And possibly it's because I put the titles of three of the big men in the world in the title. And somebody, some algorithm somewhere decided that this broadcast shouldn't go ahead. That's what it felt like. So I'll have to change the title retrospectively after this broadcast, but this broadcast basically is entitled, Who on Earth is the Antichrist? Since there are many opinions as to who he may be, and I hope that I can at least, if not muddy the waters, shed some light on that this evening. Casey, good evening as well, and thank you for joining us. Isabel, welcome, and Duff, you're continuing the previous discussion there, so hopefully others will join us shortly. As I say, these are momentous times. The original title was Trump, King Charles, and the Pope. Who on earth is the Antichrist? It's interesting, isn't it? With the death of the Pope, King Charles, who some think is the Antichrist, Donald Trump, who some think is the Antichrist, the Pope, including the old Pope who's died and the new Pope, no doubt, as well. They will all be present in the same place in the square tomorrow for the Pope's funeral. And whilst there may well be other candidates for Antichrist, these seem to be among the front runners, according to people I know. Anna, welcome to you in Germany, sister. And Amanda, welcome back from Australia. As I say, we did have a lot of technical problems there. I think some algorithms stopped me from broadcasting because of the title. That's my theory about that. But this is my third attempt, and I will change the title retrospectively. Welcome back, Geraldine. Thank you. Yes, we will pray for your son, Geraldine. Many of us have children that we feel very concerned about, but we're happy to pray for your son. So the title of this evening's talk is Trump, King Charles, the Pope. Who on earth is the Antichrist? And before we come to prayer, we're just looking at what's being done here. Let me also mention one of the other big things that's happened in the news, along with all that's going on in the world, is that Klaus Schwab has been deposed as the guy leading the World Economic Forum. and there are various alternative media outlets saying this is the end of the World Economic Forum. I very much doubt that. They still want us to be, with or without Klaus Schwab, they still want us to be happy and know nothing by 2030. And they do very much seem to be on schedule for such a thing. So we're living in tumultuous and incredible times. So let's turn to the scriptures and read some. Now we're not going to be able to cover every aspect of the anti-christian scripture in this broadcast, but hopefully we can chip away at it, at least. Kerry, welcome to you in Italy. Okay, Kerry says there's been a terrible massacre in Kashmir, threats of war between India and Pakistan. That's very sad to hear that. And that's also important because, of course, India and Pakistan are nuclear powers, so if there was an all-out war between them, nobody knows what would happen. These are perilous times that we're living in, certainly. The end of times, I believe. Thank you for telling us, Kerry. Revelation 17, verses 1 to 11. And I'll read the Word of God, let us hear the Word of God. And there came one of the seven angels, which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither, I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters, with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness, and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet-colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns, The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication. And upon her head was a name written, Mystery, Babylon the Great, the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. When I saw her, I wandered with great admiration. Father, I pray that his name would be glorified in our midst this evening. I pray that your blessing would go out to each one of us, Lord. If there are among us those that don't know the Lord Jesus, who are listening because they're interested or even came across this broadcast by accident, I pray, Father, that you would awaken them and that through this they would find the Lord Jesus Christ. I pray that she would find, sorry, he would find your salvation, that she would know your blessing and mercy in her life, but her son, Lord, would find the Lord Jesus Christ, and that he would come under great conviction of sin, but know where to turn, know to who to turn to, and find the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior. And so with all of our children who are unsaved, Lord. And Father, I pray for Julie in Australia again, Lord, who's dying with cancer, for her daughter, that she would find your salvation. And Julie, that she continue to rejoice in the Lord Jesus Christ, Have mercy upon others among us who are not well, Lord, and keep us by your grace. But whatever our lot in this world, whatever befalls us in days to come, Lord, help us to walk faithfully with the Lord Jesus Christ. We hear of this situation in Kashmir and India and Pakistan, Lord. And Lord, we know that we're living in dangerous times. Lord, have mercy upon your people in the region that the gospel would be preached. Have mercy upon Israel, Lord, and oh, that the day would come when the Jews would find the Lord Jesus Christ also. So please shed your light on your word now, Lord, as we study it together and help us, we ask and pray in Jesus' precious and holy name. Amen. Amen. So, of course, the gospel is that we should be saved by faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. We must repent of our sins and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Christa, third time, yes, thank you. So we must repent of our sins and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ in order to be saved, not Mary, not the saints, not works. If we want to know who the identity of the woman in Scarlet riding the beast is, I believe that is the Church of Rome, and many others do. I know not everybody agrees. We would probably agree on this, that this is the one world religious system that we see rising up all around us. Eventually that system will not only unite all religions, but also it will reunite in worship of the Antichrist, of the beast. So Rita L. Hello, good evening, Rita, and