Not only so, but we glory in tribulations also, knowing that tribulation worketh patience, and patience experience, and experience hope, and hope maketh not ashamed." Why? because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. Let's pray and ask God to help us tonight as we talk about this most fascinating word in the Bible, justified. Father, we thank you for your word tonight. Thank you for the sweet spirit of your people. Lord, the music tonight that has blessed our heart, lifted our spirit. Lord, thank you for your word that ministers to us and nourishes us And Lord, I pray that tonight that we would glean truth out of this passage that would make an impact upon our lives, that bring change to our lives, that would encourage us. Lord, that it would lift our eyes heavenward to You. Lord, to bring about a thankfulness of heart. Lord, to foster hope within us during a difficult time. Lord, I pray that You would help us to remember these great truths that You're going to share with us tonight from Your Word. And I pray You'll help us let Christ be magnified. If someone's listening tonight that's never been saved, I pray they'll come to know You. Lord, Your people will be blessed and helped, and we'll thank You for it. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen. Well, we're talking about being justified. We found that the word justified is found nine times in the book of Romans. Four times in Romans chapter number 3, and then here again in chapter number 5. And we learned that it was a courtroom concept. It has to do with our being made right or declared right with God. Friend, listen, for 17 years of my life, I was wrong with God. And then in a moment of time, a person, I or another person, places their faith in Jesus Christ, and in that instantaneous moment, they are declared not guilty before God. They are declared right with God. They're declared righteous before God. Friend, it's just as if we had never sinned. What a wonderful truth that is. And we're brought into a right relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. Now, we talked about the facts of justification, that it's not of human effort or merit, that the law cannot save us, that doing good things, being a good person, trying to do enough good to cancel out my bad is not going to get it done. that I cannot be saved that way. But the Lord can save me. And thank God that He can save anybody. Friend, listen. There's nobody outside the bounds of God's salvation. Anybody that wants to be saved can be saved. And friend, the good news is you can be justified tonight as you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Then we notice that it's sort of like receiving a gift. I always enjoyed it from time to time when my wife would put more than one gift in a box. I'd open it, and there would be one gift, and boy, you'd pull that out. And then you'd notice there was some more tissue paper, and you'd pull that back, and there's another gift. And then you'd pull back some more tissue paper. I mean, it just gets better and better. I said earlier this morning, gooder and gooder, as you dig out that gift, and you sort of dig in and pull out the contents. And you know, that's what justification's like. Friend, listen, when we get saved, God gives us a total package. It's a gift. And what we're doing, we're unwrapping the gift and it just gets better and better as we learn more and more of what's bound up in this matter of being made right with God. And when you come to Romans chapter 5, you have the fruits of salvation. And notice, if you would, verse number 1 again of Romans chapter 5. Therefore being justified by faith, We have. We possess something. We're not going to get it somewhere sometime in the future. No, friend, if you've been justified, God, you have it right now. And we learned that the first one that we have is a peace that cannot be disturbed. The Bible said that being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, that we're in a standing of peace with God. Friend, the battle's over. Isn't that good? And I've been declared right with Him. No longer am I the enemy of God. No longer are we at war with God. Now that we've been justified, friend, we're the friend of God. We have a relationship with God. God is our Father and we're His children. Boy, what a joy it is to know that we have a wonderful relationship with God and we can pillow our head tonight. No matter what comes, friend, listen, no matter what comes, everything, is all right. Friend, listen, isn't it good to be saved tonight, to be justified, to be freely forgiven? That's a wonderful thing. Psalm 91 verse 1, the Bible said, He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide. That idea of a state of being shall abide, remain in, or remain under the shadow of the Almighty. That speaks of God's preservation, His protection, His care in our lives. And Charles Wesley said, I rest beneath the almighty shade. My griefs expire, my troubles cease. Thou, Lord, on whom my soul has stayed, will keep me still in perfect peace. What a wonderful truth that is. Aren't you glad for the peace of God? Isaiah said, that thou would keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee. And so I have a judicial peace that comes as a result of being saved. No longer am I at war with God. Now I've been made right with God. Friend, listen, I have a relationship with the God of heaven. It's unchanging. That peace will never change. What peace to know that that's settled. But then the peace