And so if you don't know who that is, I'll have to get you a podcast of him. And, but anyway, I listened to Lester Roloff and one of the messages that he got is the rest in the restless. And he talks about back in the day before there was the telephone and the electric refrigerator And people worked. You didn't have wrecked downtime. And there were no timeouts. And there were no go to your room. There were go get a shovel and dig a hole. And so he said, we have spoiled a generation upon generation in this country. And we wonder why when we have got downtime now to evolving in production and in businesses and things, things that are being put into your hand to keep you from doing what God intended for you to do in the first place. And so anyway, I listened to a lot of podcasts, a lot of preaching, a lot of that, I don't know, is that even, do you do that? I do that. Okay, we're cool. And so, but I do listen to a lot of podcasts and every now and then a message will hit or a topic in that message and I'll shoot it over to pastor and sometimes he's already heard it. Otherwise, sometimes it might be a new one but I really like to hear the style and the preaching of the pastors of the or the preachers of the old and and the tent meetings, and the camp meetings, and the going-ons, and all the preachers. I won't, preachers mentioned many of them before, I won't mention more. But if you get a chance, listen to some of them. But I'll say this, of all the preachers, your favorite preacher ought to be your home preacher. That's the one. That's the one. And so, just so we know that. And I appreciate Brother Eccles. I appreciate the pulpit. And I always try to thank God for every opportunity I get before him. And Lord, I don't know why this week, you do. It's fine. Just help me. And to honor you through the privilege and the honor. It's not a right. privilege and honor to be able to stand up here. Open your word and as an imperfect person try to portray what you have for us tonight. It's a good word. It's a perfect word. It's a word. Listen, whatever your struggle is God has it covered. Alright? So, whatever it is that you put a frown on your face God has a way to make that an upside down frown. God can turn it around. There is nothing that we go through in our lives today that has never occurred to God we would go through. Nothing is by chance or happenstance in our lives. Everything has already been ordained for you and I to follow God in a certain path. Him knowing what we are coming up to, but trusting that we will stay with him. through it. Many times we get to the obstacles in life and we want to detour. We want to we want to find another way around it. We figure we can work ourselves through whatever it is. Now that kind of on topic and kind of off topic and I don't know why I'm saying all of that but I think I can bring it back through here in just a moment through the introduction. James chapter 4 verse 13 as we read that earlier and it says go to now ye that say There are some of you that will say, listen, today or tomorrow, we will go into such a city and continue there a year and buy and sell and get gain. Now, I've been researching and I've been wanting to take the step into cryptology, into crypto coins. I've been thinking about it. I've been talking to other preachers that I know, whether they have or not, and a couple have. And some other friends that I went to Bible college with as cryptocurrency has come out. And can you trust it? Can you not trust it? Is it a platform? Which bank do you stay away from? Is it trusted all the way through? So, do your research. I will tell you anything that you ever do always do your research. And your research ought to start in here. And God has a lot to say about how much we gain in all of that. $1,000,000 because the Lord won't trust me with $1,000,000 you know. I'm just that's how it is. I think that's the way it is. If you have the $1,000,000 well I'm grateful for you. God trusts you with it. And just honor Him with it. Just honor Him with it. I think there's a lot of good Christian millionaires out and around. And we just got to knock on the right door and get them in. But anyway and all of that. But we understand that, and we understand that it takes a little research in that, and we're going to do some things in preparation, because if we've been watching the news, as the preacher's been talking about, with all the protesting that's going on on the East Coast, and the West Coast, and the violence, of the immigrants that are doing this. And then we watched the Midwest with all of their protests and there are thousands upon 10,000s of people in Wichita and Kansas City and St. Louis, Louisville. It's just going like a straight line of them. They're just... lining up the sidewalks or staying off the streets, and it's like peaceful protesting, just people gathering here in the center. But the violence that's going on, the Bible says that we don't know never the end of the day or when the end of the time is, but we will see signs thereof helping us to locate when those times are. And by the way, I'll say this, and I might be off my calendar just a little bit, but I actually think we are in the beginning or have already