thank you for joining us. And the Lord bless you in that job interview as well, Rita, and thank you for sharing that with us. So, and just looking at you Jules, you've had a lot of chemtrails, chemtrails are these things they spray in the sky that look like contrails, but actually they're full of chemicals. You've had a lot of those where you live in Yorkshire today, quite shocking really, Jules. Bless you, Geraldine, and others. Yes, Rita, bless you in that job interview. It's very difficult for us as Christians these days increasingly to get work and get jobs, which we can do in good conscience. So I pray, Rita, that God will bless you in that and help you and sustain you and keep you through those things. So I do believe we're living in days where antichrist is rising. John Calvin and many reformed teachers since that time believe that the papacy, the papal system, do with Roman Catholicism was the Antichrist system, and that the papacy is the Antichrist. So it's not one individual, but a system going down through centuries. Now I can understand Calvin coming to that conclusion in his day, but we are living in a later time. These things are sealed up until the end, and we can see that the papacy may well be that main Antichrist system. In fact, that is what I believe, but At the same time, there is one man who is the Antichrist who's going to rise. There is one man who is going to rule the world. There is one man who epitomizes evil more than any other man who has ever lived. And that man is the Antichrist. And the power behind him is the dragon or Satan. And I believe we are living in days when we see Antichrist rising. and we have to say we've got this beast here which is the anti-christ system and the woman riding the beast dressed in scarlet and that's the whore of babylon what the world religion and again many throughout history have applied that to the roman catholic institution and we have to say this it does not teach what the bible teaches concerning salvation it's revamped ancient mystery religion, Babylonian mystery religion, Roman mystery religion, Egyptian mystery religion. Catholicism has applied a Christian gloss to an ancient false religion, a religion of Antichrist, and will not save us. We're saved by faith alone in the Lord Jesus Christ alone, a thing which the Roman Catholic Church rejects. So Ian says, Israel will indeed repent at the very end. I find that thought thrilling, Ian, and it's true. It's there in Zechariah, and I love that thought. So we appear to be in those days when coalition of Bible prophecy convergence, I think, of Bible prophecy fulfillment combined with technology and globalization, all these things coming together. I think technology is going to be very important in all of these things. They could have been fulfilled without technology, but I think technology is going to be really important, especially when it comes to the mark of the beast and the image of the beast and global currency and so on. But all of these things leading up to the return of the Lord Jesus Christ, all of these things leading up to return of the Lord Jesus. Well, Dove says Islam, and there are those who think that Islam is the anti-Christ system and the anti-Christ religion, and my reason for thinking it's the Pope is because of various things, but one of those would be that the Pope who's just died was, along with previous Popes, the figurehead of syncretism, the figurehead of trying to bring all religions together, saying they all worship the same God in different ways, and Islam was under that as well. And we're going to see, but whilst the specter of Islam in the West is fearsome, people are flocking back to the Catholic Church now. This is being reported in the news again and again now. There's this turning of the tide. And this is very, very concerning that people are flocking back to the Catholic Church because they will not find truth there. Faced with the prospect of the rise of Islam, people are turning back to the Church of Rome, a false church. We must preach the gospel in these days. We must stand up for the truth. I'm going to take that quote from scripture about the Antichrist being a Syrian shortly, so we will look at that in this talk. So let's just first of all talk to say a few things about Donald Trump. Some are certain that Donald Trump is the Antichrist, So I'm certain of that. He's very powerful, certainly. He looks like he's going forth conquering into conquer, Revelation 6 verse 2. And Revelation 6 verse 2 talks about, And I saw, and behold, a white horse, and he that sat on him had a bow, and a crown was given unto him, and he went forth conquering into conquer. That sounds awfully like Donald Trump. And then, but very soon after that comes a second horse in verse four, and there went out another horse that was red and power was given to him that sat there on to take peace from the earth and that they should kill one another. And there was given unto him a great sword moment. Donald Trump is talking about peace. Then he's talking about war. Then he's talking about peace again. Then he's talking about war again. Um, and so Donald Trump, Donald Trump is, um, Donald Trump is certainly a candidate there. He seems to be fulfilling that. If we go deeper, we can go to Daniel chapter 8 verses 23 to 25. So let's just read Daniel chapter 8 verses 23 to 25. Characteristics of the Antichrist. So we read here, Daniel chapter 8 verse 23. And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, A king of fierce countenance and understanding dark sentences shall stand up. