Electronics is gonna, I was charging it, now it's gonna do an update, so that's great. But Proverbs 2, that's awesome. At least it's not Windows, so it shouldn't take very long. We've been through Proverbs 1, and now we're onto Proverbs 2, and we're gonna see the intensity here a little bit, and some of the passion behind, I think, why we have the Proverbs that have survived and come down to us. because he wrote so many more. Also we have this little nugget of truth about these sections of Proverbs chapter one. Let me see, I got one more page to flip back to. There it came up. Proverbs chapter one, actually and chapter two has kind of been quartered off and sectioned into what's called the paths of wisdom. we're to seek wisdom, and the wisdom leads to the Lord, that's for sure, the fear of the Lord's beginning of wisdom is gonna point to him. But chapter two is gonna talk about the protect, how he protects, wisdom protects our path, you know, this wisdom path that we're on, that if we take and seek wisdom, it's going to protect our path. And chapter three is gonna tell us how wisdom directs our path. So not only is our path protected, but now it's gonna be directed, And then chapter four, how it perfects our path that's going to then make us even better. So what do I mean by path? Our life, your way of life, how we live. Wisdom will help protect your life. Wisdom will help direct your life. Wisdom will perfect your life and make you better. And so wisdom is for all that. It protects how we live. It protects how we go, our way of life and the way we're going to behave. Got we're gonna be ordained and funneled into God's way to be more like him to follow in his steps The Bible talks about the footsteps of Jesus and makes the pathway glow We sing that but the past Bible talks about that falling in his footsteps and the song of Solomon It's like how do I find the shepherd you follow his steps, you know go go where he's going another passages talked about walking behind him following him and so I God's way is a way of righteousness by being right. He's gonna teach us how to be just and how to be good and how to live peaceable, how to have mercy and be holy and so many things that we're gonna gain by going through the Proverbs and seeking it out. This is the life that we want to have. It should be our goal that we wanna have a life that is wisdom driven and wisdom filled because ultimately, That is the goal. When we get into eternity, that's where we will be in practice righteous and holy and good and just and all those things that we struggle to try to be on the path. Now, one day we will attain all those things in perfection as we have our glorified body. So that's to be our desire. Our desire is to seek those things. Don't be fooled into thinking that everybody has that same desire. Some people don't. Some people love sin. Love it. They don't wanna give it up. It's the last thing from their mind. Why would I wanna stop doing what I wanna do? They desire it. They wake up in the morning, today's the day, I will sin. You know, what they're gonna do? They're working for the weekend. You know, everybody's living for the weekend. They wanna go and party it up. They can't give it up. They won't give it up. They don't wanna give it up. They're gonna keep living this way and they hate you for trying to impose and restrictions upon them, no matter how devious or Demented, those pleasures run. They pursue it, they run hard at it. They usually age faster. There's no self-control, they don't want self-control. Wisdom says, no, don't pursue those things. And that's what Solomon's trying to instruct into his son here early. Chapter one, we talked about him putting it up, serving it up on a soft pitch, on a tea or something like that. Like, don't go after the murder, wicked, violent people, you know, robbing everybody. Let's go for some righteous things. And so here he's kind of continuing on that path. Trying to give him a direction, trying to help him. So apply self-control, that would be it. That's a part of wisdom. To deny sin and to desire righteousness. Solomon is trying to instill that into his son. Because we'll notice that in chapter one we had a portion where he addressed his son. About verse 10, chapter two starts out, my son. Chapter three, my son. So we hear that as a common phrase. Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines, which is still, you can't wrap your head around. But the Bible only mentions one son, Rehoboam. I'm not gonna spoil it yet, telling you about him. But you can kind of sense his urgency. It's a father's job to instruct, especially the spiritual part, and the spiritual things to their family. Moms do too, I'm not saying it's not, it's a couple's thing, but something about the man's job, he's put it down to that. It's one of the things I'm most grateful for about Cornerstone Church, is the spiritual desire and the spiritual leadership of men in this church. When the boys were aging up, as our youth group and our children's program changes, it goes from having a whole bunch down to a few, down to this, and then they're teenagers, and they're all this age, they're all that age, and now we have a bunch that are younger and working their way up. So you get seven or eight or nine, you listen to your mom all day long, you listen to your teacher all day long, you know, all that. So we asked for some men to step up and to teach in that age group, and we got four. Someone who was in our church this weekend said, I noticed you have men who sign up to do things in your church. I'm like, yeah. They mow, they teach, they do all the