that we might submit ourselves to You. Surrender ourselves. Have Your way in our life, Lord, in Jesus' name. Amen.