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power. And he shall destroy wonderfully and shall prosper and practice and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand. And he shall magnify himself in his heart and by peace shall destroy many. He shall also stand up against the prince of princes. He shall be broken without hand. So this is a description of the Antichrist coming in by peace, destroying people by peace, but also being of a fierce countenance and a warlike man. I mean, think of Donald Trump. Donald Trump wants Canada. Donald Trump wants Greenland, and he's going to take it. Maybe Donald Trump will be the next pope. I don't know. I don't think so. But maybe he'll say he wants it, and he's going to have it. But I don't think that's going to happen. But he wants Ecuador as well and he's also working very hard economically to bring on, to subdue China and to subdue Europe and so on. So Trump is a candidate and especially with his coalition with Elon Musk. Now I know Elon Musk is leaving the Department for Government Efficiency in the United States. because Tesla is crumbling. But nevertheless, Elon Musk, amongst all of the technocrats, is the one who seems to have all the technology necessary to be the false prophet in Revelation 13. So this seems to be a powerful alliance, which looks a lot like what's going on in Scripture. And I can see why people might say, well, it's Donald Trump. And he's talking about world peace and peace in the Middle East whilst making war and so on and so forth. And all of this does mark him out as a potential candidate for Antichrist. And again, I just think it's amazing that Donald Trump will be at the Pope's funeral tomorrow because if Donald Trump was a Protestant Christian, he couldn't in good conscience go to the Vatican to the Pope's funeral. That would not be possible. So it's significant that he's going to St. Peter's Square tomorrow But the Antichrist, according to Scripture, is a Gentile. As far as we know, Donald Trump is a Gentile, a non-Jewish person. Revelation 13 verse 1 reads, And I stood upon the sand of the sea and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. So he is rising up out of the sea, and theologically speaking, that means he's a Gentile. Then we have Micaiah chapter 5 and verse 6 there, which we mentioned, or we're going to mention, Dove. Many people believe that the Bible teaches that the Antichrist will be from Assyria. He will be an Assyrian, not a Jewish person. And this is, if we go to Micaiah chapter 5 and verse 6 here in the Minor Prophets. Micah chapter 5 verse 6. Micah is one of our listeners. Micah chapter 5 verse 6 and we read, And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof. Thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian when he cometh into our land. and when he treadeth within our borders and also notice the reference to nimrod there i'm going to say more about that but some some believe that refers to the antichrist the coming Antichrist system and we need to bear that in mind. I'm not aware of Donald Trump being a Syrian, I'm not aware of him coming from the Middle East as such, but we have this idea that if it's got to be an American president, obviously the Americans are really important, so it can only be an American president who's Antichrist. If it was somebody who was Chinese or somebody who was Indian or somebody who was from any country in the world we would think that was a letdown because it has to be a US president. And of course I can remember when people said that when people said that George W. Bush was the Antichrist, they were sure of that. And then they said that Obama was the Antichrist, and people were shouting from the rooftops that Obama was the Antichrist. I mean, he still could be, he's still alive. But again, now people are saying it's Donald Trump. And we have to realize that we can see people that look like Antichrists. The Bible says there are many Antichrists, and yet there'll be that final thing when he becomes the ruler over the whole world, and so on. I remember also a big fuss was made about the fact that Bill Clinton looks exactly like Nero from the Roman Emperor Nero, comparing a picture of Bill Clinton to Nero's bust. And there's always these things going on. There's always people who can prove these things. But, well, is it Donald Trump? Well, that's not my opinion. My opinion is not Donald Trump. But at the same time, he's doing a wonderful imitation of some of these things. What about historical antichrists coming from the Bible, for example? Ian says antichrist will emerge from nowhere. Trump is already somewhere. Antichrist will make him look like a bumbling amateur. You know something Ian, I think you could be right. I really think you could be right. Bearing in mind that antichrist is motivated, actuated, controlled and empowered by Satan. So yes, and he'll be the most evil man that's ever lived, the most powerful man that's ever lived. humanly speaking. Historical Antichrist. First of all, Cain from the book of Genesis. In Genesis chapter 4 and verse 3, we find Cain, the first man that was born of a woman, setting up his own religion, nature worship, offering the fruit of the ground to God as a sacrifice and being rejected and then getting very angry and killing Abel, his brother. The first one to start nature worship, the first one to rebel against God with his own religion, the first one to commit murder and to persecute the saints of God. So Cain I think is a type of antichrist, beginning false religion and the persecution of the saints. And then very significantly, we've read that just in Micah, Nimrod in Genesis 10 verses 8 and 9, let's read Genesis 10 verses 8 and 9, Nimrod is an early antichrist and a very significant figure for reasons which I'll come to shortly, but Genesis 10 verses 8 and 9, and Cush, that's Cush is the grandson of Noah, so Cush begat Nimrod, he began to be a mighty one in the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the Lord, wherefore it is said even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord. Nimrod was significant. He founded Babylon. Of course, we get the Tower of Babel as well that follows that. There are those, theologically, who say when it's saying that Nimrod was a mighty hunter before the Lord, he was a hunter of souls. This has religious, spiritual significance. By the way, Nimrod is very significant. But we've said Cain, we've said Nimrod, what about Roman emperors? We mentioned Nero. What if the Antichrist is a resuscitated or revived or resurrected Roman emperor such as Nero? There are those who believe that on the basis of this passage in Revelation that we've read. I don't know. Let's press on. So that's anyway, that's Trump and some historical antichrists. Then we go to King Charles and I know people who are convinced that King Charles or the line of the House of Windsor is the line of antichrist and that the King of England will be the antichrist, the one world ruler. Just read