different pulpit supply. You know how rare that is? Like no, I'm spoiled. I'm used to it. God's given me a group of men and families that we talk about spiritual things. It's not just about, we talk about fun things too, but we have that. That's a praise to God for who he is and what he's done. Godly men make a difference. They always have. They always will. So let's not be shy about being godly men. I think it also helps us that we have manly godly men. We have that, I think that's way more appealing to everyone. So you wanna be a change agent? I think a lot of men have that. What would I be like in a war? What would I be like in this? What was the revolution? What would I do? Now's our time, today's our day, to be that change agent, to make a difference. And how do we do it? By being godly, by doing. the things like teaching in Sunday school, or standing up and working in the different jobs and the positions that we have, that have passions and things put upon your heart. I wanna help the homeless, I wanna help the homeless down there in Columbus, or I wanna help in these things, I wanna do that, I desire to build this, and all whatever the different things is that we try to engage in and try to encourage you to engage in that we'll come alongside and support. I'm excited about what Angel's talking about, to do that and to be able to make that difference and do it in a godly way. So Proverbs 2, read it. with some of those things in mind. He's addressing his son, how it's advised to protect our path, to protect our life, is what he's telling us. So if you think of that, these are words to protect your life. As a father, that's what you tell your kids. You sit them down and you're like, you don't run in the street. You listen and obey your parents. I remember hearing a story, it was after the Lindbergh baby, I don't know, I'm weird, I read old news, but there's a whole big thing where Charles Lindbergh, his son was kidnapped and it became a big deal because he was, at the time, the most famous person. He was basically Elon Musk or Neil Armstrong because he'd flown across an ocean. Who knew that? It was the science and the technology of the day. He became this big thing. They kidnapped his son. and how people then went about to try to teach and instruct their children because it was kind of a renegade time, how things were going. And I remember hearing of a child that was playing out by the street and a car was coming, the door opened up and a guy was leaning out and the parents on the porch said, Jimmy, come up on the porch. And the kid quit and came up on the porch. If he'd have delayed a second, he'd have been kidnapped and gone. It was in the area these things were happening. The obedience, the obedience of a child listening to a parent because the structure was there and how it helped them. It's life to honor your father and mother and to listen when they tell you and not be like, why, I'm having fun. It would have cost him his life to have that. This is to protect our life. Think of it as that, as a father telling their child, this is life. You don't ever go by the water by yourself. All these things that run as a parent that terrify you that you would find out. Verse one. Proverbs 2, my son, if thou will receive my words and hide my commandments with thee, so that thou incline thy ear unto wisdom and apply thine heart to understanding, yea, if thou cryest after knowledge and liftest up my voice for understanding, if thou seekest her as silver and searchest for her as a hid treasure, then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. We're gonna chew on those first five verses. Verse one says, receive it. If son, if thou will receive my words. You know, a parent can talk to a kid all day long, doesn't mean they listen, right? I get in trouble for that. I told you to go do this, you said yes. Oh, I wasn't listening. I was just uh-huh, uh-huh. Receive it. Hide the commandments with thee, he says. Take them and hide them. I'm telling you things, keep them on you. Keep them on your person. This is something that's vital. You wanna keep it with you. This is life-saving stuff. Verse two, he says, incline thine ear. That means listen to it. It literally means to pull your ear and get it open. I mean, that's one of the translations I read. So yeah, grab ahold of your ear like, eh? Then it says, apply your heart to understanding. That means commit yourself to it. You're gonna apply yourself, you're gonna commit yourself to it. And thought and desire and attention and effort to understand that you're gonna, it takes, it's not something that you get done unconsciously, it's something that takes conscious effort where you're going to think about it, you're gonna desire it, you're gonna try to attain it, you're going to reach after it, you're trying to get it, that is active. You are sincerely seeking it. He's trying to give his son the insight to sincerely seek after wisdom and understanding. Verse three says, cry after knowledge and wisdom. Where's them? Where are you? It's that kind of thing. It's like when our dog gets loose, we're not out there saying, Bandit, come home. No, he's like, Bandit! And do whatever. I got a hot dog! You know, whatever, trying to get him home. And I go running through the woods. And it's never a fun day. He's come back every time so far. But it's, hey, come here. Here I am. Where are you? He even goes on and says, you know, cry after it. Then it says further, lift up your voice or lift us up thy voice for understanding. Be loud about it. Don't be shy. So people know that guy's wanting to learn. That guy wants to