Thanks. I'll go for about 30 minutes, and Claudia will pray, and then I'll do the question and answer. Claudia knows I get a little long-winded with the Q&A, so she will bless us with a prayer after I speak, and then I'll be here as long as you want me to be and answer any questions that you may have. As I shared today, we are living in very important times biblically. These are the most important times, from my perspective, in the history of the world. And that meaning that we could very likely be the generation that sees Jesus Christ return to Jerusalem. Hallelujah. And I'm going to kind of summarize some things that I see kind of the way that I look at the news each week to give you a better idea how we do things and then also give you and I an idea how you can watch things going forward. A lot of you know the scriptures of the significant scriptures, such as Ezekiel 38 and 39, that talks about Russia, Iran, and Turkey. You talk about Isaiah 17.1, it talks about the time that Damascus will no longer exist as a city. You can look at the Psalm 83 wars. You know, still a lot of the theologians still are not sure if Psalm 83 is going to be a war prior to Gog Magog, or will it not be a war? But it is a war with the neighbors that border Israel, Jordan and Lebanon. and Saudi Arabia and Egypt very likely. We're very possibly going to see a war this year between Israel and Hezbollah and Hamas will possibly be part of that and also there's a fairly good chance that Syria is going to get their neck into it. What we like to do is we like to read the Middle East news reports to kind of get the flavor and the feel on the streets of the Middle Eastern countries. We also like to read content of expatriates from Lebanon and other countries that no longer live in the Middle East and live in Canada or the United States and other places. In one of my recent news reports, some very, very polished, very gifted journalists said that they believe that Israel is going to finish off the problem with Hezbollah this year. Hezbollah right now is developing weapons that can do great harm in Israel, 45 to 50,000 missiles and rockets that could be of great concern to a tiny little country such as Israel. Also, the fact that Iran, Ahmadinejad, continues to tell the entire world that he wants to wipe out this Zionist entity and the people, the Ayatollahs in Iran are very favorable of him saying this to the entire world. And Israel's going to have to make a tough decision this year whether they do what they can to attempt to take out the nuclear facilities inside of Iran that aren't for nuclear energy, outside the fact that they are going to have a nuclear energy program, but the fact that these are designed for the purpose of developing a nuclear weapon. which not only concerns Israel but also concerns the Saudi Arabians. The Saudis believe that Israel will be first and the Saudis will be second because the Saudis are primarily Sunni and the Iranians are Shiite. And from a recent intelligence briefing I went to Washington, D.C., people are amazed at how fast over the last 15 to 20 years how the Iranian Shiite influence throughout the Middle East is going to affect not only peace in the Middle East but peace around the world because Iran with nuclear weapons is not only dangerous to the entire Middle East, they're going to be dangerous to the Western Europe and they're also working on technology right now that very likely could be able to hit US cities. And plus, with their very tight relationship with Venezuela, there's people in our intelligence circles that are very concerned that Iran will use a proxy such as Venezuela, or even the possibility of Cuba, to send nuclear missiles into America. One with a nuclear missile, and number two is the EMP, the electromagnetic pulse. that we had a testimony on that a year and a half ago on Capitol Hill is a way that they would be able to knock back America, knock out America's power grids to the point that it would knock us back to like the 1900s, back in the horse and buggy stage. So I'm going to share some of the heavy stuff and get into some of the lighter stuff, but I wanted you all to know that we are really moving into a very serious year in Israel in the Middle East. The fact this week that Russia said they are going to provide nuclear energy capabilities to Turkey and considering giving it to Syria and the fact that Israel should be required to negotiate with Hamas and also the fact that they had meetings with Hezbollah. Also the fact that the Russians told us that the United States should not make unilateral sanctions. In other words, the United States and the international community should agree on sanctions. where Russia and China says that sanctions are premature, that we shouldn't be doing sanctions right now. But Israel, and also the United States, but especially Israel knows that they must do something this year because if they don't, it's going to be too late. And the cities of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and Haifa will be in the target. This is very, very serious. So, in the event that Israel does strike this year, It could put Iran back 2 or 3 or 4 years. It won't completely take out their program, but it will do enough to be able to knock back Iran's nuclear plans. And to be quite honest, and this is very interesting, is most of the modern Arab countries in Israel and in the Middle East would like to see Israel take out the Iranian threat. That's very interesting because they know the risk to all nations in the Middle East, and that includes Arab nations, if Iran through the madman Ahmadinejad and other members of the fundamental Shiite Islam there within Iran are dangerous. They think it's a big, big, big concern. Well, you know, what's interesting is we have also, the United States, when you're dealing with the international community, you also have to deal with the realities of, of, of having to deal with Europe. And the problem that we have today in Europe is Europe is full of pacifists. And war is certainly the, that's the last course that you would want to take. War is the least and most undesirous thing that you would ever want to take when you're dealing with situations and threats that the United States has because we have 200,000 troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. But you also have to be very aware of the damage and the loss of many people's lives, many innocent people in the Middle