passed the beginning of end times. because of, oh, what has America turned into? I mean, we got trafficking of any kind of people. It's not just little children trafficking and teenage trafficking or young girl trafficking. It's trafficking even of adults. And these people are just, they're evil, and they're morbid, and they have no idea, they have no idea what's in store for them they pass. After they die. Come death and then the judgment. I think that's in Hebrews 9.27 we'll cover that here in a moment. But there is going to be a death and there is going to be a judgment. And I want you to understand that there is going to be a time that we will pass a death and then there will be a judgment. And so I want to look at today is your someday. Today is your someday. Everybody here has always said, and I think I would be correct if we took a poll that you have said at least one time in your life, well, I'll do that someday. I'll get to that someday. Honey, I told you six months ago that one day I'll do the garage, but that one day is not here yet. You don't have to keep reminding me. But so one day is coming, and that someday is coming, and I'd like to entertain the thought to you right now, if you're saved, then your one day is right now. This is your one day to make good on what you've told God. This is your someday. Well, someday, preacher, when I get it all done, and I get it cleaned up, then that day, I'll present myself. Well, can I tell you that that day's today? Because the only way you're ever going to get it all straightened up and all organized and all cleaned up and put the right way is if you have Jesus on your side. All right. Otherwise, it's always going to be a struggle in your life, even as a person who's put Jesus to the side and said, you know what? I can do this. I'm pretty smart character. I can do this. I can figure it out. So even say people need to realize and understand they still can't do it without Jesus. tell you I've been down that path. I've went down that path that I had a one day and a someday. Okay, Lord one day we'll get back together and we'll just like it never stopped. I still remember the day it stopped. And I think the Lord always presents to me the day that I said, no, and I'll do it my way. And He always keeps that in my mind for some reason. to be on guard that when I, God tells me to do something that I need to be up front and right on, you know. And so, as we read through this it says, it says, "'Whereas you know not what shall be on tomorrow.'" You know we can plan, can't we? We can plan tomorrow's schedule. We can write it on a calendar so we can have an idea of what tomorrow is going to be like. We can kind of tell what the phone calls are going to be like. We can kind of tell what our schedule is like. I know I got to go to work eight to five tomorrow. I know those things. So we can kind of have an idea that when I go to bed tonight, I'm going to bed with this idea of tomorrow. But you never have the thought in your head, well, if God takes me home tonight, I've got all of eternity tomorrow. Nobody ever thinks about what that's going to be like. We've got it in our heads right now that, you know what? I've just wasted today. I sure, I pray, Lord, give me one more day to straighten it up. I just need, Lord, if you'll just give me one more day. If you just don't take me tonight, you give me one more day, I'll get all this done. And maybe God says, you know, you should have thought of that earlier. And we'll get to another point here that's gonna complete that thinking. But can I tell you this, that as we continue to read on, and even though we kind of have an idea about tomorrow, we schedule, that we understand that we just don't know tomorrow. I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that I know my God has walked tomorrow for me. All right. I already know that. Now, where does that put me? Well, I want to be in his will. I want to stay with him. So I need to make sure that I wake up following him. But in order to do that, I need to find out that I'm following Him when I go to sleep. Have I been missing something? Do I need to get something straight before I go to bed? Do I need to go before God and repent of something? Do I need to ask God to help me with something so that I can sleep peacefully knowing all is right between me and God, and whatever happens tomorrow, I'm gonna be good with because God's already there with me. isn't that a great way to go to bed knowing you've gotten everything right? That you've settled things with the Lord and maybe you've never wanted to do it you know with people or in church or maybe as a couple you kind of wanted to be separate but you yourself just get right with God knowing you don't know what tomorrow is but you know as the song says who holds tomorrow? I want to do that and if he's holding tomorrow my friend let me tell you this as a bonus he's holding you. bonus of that. Isn't that a great thing to know? That I can go in tomorrow knowing that whatever the Devil has in his sights God has a hold of me. He has a hold of me. Now the question I have are you holding Him just as much as He's holding you? I don't know what tomorrow holds but I hope that I'm hanging on