understand. That guy's not passive in the class. He's actively trying to do it. Lucinda Hohen was telling me about her husband. Sounds like an interesting guy, but she was saying how, as he's come up through his career, how he just always, in whatever circumstances was, they said, hey, we're gonna offer training on this. He's like, I'll do it. And it got to the point where he was the only one who knew how to do certain things in certain places, and that served them well, and across the country, it moved them to all these different things, because he's always said, do my, I'll do the training, I'll take that, I'll do that course, and I'll help. And so we should be that way. Here I am, Lord, send me. That's how the prophets did it. Verse four says, if thou seekest it, seek it like silver, like a hid treasure. Hmm, how do people do that? How do men seek silver? Oak Island is a TV show, it's popular, it was popular, it's still on, it's still on, so it makes it semi-popular. It's in Nova Scotia, Canada. It's the whole story is that in 1795, this boy that was boating around this little island, it's a little island, he sees a light hanging in this tree and then something going on. So he paddles over there and goes and he sees there's some freshly dug earth and there's a hook hanging in this tree. So he's like, there's no hole here, but there's a hook and there's fresh earth. There must be something here. So he begins to dig down. And so they look about every 10 feet, they find logs crisscrossed and it keeps going, him and this guy. it turns into this treasure hunt because this is the time of pirates and everything else. So then Daniel McGinnis in 1795 does that and finds these 10-foot logs. Onslow Company from 1803 to 1805, they go down, they dig down deep enough to find out that there's booby traps in it that brings in from these side shafts floods from the ocean that flood the pit trying to stop someone to protect this treasure. So they find the flood shaft that begins to become the bane of anybody else who tries to find this treasure. They dig down, it fills full of water. It fills full of water, it's always that. There's the Touro Company from 1849 to 1851. There's the Oak Island Association from 1861 to 1864. That was the first time they had people die trying to get this treasure. Blair and the And some other guy I forgot the Oak Island treasure company from 1890 to 18 to 1930 they looked for it and that included Franklin Delano Roosevelt being part of the group, you know hunting after this treasure You got the Hedden and the Chapel two guys from that 1930 to 1950s the Dunfields from 1965 to 66 looking for it the Blankenships from 65 until 2019 over 50 years they look for it Kind of reminds me at this point Elaine asked me after I watch it. Did they find it and I'm like almost So tune in next week. The Laginas bought it and they have been in 2006 and they keep looking for it and that's when the TV show starts. So Franklin Delano Roosevelt, John Wayne at one point had helped look for it. Errol Flynn, the movie star back in the day, he had gone to help look for it. 11 seasons of Curse of Oak Island, still haven't found it. Found a lot of wood. There's some strange things that's going on, just enough to keep you interested. 230 years, they haven't found it yet. They have spent a lot of time and a lot of money and a lot of effort. That's how people seek after treasure. There's a treasure in Lima, Peru that they've never found, but they know is there. There's the Lost Dutchman Mine, if you've ever heard of that one, that people have searched for and not been able to come across. El Dorado, the story of El Dorado, you know, the Mexican Golden City and all that. The Nazi gold train of Poland, if you haven't been down that one, you know, that's a good one. There's a lot of gold out there looking for it. There's the Spanish treasure fleet that they're always looking for and that's everything that they've buried all up and down the coast and ships and everywhere, even we even had, One of the astronauts, you know, did something from space that used a big metal detector kind of from space to be able to point out his name was Cooper. And then he had a show for a while, Cooper's treasure. They went to go find those spots on the map and he did find some ships. And the King Solomon's mine that they're always searching for. Because Solomon was rich. I don't know if you know that. Solomon was rich to the point where silver was counted as gravel. They pick up a rock like that's just silver. They throw it on that, that's pretty rich, you know, when you're doing it that way. And so how about the copper scrolls? That's a good one. 1952 in the Qumran caves of the Dead Sea Scrolls, they found these copper scrolls. It's a treasure list. It has 64 locations that are given on it. And it talks about gold, silver, and treasures that were out of the temple. They're talking about tens of tons of precious metals, if this list is correct. It's the only secular writing, the only non-religious writing found in the Dead Sea Scrolls and they were made of copper to make sure that they survived. They think it was there was the plot to protect and guard the temple before its destruction in 70 A.D. that they took the second temple's immense wealth and they hid it and they had this treasure map and put into caves of Qumran before 70 A.D. I've met with a guy in Morgantown who says he's interpreted the Copper Scrolls and thinks he found it and he knows where, he claims to know where the Ark of the Covenant is. And so that's a guy in Morgantown, a legitimate expert in reading the ancient paleo-Hebrew