East. But the Europeans have this attitude, it was very interesting, a former leader of the EU and who's still very involved with the EU, Javier Solanas, says, you know, we have a real problem in the way President George W. Bush looked at and looks at and now looked at the situation in the Middle East. He says, Solanus says, we're very, we're very troubled by the fact that Bush looks at the problems in the Middle East as if it's a battle between good and evil. Good and evil. That's a Greek philosopher attitude. And that is part of our problems. We've had the Europeans heading the negotiations for over five years, working with the Iranians, going back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and try to work out the differences. Well, during this whole long stage and long period of time, the Iranians were continuing to develop their weapons of mass destruction and develop their nuclear program that is not only a threat to Israel, but the entire Middle East and the entire world. But that's the problem. And then you have China and Russia that are saying that we think that sanctions are premature. The Chinese minister to the UN or ambassador to the UN is saying that this is not the right time to push sanctions. Or the fact that the UN gives Ahmadinejad an audience. Every year he has the rights to come to the UN. and speak to the UN with his hate of Israel, his hate of a fellow United Nations nations. And then last year, after Ahmadinejad spoke to the United Nations, the World Council churches sponsored a dinner to honor him in New York City after his address to the UN. That's unbelievable. And then you have the Vatican. It was very interesting is the Vatican has pushed real hard for peace conferences for many, many years. You know, I watch all these events and patterns. It was interesting in January of 2002, Pope John Paul II sponsored a world peace conference in Assisi, Italy in the end of January of 2002. And they took down anything in the church that had to do with Christ, crosses, any kind of paraphernalia. It was taken down to make sure that the religious leaders that had come in to assist the Italy for this conference would feel comfortable. And then he sponsored a conference, and they sponsored a communique that called on Israel and the Palestinians to work out their differences and to move forward into the peace process as soon as possible. A week later, a major scandal hit the Catholic Church here in America that spread throughout the world. It had to do with their priests and some of the things that were taking place with young people. Sadly, tragic, but it happened immediately after this conference. And then this year, Pope Benedict, on a Easter message or a pre-Easter message told the world that now is the time for Muslims and Christians and Jews to share the city of Jerusalem. And then another scandal hit the church a week later. You know, I don't, I certainly don't understand why these things happen and why they happen, but I tell you what happens is every time a religious leader comes out and speaks against Israel, or comes out and says something that is totally biblically inaccurate, they are immediately dealing with crises in their own churches. It happens over and over again. And here, you know, Pope John Paul II, on February of 2000, 2000, February 2000, February 15, 2000, signed a deal with Yasser Arafat calling for the holy sites of Jerusalem to be shared between the three great world religions, Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. Israel said, no, this is our undivided capital. It has been for 3,000 years. And since we have recaptured Jerusalem, Muslims and Christians have greater access now to the holy sites than at any other time. in the history of the country of Israel and in thousands of years. No, this is our undivided capital. Pope John Paul acknowledged and other members of the Vatican have acknowledged that Allah is the same God as the God of the Bible and the God of the Jews. Last year, they had a an ecumenical event at Yale University. It's an eight day peace event between Protestants, Catholics and Muslims. And within the first few hours of this eight day conference, the Muslims had the Protestants and Catholics acknowledge that Allah is the same God as the God of the Bible. And as I share today, The Protestants and Catholics are the ones that are standing with the international community calling on Israel to give up this occupied land, the land that they are occupying illegally. And a lot of these Protestant churches have boycotted Israel, boycotted goods that come from Israel's settlements, that have called for banning any acquisition through their church resources of any companies that do business with Israel. And just before I came here tonight, I'm now seeing where the European Jewish leaders and American Jewish leaders are calling on Israel to make peace now with the Palestinians. Whatever it takes, whatever land it takes, 80% of American Jews go to reform or conservative synagogues. 20% of American Jews are Orthodox, and they understand the biblical significance of the land that God gave to Abraham and his descendants. So you have a majority of the church, you have a majority of the Jews in America and Europe. Just in the last week, the Europeans and the Jewish leaders called in Israel to make peace now, that now's the opportunity. Make peace, in other words, dividing Jerusalem and giving East Jerusalem to Hamas-led Palestinian government, giving up Judea and Samaria to Hamas-led Palestinians. And the Russians, every time they talk peace, they want the Syrians involved in peace talks with the Israelis and Palestinians. But see, all of this air has created a situation I started out with tonight. a very challenging, difficult day for Israel, the United States, and modern Middle Eastern countries. See, if the church had been in the right place in the first place, they would have told the international community, no, no, no, you don't have the rights to. This is Israel's land. You don't have the rights to divide this land. This is important land. This is covenant land. May 14, 1948, Israel becomes a nation. The very next day, they are attacked by five Arab countries. And the Arabs told the Arabs of Palestine. At that time, it was Palestine. There were the Jews of Palestine, the Arabs of Palestine, and Palestine came from the British name for what became Israel. So it was not Palestinians. These were Arabs