that flows out from that, that God cares for me and is in charge of my life, and I can rest in the shadow of His wings. What a blessing that is. And then we learn we have an access. Look at verse number 2. "...by whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand." That's a position, alright? And God said that we have access to Him. We have an entrance into the presence of the God of heaven. Aren't you glad, friend, that you and I can have an audience with the King of Kings? Isn't that a blessing tonight? That at any time, from anywhere, about anything, we can come into His presence and bring it to Him. And you know what? Back in the Old Testament, the high priest could go into the presence, the Holy of Holies, one time of year, but he couldn't stay there. No. He went in and he came out and he couldn't go back in for another 365 days. Did you know that? Or 364 days, however you want to say it. And he could go in but he couldn't remain there. Here's the good news, friend. You can go into the presence of God. Hey, you can enter the throne room. You can stay as long as you want to stay. You don't have to leave. Isn't that a wonderful truth? that we can be in the presence of our Heavenly Father. But then we found that there was a hope that cannot be defeated. Friend, we need hope tonight, don't we? And dear child of God, if you're saved, listen, dear child of God, because we're saved, because we've been justified, we have hope. Isn't that a blessing? The world is hopeless, but Christian, you're hope-filled. There's a difference. Look again at verse number 3. And not only so, but we glory, we rejoice in tribulations also, knowing that tribulation worketh patience, and patience experience, and experience hope. There it is. Aren't you glad that God brings us hope? Everybody has problems. I have them. You have them. A person down at Walmart has them. A neighbor across the street has them. A person in the next cubicle when you're at work has them. Friend, everybody has problems. Saved people have problems. Unsaved people have problems. But the good news is that because we're saved, we have somebody to go through those problems with us. We never face life alone. And during difficult times, God doesn't want us just to survive. He wants us to thrive. He wants us to rise above the circumstance of life. To know that we can rejoice in Him even when life hands us a lemon. And listen, that doesn't mean that every trial in my life is joyful. It's not. God's telling me that I can rejoice in the trial. Because He's with me and He's at work in my life. And there is a purpose to the trial. There's a purpose to the problem. Friend, God never just brings hurt or pain into a person's life arbitrarily. He never just allows us to face difficulty to face difficulty. He allows the situations of life and us to go through them in order to bring about divine change in our lives. God's at work. He's doing something. making something wonderful out of our lives. Listen, God's at work. Let's rejoice in that tonight. Isn't that good? And He's at work in me. We saw a process. We saw that tribulation, the pressures, the problems of life lead to patience. As I navigate the stormy waters of life, God builds patient endurance in my life. The ability to bear up under the load, to keep on even in the face of adversity. Friend, character. Character is what it takes to stop us. That's what really shows up, is Christian character is determined by what it takes to stop us. Let's just not allow the things of life to keep us from God's best in our life and from His blessings in our life. Let's go press on. in these things. And when trials come, let's continue to move forward because our God is with us. And what a blessing that is. And then notice not only does tribulation bring patience, but watch this next verse, verse 4. Patience brings experience. That's character. Christian maturity. God's making me like His Son Jesus Christ. He's knocking out of my life what doesn't look like the Lord. It sort of reminded me of a fellow that was traveling. He went to India. And it went into a little open-air market where there was an artist, a sculptor there who sold elephants and they were so lifelike and real. I mean, there was such detail to these elephants. The fellow asked him, he said, Sir, you must have great talent. He said, really, I can't imagine everything that goes into making this elephant and all of the detail. and all of the intricacy of all of these life-like things that you've made. And the fellow looked back at him and he said, well really, he said, it's simple. He said, I just get a piece of marble, I get a chisel and one hand a hammer and the other, and I just knock off that block whatever doesn't look like an elephant. And friend, let me just tell you, God takes you and me and He just knocks out of our life what doesn't look like Jesus. And friend, listen, there's a whole lot that needs to be knocked out of our lives, isn't there? Hey, God's still working on us, but listen, one day there's going to be a finished product, and God's doing something wonderful in our lives. I mentioned this morning that a diamond is a lump of coal put under pressure. And friend, listen, sometimes we're just lumps of coal, and the pressure is going to make something wonderful out of us. What value that God places upon our lives. And then notice He goes on to say, "...and experience hope." I like that word. Don't you like the word hope? Isn't that a blessing? This is an assured hope. It's a