Come on up, Bill. Bill, he studied for the ministry, got ready to go to the ministry, and God did something different with him. And God does that. You know, he reserves the right to do exactly what he wants with us. And Bill has a very, very unique and special place, and God is using him in a very special way. I want you to get ready to learn some new information this morning. I want you to think not pastor phil that's that's the first thing this is not pastor phil you got a really make sure you tune in because lots of information is going to come back in faith and in other words your hair is going to be blown back with the information coming at you right now so be ready bill welcome to grace thanks for coming to us and thank you so much. Great to be with you all phil appreciate it and watchdog. A lot of times when I say our website real fast, that's what they hear, watchdog. But we are truly watchmen on the wall for Jerusalem. We are watchmen on the wall for Israel. And Phil and I and others that have a great interest in what God is doing in these times are marveling at how fast things are coming together that are biblically significant. I'll give you a little bit of an overview to start with, and then I'll go into the message. Fourteen years ago, I started doing an internet news service that focused on world news that is biblically relevant. We post news 365 days out of the year. Our website address is on the screen, watch.org, and we are marveling, literally, at how fast things are coming together. My pastor in Dallas used to always say, if you want to know where things stand biblically, watch what's happening with the city of Jerusalem. That's God's time clock. You can also say that about the nation of Israel. But Jerusalem is going to become a burdensome stone, as Zechariah speaks of in Zechariah 12.3. And anybody that attempts to move Jerusalem or deal with Jerusalem are going to be injured. Zechariah 12.9 talks about the time when the nations of the world will come against Jerusalem. And many people today don't realize that Armageddon is the final battle over Jerusalem. So it's interesting is whether it's Jews or Arabs, I have some Arab friends that work at the White House that are correspondents, wonderful friends. When I mention Armageddon, they know about Armageddon, but they don't know the details. They do now because I've had the chance to share that with them. But we are living in that time, very likely that we will see our Lord and Savior return to begin his thousand-year millennial reign from the city of Jerusalem. We also put out every Friday a very comprehensive weekly news report. If you want to know where things are standing biblically and prophetically from that week, you will have it in our weekly news report. It's by subscription. It comes out every Friday by email. We also have it in a subscriber area. of our website, and this is our ministry's number one effort alongside of our daily postings, but we want believers in Christ and people that aren't believers. We have Jews that also receive the news report. The importance of what is happening right now, and literally, we all know that things are moving so fast. The news is moving at a pace I think none of us have ever seen before. Even non-believers understand that these are different times. And I think what we attempt to do each week is help people better understand the times and also encourage people to share the gospel. Our time seems to be short, and it's never been more important for us to share the truth of the gospel to Jews and Muslims, atheists, agnostics, Hindus and Buddhists, because this is a very key time. And God gave us the Bible so we'd know where we stood. biblically and prophetically. My book I facing the consequences of dividing Israel is a book that goes into detail about the consequences to those that have attempted to divide God's holy land. I was a title that we came to my wife came to through very extensive prayer. We prayed and prayed and prayed on what to name the book and about a week and a half before we're ready to go to publishing. The Lord gave her Isaiah 52.8, and it talks about the time when prophecy and events will see eye to eye. And the Matthew Henry commentary that we have in the front of the book goes into details about the significance of that scripture. And we really literally are living in the time when you can pick up the newspaper and pick up the Bible and correspond the two events. And Billy Graham has said that many, many years, that he likes to read the newspaper in the perspective of also looking at it through the scriptures, and we are literally living the time of the scriptures that were written by Isaiah and Jeremiah and Zechariah and Joel and many other prophets of the Bible over 2,000, 2,500 years ago. We're living these times. The Jews have moved back to Israel. More Jews live in Israel today than at any other time in history. The regathering of the Jews to the land of Israel is one of the most significant, if not the most significant thing that's happening right now prophetically. And also the importance of this land. And in the book, I talk about the historical basis for Israel's right to its land with scripture. It's very obvious that God has a plan for this land. It's also not a surprise that this tiny little nation is the focus and the obsession of the leaders and the political figures and religious figures of the world looking to Israel as if it is the key to peace. But God designed it this way because Israel is in the center of his redemptive plan for the nations of the world. Most of the Bible except for one book was written by Jews. And you all know, too, that our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, is a Jew. He's a Jew. So God is not finished. He is a covenant-keeping God, and He will make sure that many Jews