of Palestine. So the five attacking countries, the five attacking countries, the very next day. And the attack the very next day after Israel became a state and they told the Arabs there to leave. After we destroy the Jews, you can come back. Well, that's the Palestinian refugee problem today. And these Arabs of Palestine are living in all the countries that surround Israel and be treated as second and third class citizens and are being used as pawns in the peace process. There's a lady that works for, she's a Palestinian that works at the White House for a major Middle East news service, a very nice lady. I sat next to her when I and the journalist went with President Bush to Israel in the Middle East in 2008. And then I met a chief negotiator on a flight when I was flying one time from Tel Aviv to London on the way back to the United States, another wonderful guy. And I've met a lot of Palestinians, they're very nice people. And they're wonderful people, but the government of Arafat robbed the Palestinians of millions of dollars. Hamas came in and filled the gap because Arafat and Abbas and Fatah were ripping off the Palestinian people, not meeting their social needs. And then Hamas came in and started meeting the social needs and were able to win 74 out of 132 seats. in the parliamentary election of 2006. Ariel Sharon told President Bush, be careful, don't do it, don't hold an election, because if you do, Hamas is going to be victorious. But Rice and Bush were so determined to have a democratic election with the Palestinians. But the outcome, 74 of 132 members are of Hamas. They have the parliamentary majority in the parliamentary in the Palestinian Parliament. And then the United States starts supplying weapons and money to Abbas and Fatah to help overthrow the democratic elected government of Abbas. See, we make mistakes. We've been making mistakes in the Middle East for 50 years. Every time we've got the think tankers from Harvard and Yale and Princeton telling us how we ought to operate in the Middle East, they spend all this time and money and resources determining how the United States should handle the Middle East and they miss it over and over and over again. November 2008, the Council on Foreign Relations, you can go into their website, it's the CFR, The Council on Foreign Relations, we've been hearing about it for many, many years. People hear conspiratorial things about the CFR, but you can go to their website. They are brilliant people. They have an idea on how things should work in the Middle East. They have a lot of influence over many of our secretaries of states. We've had presidents that have been CFR members, trilateral members. And they have been determining the path that our White House has been taking for many, many years in the Middle East. But what's interesting is in November of 2008, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Brookings Institute wrote a book that said specifically, this book was for the new president. We didn't know who the new president was going to be yet because it was just before the election. They developed this book. and it was the instructions for the next president to follow in the Middle East. They suggested the United States attempt to bring Syria away from the Iran in access. They suggested that they put a tremendous amount of pressure on Israel and the Palestinians to work out a peace deal. They had a plan that the United States new administration would negotiate with Iran and solve the problems through negotiations. In other words, convince Iran to put down their nuclear weapons. It also was for the purpose of what the president should do with the situation in Iraq and how to move out of Iraq when the time made itself possible. So the whole new plan for the new administration on the Middle East, none of it has worked. None of it has worked. They have missed it over and over again. You know, isn't it amazing to have such brilliant people that have been studying the Middle East, that know every nook and cranny in the Middle East, that can continue to come up with the raw conclusion over and over and over again. Has their efforts in the Middle East brought us peace? No. But isn't it interesting if they'd ever used the Word of God, the Bible, to follow what should be doing and what should be happening in the Middle East, we wouldn't be where we are today. We wouldn't have the problems today in Israel. We wouldn't have the problems throughout the Middle East. We wouldn't have the problems in Iran. We wouldn't have the problematic relations with Afghanistan, Pakistan, Russia, and China. But then again, this is not a surprise because God has showed us how it's going to work out. And we've also talked today about how This Arab oil, this Middle Eastern oil has had a big influence on US policy and because of our need to have Middle Eastern oil, it's affected our thinking and it's affected our think tanks and also the attitude of our diplomats looking at the situation in the Middle East, you know, thinking over and over again that diplomacy is possible. The Republicans have an attitude is, evil is evil and it's not going to change. Where a lot of our Democrats in Congress had the attitude is a lot of the people in the Middle East have had difficult families, they've had difficult opportunities, things could have worked out better, we have got to create a better day for the Middle East. And this has been the Democratic position in Congress when it comes to the Middle East. The Republicans have been more pragmatic, and I'm not trying to make this a Democrat versus Republican thing, but the Republicans have been much more democratic, I mean, much more pragmatic, and have looked at the problems in the Middle East, country after country, understanding this is an Arab problem. This is Arab versus Arab. This is Shia versus Sunni. This is different groups within each country. These are Saddam problems. These are Ahmadinejad problems. These are Shah of Iran problems. These are corruption problems in Afghanistan. These are corruption problems in Iraq. Today, we have spent over a trillion dollars. We have lost 5,500 Americans' lives in Iraq. We've had 30,000 American soldiers wounded that they'll be caring for the rest of their life, sadly because of failed U.S. policies in the Middle East. You know, and that's the sad part of these things that are taking place in the Middle East. These are the sad things about the realities