confident hope. It's a hope with an exclamation mark. As you and I face the struggles of life, we have hope, confidence, because we know that God is at work in our lives to bring about His desired plan in us. And friend, listen, as long as God's on the throne, there's hope. And He's never going to vacate that throne. And friend, listen, let's quit looking around us and getting discouraged. Let's look above us. and get encouraged because we have a God who gives us hope. Aren't you glad tonight as Christians that we're hope-filled in Him? But then notice next in verse number 5, "...and hope maketh not ashamed." Now what that means is that we never have to be ashamed of the hope that we have in God. God's never going to disappoint you. He's never going to let you down. He's never going to fail us. No. Hope maketh not ashamed. You know what? If I give a person hope, or you give a person hope, there is a chance because of our human frailty that we would let them down. But you know what? God never lets us down, does He? He's always what He's supposed to be. Nothing will thwart His purposes in our life. And then He takes it a step further. Look at verse 5. Because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost, which is given unto us. That word given means it was given at a point in time. That is the moment we're justified, and it carries out into eternity. Friend, God filled our hearts with love, His love, and it'll never, never, never Now notice, if you would, that we talk about this shed abroad. That means to feel the overflowing. The waterfall of God's love overflows my heart and your heart and life. There's times in the midst of trial that we wonder if God really loves us. Did you know that? Matter of fact, the devil will tell us that if God really loved you, you wouldn't experience this, or you wouldn't go through that, or if God loved you like He did so-and-so, you wouldn't face the difficulty that you're facing. Satan is always seeking to slander our God. Friend, listen, you need never question the love of God. You need never do that because His love has been shed abroad in your heart. The Bible says that we're to keep ourselves in the love of God. That means we need to never forget the fact that God loves us. Don't ever forget it. When Satan comes and he slanders God, and he slanders His love, and it sort of makes us feel unlovable, or unloved, or that somehow God doesn't love me as much as He loves somebody else. Friend, you need to cast that thought out of your mind and keep yourself in the love of God that no matter what comes your way, no matter what you and I face, no matter what we go through in life, God never stops loving us. His love has been shed abroad and like a waterfall, friend, it just keeps on flowing. Amen? It just keeps on flowing. Let me talk to you a little bit about the love of God. Can I do that? I began to watch as this message kept growing and I began to think about the love of God. Can I say first of all it's an unconditional love? It's an unconditional love. Did you know that there's nothing in you or me that would cause God to love us? It's not that God saw something in us that says, Oh, I just have to love him or love her. The truth is there's nobody that deserves God's love. It is unconditional. I love what A.W. Tozer said in his book, The Knowledge of the Holy Concerning the Love of God. He said this. He said, God doesn't love populations. He loves people. He doesn't love masses. But men, one of my favorite songs is, Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so. There's times when we go through difficulty that maybe we just need to take what the world would call a little children's song that is such full of truth and just sing over and over again, Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so. Friend, listen, God tells me that He loves me. He shed it abroad in my heart through the Holy Ghost. And there's no one, no one outside the love of God. J. Henry Jowett said this, I proclaim that everyone is in the love grip of the Eternal. Friend, aren't you glad today that God loves you with a love that's beyond our comprehension? Not one of us deserves it. There's nothing in us that would call it forth. Nothing that would cause Him to love us. It is an uncaused love. It is an unconditional love. We can't merit it. We can't earn it. God loves us simply because He would love us free. And it's a choice He chooses to love you and me. Look down at verse number 8 of Romans chapter 5. But God commended His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. for us. Friend, He didn't love me at my best. He loved me at my worst. And He showed me His love. He demonstrated that He gave His only begotten Son for me. You say, Preacher, there's no way God could love me. You just don't know me. You don't know where I've been. You don't know what I've done. You don't know. Friend, can I tell you, it's not possible for God not to love you. Friend, listen, God loves us no matter, the Bible said, why we were yet sinners. He knows you. He knows me and God loves us. He says in verse 20 of the same chapter, where sin abounds, grace did much more abound. Friend, God's grace is greater than all of our sin. Aren't you glad that God is greater and His love is greater? Isn't that a blessing to know? His love is abundant. Its supply is inexhaustible. It is above all and for all. Friend, listen. God loves us tonight. And that love has been shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost. It is unconditional. I