to Him dearly, dearly. Salvation is the greatest gift that God has given to mankind through the Lord Jesus Christ. unfortunately though we know that many people have not accepted the Lord Jesus Christ. We also know some on that same spectrum, those that have not accepted Jesus Christ is because they haven't been approached yet, possibly, but there are some that have been approached that are delaying. accepting the Lord Jesus Christ. That delaying is a struggle bubble in their life, a troubling time in their life, because they have heard the Gospel, they are without excuse, but they have not made a decision yet. Have we quit praying for them? them. See I was approached a long time ago, you know the testimony in a laundromat of all places about the Lord Jesus. I didn't have time for that. And then I was approached again and then was given the Gospel plan and I just didn't have time for that. I was approached again and I just did not have time for that. Can you just go back to doing your laundry please and let me play my video game? That's mine. God called me home, if He'd had a train run over me on the way home because I had to cross tracks, if He'd had a drive-by shooting on me I'd be in Hell today, I wouldn't be anywhere because I had heard the Gospel and delayed a response. The Bible warns that life is fleeting. It's fleeting. Can you imagine Brother Allen it was just like yesterday we were 10 years old. I mean, the visions, the vividness, the colorness of everything. If we look back to being young again, like, where has time gone? Where has time gone? And you adults that have little ones, you know, you know it won't be long before those little ones are off in college. Time is just flying by, it seems like. But I have to tell you this, that your parents thought the same thing when you were little, too. And their parents thought the same thing when they were little, too. had just seemed to just scoot on by the decades. And I have Lord if there is any, any, any way the flesh of me wants immortality. Do not let me expire. I have not seen all 50 states yet. Do not, I haven't been everywhere. And there is just so much I want to see. And God reminds me over, and over, and over again you have the wrong priorities. haven't given everybody the gospel yet. You see that ought to be number one before going sightseeing. I'm just, there's nothing wrong with sightseeing. Nothing wrong going on vacation, going to Yosemite, going to Yellowstone, going to Grand Canyon. None of those places, all those places are fabulous. Go again if you can. Nothing wrong with that. But are you able to share the gospel as you go? living the Gospel as you go? You don't know what tomorrow holds. And if God calls you off on vacation are you serving Him? Or are you going to have to tell God, God I was on vacation that day. I was on vacation. It was a well earned vacation. I had been serving. And see I want to be found that if God calls me home that wow, I'm doing what He's been asking. But there are some days that that hit me like a load of bricks sometimes because I haven't been doing what he's been wanting me to do. And if he called me home, it'd be a shame call home. The call to salvation is urgent, and Jesus is calling today, but postponing the decision could be eternally disastrous, or would be eternally disastrous. Salvation is for today, not for tomorrow. is for today. Getting right with God is for today, not for tomorrow. Getting your feet planted in the gospel is for today and not tomorrow. Making that decision to follow Jesus is for today, it's not for tomorrow. For tomorrow you will still have the uncertainty of whether you should that day or the next. And then the next day you'll have the same question. Well, I can still put it off one more day. How many days are you going to tempt God with that decision to follow him? Maybe it's follow him in baptism. Now I know we've had a struggle here, but that's not your fault. The idea is there. And I think God sees that. But for the regular, let's just say you've been putting it off. The preachers approach, approach, approach. And you've said, well, I'm not sure yet. I'm not sure yet. But you know, you've been educated. The next step is to follow by obedience to the Lord in scriptural baptism. And then, hmm, look out, because God's going to do something. And He's just going to zip you right through His will as you serve Him. be awesome. You can't wait. And so many things, God. I can remember people in Bible college that says, man, Brother John I think God was calling me to go to missions. I said, yeah, why don't you go forward? I don't know I need to think a little bit more about it. So, if you keep thinking about it the Devil will get in there and you won't go. You think so? I said, yeah, why don't we go to Brother Davidson right now and just tell him what you are thinking. really? But church is over." I said, okay, Brother Davidson will have time for you, I promise. So, we went to Brother Davidson, and they spent almost the two hours I'd left. You know you just hand them off and leave. Brother Davidson says, he's all yours now. But make a decision. And God telling you right now, listen I know you're doing this, but here's what I want you to