Cathy's comment here. President Trump says Cathy is doing some very good things. His full support of Israel is just one of those things. Only God knows his heart. Well, that's true, Cathy. He shouldn't be at the Pope's funeral tomorrow, though. It's not a good place for anybody to be. King Charles will be at the Pope's funeral tomorrow as well. And there are many who are convinced that Charles will win the House of Winds. I mean, Charles may be dying of cancer. He's certainly got cancer. We don't know what his actual health is. But it seems unlikely that he'll become a one world ruler. Speaking of which, I haven't put this into tonight's talk, but I need to mention that that many believe that the Antichrist will have one eye missing, his right eye will be darkened, and also that, well, what it says here, that he's had a fatal wound and lived. He will be somebody who is thought to have died, and the evidence of his death will be convincing, very convincing, but he has come back to life, and that will be impressing the people of the nations. Yet, at the same time, he will be Actuated by Satan. Well, anyway, King Charles is some people believe that the house of Windsor and King Charles is the Antichrist and maybe maybe King Harry or maybe Prince William. Sorry, Prince Harry or Prince William, if not Charles. So I had a book, The Antichrist and a Cup of Tea, I mentioned it before, and this is a book which deals with the House of Windsor and the evidence for the House of Windsor being Antichrist. It'll be one of these books if you read it, it'll be very convincing. So Kerry says Cain was also marked on the forehead. He was, but that mark was given to him by God, not by the Antichrist, and that was to protect him. at that time that was a unique mark given to Cain. And Laurie says, World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab has resigned. I think Klaus Schwab was pushed rather than jumped. I think he was told to go. But I'm pretty certain you'll find that everything that's going on and what follows will be scripted or planned. I don't believe these are random events at all. And it may even be that Klaus Schwab's departure ties in with the death of the Pope and the things that are going to happen next, which could be very dramatic. Anyway, I had a book called The Antichrist in a Cup of Tea, and of course it dealt with things like the symbolism in the coat of arms of the House of Windsor and things like that, and many other things to do with the House of Windsor, which purport to show fascinating times. Yes, fascinating. They are. It's a privilege to be alive in such times, but it's also imperative, as you know, that we walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, and this is the thing that will bring us through by the grace of God. So the House of Windsor, their coat of arms shows them to be anti-Christ. It is said of the House of Windsor that they own most of the world's food supply and of course I think it was Henry Kissinger who said he who controls the oil controls the economy, he who controls food controls the world. So the House of Winds are far more powerful than they appear, far more influential than they appear. Marcus, good evening, brother. It's great to see you, brother. Thank you for joining us. Yeah, great to see you. They call us useless eaters. I think they call anybody who, in the world, in the Antichrist system, it will be those who don't worship the image of the beast or take the mark of the beast, and those who have no economic value to them. It's going to be a time of great, great bloodshed, I believe, and slaughter. So, well, it was Hitler who first came up with the phrase useless eaters, I believe, Marcus, so that's what they are. Christa says, King Charles the green man back to Cain. Well, yes, nature, worship and so on. And of course, King Charles is very, very involved with the World Economic Forum. I can't imagine that World Economic Forum is just going to fold because Herr Claus isn't there anymore. He's done his job. He's completed his course and now they can carry on to do what's been started without him. So the House of Windsor, they control the world food supply it is said. And then there are those who are very keen to talk about the Merovingian bloodline and the possible links of the House of Windsor to the Merovingian bloodline. This is important. Some of you remember that 20 or more years ago Dan Brown wrote his book The Da Vinci Code and everybody was going cock-a-hoop about this because it purported that Mary Magdalene had married Jesus and had a child and that a child had traveled to France and the bloodline of Jesus had become intermingled with the bloodline of the Merovingian kings and this has been passed down to the present day through the line of the House of Windsor and the European kings. Now I mean It all sounds like nonsense to me, to be honest, but of course there are those who want to say that this is the line of the Virgin Kings and that will be the line of Antichrist. Now, first of all, Jesus didn't marry Mary Magdalene, nor did he have children. And that is pure Gnostic nonsense, which was widely believed because of Dan Brown's book. And we can reject that. But nevertheless, there are those who want to bring this in and use it as evidence for the idea that the House of Windsor or perhaps King Charles is the Antichrist, or maybe William or Harry. I suppose if I wanted to really set the cat among the pigeons, I could say that the Harry Potter books are all about Prince Harry in secret, but that's just me being silly saying that. Maybe Harry will be the next King of England. In fact, there have been articles in the press about that. That would be astonishing. But some are convinced that the line of Windsor will produce the Antichrist, not Donald Trump, but the line of Windsor. It's interesting, isn't it, that Charles and Camilla visited the Pope shortly before he died, and they were dressed in black. Now, apparently, if you visit the Pope dressed in black, as Charles's mother, Queen Elizabeth II, did, that's a sign of submission to the Pope. It tells us who's boss and who's subject. So Charles and Camilla, dressed in black, Charles as the head of the Church of England and the King of England, visited the Pope. So the Pope was the senior