didn't do anything to cause God to start loving me. And I want you to catch this, friend. You and I can't do anything for God to stop loving us. Isn't that a blessing? But not only is it an unconditional love, it's an unchanging love. As a matter of fact, I want to give you a verse. I want you to jot this verse down. It's interesting. John is remembering as he's writing the gospel of John. He's an aged apostle. He's writing what we would understand and call the gospel of John. And he's remembering the night that the Lord had told him that he was going away. That he's going to go back to the father's house. He gave them the upper room discourse. John chapter 13 through 17 takes place the night before the Lord would go to the cross. I mean, just hours before His betrayal. And John, remembering that night as the disciples are gathered in the upper room, makes a statement about the Lord's love in John 13.1. Just jot it down. I want to read it to you. Listen to this. Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour was come, that He should depart out of this world unto the Father, now listen to this next phrase, having loved His own which were in the world, He loved them unto the end. That is powerful. I thought about that phrase, unto the end. That means to the fullest extent. The Lord's love for them never lessened. Do you remember during the Lord's final days, Judas would sell Him for thirty pieces of silver and betray Him? with a kiss. Peter would deny Him with oaths and cursing. The disciples would forsake Him and flee. Yet Jesus loved them unto the end. And friend, listen, I just want to tell you, there's never going to come a time in your life and in my life where Jesus stops loving us. Isn't that a blessing to know? He loves us to the end. The Bible says in Malachi 3.6, I'm the Lord and I change not. Because God is unchanging, His love is unchanging. God's love for us never wavers or fluctuates. He doesn't love us more one day and less the next. His love is continuous. It's constant. It's unwavering. It's persistent. It's steady. It's unending. As a matter of fact, God loves us with all the love that He has, and He loves us that way all the time. In Romans 8.35, Paul put it this way, Who shall separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus? Nothing, nothing, nothing can separate us from His great love. It doesn't matter if it's a time of difficulty or hardship or a heartache. Listen, God never stops loving us. As a matter of fact, we mentioned earlier how the devil will jump on our shoulder and tell you that God doesn't love you. He wouldn't let you suffer. He wouldn't let you face hardship. He wouldn't let you experience difficulty. I want you to remember two truths that every Christian's got to keep in their mind. You say, Preacher, what is it? Number one, God has never told a lie. I want you to remember that. God's never lied. And friend, the devil's never told the truth. That's two truths every Christian needs to remember. He's a liar and the father of it, and he's going to lie to you about God. He's going to lie to you about the love of God. He's going to tell you that God doesn't love you, that you're worthless, that you have no value to God, especially when life begins to go sour in our lives. That's when he wants to sour us on God's love. And friend, the reality of it is God is telling us that He loves us with a love that is unconditional, Unchanging and unending. Listen to Jeremiah 31 verse 3. The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love. Therefore with loving kindness have I drawn thee. Everlasting love. For instance, God is everlasting. His love is everlasting. You go back as far as you can in the eons of eternity past, you'll never find a time when God didn't love you. You traject yourself forward into the eternity future as far as you can go, there's never going to come a time when God's going to stop loving you. Friend, listen, He's going to love you in the unending ages of eternity future. There's never going to be a time when God does not love us. He loves us all with a mighty love that has no beginning and can have no end. I like the song that goes, His love no end nor measure knows. Change can turn its course. Eternally same it flows from one eternal source. Listen, are we learning something about the love of God tonight? He loves me. Isn't that a blessing? He loves you. He loves us tonight. The love of God. Hey, hope maketh not ashamed. God's not going to fail me. He's not going to disappoint me. Why? Because the love of God's been shed abroad in our heart by the Holy Ghost which is given to us. For in God has filled us with His love. And we've learned that that love is unconditional. He loved us when we were yet sinners. He loved us at our worst. Friend, listen, nothing caused Him to love us. Then we learned it was unchanging. Nothing caused God to stop loving me or to lessen or slacken His love for me. We learned that it was unending. Friend, there's never a time. It's an everlasting love. That's what that word given in verse 5 means. It's a verb tense that has the idea that it's been given to me at a point in time. And friend, listen, you go as far as you can go from that moment and His love is going to continually be shed abroad in our hearts. Friend, I don't think we can... Our hearts right now on this earth, I don't want to think about it. Think about a cup. And you take that cup and I remember I've told this many times about how when I was a little boy my granddaddy