do for the whipped cream on top of it. Just that one little step. Are you willing to not knowing what, wouldn't it be horrible to approach God on that judgment and God says, you know, I had this one thing that you just would not say yes to. Would you tell me in your words why? I probably would stutter. probably would stammer. I probably would be embarrassed. I probably would be ashamed, couldn't look at Him. You know my Lord in all of these. Listen, there are many devices, Proverbs 19, 21, there are many devices in a man's heart. Isn't that true today? Mercy, which one are we using today? You know. And nevertheless the counsel of the Lord is that which shall stand. It's that which shall stand. You know, we can hear voices from all over, but it's what God says that matters the most and that counts the most. I remember having to go to people. Why are you doing this? Because God told me to. You believe in God? Yes, I do. How can you not? You know, I mean I was young and freshly saved and it It amazed me that people weren't loving God the way I thought people should have been loving God It amazed me that people weren't on fire for the lord in church Like I was in the beginning to find out like am I doing something wrong? Did I, did I, did I get saved by the wrong person? You know, I'm like, why doesn't everybody have the same zeal and vigor and excitement that I just got from getting saved? What are we waiting on? I wish I could still physically do those things again. I do. When you get behind the pulpit, and you may know some of this from migraines and different things, it's like God takes all the pain away. There's just something special about being behind the Word of God and the pulpit, that God just seems to just take all that away from you so that you can accomplish what He has in your life. By the way, it doesn't have to be behind here. If God is behind you and where you're going, if you're knocking on somebody's door, or you're doing a hospital visit, God will take all those worries from you and give you the encouragement and the zeal, the energy to accomplish that at the same time too. Isn't it amazing how you wake up feeling one way, but as soon as you start serving God it's like it isn't even there? just not there. And that's what should get us excited about what tomorrow holds for us. That really ought to get us excited about what tomorrow holds for us. And we talked about plans, and we talked about having a calendar. And Proverbs 19.21, and nevertheless the counsel of the Lord that shall stand assures us that no matter what we plan it is God's will that will prevail. All ours, if you put them on a whiteboard, sometimes you can go up to somebody's whiteboard and you can see where they've erased it like 10 times and have rewritten or moved and or have arrows pointing down because it's supposed to be down here or up there or whatever. Our plans mess up, God's doesn't. we line up in God's plan we find our plan adjusting to what He has for us. The trouble we get into is when we try to take what God has planned for us, change it like a Rubik's Cube and make it fit into our plan for the day. And if we do that it will look just like that messed up Rubik's Cube. God had it perfect all the shapes and colors and everything on the same sides so we get it down and we twist it to make it look like us and It's just a big jumble Have you ever made plans to see them fall apart Have you ever set out on a course of action, believing it was right only to find yourself facing obstacles and detours? If humans, you know, hey, the flesh, you and I, we've got brains. We love to plan things. Now, I'm more of a spur of the moment. Let's just get it and go. Hey, Lois, you want to go on vacation tomorrow? Okay. Where are we going? Flip a coin, East Coast, West Coast. Nobody here does that? Y'all need to get on board. This is living. All right, we got 10 days to go wherever we want. Flip a coin, East Coast, West Coast, boom. It's the best way to go. Do you have a reservation? Well, I didn't even know we were leaving until today. No, there's no reservation. If it's open, we'll stay there. If it's not, we'll move on. It's great. What a feeling. I mean, it is. And that's just like following God, because we don't know. We just don't know. We can make a plan, but God says, you know what? That plan's not gonna work, son. You're gonna have to do this, and we're gonna get and realize, you know, I guess God was right. You know? And it's just a great, there's a greater plan at work, folks. And it's all set for tomorrow. Are you ready for it? Have you lined yourself up today? We had a great time in church this morning, a great number of people. We had some guests. It was a wonderful day. And top it off, we had some preaching, and then we had fellowship, and then I got a couple donuts. I got one of those filled donuts with nothing in it. I think that was the prize winner. But you know, Genesis chapter five is known as the death chapter to some people. And they died, and they died, and they died, and they died. And that should teach us that at some point in life, man will die. we're not going to get to Adam's age, or Methuselah's age, we're not going to get there. But the concept is still