of dealing with the Middle East. But nonetheless, we're going to continue to see these things happen going forward. We're going to continue to see mistakes made. We're going to continue to see an international community very focused on trying to work out this solution in Israel. What's interesting is so much has been happening this year. It is very difficult to stay up with everything. It's difficult to stay up with all the activities and all the events that are taking place. But then again, it's a sign that the birth pangs are increasing in intensity. They're more frequent and that we're moving towards a very serious time. Even our pastor this weekend at McLean Bible in Washington, D.C. talked about the final days, engaged some markers, some specific examples of what's going to take place in the final days and making sure that everybody was ready. You're involved in members of a church that also are being prepared. So Bible prophecy has a very specific, important role, and that is to get those that the Lord loves and called out to get prepared to share the gospel with family and friends and be prepared because there is going to be more and more Americans wanting to know what's taking place and what is going on. That's the purpose of Bible prophecy. That's the purpose of the scripture. That's the purpose of the opportunity today. Thank God to the Internet. We can read what's going on right now in Israel. We can read what's taking place in Europe. We can read what the Russians are saying. We can read what the Chinese are saying. We can connect the dots. What's also interesting is some of these brilliant Jewish computer scientists are developing The final day infrastructure. The chip, the computer chips, some of the most advanced computer chips in the world right now have been designed and developed within Israel. The computer chip that makes the Wi-Fi, the Centrino chip was developed in Israel, Intel. The firewalls, the cell phone, the encryption technology. The fact now that four billion people around the world have cellular phones. It's incredibly exciting to see this final day technology, where one day the people around the world are going to have their phones or smartphones and whatever, and going to be sitting there watching those two witnesses inside of Jerusalem. Very likely, Moses. I mean, yes, Moses and Elijah sitting there proclaiming Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior of the world. But the technology to make this possible is being developed right now by Jews from Israel. That's incredible. So God is going to continue to use this tiny little country to usher in completion. The great challenge that Benjamin Netanyahu has right now is the political challenges that he has within his own country. There are people that are with the secular left in Israel that are pushing for Israel to do whatever it takes to do a peace deal. And this is creating a lot of challenges for Benjamin Netanyahu. But nonetheless, Benjamin Netanyahu has a very thin coalition that remains together for the purpose of managing and monitoring that government. And his position is with the Israeli right is that Jerusalem is not to be divided. And this is a key thing. And this is a key thing that's keeping his country or his coalition government together. And see what happens in Israel, it's a parliamentary government. There's a hundred, 120 seats in Israel's parliament. And you have to develop coalitions with the different political parties to have a 61 person Knesset member majority. And he has a very thin majority right now, so he needs our continued prayer. Because a large part of his majority is from the Orthodox community, and from the community that says that Jerusalem is not going to be divided so that the other part of the government led by Zippy Livni and others would like to see this government broke because they will be much easier to work with. And there has been some rumors that the Obama administration would like to break the Netanyahu government so they can work with Zippy Livni's government which would make a peace deal more possible, more plausible. Well, we already know there's going to be a peace deal. You know, at the same time, we don't want to see Israel do anything that would be of great risk to them. But we know if you look at Daniel 927 in the scriptures that there will be a peace deal. It will be a seven year peace deal. And it will be signed by the Israelis and the Palestinians, likely possibly the Syrians, but an Arab contingency. But what's interesting right now, prior to the Daniel 927 covenant, is we're going to have a period where there is no actual solution. Well, there is no solution right now to this problem. There is no solution. But somebody called the Antichrist is going to come forward with the solution. He's going to come forward with a plan that the Israelis and their peace partners, so-called peace partners, are going to agree to. Well, this is going to be a seven year covenant. And what was interesting is in April of 2003, the international community established the Quartet Roadmap and gave it to the Israelis and Palestinians. This was called the Quartet Roadmap. And what's interesting about the Quartet Roadmap, many of us think that this will very likely be the agreement that will lead to the final the peace deal, the Daniel 927 agreement. So what's interesting about the Quartet Roadmap is the fact that it is the United States, the UN, the EU, and Russia that presented the plan. The Quartet Roadmap, and today when you, even though the United States is the point man in the peace process, the United States is the point man in the Quartet that is guiding the peace conferences, that's biting, that's pushing the peace events in Israel. And you all might find this interesting is there is a connection to the Quartet Roadmap and what happened here in the heartland of America. On April 30th, 2003, the Quartet Roadmap was delivered to the Israelis and the Palestinians. In the next day, the Midwest here, Iowa, Nebraska, began experiencing the most intense tornado outbreak in the history of America. As the heartland of Israel, Judea and Samaria and Jerusalem were being presented in the quartet roadmap that talked about the future division of Jerusalem and the giving up Judea and Samaria The Midwest, our heartland, was hit over the next 10 days with 417 tornadoes. You all are familiar with what happened here in April and the first 10 days