and many Muslims who He is appealing to right now through Christ, Christ is coming to Jews and Muslims in dreams and visions. And we're seeing a movement of the Gospel in the Middle East like never before. And there's more Jewish believers in Yeshua, Jesus Christ, today than at any other time in the history of the world. These are very significant times. Chapter two talks about the replacement theology part of the church, the part of the church that believes that the new Israel is the church. I'll go into details here in a little bit, but this is very significant because it's a large part of our church that doesn't understand the biblical significance of what God is doing today in the nation of Israel and with the Jewish people. Chapters three through six, I talk about Bush, Clinton and Bush, the record setting catastrophes and events. that transpired as they applied pressure on Israel to divide their land. And I can tell you, Bush, Clinton, and Bush all would like to see Israel live in peace and security. Every one of those men had favor and were liked and respected in Israel. But the fact is, this land was given to Israel. It's promised land. It's holy land. No earthly leader, no matter how, whatever the intent is, has the rights to determine the boundaries of the land of Israel, the covenant land. Chapter 7, U.S. catastrophes and events during 2005, the significance of these events, hurricanes Dennis, Katrina, Rita, and Wilma, along with their connections to Israel. These all events happened at the very time President George W. Bush was applying Israel to divide their land, pressure on Israel to divide their land. Chapter 8, major U.S. catastrophes and events from perspective from 91 to the present. You will see the largest, most significant catastrophic events in the history of our country. And most of these and most of the people in this room has lived these experienced or seen them. And there was a connection to U.S. pressure on Israel during these events. And I'll share more of that shortly. Chapter 9 through 11 periods of disruption when President George W. Bush applied pressure on Israel to divide their land. Things would get chaotic for him politically. We would have the catastrophes. It just became extremely chaotic. He would back off. Things would calm. You'll notice this right now with the Obama administration. When they're putting pressure on Israel, things are very chaotic. When they back off, there's calmness. And I document that over 13 different times during President George W. Bush's eight weeks in office. I gave a presentation at Focus and the Family. Claudia and I were there for an opportunity a couple years ago. And I shared this with them, and they said, you know, we in our prayer group pray for Pray for the president every single week. And we were having confusion and misunderstanding on how we could be praying and how you would continue to have so many challenges and problems politically and otherwise. And thank you for explaining it because all the research and material and connections make sense. And that was a lot of Christians, probably two million Christians through the presidential prayer team and others were praying for President Bush every single week. And many of us were praying every day or every week. But every time, every problem, every challenge that President George W. Bush had, had a connection to pressure that he was applying in the nation of Israel. Chapter 12, the terror correspondence in Israel, when the Israeli leaders were going along with a Palestinian state, the major terror events connections to U.S. pressure and their leadership going along with the idea of a Palestinian state. Chapters 13, U.S. presidents, Middle East leaders, and Israeli leaders, And what happened to them, those that had relationships with the Jews all the way back to 1906, those that had the relationships with the nation of Israel, I'll show you that in just a bit. It's very significant. Those who were blessed and those who were cursed. In chapter 14, there's strange parallels to Rabin and Sharon's political endings. And then a chapter on Israel's leader, Ehud Olmert, how he changed his position from someone that said, I will not give up any land. I'm not in favor of giving up the land to someone that became very much active in the peace process because of U.S. pressure. Tonight I'll go into more details about some interesting times that we're living in, about the new administration, what's going on in Washington right now, what's taking place with Israel, the Middle East, more into some of the details about God and Abraham and the significance of the covenant, more about the promised land, what is happening right now with the promised land of Israel. It's very significant to all of us because this is lining up to the final battles and Christ's return. So it's incredibly exciting. These are serious times, but they're exciting because we know our Lord and Savior is coming soon. Also, the theological era, some of the challenges that we're facing with that right now pertaining to Israel. Also, the world and the church, the world community and the church, a large part of the church are both on the same side, calling it Israel to leave the occupied landed today. We prefer calling it covenant land, or you can call it disputed land, but we understand this is covenant land. This is very significant land, a little bit more insight about the peace process, which is what to see and what to look forward to going forward. The white house, biblical role, uh, record setting catastrophes and events. I won't speak on much of that tonight. I'll summarize it today in my, my presentation. One World Order, how fast it's coming together, how the United States and Europe are actively involved in the activities of both nations, and how fast One World Order is coming