pastored up in the mountains a place called Edgemont, North Carolina. And there out of the rock would come a water would stream. There would be some water that would stream out of that rock and somebody had stuck a piece of pipe in there and where people could get that fresh water flowing from a spring inside that rock formation. I can remember we'd always want to stop there. I would. And we'd get a cup, and that's before you thought about not drinking after everybody, you know? And everybody'd just have a drink. But anyway, we'd put that cup under there and it'd just flow and flow, and it didn't take long for that water to fill up that cup. That cup has a capacity, it can only hold so much. Once that cup is filled to overflowing, and that's that word shed abroad, it just continues to flow till it overflows the cup. And you know, you think about it, right now on this side of heaven, our heart, in its capacity, God said, I filled you full of My love. And friend, it overflows. But friend, that's nothing compared to when we get on the other side. And friend, we'll have a heart then that God said, I'm going to continue to fill you up with My love. Isn't that a blessing? And then I want you to get this. It's unmatched. I want you to hold your place here and turn to a very sweet passage of Scripture. Turn to Ephesians chapter number 3. I want you to look at it with me tonight. I want you to find verse number 17. Ephesians chapter 3 and find, if you would please, verse 17. I love this verse of Scripture. I'm going to give you a moment to find it. Ephesians chapter 3 and verse number 17. Notice he says that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith, that ye being rooted and grounded in love... Well, whose love? Of course, he's talking about the Lord's love. ...may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth and length and depth and height, and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that you might be filled with all the fullness of God." Did you know that was Paul's prayer? That's God's prayer through the Apostle Paul, because we understand this is an inspired prayer. He said in verse 14, he bowed his knees unto the Father, and God gave him what to pray for, and he prayed that we would be filled full of His love. that we might comprehend with all saints, that we would know the love of Christ which passeth knowledge." That word comprehend means to apprehend. It means to lay hold of and make it your own. The word know in this verse means to know or understand fully. It speaks of a growing or a deepening knowledge of the love of God. Do you realize the more we comprehend, and mature and grow in the knowledge of God's love for us, the more our love grows for Him. You see, it's this reciprocating love. I John 4.19, John says, we love Him because He first loved us. And as we begin to comprehend the love of God that's been shed abroad in our hearts, then that fosters within us and draws out of us a greater love for the One who loved us first. It's an ever-deepening, ever-growing relationship. You see, I don't think we've touched the hem of the garment as it comes to this matter of the love of God for us. But no matter how much that we experience the love of Christ, there are yet oceans of love in the great heart of God that has never been touched. Someone has put it this way, the breadth. Look in verse number 18. May comprehend with all saints what is the breadth of God's love. Friend, it knows no confinements. There's no boundary to the love of God. The length of God's love, there's no conclusion. You're never going to come a place where God runs out of love. The depth of God's love, there's no conditions for it. Aren't you glad for that? God doesn't say, I love you if, or I love you but, or I love you because of. No, God just says, I love you. Listen, dear child of God, as we sit here tonight, we go through this crisis. There is a pressure. As much as we try to move away from it and distract ourselves, there is a pressure. We feel confined and closed in. We feel that way. It's beginning to wear on every one of us. I know it is. And friend, listen, I just want to remind you, we just need to remember God loves me. He loves me. He loves me. Let's bask in His love. Let's remember that He loves us, friend. Don't ever get the point to think that God doesn't love you. It knows no conditions. And then the height of God's love, friend, it is unmatched. There is no comparison. Nobody loves us like Jesus loves us. You know, friend, listen, there's a wonderful love for a mother. There's a wonderful love for a spouse, for their mate. Those are wonderful forms of love that we have on a human side. But Frank, can I tell you all of that is deep and wonderful and sweet as it all is, for it all pales in comparison to the great love that God has for every one of us. Paul said, "...it passeth knowledge." God's great eternal love is unsurpassable, it's inexhaustible, it is incomprehensible. One of my favorite writers, R.L. Moyer, he said that God's love beggars description, it surpasses illustration, it transcends emotion, and it defies comprehension. And I say amen right there. Isn't that a blessing? Friend, aren't you glad that we have a love that cannot be diminished? No matter what we face, no matter what we go through, God's love for you and me is never diminished. Isn't that a blessing tonight? That is one of the fruits of being justified tonight. What a wonderful truth that God loves His children, And friend, listen, we'll never