of May, 2003. We did a special in the 700 Club about it, and in one case there was a hailstone the size of a basketball that went through a garage in Nebraska. The meteorologist said, we never saw this coming. We never saw anything of this ferocity and size. And also at the same time, the United States heartland where we are right now is hit with the most intense breakout in history. Europe was hit with the worst weather to date experience in 500 years. Matter of fact, the European meteorologist says, we will be studying this for years. We didn't see this coming. And the odds of something like this were astronomical that would ever happen like this. And it would ever happen at a time such as this. So the first 10 days after the Quartet roadmap was delivered to the United States and the EU and the UN and Russia delivered the Quartet roadmap to the Israelis and Palestinians. There was these violent weather-related atmospheric events. So, the Quartet Roadmap is the plan that's on the table right now. The Quartet Roadmap very likely will become the Daniel 927 covenant. A couple other things to watch before Claudia prays and I'll take some questions. These are the things that we're watching going forward. What is said each week? about the status of the city of Jerusalem. What is said each week by the Russian leaders about their relationships with Syria, Turkey, Iran, and also their intended desire to become a bigger, more dominant player once again in the Middle East like they were back in the 60s and 70s before the collapse of the Soviet Union. Iran, we're going to continue to watch Iran very closely. They're going to do everything they can with the Russians' help to have their Bushehr nuclear energy facility finished this summer, by August. Israel right now is putting a plan together to knock out those nukes. The United States is attempting to create a defensive umbrella for our allies in the Middle East. The United States through General Petraeus and others right now, are talking about developing a defense missile system for Qatar, for Arab Emirates, for Saudi Arabia. Right now, the United States is training 35,000 military soldiers in Saudi Arabia to protect the refineries of Saudi Arabia. Our big concern, the United States and the EU and also Israel, in the event that we do hit Iran, Iran is threatened to close the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf where 40% of the world's oil flows through. So we're going to watch that very carefully. We're also going to watch very carefully the Obama administration's continued involvement in the nation of Israel. We're watching Hillary Clinton very closely because Hillary Clinton has been the one that's been pushing Obama to do things since the beginning of last year. Recently, she is like the bad cop, good cop. Matter of fact, Newsweek Magazine even talked about in one of their recent articles, this is a cover page article, how Obama and Clinton work together. and how they handled the Copenhagen climate event where he was the good cop, she was the bad cop, and how they forced China to do some things that the United States wanted using that good cop, bad cop thing. So the point is, Hillary Clinton, whose husband was very involved in attempting to pressure Netanyahu to give up land when he was president, and Netanyahu was prime minister, is the one that's really pushing the buttons. So we're going to continue to watch Hillary Clinton very actively. And the other thing here domestically, and I'd be more than happy to take some questions on this, my concern here in America is how fast our country is sliding morally since Barack Obama took office. January 20th, last year, he was being sworn in at the very same time the White House was putting up on the White House website his agenda And one of the agendas happened to be LGBT. That's the new terminology. It stands for Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Agenda. June of last year he sponsored the first ever month appreciation for LGBT. He also had a major LGBT event at the White House and said that this White House is your White House too. He and his administration are going to attempt to eliminate don't ask, don't tell in our military. Eliminate defense of the Marriage Act. Allow for gay adoptions. Has also said this is the first administration that will not allow any discrimination having to do with sexual orientation. And he has also talked about providing benefits for same sex partners. We've never had an administration go this far this quick and has put the people in place to push it. So we need to keep praying. We need to keep praying that our president will see the light, that he will change his ways because our country is going to face even greater judgment and we've never seen such a bold movement by the LGBT community as it has over the last 15 months since Obama took office whose administration positions have empowered the agenda. And they have effectively made this a civil rights issue, not a moral issue. Even the lady right now that was nominated, Pagan, to be the new Supreme Court Justice, had stated when she was at Harvard that it's an immorality to keep gays from serving in the military. An immorality. She couldn't believe that this would be happening. And this is the lady that's been nominated to be our Supreme Court Justice. Well, as praying Christians, we've got a lot of praying to do. And prayer can change leaders' hearts. And prayer can help us through these times. And we are at a time right now that God is driving us back to our knees because we're seeing things happening in our country that we're ashamed of. We're a Judeo-Christian country that has a Constitution that was built on Judeo-Christian principles. And right now, we've seen what's happened on our college campuses. We've seen what the majority of the media that I work with push the LGBT agenda. We're seeing it throughout the country. And here, right here in the heartland of America, this is the backbone of America. It always has been. It's always considered. And this is a part of the country that has strong morals and strong religious beliefs. And we're all shocked by what's taking place in our country. But the Bible also talks about, as is in the days of Noah, that the final days, as Christ spoke of in the Olivet Discourse, that what are the signs of the times, wars and rumors of war, violent storms, earthquakes in diverse places, false teachers, false prophecies, false