together. And then Israel, the Middle East, and Russia. Russia, the news, it's on our website at watch.org. I don't think we've had a week like this. I know we haven't. In the 14 years I've been doing what I've been doing on a weekly basis, and I don't think we've ever had a week like this. Russia this week acknowledged that they will be providing nuclear energy facilities to Turkey. They're considering offering it to Syria. They're going to be providing military equipment and anti-aircraft and anti-missile systems to Syria. They also told Israel, this is Russia, that they need to negotiate with Hamas too. And also they had meetings with Hezbollah this week. And they also told the United States that don't do unilateral sanctions. In other words, the United States and Europe, you've got to have Russia and China involved too. Well, Russia and China have already told the UN Security Council, which they're a part of, that they do not favor serious sanctions that would affect the Iranian people. Well, the Iranian leadership knows this. So this is a very significant thing. And I'll give some more details tonight, but it's very, I don't, we've never had a week like this. And this is very, very relevant to Ezekiel 38 and 39 that talks about the time When Gog, Russia, and Gog, Magog, that force, Russia, Iran, Turkey, Sudan, Libya, and former Soviet Union countries that are mostly Muslim will become part of the force that God will draw into Israel and he will destroy them. He will destroy those nations. But that group is coming together extremely fast. It's very significant. And then more about the Obama administration, about his faith, comments about Christianity, his comments about Islam, how he's reaching out to Islam, a lot of things that you're not getting in the newspapers. I'm at the White House three, four days a week. I'm in all the press briefings. I was there this week when we had Karzai from Afghanistan there. I'm there for all the meetings with the heads of state. Like I said earlier, four of my better friends at the White House are Middle Eastern Arabs that are great. I also have some Jewish members of the media that are very good friends. So we all get along. It's really kind of interesting. We get along quite well. in the media room, but I have a chance to share the gospel with more and more about the significance of the times. And it's all because God has allowed this time to happen like this. Like I said earlier, for Jews and Muslims and many others to come to understand that there is only one path to God, and that's through Jesus Christ. This is a key scripture, a couple that I'll share with you. Genesis 12, 1 through 2 says, Now the Lord had said to Abram, Get out of your country from your family and from your father's house to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation, will bless you and make your name great. And you shall be a blessing. God instructed Abram, his name was changed to Abraham later, to move out of the Yerushalayim, which is in Iraq, to occupy the land of Canaan. This was land that God had set aside for Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and their descendants. This is promised land. This is holy land, and it's an everlasting covenant. And I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curse thee, and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. God's intent here is those that were friends of the Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and their descendants, the Jews, would be blessed. And there's many people in America and many churches in America that have blessed Israel that have been extremely blessed because Israel doesn't have many friends in the world. And God knew this and knew of the times because he wrote wrote of the times and spoke of the times through his prophets that there would be a difficult time and that he would bless those that would bless Israel and the Jewish people and those that cursed Israel, that came against Israel, that attempted to divide the land of Israel, that attempted to divide the city of Jerusalem, that attempted to give up Judea and Samaria. The people that speak peace in English and death to Israel in Arabic will be cursed. Very significant. And he said unto him, I am the Lord that brought thee out of the year of the Chaldees to give thee this land to inherit it. In the same day, the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying unto thy seed, I have given this land from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates. This is God's covenant land, the Euphrates River is on the right to the west, parts of Iraq, parts of Jordan, parts of Syria. Lebanon, Israel, and Egypt. And the Great River is the Wabi River in Egypt. It's not the Nile, but this is the covenant land. Today, Israel occupies approximately 25% of this land. And it depends on the prophecy scholars. Some people believe that Israel will fully occupy this prior to Christ's return, and others think Israel will never fully occupy the land until after Christ returns, which I tend to believe. I don't know for sure, and that's part of the beauty of prophecy. No one ever knows some of these scriptures for sure. We have a general idea, but we don't know the specifics. But today, only 25%. That's a very small amount, and that's still enough, according to the international community. And God said he will establish his covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee and their generations for an everlasting covenant. To be a God unto thee and to thy seed after thee. God's covenants are everlasting. The only one that wasn't was the Mosaic covenant, which was replaced by the new covenant with Christ. The covenants are everlasting. And I will give unto thee and to thy seed after thee the land wherein thou art a stranger or the land of Canaan for an everlasting