the same in Hebrews 9.27, and as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. Some will die in wars. Some will die while working. Some will die by accident. Some will die by bad choices. I've made a lot of bad choices in my ended up in the hospitals, nurses stations. I could find myself as a kid doing all kinds of weird things on the farm that were never meant supposed to happen. Anybody ever find a tractor tire just laying around, stand it up, get in it, and have your brothers push you down a hill? Some of you don't want to admit it, but I'm thinking some of you did it. How y'all live, I don't understand, but God had a plan, obviously. There's a greater plan at work. There's a divine plan of God, you know, but listen, but you may find yourself doing absolutely wrong, but one day you'll die. Luke 12 verse 16 and verse 21 I didn't print it out so let me just read it real quick. Luke 12 talks about the rich man and his barns. And if you remember that it will be a lot easier for me to do this. says that, and he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully. And he thought within himself, you understand there, right there is the issue, he thought within himself, What shall I do? Because I have no room where to bestow my fruits. And he said, he answered himself, This will I do. I will pull down my barns, and build greater, and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years. Take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, verse 20, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee. Then who shall those things be which thou hast provided? So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God. Did he really profit? Did he really find peace? Did he really have contentment? a person of the Lord, a person of Jesus will have those things. And we will find that, hey, you know I'm content. And I give to the Lord, I give my tithe, and I give my offering. And God has seen fit to fertile my ground that it just brings forth abundantly. I give to the poor. You see this is what a saved person is doing. but someone who doesn't know the Jesus is just gathering and gathering, and how much more can I get? And just how much more, and how much more? And there is never any contentment in that person. And without contentment, you're gonna have a hard time having peace in your own life. Mark chapter 10 talks about another young man. Mark 10, verse 17, the Bible says this, and one of the multitude answered, that's not right. Mark 10, not nine. And verse 17 says, and when he had gone forth into the way, There came one running and kneeled to him, the hymn is Jesus, and asked him, good master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? Now, I want you to understand what happened with this young man so far. He came the exact way that we should all go, running to Jesus and getting at his feet and asking Jesus, what can I do or shall I do to be saved? Jesus, I want to get saved. nothing wrong with the way he approached. Ah, go running down the streets where I know Jesus is at, I think Zacchaeus and some other people, they just got to get to where he's at. And the guys carrying the friend up the side of the house to drop him down the ceiling. And the nobleman running to Jesus 12 miles away. Wherever it is we see people getting in a hurry to get to Jesus. Hmm. We're not seeing very many people out here get in a hurry to see Jesus for they have no thought of tomorrow. They're just living life day by day. We are at a time in the book of Judges and even in the book of Genesis where they did that which was right in their own eyes without a care of anybody else. Nobody else mattered to these people except for them. What can I get out of a system that appears to be broken? He came running, and Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, and that is God. knowest the commandments, do not commit adultery, do not kill, do not steal, do not bear false witness, defraud not, honor thy father and mother.' And he answered and said, Oh, Master, all these have I observed from my..." He was a good person. There's a lot of good people running around today that have never done one of these things. they've never defrauded somebody, they've never lied, they've never stolen, they're good people. He's observed these things. And Jesus, beholding him, loved him. My child. He says this, one thing thou lackest. Go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven. Come, take up the cross, and follow me. simple. You already have it. I'm pretty sure you can get it again, just go give it to the poor. They come back and then follow me. Saddest verse, isn't it? And he was sad at that saying, went away grieved, for he had great possessions. Do I have any of my trophies left, Lois? I threw them all away, didn't I? Dust collectors. I have so many ball trophies. home run derby contest trophies. I just, trophies, trophies, trophies, winning leagues, being first, being MVP, all these things. I used to always, I used to want to put them on a shelf and display them for whoever came over to the house. I always thought I'd have an office one day, I'd have a glass case and in this glass case would be all my accolades. from everything that I did in high school and