Hello again, and welcome to our
program. I'm looking today in Hebrews
chapter 12, verse number two, it says, looking unto Jesus,
the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was
set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is sat
down at the right hand of the throne of God. Years ago, Charles
Haddon Spurgeon wrote, let us go to Calvary to learn how we
may be forgiven, and then let us linger there to learn how
to forgive. On a hill far away stood an old
rugged cross, the emblem of suffering and shame. And I love that old
cross where the dearest and best for a world of lost sinners was
slain. Sing along with this message
in song. you