possession, and I will be their God. What happened is we had a challenge through the centuries, and it's a theological layer. It's called replacement theology, which you all are familiar with. The third century theologians taught that the Bible's prophetic scriptures were allegorical and not literal. So approximately 30 to 40 percent of our Bible would not be relevant in the past or today. Well, if you don't understand Bible prophecy and the importance and the inerrance of God's Word and understand from Genesis to Revelation that this is the Word of God and it's all going to play out from beginning to end, you're going to miss the biblical significance of the nation of Israel today and what God is going to do with this tiny little country. I mean, this is a country the size of New Jersey. This is a country that the international leaders in church leaders from this part of the church and other people throughout the world are looking to Israel as if it's a key to Middle East peace. But that's the way God intended it for the world. Leaders believe if Israel would only cooperate, there would be Middle East peace and world peace. Well, if you look after country after country and country in the Middle East, you'll understand it's Arab fighting Arab or Arab fighting fighting Persian. Sunni versus Shia. Israel's not the key to the peace. It's not the key to Middle East peace. If you can look at Genesis 16, 12, it talks about the offspring of Ishmael, who will be a wild burrow of a man who will fight each other and will war with each other. And if they don't have a common enemy, which is Israel, they'll be fighting amongst themselves. And that's happening throughout the Middle East today. But isn't it amazing? People believe that Israel is the key to peace, but God's allowing it to happen this way. The third century theologians taught that the scriptures were allegorical, literal, not literal, the origin, lament, and others. And they taught that the church was the new Israel. This doctrinal era influenced King Constantine, Augustine, Martin Luther, John Wesley, John Calvin, and many other theologians over the centuries. Many people came to Christ through Luther and Wesley and Calvin and Augustine. Many people came to Christ. So these men had wonderful positions when it came to sharing the gospel of Christ. And even Wesley and Calvin understood the biblical significance of the nation of Israel. But people started moving away from the teachings of prophecy. Martin Luther attempted to evangelize the Jews and was furious and mad at them and put together scathing comments about the Jews that Hitler used to help substantiate and back his position when he was ruling. This era led to 18 centuries of Jewish persecution, anti-Semitism and the death of millions of Jews under the name of Christianity. That's why it's difficult for a lot of Jews today to hear the word Christian or Christianity. because many of them lost their lives throughout the centuries were blamed for the black pay. They were blamed for persecution. They experienced pogroms. And today, 100 million American church attendees in America, that's about 67% of the church, does not understand Bible prophecy and the biblical significance of the nation of Israel. This era led to the Crusades of the 11th and 12th century, the Spanish Inquisition of the 15th century, and the Holocaust of the 20th century. Over six million Jews lost their life. And in many ways, the Christians just sat by and did not say anything except for a few that stood strong. And unfortunately, this has made it very difficult for Jews today to fully understand Christianity. But I can tell you today, the Jews have never, ever had the support from a small part of our church that is standing with Israel. We're a small part of the church, but we are a part of the church that understands the scriptures, Genesis to Revelation. And we understand that the Jews are at the center of God's redemptive plan for the nations of the world. And the fact also, too, that Jesus was a Jew and he's still pursuing them with the truth. And eventually the Bible says they will understand he who they pierced is the Messiah. Zechariah 12.10 speaks of. And also at the end of Matthew 23 talks about they will recognize that he who they pierced is the Messiah. And Phil said in the first service, We will have 144,000 on fire, Jewish evangelists. They're going to lead many people to Christ during the time of tribulation. These church organizations have called on Israel to leave Judea, Samaria, the Golan, and Jerusalem, which would put her into indefensible borders. The Vatican, the World Council churches, and the National Council of Churches. What's key here is I don't think the Vatican has a problem with Israel. I don't think that they have a problem with the Jewish people. But if the Vatican and the Catholics would study the scriptures from Genesis to Revelation, fully understand the biblical significance of the land, they wouldn't be sponsoring these international peace conferences. I mean, I really do believe Pope Benedict and even Pope John Paul II, who was Polish and familiar with the horrific Holocaust, who had a good relationship with the Jewish people. I think if he had taken, I think from a biblical perspective, that this land is biblical and fully understood it, they literally wouldn't be sponsoring these peace conferences. The World Council Churches is a one-world religion. It was interesting because John Foster Dulles, who came up with the idea of one world political order. He came up with the idea that there was one world political order led by the United States and Britain, but there also needed to be one world religious order led by the World Council of Churches, which is today 322 church organizations around the world. Unfortunately, a lot of the church organizations