college and up. That'd be great, wouldn't it? All this shiny fake brass and fake gold and plastic and stuff. A little bit of marble for the trophies, but that's about it. I mean, wouldn't it be great? I mean, it's just, ugh. But God got a hold of me. Many years ago, and it's like, you know, none of this stuff means anything now for the kingdom. This is everything I did when I wasn't serving him. So this is, now there's nothing wrong with being in a league and doing that if you're honoring Jesus, doing it. Gentlemen, I don't think there's anything wrong with that. But I wasn't, so all these things had to go. And so I did that. But this young man, my, and I've met people like that. I've witnessed the people like that. He goes, and many of them have said, I'll have to change my job. I'll have to quit working there. I'll have to, you know, I won't have those friends anymore. And my family members, my family, my family won't accept what I'm doing. And I've met many people knocking doors and visiting with people and just going over, hey, listen, what have you ever thought about following Jesus? What have you ever thought about giving your life up for the Lord? You still have to worry. He goes, yeah, but I can't work there anymore. It's a beer industry. Well, yeah, that's true. But that's up for you to decide. I can't tell you to do that. That's gonna be your personal walk with the Lord Jesus. He goes, yeah, but I've already read enough of the Bible to know that you're not supposed to. So they have this sense in their head. They're just delaying in accepting the gift. the gift today? Do you know the Lord Jesus as your Savior that you can lay your head down tonight and just sleep peacefully? That all the woes and the worries of the world are gone. They don't even come into your bedroom. They ought not to be in your house, but we'll get to that another day. They just ought not to be in your bedroom where you lay your head down and go to sleep. That's a private time between you and the Lord. be a place where it is just you and God get, and you just give it to the Lord, and you can lay your head down to whatever tomorrow comes, you're going to be okay with. You're going to be at peace with. Well, a preacher, you know I had a lady tell me this in my church, and she goes, Pastor? Yes? I believe Jesus is coming soon, but He's not coming tomorrow. Well, when is He coming? Well, he just won't come tomorrow. Why won't he come tomorrow? And he goes, because the world's a mess and it's not ready yet. And I'm like, well, that's a good time for him to come. Get me out of here. I don't want to deal with all this, you know. And then she would go on to tell me about how she needed to get her grandchildren saved and her other family members saved and all of that. And I said, they've already heard. They just have to come to it now, you know. Your part's done. And, yeah, but if they don't decide, and I said, yeah, but that's going to be the last cry when the Rapture comes. That's going to be the last cry. Not yet. Well, I don't know if that will be the last cry, but there will be those left behind. Don't you be one of them. And if Jesus calls you home, don't look back. Don't long to come back here. It'll be so much more sweeter. Well, I didn't get the finish. Who's gonna take care of my dog? Who's gonna take care of my wife? She doesn't know. Yeah, probably not. But if she knows the Lord, he'll see her through it. I need to finish. But when is your one day going to happen? How long are you going to put, well, someday, someday? You know what we do as pastors? Well, I did anyway. I said, OK. Well, it'll still be there when you say yes. God's given it to you, and you're just putting it off. So, if you're waiting on somebody else to do it one day, you'll still be waiting. You see God gives us certain things that He doesn't give others. And your someday, if God's already told you, I'd almost pick your someday to be today. Why don't you start today? Say, Here I am. I don't want you to call me home having something I didn't do because you asked me to. Would you bow your heads for prayer? I'm gonna ask the preacher to come up. God's been so good to us, and I know everybody here could give a blessing. I know you could. He's been good, even in the midst of things that seem upside down. Even in the midst, it seems like it just don't know what's gonna happen next. God has been good to us. He's been good to me. So let's not put off what we can do today for him, because tomorrow we'll never get here. Preacher. Let's stand tonight, if you would please. Piano's gonna play. Remember when the Apostle Paul was talking about the Lord coming to him and he was met on that Damascus road. Later he wrote and said, immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood. He didn't have to call anybody up. He turned and he followed the Lord immediately, immediately. And I don't know what the Lord has been talking to you about lately, if there's some decisions you need to make. If there's somebody you need to call, if there's somebody you need to invite, if there's some changes that he's been asking you to make in your life, is there some things that you need to take away, if there's some things you need to