member in that gathering. that tells us that. So for Charles to become the Antichrist, he would have to take over the Church of Rome and be the next Pope, or Donald Trump be the next Pope, perhaps, in order to do that. That's how I see it. Let me just come back. And Islam, says Marcus. Kerry says, Daniel 1137, he shall pay no attention to the gods of his fathers or to the one beloved by women. He shall not pay attention to any other god, for he shall magnify himself above all. Certainly that's what the antichrist is going to do. He'll magnify himself, he'll have everybody in the world worshipping him, and anyone who refuses to worship him will be put to death. Ian says, better to watch the season unfold rather than place early Antichrist bets. Well, these aren't the early bets because this has been going on for a very long time. But yeah, I think my message is going to be this, that you may disagree or I may disagree with you or others and everything like that. We need to be big hearted about this. I want people to be aware that this is going on, but perhaps not too dogmatic about it. Although I'm going to be dogmatic and say I think it's the Pope, and I'm going to continue to believe it's the Pope. We've got to be ready to be wrong, but we should be students of Bible prophecy. But yes, we shouldn't be fighting over these things. I agree. I know people who think that Trump is the Antichrist. I know people who think that King Charles is the Antichrist. I think the Pope is the Antichrist. We haven't even got a Pope at the moment, but I still think that. But we can marvel at what's now happening in this. I absolutely agree. Thank you. So Geraldine, all this could be overwhelming, so we must continue to keep trusting, feeding on God's word and praying. Amen Geraldine, that's the thing, this is where we must be in God's word and praying and seeking him. Just a question here, so as Charles Camilla saw the Pope just before he died and as J.D. Vance, a Roman Catholic, saw the Pope just before he died, that's the U.S. Vice President, I wonder what, if anything, was said or conveyed to these individuals by the Pope before he died, since he must have known that his death was near. Well, black is a standard colour, and for visiting the Pope as well, apparently, if you're a head of state, it establishes the Pope as the king of kings, the ruler over the kings of the earth, which he claims to be. but thank you Ian for your comment. So I just wonder if the meeting of J.D. Vance and King Charles with the Pope was like sort of last instructions and this is just me speculating and if it had anything to do with the departure of Herr Claus from the WEF but that's me speculating, no further evidence than that except that this is a global conspiracy. So we've said is Is Donald Trump the Antichrist? Some think he is. Is King Charles the Antichrist? Some think he is. But let's go on to the Pope. The Antichrist, I believe, is the papacy. I mean, again, we mentioned John Calvin. Many pastors and many Bible students have believed that the Pope is the Antichrist. A lot of people today think the Pope is the false prophet, but the Pope is never going to allow others to be worshipped when he can be worshipped. And it's not the duty of the Pope to get others to worship some other person, but to worship himself. And so I don't believe the idea that the Pope is the false prophet, but not the Antichrist, I don't believe that holds water. Now, you've heard a lot, or you may have seen a lot, and you're bound to hear a lot more, perhaps, about Saint Malachi's prophecy and the current papacy. To those who don't know, Saint Malachi was apparently a Catholic bishop in 12th century Ireland, 13th century Ireland rather, and he made 120 prophecies about 120 popes from his time to the current time. many of which apparently proved to be accurate. Now, if you go to the Wikipedia article on this, it says that they were all accurate until the time they were published in the 16th century. After that, they were inaccurate, suggesting strongly that they are false, which is what I believe. But a lot's been made of these Saint Malachi's prophecies. And Saint Malachi prophesied the last pope would be Petrus Romanus, Peter of Rome. Now, the reason this is important is because a number of Christian authors have taken this and run with it as if it was of God. It can't be. These are not prophecies given by the Holy Spirit. They can't be. The prophecy of Petrus Romanus has the people of God, a small persecuted group protected by the Pope against this Antichrist. That's not it. If the Catholic Church is false, then this prophecy has to be false because these are not the people of God. And again, the Bible teaching on the Antichrist very strongly suggests that the Pope is the Antichrist. Now, if I mention Tom Horne, Tom Horne died a couple of years back, I think, but he wrote many, many books on Bible prophecy, and some of you will have read some of his books. And I have a book by him which proves that Pope Francis, who's just died, was Petrus Romanus. And he says, therefore, the last pope has been appointed. And that's giving credence to Saint Malachi's false prophecies, which must be rejected. And so I have a problem with that. And you have the situation where some are arguing that Pope Francis was Petrus Romanus and others now are saying that Petrus Romanus is the next pope, the next one to come, Peter of Rome. If you look at all the candidates that have been put out in the press for the next pope, half of them are called Peter and half of them are from Rome, or from Italy at least. But the thing is this, no Tom, it's not the case. Francis might be the last Pope. There might not be another Pope appointed. No Pope's been appointed yet. They have their conclave and they'll appoint a new Pope. I think they will appoint a new Pope. Francis might be the last Pope. But it's irrelevant. We don't need Saint Malachi's prophecy. We can't accept it as being from God. We have to reject it. And yet, not only is this very big in the eyes of Roman Catholics, but it's very big in some evangelical Bible-believing circles as well. Why? We should reject it. It's clear that Francis wasn't the Antichrist because the Bible tells us quite clearly that the Antichrist will be, in Revelation 19 