witnesses, false signs and wonders. Leaders or even if you look in the first part of Isaiah, it talks about when bad is good and good is bad. We have people today calling bad good and good bad. In the name of Jesus Christ, we have Franklin Graham that was disinvited from speaking at the Pentagon because of a couple of Muslims were uncomfortable with his statements about Islam that were correct. Franklin Graham, whose son went to West Point, who has served in Afghanistan four different times, who's there right now, told he could not pray at the Pentagon. And Tony Perkins, the head of the Family Research Council, was disinvited. As a former Marine, he was disinvited from giving a Bible study at Andrews Air Force Base, two of our major leaders. This is a sign of the times, this political correctness. We can't say anything wrong about all our people. People go crazy across the country, the media and others. But Jesus Christ, not a problem, not a problem. But then again, this isn't a surprise. These are the times as Christ spoke of, as in the days of Noah, morally, spiritually. Militarily, Wars, rumors of wars. So I've shared some heavy things with you. But again, these things are going to happen prior to our Savior's return to Jerusalem to begin his millennial reign from the New Jerusalem. So we have A lot of work to do. We're going to let's stay occupied till he comes. Let's stay praying. Let's stay sharing the gospel. Let's get our own lives right. Let's get ready for the Lord's return. The Messiah's return. Thought he'd have a prayer for us and then I'll answer some questions. We have about 25 minutes so we can address questions and if you want to just raise your hand so everyone can hear, we'll bring the microphone over to you. Right over here, okay. Do you believe or do you know, is Benjamin Netanyahu a born again Christian? That's an interesting question, and I think over the last 12 years, people that know him pretty well have been curious. He is very close friends with a couple of really serious Bible-believing Christians inside of Jerusalem. I've even understood that some of his house employees have been Christians. He has a great appreciation for Christians. What's interesting is his son Abner just came in third in the world in a Bible contest. This is a fifteen, sixteen year old kid and he just completely blessed his father to the point that He even publicly stated in Israel that he himself needs to spend more time studying the Bible. In the last week and a half, he said specifically that Jerusalem is mentioned 850 times in the Bible. He's referring to the Old Testament, but it is. It's 800 times in the Bible and not one single time in the Koran. He talked about the biblical significance of Israel's relationship with the city of Jerusalem. I know I have another friend from Fort Worth who was given the opportunity in 96 through a good friend of his, the mayor of Ariel, Israel, who's a very close friend with Netanyahu, to be given the opportunity to talk to top generals of Israel's military. and major mayor of major cities from Israel about the biblical significance of the land of Israel. This is Benjamin Netanyahu giving this pastor from Fort Worth the opportunity. So we need to keep praying for Benjamin Netanyahu. I sincerely believe he could be that Israeli leader. That does sign some form of an agreement. Possibly Daniel 8, 29, 27. No Israeli leader is better known in the world than Benjamin Netanyahu. No Israeli leader is a more effective communicator about the nation of Israel. And now he's got his young son he's so proud of, he and his wife are so proud of him, that's led his father back into spending more time in the Bible. Benjamin Netanyahu's father is 100 years old, and he is also a man, an Orthodox Jew, that says that none of this land should be given up. This is our land. This is what was given to Abraham and the descendants. So God is definitely at work in the Netanyahu family, and we need to continue to pray for that. If he's not a believer right now, then he will become a believer, because his biblical role is extraordinary. What would your view be, in light of all that you've been talking about, the United States pulling out of Afghanistan and Iraq quickly, or at all, or staying there? That's a good question. The challenge with Afghanistan, and the challenge with any situation in the Middle East, whether it's Iraq, Afghanistan, or Pakistan, or Iran, there is never an easy solution. It is always a very difficult decision and we have a tendency to take the path of least resistance. To be quite honest and it was interesting is President Bush should have never gone into Iraq the way they did in the extent of nation building. Nation building is democracy for Islamic countries. That's another problem with our diplomats. They don't fully understand Islam. When you have Tony Blair and George Bush standing next to each other, at the White House and the Rose Garden talking about the great things that were done in Northern Ireland and making peace there and comparing that too. And also other things we've done in Germany and Japan and that peace is possible too in the Middle East is a total disconnect with the reality that these people in the Middle East, Arabs, are different than anybody else on this planet. Barack Obama, when he gave his June address last year in Cairo, Egypt, when he was speaking to the Muslim world, said specifically that he was talking about how great a book the Koran was and that Thomas Jefferson had a copy of it in his library. Well, Thomas Jefferson had a copy of the Koran in his library, so he tried to figure these people out because we were having trouble with Arabs hijacking our ships. And that helped us, our American Navy, I mean our Navy from our country, was developed because of these Barbary pirates. They were Muslims. So the problem is a very complicated problem. In Afghanistan, here's a quick summary. Iran, a lot of nationalism. People in Iran are proud of their country. A lot of proud people in Iran. In Iraq, you have, you don't have the nationalism you do in Iran. You have the Shia, the Kurds, and the Sunnis. And that's where each one is loyal to their faction or their group. In Afghanistan, it's city after city. Everyone is different. You have complications, tribal complications in every city around Afghanistan. About 80% of the gross domestic product in Afghanistan is heroin poppies. So the United States went in and