add? Only you know what that is tonight. Would you tell him yes tonight and get take care of that tonight? Who knows what may be on the morrow for what is your life? It's even a vapor that appears for a little time and vanish the way. And you know, like was said tonight, we're gonna be going, there's a judgment coming for every child of God. We're gonna stand before the throne of the Lord Jesus Christ and we're gonna give an account. Just like when you was young and your dad or your mother said, when I get home, we better have this done. And the car came rolling around the corner one day and it came into the driveway and the question came, did you get it done? What happened? You're going to give an account. One day we're going to go home. We're going to give an account for what God told us to do. Yep. Whatever it is tonight, take care of that now. Now. Today. Today, if you'll harden out your hearts as in the provocation. Today. and if you ever realize this notices that the lord never gave heads up when he had a command you Amen. Thank you for that, brother. What a great reminder tonight. And we don't know what's on the morrow. And I don't know. I think I've told you this before. There's a pastor. He's on the radio and he talks about him. I've told this before, but it just can't come up again. This fits so well here. And there's a man that he was went to a church member, went to the hospital, go visit him. He was dying. And he said he was weeping. And he said, Are you looking forward to seeing the Lord? And he says, No, I'm not. He was, but he said, there's something, there's just some things I never got victory over. I really thought I was going to get victory over and I'm getting ready to see the Lord. And I'm leaving this place without victory in my life over a certain thing that God told him now. And I thought, wow, what a what a numbing thing, what a numbing thought that that somebody is about to hit. They knew they're on the way to meet, meet their Lord. And they knew they did not have the victory in some area that God had been working on them for so long. And let me encourage you tonight, whatever the Lord's been speaking to you, just take care of that. And he's already made a way, and he's already been ahead of you, as was said, and it'll be okay. It'll be just fine. I forgot to mention something a while back, a few weeks ago, there's all of the excitement and hubbub over a lot of different things, and I forgot to announce that there is another expecting child, am I right? Yeah, yeah, yeah, amen. The Dossets are expecting another child. You don't know what it is yet, right? It's going to be human. We know that. It'll probably come as a baby. And Kylie is expecting. And how exciting is that? And so be praying for Kylie and David. And I'm not one of those things. I don't. OK, I'm getting old. But when they say we're expecting, I'm like, you are? I thought she was. Anyway, she is, and they are both expecting, but Kylie's, anyway, you know how that works. So I better stop while we're ahead. So pray for them, would you please? And what a blessing that is. And so that is great. Twins? Yeah, no. So I had a friend who had triplet girls, triplet girls, and that's quite a deal. He said, everybody tell us all the, oh, you gotta feed their bottle like this, and you gotta put it like this, and put the pillow, this has been 30 years ago. And you gotta do it, he goes, all three are screaming at once, we're like, whatever, just get it in their mouth, you know? Easy for you to say when you don't have three screaming mouths at one time. And I couldn't imagine. So anyway, all right. Don't forget, VBS coming up. We're praying for that. If you want some flyers to go out this week, I've got some more printed off. If you want it in a digital format, I can text you a picture of that and you can send it out via your phone and text people the little things. And so I know if you have opportunity to go out, we will, I mean, you can talk to me afterward about that, but we will have our van to go out. If you would, pray that our other van gets fixed, the other bus, so we could use that as well. It is in the shop, they are looking at it, and so they have not called me yet this week, and so be praying for that if you would. And then the Gears, Brother Geer will be preaching Sunday night and I'm looking forward to that. Just kind of encourage us on reaching children and what a need that is. They've spent 40, probably 44 years now trying to reach children all over the world. And I'm thankful for that faithfulness in them and so looking forward to the week. Pray for the weather. This Friday, I think it is, they'll set up the big tent out here to the side and we'll have the, we got a pile of mulch that needs to go out and the tent will go up and we'll be setting things up. We're willing probably Saturday and we'll be here probably Monday morning and things like that, but we'll be talking about that. We will have a VBS meeting this Sunday coming up at 3.30, 3.30 we'll have that meeting. And so we need everybody here for that. And all right, well, let's be dismissed in a word of prayer. It's been a good day today and thankful for that. Brother Fred, would you close us in prayer tonight?