that are part of the World Council of Churches are anti-Semitic. Their leader just stepped down recently with some scathing comments. about Israel, and it was just inappropriate. But again, if you take away or add to the Word of God, you're going to be in error. And that is what happened. The National Council of Churches has lobbied the White House numerous times over the years to put more pressure on Israel to comply with the international community. But isn't it interesting We have a large percentage of the U.S. and worldwide church and the international community standing with the EU, standing with the U.N. that has 54 Muslim nations in it. They together are calling on Israel to leave the occupied land. Well, from God's perspective, it is occupied and it's occupied by who he declared to occupy the land. It's very significant, but nonetheless, none of this is a surprise because we're moving into one world political order. We're going to move into further into one world religious order. We're seeing ecumenical events throughout the world calling for world peace. We see major peace conferences, but isn't it amazing The reason we don't have peace is because Ishmael and their offspring will not allow the Jews to live in peace and security on a very small piece of land in the Middle East. It's half of one percent of the Middle East. The Arabs have ninety nine and a half percent of the Middle East, but the Jews occupy a small amount of land and occupy the city of Jerusalem. And the reason we don't have peace right now, if you look at skirmishes throughout the world, 19 out of 20 top skirmishes in the world have Muslims involved. They don't know peace and they're obsessed with the fact that the nation of Israel has this land. And isn't it interesting that God gave oil to the Arabs? Gave oil to the Arabs because otherwise the world wouldn't care about this region for the most part. But God allowed the Arabs to have oil. He allowed the international community to put pressure and do the Arabs bidding on the nation of Israel because they want Arab oil. And I'll go into more interesting details tonight with Iran, the Persian Gulf, and all of the things that are coming together there. But God allowed all of this to happen this way. And none of this is a surprise. But American presidents, Israeli prime ministers, Middle East leaders have suffered the consequences of attempting to conquer or divide Israel. Now here is the Middle East leaders. Every one of these men had an untimely or tragic death. Every one of these leaders was involved in the land of Israel at one time or another when they were in office. Gamal Nasser was the president of Egypt. He and President Assad of Syria were telling the international community in 1967, they were going to destroy Israel. They were going to run them into the Mediterranean. They were going to spill the Zionist blood on the land of Israel once and for all, and they were about to take control. Well, Israel was well aware of what they were saying on radio and TV and newspapers. So Israel said, we better do our homework. And boy, they did their homework. King Hussein from Jordan said Israel knew more about our 34 military facilities than we did. Israel also determined that the Egyptian air force planes usually sat on the ground at seven o'clock in the morning. Perfect time to take them out. Israel put almost their entire air force and flew right above the Mediterranean under radar and attacked seven different air bases in Egypt, wiped out the Egyptian air force. In six days, completed one of the most brilliant military victories in the history of the world. And we also know that God supernaturally has always been with Israel in its wars, ancient wars and recent wars. The 48th, when Israel was attacked, the day after they became a nation. The day after they became a nation, they were attacked by five Arab nations. Overwhelmed, Israel supernaturally was victorious. 67, 1973, during the Yom Kippur War. War after war, Israel has received God's hand. He's been there to protect them. Sadat signed a peace deal at Camp David with Jimmy Carter and Menachem Begin. He was assassinated shortly thereafter. King Hussein from Jordan died of lymph cancer at 64. Hafez Assad of Syria, heart attack, talking about peace, this offer that Ehud Barak had given him on the phone with the Prime Minister of Lebanon, died during the phone call. Yasser Arafat, according to David Frum, former White House speechwriter for George W. Bush and John Loftus, who wrote The Secret War Against the Jews, said that Arafat died of AIDS. Sharon was about ready to take him out. The United States intelligence said, don't. Arafat does not have much time left. So Sharon backed off and Arafat died of AIDS. Rafi Qureri, he was a Lebanese prime minister, a very wealthy Saudi who had taken over as prime minister of Lebanon, was having late night meetings with the head of Hezbollah. And the head of Hezbollah was given basically southern Lebanon to do what they could with Israel. And Hariri kept most of the other part of Lebanon in control of the northern part of Beirut. He was assassinated. We don't know if it was Syria or Hezbollah behind that assassination. Saddam Hussein was developing the six million man Jerusalem army. Died and he was hung there in Iraq. And now we wait the fate of Ahmadinejad of Iran and Nasrallah of Hezbollah. and also Assad of Syria. There's consequences when you come against the land of Israel. Israeli Prime Ministers Begin, Shamir, Rabin, Perez, Netanyahu, Barak, Sharon, and Olbert, when they attempted to go along with the international community to give up their land, they would lose their government. Begin did finally get a deal with Sadat because Sadat couldn't defeat Israel during the Yom Kippur War, so he said, let's try peace. They had an agreement, 12 years