verse 20, that the Antichrist will be cast alive into the lake of fire. Francis has died so he can't be cast alive into the lake of fire. So let's not waste time with Saint Malachi's prophecies, or talk of them as some do, as if they were real prophecies that came from God, which they cannot be and aren't. And in fact, the Wikipedia article suggests that they were fake anyway and contrived. So enough of that. Some are looking for Petrus Romanus. Some say Petrus Romanus has already come. So what? Francis wasn't the Antichrist. He was an Antichrist, being a pope, but not the Antichrist. Ian says, Papal title is Holy Father, that is doubly prophetic and blasphemous. I agree with you, Ian, absolutely. So yes, a doved God is judging us in this land for our sins. Let me tell you something really shocking. A certain Christian group put out a newsletter today And I'm going to say this, this is grown up, this is adult stuff. I just need to say that in case there's any children watching. This is very serious. But this group is campaigning against sex education in schools and there is outrage in England because a certain education authority has been giving a book to 14 year old boys The advice that these boys are being given is how to choke your girlfriend safely when having sex with her. Now, I cannot not say this. This is absolutely serious. This is the kind of wickedness that's going on in our schools, that's backed by our government, that is ignored by churches, ignored by people, and just goes on. And when you have that level of wickedness in the land, it's inevitable that God's wrath is going to be poured out on the land. I find that extraordinarily shocking, what I've just said. But I cannot not say it, because as Christians, we don't have the right to look away when such things are happening. We must stand up for the truth. We must preach the gospel. But when those things are abroad in the land, the end of that land is certain, and it's coming. And these are the days we're living in. shocking in the extreme, but as I say, we have to speak up on these things. Imagine what children are being taught and told in our schools. God sees it and the end is near. So, Francis wasn't the Antichrist. It's possible the next Pope who's going to be elected will be the Antichrist, will be that last Pope, and will be the Antichrist. I think the end is near. I think the rising of Antichrist is going on as we speak, and I think that that Pope will arise. Let me just see. Marcus says, rejecting simply as Peter couldn't be the first Pope. Thank you, Marcus. Absolutely. Pope means father, doesn't it? And it's called no man on earth father. So thanks, yes. Rejected as simply as Peter couldn't be first Pope, Marcus says, as Jesus referring to the rock as himself, amen. And Jesus referred moments later rebuking Peter as Satan, get behind me. And Peter was married, of course. Yes, thank you, Marcus, for that. Dove says, yes, you would be so shocked to know how many hotels, historic buildings that were empty and are putting up hundreds and hundreds of immigrants up and down England. Yes, and that's all the judgment of God for our sins, and if what I've just said is going on in schools, and it's being allowed to go on, then it's like everything in this generation is totally corrupted. God sees it and says it's time to pull the plug on England, to destroy and wipe out that nation, and to send judgments. You can read about how God judges such nations in Deuteronomy 28. And I've done readings of a number of sermons by Calvin on Deuteronomy 28, which you can find on my page on Sermon Audio. I want to do my own series on Deuteronomy 28. It also says, yes, David's demonic days in this generation deluded David. Teaching 14 year old boys how to safely choke their girlfriends. They're going to end up killing them. What evil that is. That is absolute evil. Evil. So let's move on from the Pope. Is Donald Trump the Antichrist? Personally, I don't think so. You may disagree. Is King Charles the Antichrist? Personally, I don't think so. You may disagree. Is the Pope the Antichrist? I believe that. You may disagree. Let's all be students of the Bible and be gracious in our disagreements. But let me go further now and say, is the Antichrist somebody else? Is the Antichrist It's the Antichrist, somebody we've already mentioned, but we haven't included in the list of three here. Yes, it's absolutely evil. Leslie, welcome. And Jules says, it's like a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. There is an undercurrent running through our society, which is getting gravitous. Scary times. Everything's going to be pulled apart, isn't it? And again, with the rise of Antichrist, we get this breakdown of the nations and this red horse riding forth and that might be, you know, could start in India and Pakistan, but it could start anywhere. So here's another view and this is a view that I The Antichrist has a compelling fatal injury. We find that in Revelation 13, the beast looking as it had been slain and people worshipping that beast. It had a fatal wound, but it recovered from a fatal wound. In the Old Testament we read the Antichrist having one eye. So he may be blinded in his right eye. That's why occultists are always putting... I'm not going to do it. They put their right hand over their right eye. If I do that, somebody will do a screenshot and say David MacArthur is really of the Antichrist. I'm not going to do that. But the point is that celebrities fall over themselves with Antichrist symbolism. But in Revelation 17, which we've read, we have the possibility that the Antichrist is somebody not who's alive today, but who has previously lived. and will be in some way resuscitated by the power of Satan. And this is a view that some people hold. Verse 8 of Revelation 17, the beast that our source was and is not and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit and go into perdition. They that dwell on the earth shall wonder whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world when they behold the beast that was and is not and yet is. and then verse 11 and the beast that was and is not even he is the eighth and is of the seven and goeth into perdition in fact there in verse 10 and there are seven kings five are fallen and one is and