started paying the farmers not to grow the heroin. So what had happened? Taliban came in and killed the farmer. Another concern right now is if the Afghans side with the Americans, Obama's already said we're out of there in two years. So the Afghans are reluctant to side with America because they saw what happened in Fallujah when the Iraqis stood with the United States. And then when the United States left the region, those people that stood with the United States were killed. It's a tough neighborhood. And the other problem is Pakistan. Pakistan is really probably the biggest problem in the Middle East. We have terror camps that are developing, the most sophisticated terror camps in the world are in Pakistan. And most of our intel people say that our problems, our terror here in America is going to have a Pakistani root. And we saw what happened here at Times Square. This is a guy that didn't really have his act together, but the money came from Pakistan. Taliban had a role in the maneuvers. So, we can't leave Afghanistan, but we should leave Afghanistan. That's the problem with the Middle East. And that's what happens when you miscalculate it for year after year after year. And what happens is every time, and I heard this this week, every time we knock off some of these Taliban leaders, another hundred come in behind them. The more aggressive we've been in the Middle East, the greatest recruiting vehicle al-Qaeda and Taliban ever had. So, we're aggressive, which is positive, which is a sign of strength, which people respect in the Middle East, but it's also a great recruiting vehicle for more and more radicals. I heard General Petraeus speak in Washington a couple of weeks ago, and he said that they're doing a good job, and he's confident that the surge will work. And he's a wonderful man, but the problem is, how long will that surge work? after the surge has completed and been successful because what happens, you have a whole new level of terrorists that come in after that. So this is a problem I think we're going to be facing for a long time and I don't think, you know, we're getting ready to go into some difficult times in Afghanistan. And right now we're spending $6.5 billion a month in Afghanistan and we're down to $5.5 billion a month, $5.5 billion a month in Iraq or $12 billion a month, $144 billion a year for the United States to fight in the Middle East. It would have been a lot easier to tap our oil than we had here domestically. Would you comment on EMT and could you spell quartet? Quartet is Q-U-A-R-T-E-T, like the quartet, the music quartet. Quartet, four. And that's the E-U, the U-N, Russian, United States. Electromagnetic pulse is a Something that needs to be fired, you use a nuclear weapon to fire up, fire a weapon above our power grids, to use our example, and then it's an explosion, a nuclear explosion, and it creates a situation, an electromagnetic pulse out of that explosion that would fry our power grid. We have five power grids in America. So, we are so computer tech reliant upon our power grid and computers and I can't think of the other terminology, but it would basically knock out our means of communications in America, knock out our power grid, affect everything. There was a congressional hearing on this. Congressman Weldon from Pennsylvania was one of the top guys. He's one of the top experts in Congress on this. But only one internet news service, World Net Daily, even covered it. I think Newsmax did also. That's the only ones that covered it, but it was a pretty serious thing. And that's the concern about nuclear capability coming out of Venezuela or Cuba, that they could fire a nuclear missile above America and use electromagnetic pulse that would fry our transistors, transmitters, and our power grid. But see, none of this, I believe, is going to happen while the church, the born-again church, is here. I don't think we're going to have to experience that. I think we will experience some more tribulation. But I think some of these very serious events will take place during the tribulation. I sincerely believe that. But these are these are risks that America's facing and as I share today, the God of Israel is our homeland security. We had so many events stop prior to 9-11 and look at all of most of the events that we've had since 9-11. One event after another, God's supernatural, these events get stopped. So EMP is a great concern to America, a great concern to our intelligence circles. And at the same time, they have information that they don't share because they're concerned about creating a fear in America. But we don't have fear. We don't because we have the God of Israel in our heart and Jesus Christ in our heart and we don't have to deal with that. You spoke earlier about the terrorist training camps over there. What do you know about the terrorist training camps that are here that I've been told? Do you think they're a threat here in the next few years? Yeah, there's a couple here. There's one in Pennsylvania that's being watched. like Pastor Phil and I were talking about today, is we have Christians, brothers and sisters all over the country. The FBI, CIA, local police forces, Homeland Security has a bunch of Christians on Capitol Hill, at the White House, at the Pentagon. The new pastor at Camp David where the presidential weekend place for the president is Johnny Cash's nephew, Cary Cash, who's an on-fire Southern Baptist-trained pastor that Obama likes. So, God has his people all over the place. I carry cash is going to play pro football, but had a brain aneurysm. God had another plan. He went to seminary, served in Iraq a couple of terms, and he led a lot of soldiers to Christ when he was in Iraq, and now he's at Camp David. What we need to do is pray that Barack Obama will start using Camp David a lot more. He doesn't go very often. George Bush was there almost every weekend, he and his wife. Obama likes to play golf in the Washington, D.C. area, so he hasn't been using Camp David much, but Terry Cash is waiting for him, and even the Washington Post said this may be his new pastor. Anyhow, we've got to keep praying. And we do have these, back to your point and question, yeah, our Intel guys are aware of these. Our FBI guys are aware of these facilities. We've got people that monitor the mosques across America. Our guys, they've got a good handle on this. Even our CIA director Panetta said a couple months ago, in the next