of seclusion after Camp David. And then his other governments failed assassination. These events happened. And then he did it over just as he was getting ready to give up East Jerusalem, possible sovereignty over the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and 95 percent of the Judea and Samaria. His government failed because of legal problems and indictments. And then American presidents, the White House has had a big, very significant biblical role because we've had a great relationship with Israel since the time it became a nation. But nonetheless, It's very interesting to study all the presidents and their relationships with Israel, the Jewish people back to 1906. But the ones that really stick out here is FDR. Franklin Delano Roosevelt signed a letter with the king of Saudi Arabia stating specifically if Israel ever wanted to become a state, that FDR would contact the king immediately. Seven days later, FDR died. replaced by Harry Truman who made sure Israel became a state despite the political challenges and people within his administration and General Marshall and others said, Harry, you're not going to get our vote if you go along with this Israel nation vote. Harry Truman being a Southern Baptist and being influenced by Eddie Jacobson, his former partner, a Jewish man who brought in whitesmen from Britain, and they sat down and discussed it, and Truman says, I have to do this. John F. Kennedy did not want to see Israel go nuclear. He was very concerned about another nuclear power. We already had three, France, the United States, and Russia. Put a lot of pressure on David Ben-Gurion, Israel's Prime Minister. Ben-Gurion stepped down, replaced by Levi Eshkol. Kennedy backed off a little bit because he was concerned about a nuclear Middle East, a nuclear Israel that could create other problems in the Middle East. Tragically, John F. Kennedy was killed in Dallas and Lyndon Johnson replaced him. And many people to this day say that Lyndon Johnson was Israel's best friend that they ever had in the Oval Office. Lyndon Johnson helped arm Israel. Lyndon Johnson moved two of our aircraft carriers around that were off of Cyprus moved him back towards Israel right after the beginning of the Six-Day War and that kept the Russians out of the Six-Day War. And then Johnson was very close with the Israelis after the Six-Day War. Richard Nixon's peace efforts were stopped by Watergate. Gerald Ford's were stopped by a poorly run election when he was pressuring Israel and things started going wrong for him. Jimmy Carter had Begin and Sadat agree to a deal, but after that, he had the Iran hostage crisis. We had super high gas prices. We had interest rates. In many ways, people considered that a failed presidency. In many ways, his own political party would not even acknowledge him for over 20 years. But Jimmy Carter's problems intensified after the Camp David Accords in 1978. And George Bush's father, ran for president as he was pushing and putting pressure, he and James Baker in Israel, he had the Ross Perot problem. Ross was in the election, out of the election, in the election, but it probably cost Ross Perot the election of 1990. I'll think of the date, just a second. But he cost the election, actually it was the 92 election. Bill Clinton's scandals, mostly Clinton's scandals, broke at the time he was putting the greatest pressure on Israel. And then George W. Bush's war on terror began at the time he was about to tell the international community that he favored a Palestinian state in a UN address. But nonetheless, none of this is a surprise to the Lord. The Lord knew that the world would be obsessed and concerned about the cost of oil and the availability of oil. He knew these things would happen. He knew a large part of the church would not understand the biblical significance because they did not see the benefit or the significance of scriptures that were written over 2,000 to 2,500 years ago. I mean, that's what's playing out today. Isaiah, Jeremiah, Joel, Zechariah. These were written over 2,000 years ago, right before our eyes. And then you can look at the Olivet Discourse in Matthew 24, when Christ explained what it would be like at the end of times prior to his return, or the Book of Revelation that goes into such great detail about the times that we will eventually face. But all through this process, and I mention this frequently, Bush, Clinton, and Bush did want to see Israel live in peace and security. But unfortunately, we also face some of the largest major catastrophes in the history of our country. From October 91 to December 2008, these events started taking place. What did these major record-setting events have in common? The 12 costliest hurricanes in U.S. history, the 10 costliest insurance events in U.S. history, three of the four largest tornado outbreaks in U.S. history, and the two largest terrorism events in U.S. history all happened at the very time The United States was applying pressure on Israel to divide their covenant land. When you touch the apple of God's eye, when you attempt to divide the promised land, over and over, there were major corresponding catastrophes. We're talking about the biggest in the history of America. Major events. And the greater the pressure on Israel, the greater the corresponding catastrophe. We had atmospheric and political crises. And you can watch today as the Obama administration has been moving forward, attempting to put the Israelis and Palestinians together in meetings, their direct connection again. And anytime we have major record setting, we're talking about billion dollar plus events, watch what we're doing with Israel at that time. You'll see it. It's happening, it happens every single time, sometimes the same day, sometimes within 24 hours, sometimes within a couple days, 48 hours. But it