and things interpreted in that way. I need to meet with him again. I met with him once and he's like, you've got to go back and talk to this guy some more. Nobody probably wants that to happen, but except for me. So maybe those things are too far, you know, like what about around here? Yeah, we've got plenty. There's John Dillinger's hidden caches, right? He's hidden stuff. We had a neighbor whose parents bought one of his home places, tore out every wall looking for it. The Arkenbergs, right? They're looking for John Dillinger's treasure. You know, it's in Mooresville, Cedar Lake. He hid stuff. They know he did. The Reno gang is just down south in Jackson County. The very first train robbery ever was in Indiana and they never did recover the treasure. People are still looking for the treasure from 1868. There's the Downing Brothers place. They buried a fortune on their farm, never found. There's Iris Smith and Tara Hope, buried a fortune, never found. Madison County Gold Farm, 1904. If you're gonna hide it, don't name your farm Gold Farm. No one's found it. There's the silver mine of Clark County. It's Indians all claimed to have this place. They would come and they would pay for their goods in Indiana with silver ore. But they said they were not allowed to tell the white man where they got it. They took one guy in, showed him, blindfolded him, rode him all around so he got lost, took him in there, seized the silver mine. People have been looking for it ever since, haven't found it. But it was supposed to be there. Buckner's Cave is in Monroe County. I've actually been in Buckner's Cave. We found a map when I was in high school. And unbeknownst to my parents, probably I went and crawled through a cave they didn't know about. So I'm grounded again. But it supposedly houses a Revolutionary War treasure in it. So we got plenty around here. I brought all my visuals, left them in the car. But if you're going to go gold panning in Indiana, it's in the back of my car. I got my gold pan and my nugget bucket where you have this whole process where you scoop up, you look in the right spot in the river, you pour it in there. You can go, Morton County has gold, Brown County has gold, Yellowwood has gold, Salt Creek, Muscatatuck River. We're kind of in the area where you have some gold. Southern Indiana's glacier gold, so it's small. You have to work long and hard. You go through a lot of dirt to find a little bit of dust. But it takes a bit. Men search for it, they spend money on it, time, a bunch of effort and thought, planning, expense and study to try to find it. Verse 4 says, if thou seekest her as silver and searchest for her as hid treasure, then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. Men have spent a lot of time and a lot of money and read a lot of books and wrote a lot of books and made a lot of shows and watched a lot of shows about treasure. What if we had put our time towards wisdom? They're never discouraged, they're always hopeful. The next time, the next shovel full, the next hole, it's gonna be there. And this is something that I think Solomon's trying to, especially he's talking towards his son. My dad would stir that up with me. I remember going hunting with him. We're sitting on a ridge down in Brown County. He's like, sun comes up over the edge. Has anybody else ever sat here and watched this at that time? And all of a sudden, my imagination, who cares about deer? I'm an Indian sitting there. Who all has been around it? And my imagination's going crazy. And he says, wake up. It's time to go. Oh, I didn't get a deer. I was asleep. Just that whole what if, whatever. That's why I think we go and we watch Raiders of the Lost Ark where Indiana Jones is there getting the treasure and keeps going after it again and again. We see Nicholas Cage, you know, look on the back of the Declaration of Independence with the special glasses and tracks it all down to be able to find this hoard of gold or the Goonies, you know, to get one eye Willie's treasure after he's after these things. Jack Sparrow and the Pirates of the Caribbean, Uncharted, Sahara, The Mummy, Romancing the Stone, King Solomon's Mine, The Skeleton Crew, Star Wars is one of the latest ones. Treasure, treasure behind it because people think about that. We spend a lot of time and effort and it appeals to us. And all these people, when they're doing it, they're doing it with hardships. Indiana Jones, snake, you know, his face on a tank, you know, all kinds of stuff. They tie him all up and you keep going. A lot of times, if you think about it, you're like, that guy shouldn't be able to walk. After he goes through it, oh, they endured all these setbacks. They didn't quit. They kept pursuing until they got it. You're like, fine, it's a movie. I know. That's the kind of story, and that's how a lot of people do it. They give their life up. He's trying to instill that in his son, so he's using treasure. He's using the appeal of silver. And so starting next week, we'll have a treasure hunt. I'm gonna hide a silver coin here. It's gonna be hard and difficult and you guys can search for it. And then think about how much you do and what you plan towards it. And then think about, do I do that towards scripture? That's gonna be my point. But yeah, a silver, a Morgan silver dollar from the 1800s. How's that? We're gonna hide it here and you're gonna, hopefully I make it real hard to find. And it takes Jared a couple of days, huh? Yeah. sitting there watching her go through her Bible readings every day, and she pulled out her notebook and showed me 40 times she had visited the Bible. 