three to six months, he expected a major terror event here in America via Al Qaeda. And this is a testimony he gave at Capitol Hill. And that's pretty poignant. But nonetheless, we got our guys out there. We got our eyes out there. And Americans are doing a great job, just like what happened in Times Square. Americans are being trained. The Israelis, ironically, are training a lot of our airport staff right now to watch for bags and suspect and going around monitoring airports and just a lot of the activity at airports. We're becoming much more aware of our surroundings, and we're also much more aware of our risks, and we also are much more aware of where those risks operate. I think the main thing that our government's having, and some of the politically correct people in Washington, and you would even see our Attorney General last week, one of our congressmen tried to pin him in, or pin him on radical Islam. He couldn't make that communication, and the Obama administration has been wanting us to stop using radical Islam. It was interesting, right after that communique passed into the government, we had the Fort Hood incident. That's radical Islam. The bomber in the plane, the underwear bomber at Christmas, that's radical Islam. The one in Times Square, that's radical Islam. The Obama administration has been so determined to reach out to the Muslim community that they're trying to make it politically correct. to state some things, and I was at a briefing a couple of months ago. We used to call it what it is, and now we've watered it down so much we've completely neutralized it. But nonetheless, we're aware of the risks, we're going to keep watching the risks, and part of our struggle right now is the media. and the left secular media's perception of what they want to call Islam. But I mean, this is radical. I have moderate Muslims that work with the White House. They aren't practicing, but they grew up in Middle Eastern homes. They're wonderful people. But it's the radicals that follow the Koran. And his son of a mosque, some of you might have seen it, he was a Palestinian that was a double agent, was helping Israel's Shin Bet stop suicide bombings. He's a really courageous guy. And he said the terrorist is the Allah of the Koran. He said that's the terrorist. And he said anybody that's steeped in the Koran, the teachings of the Koran, is a radical Muslim. So that's our challenge as well. Bill, you said just a few minutes ago that you don't think we're going to be here when the tribulation starts. Could you expand upon that position? Yes, David. You know, the debate in the church for a long time is the positions of premillennial positions, the pre-trib rapture. Will the church be taken before the final seven years? Will the church be taken at the midpoint of the seven year, just before Satan's wrath and right around the time of Satan's wrath, God's wrath, right after the midpoint of the tribulation? Are the post-tribulation position is the church being taken towards the end of the tribulation period. I put on a debate in 1999 in Dallas between the three predominant positions and scholars from Dallas Seminary from the pre-trib position. Also one former Dallas Seminary guy that was now pre-wrath and a couple of Messianic Jews that were from the post-trib side. It was interesting, very informative. Kirby Anderson moderated it. I think after a two-hour debate, everybody learned more about the other position, but their positions didn't change. Also, when I say church, what is the church? I believe the church is born-again believers in Jesus Christ. Not, as my wife would say, there's people in the church who are convinced but not converted, are conformed but not transformed. The Holy Spirit is responsible for us being transformed. And the convinced being converted is the Holy Spirit. And why does our part of the church see it so actively? Well, I can tell you, almost for every man and woman in our side of the church that does see it, are born-again believers. There's some that don't see it, that don't have an interest in it. But there are born-again believers in the Presbyterian, Methodist, and Lutheran churches. But there's a lot that may not be, because they don't see any of this. They don't see any significance in the time we're living in. As a matter of fact, as I mentioned today, 100 million American churchgoers never study Bible prophecy. Well, we have a lot of those 100 million that don't believe that God is ever going to judge the earth again. They also, a couple of years ago, I was interviewed by the Washington Post. I was in the front page of the paper about a tsunami event of 2004, that if, was God involved in that? And I said that God is involved in all things that happen on our planet. Nothing happens that he doesn't have authority over. And I said also that four of the 10 countries that were, that experienced the greatest damage through the tsunami of 2004 were the greatest persecutors of Christians in the world. And this happened. Well, we started getting some emails and phone calls at home saying, I don't know what God you serve. My God is not a judging God. My God will not judge the world. My God does not have any control over these events. So that's another risk for the other part of the church. They don't believe that God is ever going to judge the world for its sin. They don't believe in Armageddon. They don't believe that we're going to have an Armageddon. They don't believe that they believe that some Christians in that camp believe that they are to usher. They are to bring the world to God and to Christ. Kingdom dominion thinking and eventually Christ will come back. But it's up to the church to win the world to Christ. And that kingdom dominion theology is growing within the Protestant part of the church. And then you have the all-millennial, which the Catholics is pretty much all-millennial, that there will be no earthly reign of Christ on earth. So, obviously, that affects their positions about Israel, affects their positions about evangelism. My father was in a Presbyterian church in California, dying, and no one ever, ever shared the gospel with him, except when Claudia and I were there to bring him to Christ 10 days before he passed away. As a German fighter pilot, stubborn guy, but he was in a church, I mean, he was in a church-run hospital and never had anybody share the gospel with him. So I think that's part of our challenge today. Yeah.