typically always happens. What's also interesting, and I'll, I've been doing some homework on it this week. The Anglo-Persian Oil Company put pressure on the British government in the early 1920s to renege on the Balfour Agreement. Lord Balfour was a Christian. He was a British foreign minister, and he came up with this idea of giving Israel this large piece of land, which would take up most of the covenant land, Abrahamic covenant land. But the Anglo-Persian oil company pressured Britain to renege on that And Israel eventually only received about 13% of that land after it got cut and diced by the League of Nations and eventually on May 14, 1948, Israel received just a tiny percent of what they were supposed to receive. The Anglo-Persian Oil Company became British Petroleum in 1954. The Exxon Valdez oil leak. This is all about oil here in the Middle East. This is our big focus. The Exxon Valdez oil spill started less than 48 hours after President Bush and James Baker were meeting with members of our country, members of Israel, and we had State Department officials meeting with Arafat on starting a peace conference and process as soon as possible. They were having substantial meetings on March 21st, 89. James Baker was on Capitol Hill talking about moving forward into peace talks. The next day, State Department officials, March 22nd and March 23rd, are meeting with Arafat and his top people in Tunisia. The evening of the 23rd, Exxon Valdez started going out at 12 before March 24th. We had the Valdez, which ended up being the largest oil spill in the history of America at that point. And right now, it looks like the Horizon oil spill, which started on April 20th, that happened at the very time Obama and his top staff were applying pressure on Israel. I mean, serious pressure, even to the extent that they told Israel and the Palestinians, if this fails, whoever is responsible for failing will be held accountable. and the Horizon event started. It was British Petroleum that's taking a tremendous amount of heat and responsibility for this event. So these things happen over and over again. I'm just giving these things to you in the future when you see these happen. And it's just amazing, but it does occur like that and there are atmospheric and political consequences. I'll go through these briefly and then share a couple with you and then my wife will have a prayer for you all. Here's a list of the top 10 losses involving insured property in history. Katrina, 9-11, Andrew, Northridge, Charlie, Wilma, Ivan, Rita, Francis, and Hugo. You're probably familiar with most of these. And I document what we were doing at the time these events happened. These are the 12 cautious hurricanes. Katrina, Andrew, Charlie, Wilma, Ivan, Rita, Francis, Hugo. Gene, Floyd, Tropical Storm, Allison, and Isabel. And I would see words said by George W. Bush literally change the ferocity of a hurricane. We were sitting there watching his acceptance speech at the 2004 Republican Convention and we'd had hurricane Rita. No, I'm sorry. I'll get the... I'm sorry. Hurricane Francis. Hurricane Francis was moving towards Florida. This ended up being a hurricane the size of Texas. That's what the news was saying. This is a hurricane the size of Texas. This is in the summer of 2004. As we're talking about Israelis evacuating settlements in Israel and being forced from unauthorized settlements, his brother, Jeb Bush, was calling for the largest evacuation in the history of America, over three million people in Florida. And we were praying, Oh, Lord, don't say anything about Israel during your presentation. And the only thing he did is he accepted his, as he gave his Republican acceptance speech, the only thing he said was, Israel is a great friend of America. And that Hurricane 5 dropped immediately to a Hurricane 2. Hurricane Gene, a couple weeks later, was dying and dissipating in the ocean. Dying. September 21st, 2004, At 11 a.m. in the morning, President Bush is giving his last foreign policy address to the U.N. General Assembly right before the election. I told my wife, let's watch what happens with Hurricane Jeanne. I mean, it was dying, dissipating. It was all but over. He said Israel must acknowledge a Palestinian state. Israel must move to peace talks as soon as possible. Israel must allow Palestinians free movement around Israel. And that the Palestinians must fulfill UN resolutions and stop terrorism. But the focus was really on what Israel was supposed to do. Literally within hours, and I have all the National Hurricane Center reports on this in my book, it shows in detail that Jean regained her strength, started heading east, started heading south, then went southeast, then southwest, and then west, and went right back to Florida and became one of the biggest hurricanes in the history of America. And I've seen hurricanes completely dissipate over positive. I don't understand it. I just know when you touch the apple of God's eye, when you talk about putting God's people in Israel at risk, there are consequences, immediate, atmospheric. It's like a collective fury that builds around the world. And I won't go into details, but just to summarize, 17 days prior to 9-11, President Bush was meeting with the king. Crown Prince Abdullah at that time, now King Abdullah, what was going to be the most comprehensive address ever given by a U.S. President to the U.N.? He was going to call for a Palestinian state, a place his father or Bill Clinton would never have gone. Never have gone. The God of Israel did not produce the evil of 9-11, but the God of Israel has been our home of security before 9-11 and after 9-11. He's protected us. But 9-11 has changed life as we know it for the Israelis, for the Americans, for the Europeans, for the world. It's very significant. And then the last one. God puts it on