40 times. And to that day, you still couldn't bother her because she is listening and she's reading. That important to do it after 40 times of reading the same thing over and over. Still so important. Yep, and I think it becomes more important the older we get, all the foolish things of life begin to fall off and we begin to see like, oh, why didn't I pursue it like I pursued treasure and gold and all the other things? Because then he says you find the knowledge of God, you find him, you'll do it, you will get it. In chapter one, we learn that wisdom is available. Remember, it's in the streets. It's in the public places. It's in the government. It's in the schoolyards, the streetwise wisdom that we get. It's in all the mean streets of Franklin and Trafalgar. We can learn wisdom. God has made it readily available. He tells us that wisdom cries out. Here I am. In chapter two, we learn that not only is it readily available, but you're responsible. You have a responsibility to try to find it. He's like, I've made it. It's out there. Find it, go after it. He's not making it hard. God says, I'll freely and graciously give it to you. Seek it, pursue it, go after it. That's intriguing. Like I said, listen, incline your ear, pull it open. Apply understanding, means learn. Learn as you go. Cry out, we lift our voice, we seek it, we search, we're diligent, a diligent pursuit. Look at Matthew 7. because all this is pointing towards the ultimate wisdom is Jesus Christ. I mean, he is the answer. And so yeah, it uses the Hebrew word for it is feminine, and it's always used in a feminine way in the Old Testament, but it's ultimately personified in Jesus Christ. But Matthew 7 verse 7 says, asking it shall be given you, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you. For everyone that asketh receiveth, and he that seeketh findeth, and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. So why does God make it so hard? It's not. He tells us it's not. Ask me, I'll give it to you. Seek it, I'll make you find it. Keep knocking, yeah, I'll show you, I'll show you, I'll give it. We got a lot of responsibility on us, don't we? Look at James chapter one. James one, verse five. It says, if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God that giveth it to all men liberally. and upbraideth not, and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea, driven with the wind and tossed. I think that's usually me, wavering. I want it! Tomorrow. But if we act wisdom, ask. He's gonna give it to us liberally, more than you want. We know that with Solomon, right? Just help me to be able to have some wisdom to lead your people." I'll give you wisdom and riches and fame and everything. God's liberal. He gives us things. Shaken down, pressed full, shaken, running over. I mean, I think of that every time I go to McDonald's. I'm like, put the fudge on bottom on the sundae, on the bottom, on the top. Make it like you're making it for yourself. Or if they make you that shake, Elaine had an ant that would be like, put it on there and then push the ice cream down in it and keep it. That's the way God is. He's like that ant that's making sure you get the spoiled sundae. If you go to Miller's Ice Cream in Franklin, sometimes they were jamming in there and you have it all. You're like, yeah, it's really full. That's God's like, I got to press down, shaking, running over. There you go. He's not stingy on it. It's not like, it's half of it's all right. It's not with God. It's all the real thing. He goes, I'm going to give it to you liberally. I want to make sure you have it. Proverbs chapter two verse five again says, then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. Verse six, for the Lord giveth wisdom out of his mouth, cometh knowledge and understanding. He gives it freely. He wants you to have it. Now he starts telling us what he has done so we can get it and get at it. Verse seven, he layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous He is a buckler to them that walketh uprightly. So if we're going after it, we're trying to pursue it, and this is going to then help our life, he says, I store it up, so there's plenty, don't worry. It's not like you got there and were like, I'm all out. Don't have any more. He's like, no, I got it. He says it shields us. He's going to help us out. He's going to, in our pursuit, he's going to guard and protect and lead us. He goes, I'll shield you in your pursuit for it. I'll make sure you're safe in doing that. Verse eight, he goes on and says, he keepeth the paths of judgment and preserveth the way of the saints. He's going to guard us still even more. Not only as a shield, but he's going to guard us. He's going to preserve us. He's going to watch over us. His saints, that's us. He goes, I'm going to guard that. Verse nine. And he says, then shalt thou understand the righteousness and judgment and equity, yea, in every good path. He sees that we're all gonna get to our goal. He sees that it's equitous in that sense that it's even, even Steven, it's available for all. It's not like the Jews have a headstart or anything. He wants us to pursue it and he wants us to get it and he's gonna give it. And so he's kind of telling you up front, I've got plenty. I'm gonna give it to you. Everybody you ask, I'm gonna give it to you liberally. Pursue it. That's what he's trying to instill in his son. And so that's the kind of ramp, it's like a treasure hunt. He's kind of got his eyes all perked up and his ears leaning forward a little bit, saying, here's how you do it, like a treasure hunt, and that's how we're to do it. And that's what we're