Well, Father God, we just thank
you so much for calling us together on this Father's Day. We thank
you for the good fathers that you've called to this place.
And Lord, we thank you for the impact that you're using our
church to make. And this body of believers here,
not just in our church, but all around the world, it seems. And
so it's awesome to hear that and very encouraging. I pray
for Charlotte and her family. Send your healing hand and your
comfort to them. And get her back and the rest
that went to be with her safely. Lord, please be with pastors
as he presents the message today, and may our hearts just be fertile
ground for the message to be planted into that and grow up
into just righteousness and all the goodness, Lord, all the fruit
of the spirit. I pray that you just produce it all within us,
and may we be thinking about it throughout the week. I pray
this in Jesus' holy name, amen. And for scripture reading this
morning, we're gonna do Revelation 22 verses one to five. Let's
all read these together, please. And he showed me a pure river
of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne
of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of
it and on either side of the river was there the tree of life,
which bear 12 manner of fruits and yielded her fruit every month.
And the leaves of the tree were of the healing of the nations.
And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of
the Lamb shall be in it, and his servants shall serve him.
And they shall see his face, and his name shall be in their
foreheads. And there shall be no light there,
and they need no candle, neither light of the sun, for the Lord
God giveth them light. and they shall reign forever
and ever. Amen. And our first hymn this
morning is gonna be Shall We Gather at the River? And that's
hymn 518 in your book if you're following along there. Shall we gather at the river