Jews' hearts to move back to the land of Israel. This is part, it's like a, I hate to say homing pigeon, but it, you know, in a lot of ways it is. It's going back home. God, it's in them. It's in their DNA. This is their land. This is their land of their forefathers. And he puts it on their heart to go back to Israel to occupy this land. And there are more Jews today living in Israel than any other country in the world, including ours. This is a fulfillment of Ezekiel 37, when the dry bones come back to life and that the Jews will move back to the land. This is one of the most key, if not the most key, significant final day event is the fact that the Jews are back in the land and more coming every day. It's very significant. But God, put them in Judea and Samaria. He put them in Jerusalem. He put them in the Golan Heights. He put them in the Abrahamic Covenant land. And no earthly leader has the rights to determine the boundaries as I've shared today. But 9,500 Jews were forced out of their home in August of 2005. Ariel Sharon, under pressure from the United States, came up with a plan that we will leave Gaza, 24 settlements in Gaza, and four settlements in northern Samaria, and we will leave The Lord showed that this showed me after prayer and Claudia and I were down there in southern Gaza on July 4th, walking the land, talking to people who live in the homes, walking in their synagogues, going in their homes, going in their businesses, knowing in about six weeks they were going to have to evacuate. And these homes, these 2700 homes would be wiped out, demolished for the sake of peace a few weeks later. But the Lord also showed that there will still be consequences. So August 23rd, despite Israel's desire to put it off, the United States says no, now is the time. We had 1.7 million people, I'm sorry, 1.7 billion people throughout the world watching Jew evicting Jew from their homes. And the United States was responsible. And the EU and the United States is a great friend of Israel. We are to this day, we have more military cooperation today between the Pentagon and Israel's Air Force and military than ever before. And we're blessed for that. We're both benefiting from that relationship. But there's a political correctness of that we have to appease these Arab nations and we have to attempt a peace deal with the land that God gave Abraham and his descendants. But nonetheless, August 23rd, The final Jews were forced from their homes. Within a couple hours, a tropical depression developed near the Bahamas. Within 24 hours, it was tropical storm Katrina. Within 48 hours, it was Hurricane Katrina. 72 hours later, Katrina went through southeast, southwest part of Florida, back into the Gulf, Regained strength and hit New Orleans and the southern Gulf Coast, an area 90,000 square miles the size of Britain. We've never had an event this big. It was a $200 billion event. Hurricane Andrew, $25 billion. 9-11, $30 billion plus. This was $200 billion, but we've never had 9,500 Jews forced from their home in Israel. The same terminology being explained what had just happened in Israel was the same terminology being explained in the southern Gulf Coast in New Orleans. Evacuees forced from their homes in Gaza. Evacuees forced from their homes in New Orleans. Refugees being spread throughout the nation of Israel in tents and mobile homes and hotels. Evacuees from New Orleans being spread to 34 U.S. states. Military moved into Gaza, military moved into New Orleans. 34 straight days, Katrina was the front page of all our newspapers in Washington, D.C., The Post, The Times and The Baltimore Sun. The world could not believe that this happened to America. America is always the one that's helping the world community. This couldn't be America. And you look at what was taking place. at this time of this event. And of 9-11, a friend of mine at the White House who covered it for 30 years said there was two things that disrupted President Bush's two terms in office. The first one was 9-11. The second one was Katrina. He said, she says, I don't think he ever recovered from those events. President Bush wanted to be an education president. President Bush wanted to be a uniter, not a divider. I was in Dallas. I saw the great job that he did as governor and how popular he was with both political parties and how popular he was with the Hispanics in Texas and how popular, how effective he was. He was a very personable guy. But our education president ended up becoming a war president after he was talked into by the Jordanians and the Egyptians to get involved in the peace process. I wrote four letters to President Bush. They're in my book. I saw him last year. We had a nice visit. in Midland at a fundraiser he was involved with down there. God is using all our presidents for a role. Every one of them has a biblical, prophetic role. Whether we like it or not, we know what to pray for, but nonetheless, God has a role through all of them. Thanks to Ronald Reagan, a million Jews left Russia, went to Israel, and that gospel spread throughout Russia. You know, our presidents are used. President Obama will be used for a reason and purpose, too. But nonetheless, the last thing I said to President Bush when I had a few minute visit with him, and what's interesting is his new office in Dallas is where we used to have Bible study for 10 straight years on Tuesday mornings. I told him that. So there was a lot of prayer lifted in your office. But I said, Jerusalem is God's time clock. And Jesus Christ is coming soon. And I smiled and I walked off. I said, Lord, speak to President Bush about this. And that's where we are. That's where we are. And very likely we will be the generation that sees Christ's return. That's exciting. Claudia, do you have a purpose? Let's humble our hearts before the Lord and pray.