gonna do. But I've got 10 minutes, and I left 45 minutes worth of extra notes on a different topic I wanted to give tonight, but I saved it for the end. And so we'll pick up there in verse 10 in Proverbs, because it starts a whole other thing I don't have time to develop. Turn with me to Revelation 13. I just thought it'd be good to kind of go over some things going on in the world today, just so that our eyes are open and we can see what's happening, just so we're aware. What's the proverb? A man sees and God steers him to avoid trouble. So I just kind of want to do that. Revelation 13 is the classic passage where the whole thing kind of describes the Antichrist to it. Verses like one through 14, you can almost get the sense of, well, you can't get the sense of his world domination. In verse four, they worship him. They're all after him. Who is like him? Who's able to make war like him where he becomes the world leader? And verse 15, it says, he had the power to give life to the image of the beast and that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And so, and then he causes them, both small and great, rich, poor, free and bond to receive a mark in their right hand and in their foreheads, and that no man might buy or sell. Say you have that mark in the name of the beast and the number of his name. Here's wisdom, let him that understand it. Count the number of the beast, for as the number of the man is the number 600, three score and six. And so just with that as a refresher, there's new technology that's coming out. I was asking Justin about it earlier, but I went and researched it all. It's called ESL, Electronic Shelf Labeling. It's used to be implemented during surge pricing strategies in a store. So you go to Kroger, Kroger is the leader on this. If you go into Kroger and it's really crowded, it can do surge pricing. Oh, there's a lot of people in here. They're probably going to clear our shelves out, up the price on everything. So it's surge prices, you know, more people, everything costs a little bit more, you know, just because how it's working, how it's technically supposed to work, which I don't much like that. So it's called ESL, Electronic Shelf Labels, used to implement surge pricing strategies. It became a public knowledge in 2004, around August, and people were fearing that, because Kroger and other stores also have a lot of facial recognition tools, that they were going to try to pair it together with facial recognition and the pricing to use to discriminate or to charge more. Like, oh, you look like you can afford it. You look, maybe you can, it might lower the price. And so that was going to do that. And actually Elizabeth Warren and a few others were like pushing them saying, is this what you're going to do? Are you discriminating? Are you using this to force some people out of your store in there? Which made me think, Not yet, but they will. I don't see a mark. You can't buy this. It might be going that way. Kroger is the leader. They call it Edge, is the name of their system. Enhanced display for a grocer environment. In partnership with Microsoft, because you know that they're always involved, a system allows for a real-time price update and also allows for advertising. So basically, make sure if the market's going up on peaches, you just paid more for peaches in real time. because things are going up. Have you ever been that way when you're getting gas, and the guy's like, hey, hey, hey, wait, and he comes out there, and you're like, oh, he's gonna drop a nickel, and it goes up a dime. Jerk, you could've let me been pumping. But it used to be Thursdays. I remember trying to time it just right before they would raise the price. And so now it's just saying, we're gonna raise it all during the day. We're gonna keep it going, making sure we're getting the real time, which is good for the bottom dollar. They're probably in partnership with Nestle, who says that water shouldn't be a human right. It should be something that they sell to you. In line with that, the World Health Organization in May adopted the first ever WHO pandemic agreement. This is a global coordination for a global framework and collaboration to make sure that They are in charge the next time there's a pandemic. They become the leading body. They say it's to give the equity measures to make sure that everyone is available to the same access. And they are also assuring that you still have sovereignty. We can't mandate a lockdown or a vaccine requirement. You still have your local states are autonomous, they say. Then why have it? But at least they're making the recommendation. 124 nations voted for it. None voted against it. 11 abstained. The good news is, on January 20th, 2025, we withdrew from the World Health Organization, and that makes us an outlier. We didn't even participate. We don't agree with your system. We're not giving you in charge of nothing. We're an autonomous, independent nation. We don't want anything from you. But most of the world said, yeah, sign us up for global control, which is scary. But most of the world is like, America, you're the jerks. Quit being the outliers on this. We all want to be under one leader. Doesn't this make more sense? So you can kind of see the waters being treaded for that. I'm going through quickly, but wars and rumors of war, Matthew 24 section. On May 20th, 2025, there was a Ukraine attempted an assassination attempt on Vladimir Putin. He was in the Kursk region in a helicopter. They flew a drone at him to try to intercept it. I think they got the idea from whatever happened on the first of the year with