the other is not yet come and when he cometh he must continue a short space how can he be the eighth and be of the seven well again i'm speculating here in 2003 The BBC published an article, you can type in Gilgamesh into the YouTube search engine. In 2003, the BBC published an article that said that the tomb of Gilgamesh had been found in, I think it was in Iraq they found it. The point is they found the tomb of Gilgamesh. Now Gilgamesh is the name of the ancient warrior by the name of Nimrod. And there are those who are speculating that he was found and he was still alive after 4,500 years of effectively being dead. Now, I can't comment on that except to say that there are strange things going on in the world. In the last days, there are going to be great signs and wonders, lying signs and lying wonders. And one of those lying signs and wonders will be the Antichrist being apparently resurrected from the dead, presumably, so that he can rival the Lord Jesus Christ through lying sign and wonder. But is it possible that a king like Nimrod could re-emerge, or Nero, or one of these Antichrists could re-emerge and be brought back to life? Is it possible that the Antichrist will be part human and part demon? Is it possible that the Antichrist will be a giant, for example? There are those who believe the giants will be reappear on the earth, and maybe all this stuff about aliens and other conspiracy things, which I won't go into, are about that. Well, there are those who see the possibility of that, certainly in these scriptures. Let me just catch up with the comments. So, Jill says, it's a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. Thanks for letting me know, Ian, that's very helpful. So, is it possible that Nimrod will be the Antichrist, that he will arise? He's a type of Antichrist, he's a mighty hunter of souls. I think Okay, Anne-Marie says it might be Erdogan. Well, Erdogan is certainly a powerful leader, and he wants to invade Israel. I think he wants to invade Israel, and another one to watch. It doesn't have to be an American president. It could be a Middle Eastern leader, or as Ian, you said earlier, somebody we don't yet know, who's already waiting in the wings, ready to come center stage at a moment's notice, but we've missed it. We don't know, but these are the days we're living in. So in the last days, so I'm going to pin, I'm still going to pin my... my own personal convictions that it will be the last Pope who is the Antichrist. I may be proven wrong, and I'm willing to be proven wrong, but I don't think the Pope will be the false prophet, I think he will be the Antichrist. And you may disagree with me, but tomorrow, King Charles, Donald Trump, and the future Pope will all be meeting in St. Peter's Square. We don't know who the future Pope is. and what days we're living in when these things are going on. The last days, there'll be fantastical events, and there'll be false signs, lying signs, and lying wonders. There may be fallen angels masquerading as aliens, even an apparent resurrection of a man who is the Antichrist. If you want to know more about the Nimrod angle, type in Marduk, that's M-A-R-D-U-K, and Nimrod into your Google search engine, and you'll find some interesting articles written by Christians about that. We need to be circumspect. We need to be wise. We need to realize that the important thing is to know the Lord Jesus Christ, to love him, to grow in him as Christians, and to walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. That's what we're called to do. The only safe place in this world is in Jesus Christ. Everywhere else is perilous. And to delight in the Lord Jesus, to love the Lord Jesus. And again, whatever our position is to be students of the Bible, students of Bible prophecy, but students of the whole Bible. Not to be on an endless quest to discuss the Antichrist or aliens or whatever, but actually to be students of the whole Bible. There are many, many things that we need to learn. So, yes. Ian mentions the Chrislam HQ in Abu Dhabi. I wasn't aware of that, I don't think. Marcus says, call it Kathlam. We have no part of their false deities. The thing, of course, being as Christians, we expect persecution. Cain persecuted Abel. We expect persecution we expect to be on the receiving end, whether the Antichrist will have the power to wear out the saints of the Most High, whoever doesn't worship the image of the beast because it's going to be put to death and we can't worship him. We can't worship the image of the beast if we're Christians. Do you know the Lord Jesus Christ? Have you found the Lord Jesus Christ? Is he your savior from sin? Do you love the Lord Jesus Christ? Have you repented of your sins? Have you believed on him? Are you trusting that because of his death on the cross, your sins can be washed away in his precious blood? If you don't know Jesus Christ, you'll die in your sins. And if you die in your sins, you'll go to hell for eternity. That's the plain teaching of the scriptures. Therefore, I must warn you and call upon you to repent of your sin and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ for the saving of your soul. I have been a Christian for many years, but I was saved forever the day I believed. I'm not more saved now than I was then, but Jesus had mercy on me. The Lord Jesus sought me and found me and purchased me with his own precious blood. Do you know Jesus Christ? If you don't know him, repent of your sin and believe on him and find him for the forgiveness of your sins. If you know him, praise God and walk in him. and be ready to, if necessary, lay down your life for your testimony of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Let's pray. I'd like you to pray for me because I'm preaching this Sunday in a church near London, and I hope to be at Speaker's Corner this coming Lord's Day as well, in two days' time. I will mention that in prayer just now. We'll just pray. Father, thank you again for this wonderful, glorious gospel that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came into the world to save sinners. And when we think about the tumultuous events that are going on and the rise of Antichrist and the fulfilment of prophecy and all the terrible things spoken of, we thank you that we have a refuge, a