the plane and the helicopter kind of colliding there. So they were trying to do that, but Russia was able to shoot down the drone and stop it. But June 1st, just a few days ago, 2025, Ukraine did a drone assault known as Operation Spiderweb, targeting multiple Russia air bases. And it was a substantial blow to Russia's strategic bomber fleet. It damaged 41 planes, various, and some Secret Service things that were there. And so how they did it was that they smuggled in 117 drones into Russia. They concealed them into truck containers, so basically a picture of the back of a semi, parked them close to their target, and then remotely launched them from Ukraine as these things were parked outside the base of Atterbury. So you're parked on 31, you park a semi off the side of the road, launch a drone swarm, and it goes in and it starts attacking these nuclear bombers, which nuclear bombers, by the world agreements, have to be out and visible so we can monitor what they're doing with them. If they take off and we say, hey, a nuclear plane flying around. We need to know. You didn't tell us why. And so they're out and they're visible. They're easy to be targeted. So it took out one third of Russia's strategic bomber fleet. which plays into its strategic role, and so that's just a part of their defenses. It's called the Nuclear Triad, which means it's a three-pronged nuclear attack. They have a land-based ICBMs, they have a submarine launch thing, which they have ballistic missiles, and then the strategic bombers that deliver the nuke bombs and the cruise missiles, that was the target. They took out, out of the three-legged stool, they took out one leg, so now they only have two. We have a triad and so we would be pretty upset if you took out one third of our defense. And the reason they have this, the whole strategy behind the triad is that it's a deterrence through redundancy. Oh, you might take out all our planes. We still have subs and we still have intercontinental ballistic missiles. Also survivability, the chances of them taking out all three at once makes it hard. And it's also, Just an incredible response. We can do a response in vast amounts in three different areas, arenas. And so we have a triad, Russia had a triad, and China has a triad. And so this has put Russia in a pretty vulnerable circumstance. And so Russia's not made an official response yet. Russia has called this their Pearl Harbor. If you wanna know what does this mean in terms of escalation, what did that mean in the United States as far as when Pearl Harbor was attacked? Russia calls this their Pearl Harbor. Putin did call Trump today. He had a 45 minute phone call with him and Putin emphasized he has to respond. What's that mean? You're like, ah, that's between Ukraine and Russia. NATO played in a big part. They didn't officially give an okay, but Biden in August of last year gave them long range missiles that can strike deep inside Russia, which makes them vulnerable. Why we didn't want missiles in Cuba, Canada or anywhere near us. The UK gave them basically carte blanche with whatever they'd give them. Use however you want. And France and Germany said the same thing. You should be able to target military bases near you. And these are all NATO nations. And NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg said that they should go after military bases across the border. So in essence, by our partnership and being part of NATO and with these guys, we gave a green light. We had Lindsey Graham just over there the day before, which, Apparently Trump says he doesn't know what they were doing. He didn't know anything about this attack before it happened. There was no warning given us before they did it, which put things in a pretty tight sense. So if you didn't know it yet or not, we've been living the last three days in the fear of a nuclear exchange happening globally. We tend to think that they would attack closer to home, maybe France or Germany or England, if it's something like that, that they determined gave them this go ahead. But so far, Russia has shown some restraint, but he also just said that they're gonna retaliate. So here's what we need to think about. Russia does not have an open border. They border 16 countries, and yet they were able to smuggle in all these drones that attacked their military base. We've had a wide open border for four years with an estimated 300,000 military age Chinese men pouring over the other large group that has a triad of a nuclear exchange. Let alone not counting the smaller countries that have sleeper cells that we've been told up to a thousand different sleeper cells from some people higher up in the government and so. Plus China has purchased large amounts of land next to military bases. which now we're making rules to say you can't do that, but that's kind of like hindsight, right? It seems a little silly. And North Dakota, 370 acres right outside of the Grand Forks Air Force Base, Wyoming, right outside the Air Force Base at Cheyenne, which houses our nuclear launch system. That's NORAD is right out of there, let alone Cheyenne Mountain, one of our biggest underground bunkers for the COG, the continuity of government going on. They have a large farm right next to it, which would be a good place to have a container full of drones. In Texas, they bought 140,000 acres next to the Laughlin Air Force Base. This is when we found out that they were surveilling us, and that's why we've had so much drone activity over military bases, if you've watched anything on that. And so they've now denied them access to the power grid, saying, okay, you