resting place, a strong tower, a saviour that we can flee to the Lord Jesus Christ always and find refuge. and our prayer and desire, Lord Jesus, is that we would walk with you, that we would be found to be those who are amongst your sheep. that we are those who hear your voice and follow you. Lord Jesus, have mercy upon us. When we're feeling weak, when we're feeling discouraged, we realize that there's still indwelling sin in our hearts, and we feel even in despair over that. Lord Jesus, draw us back to yourself and have mercy upon us. Draw us to your Word and write it upon our hearts. And Father, I pray that your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, would be glorified in us every day of our lives. Oh Lord, by our words, by our actions. Again, we pray you'd have mercy upon our families, those in our families who don't know you. May we be a living witness to them, Lord. And they see our failings and they know how foolish we are at times, but yet they also see that Jesus lives in us. Oh Lord, have mercy on us and use us for your glory. Have mercy upon England and other countries, Australia and other countries, Lord, as we consider the terrible wickedness that's going on, the horrible things that 14-year-old boys and 14-year-old girls are being taught in the schools. almost too horrible to mention, almost too horrible to believe, Lord, yet going on. Father, help us to be salt and light in our generation, in our time. Raise up your cause, pour out your Holy Spirit, raise up preachers of your word, Lord. I ask for your help in my evangelistic work. I pray you bless every Christian who wants to witness faithfully at Speaker's Corner in London this coming Sunday. I've forgotten where the reference is to the Antichrist having his right eye darkened. Can somebody tell me where that is? I read it the other day, but I've still forgotten where it was. And I'm sorry about that. I should have all these things at my fingertips. Somewhere in the Minor Prophets it talks about the Antichrist's right eye being darkened. Thanks Jules Zachariah. Josh says, how would you explain the Holy Spirit? Well, I would recommend a good systematic theology, but at the same time, there's an awful lot to be said about the Holy Spirit. But the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, equal in his power and glory and attributes to the Father and the Son. He is a distinct person. He blows where he lists, as Jesus says in John chapter 3. He can be grieved, he can be quenched. He has the characteristics of a person. He's the one whose work is to convict us of our sins, to open our eyes to the truth, to give us hearts of flesh, to bring us into a saving relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. He applies the gospel He also points us to the Lord Jesus Christ once we're saved, so that a church that's filled with the Holy Spirit will be focused on the Lord Jesus. I come across a lot of so-called churches that claim they're filled with the Holy Spirit, and the whole focus is on the Holy Spirit. Where the Holy Spirit is present in power, he will direct us to the Lord Jesus. He's a person, and he will guide us into all truth. I'm saying this because the Jehovah's Witnesses will say that he's just a force. The New Ages will say it's just a force or something like that, presumably the Muslims don't believe in the Holy Spirit. But the thing here is this, no, he is a person, and a person who guides us into all truth. guides us, truth, those are the words. So the Holy Spirit is a person, you cannot be God without being equal with God. So each of the three members of the Godhead are equal, they must be equal if they are God. So that's just an introduction to the Holy Spirit and his work, but fundamentally he is the one who brings us from where we are in the world, wakes us up, awakens us and baptizes us into the Lord Jesus Christ, makes us new creatures, and imparts that saving faith in our hearts in the Lord Jesus Christ, which is a gift of God's grace. Dov says, I think the Antichrist may be someone we haven't seen. Yes, of course it could be. We all want it to be somebody we've seen. So it was Bill Clinton, then it was George W, then it was Obama, and now it's Trump and so on. But yes, I feel, Dov, that it's very near at hand. I feel it's very near at hand indeed, and I think the events tomorrow and the funeral of the Pope and what happens next may well have very real significance with how these things develop. I think the next person to be King of England after Charles will be very significant as well, and I think we should continue to watch Elon Musk. So, Zachariah 1117. Thank you, Casey. Yeah, I knew I'd read that, but the exact reference, and I should have looked it up before. So let me just read that, Zachariah 1117. Thank you very much for that. So which reads, woe to the idle shepherd that leaveth the flock. The sword shall be upon his arm and upon his right eye. His arm shall be clean dried up and his right eye shall be utterly darkened. That reminds me of Lord Nelson, but Lord Nelson wasn't the Antichrist. So this is why occultists are so keen to use Antichrist symbolism, the darkening of the right eye, so on, with the right arm then. So, Amy, thanks for asking about my health. It's not good at the moment, but thank you for asking, sister. I've been feeling quite rough for the last few weeks, but thanks for asking. Well, Josh, Jesus said you must be born again, and you must be born again of the Holy Spirit. It's a one-off event. It's an instantaneous thing, Josh, not a gradual thing, but an instantaneous thing. But maybe, Josh, you're talking about his work of sanctification. Once we are Christians, once we are born again, and we've had that saving faith, given to us. We are then spending a lifetime being sanctified, and the Holy Spirit is making us more like Jesus every day. That's his work in us. It's a mark of us as Christians, isn't it? If we're true Christians, the Holy Spirit will be working in us to make us more like the Lord Jesus Christ. Sanctification, Josh. Thank you. Time is speeding up as well. It feels like it, doesn't it, Dov? That's a bit of a philosophical question. I mean, I know the Lord says he'll shorten those days, but I'm not sure if time sped up, how you would measure that.