have the land, you can't now develop it, and now they're trying to make it illegal to own land right next to military bases. Well, they also have it next to military bases in Florida, California, North Carolina, as well as others, which is, Our protection used to be the ocean, but now we've just opened the door and said, come in, live right next to our military bases, which is silly. Then to jump topics again, just to get them real quick, Columbia captured a UFO. If you haven't seen that one, it's this round metal ball. Has anybody seen things on that? And they've been doing all, it has no seams. They can't figure it got in. You pour water on it, it steams right off and they're studying it. It's just kind of one of those big, like, we've got it, here it is. Anybody want to tell us what it is? And everybody's kind of like, I don't know. And they got video of it flying all the way around. This guy goes and gets it. It's not very big. It's like this, but it's just kind of like a big nothing burger. And then AI, we've just warned, if you haven't seen all the warnings with Google VO3, it has better video. People actually have five fingers and they don't turn their head around backwards. And the AI is basically, if you watch some of these videos, you can't tell it's not real people in a real crowd doing real things and makes it scary. Stargate is the big Microsoft AI computer data center, which is part of the global infrastructure they're trying to build. And it takes one gigawatt of power to control this data center. And you're like, well, I don't care about a data center, except for they're building one in Monrovia. 391 acres. It's supposed to be... One of the biggest concerns they have is that it takes a significant amount of water to try to cool down this thing, and they're afraid of pollution and the reservoirs and all that over there. Just trying to cool this thing, the environmental damage that they've already done. And I think they're way farther ahead than we think. These centers require fiber optic networks as their infrastructure before they can go into place, which is going in everywhere. If you've seen orange cable and they've dug a tunnel through your yard, that's what that is. They dug up my yard last year. I asked them all about it. They didn't know what it was. They just kept saying QC, and that started me down the rabbit hole. found out that Indiana is a vital part in this whole big thing in the quantum computing. Indiana is the portal and the test site for quantum computing infrastructure. It's called Quantum Corridor, that is us, or QC. So if you notice some of these trucks have on their side QC. They'll say it's quality control or quality communications. They've got a big base just outside of Atterbury on the way into Edinburgh. But they use fiber exclusively. And they say they're putting it to help port the quantum computers. Sensing, sensing what? I don't know, probably what we're doing. Communication. They placed it in Indiana for the first secret test site. They put the fiber optic and the cables all under the toll roads when they built them. And it tied Chicago and Hammond, Indiana. And they said the why they were doing this and why they weren't the world on these networks is that it's 1,000 times faster than the traditional network. Settle down, Gerald. But they said it's, in effect, instant. It's just like, bam. It's pretty fast now, but especially for all of us that used to use dial-up. We're like, hey, I'm going to get on the internet. You start it up, go make you a bowl of cereal, come back down, ba-ding, ba-ding, ba-ding. Sit down, watch the GIF load one frame at a time. I might get something done tonight. Now we're mad if you can't watch a movie in instant time. It's slowing down. They say it's got to be instant for defense, for financial modeling. In other words, Kroger can use it to update prices in real time on your shelf. Biotechnology, which is chip implants, neural net, and mRNA. It's part of that control, they said. And machine learning, which means That's the fancy name for AI. It's like machine learning. So they need to have this connectivity to be able to do it, or probably to institute the 666 is my fear. And then let alone, we were talking just before service about the anti-Semitism on the rise with the attacks going on there between Colorado and the couple that was assassinated. and the other things going on. So I just thought those are a few things that you don't hear. I just wanted to put it in the context of what the Bible says that these things are coming. I don't think we'll be here for the tribulation, but it sure casts a shadow forward and things for us to keep our eye on so we can look up and see that our redemption is drawing near. So it's scary times a little bit, but it's also exciting times as we see these things begin to come together. And some days I can sit there and like, We listened to one program when we were driving last week, and I was like, I couldn't keep up with like, that's in Matthew 24, that's in Matthew 24, that's in Daniel, that's in, it's just like, it used to be like, we'd get together at church and be like, salt one and salt two, a missile accord, it's gonna go on, and two years later, you'd have an update, like, things are getting a little sketchy, and it's like, you can't keep up day after day now, but I just wanna take a little bit of time here at the end just to go over a few of those, just so that you're aware of things that are going on and get your, our computing power, all thinking about these things and what to do and see how it's coming. But I appreciate you being here.