fathom the great love that God has for every one of us. And what a great encouragement that is. I was reminded of the man... who wrote the song The Love of God. He said, Could we with ink the ocean fill, and were the skies of parchment made? Were every stalk on earth a quill, and every man a scribe by trade? To write The Love of God above would drain the ocean dry, nor could the scroll contain the whole, though stretched from sky to sky. O love of God, how rich and pure, how measureless and strong, it shall forevermore endure. the saints' and angels' song." What a wonderful truth that is. But then let me give you one more tonight before we close. Friend, there is a glory that cannot be described. I hope you've jotted these down, a peace that cannot be disturbed, an access that cannot be denied, A hope that cannot be defeated. Remember I mentioned the bulldog has its nose slanted backward so it could bite, hang on and keep on breathing. I'm just telling you right now, tonight, you just bite into the problems of your life, you hang on and keep breathing, God's going to see you through. There's a hope, friend, that cannot be defeated and a love that cannot be diminished. No matter what comes into our lives, God's love for us is never diminished, never slackens. never changes. It's unending. It is unmatched. It is unchanging. It is unconditional. Friend, it is incomprehensible. What wonderful fact that God loves us. And I want to give you this last thing. There is a glory that cannot be described. Friend, the joy of being justified. Look what he says in verse number 2, last phrase. And rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Now that hope is a different kind of hope from verse number 5. The hope in verse number 5 is the hope in trials, difficulty, hardship. The hope in verse number 2 is the glory of heaven. of hope in the glory of God. The glory of God encompasses all that God has for us in eternity. I preached for several months on the subject of heaven. Friend, can I tell you, we just touched the hem of a garment as we talked about the new heaven and new earth. We talked about the new Jerusalem. We talked about the streets of gold, the gates of pearl, the no mores. Aren't you glad, friend, that there's coming a day, one of my favorite verses is Revelation chapter 21 and verse number 4 where the Bible said, And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying. Neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." You know what? You and I can't imagine a life without tears, can we? We can't imagine a life without sorrow and crying and pain and even death. It touches every one of our lives. But friend, the good news is that there's a glory that awaits every child of God when all of those things are passed away. There's a glory that awaits us, friend, that while God has given us a glimpse into it, we can't even comprehend the whole of what awaits us on the other side. I'm reminded of a little boy that was out walking one night with his grandfather, and it was one of those beautiful starlit nights. You know what I'm talking about where it's real dark, and boy, it just seems like the moon and the stars are just out, shining, almost like they're dancing on parade, sometimes like they're seen so close you could reach out and touch them. A little boy pulled on his granddaddy's coat and he said, Paul, Paul, he said, if heaven's so beautiful on the outside, I wonder what it looks like on the inside. And friend, I'm glad that we don't have to wonder. I'm glad that one day we're going to be able to experience all of that, and it's going to be real. Friend, listen, I've got good news for you. Aren't you glad this isn't all there is? Paul said, if in this life we had hope, we're of all men most miserable. If this is all there is, we're of all men most miserable. That's what he said. Aren't you glad this isn't all there is? Matter of fact, somebody said the atheist doesn't have a song. He didn't have a song. But friend, the child of God, you have a song tonight. You have hope. We live in a world that's filled with hopelessness because we don't know God. But friend, the moment you come to know God, the moment you're justified by faith, imagine we have. We have a peace that cannot be disturbed. You can pillow your head tonight. All right. Friend, listen, you've got an access at any time, anywhere, any place. You can say, Father, and there's an ear in heaven tuned into you waiting for you to call upon Him and Him to work in your life. Isn't that a blessing? An audience with the God of the universe. We've got a hope that cannot be defeated. Friend, listen, Christian, press on. Press on tonight. Hey, stay faithful. Stay true. Don't throw in the towel. Don't give up. Keep going for the Savior. Hey, it'll be worth it all one day. There's a love that cannot be diminished. No matter what comes into my life, God never stops loving me. God never lessens His love for me. He loves us with a full love. It's shed abroad. It's overflowing our hearts. Let it flow out in the lives of other people. Let's show the love of God to others as God's filled us with Himself. And then, friend, a glory that awaits us that cannot be described. Friend, listen. Hang on. Only imagine. Only imagine what our loved ones on the other side are seeing and experiencing and hearing. Friend, I'm so glad for a place called heaven, aren't you? And listen, God wants you to be there. Do you know that God doesn't want anybody not to be in heaven? That's what He tells me in His Word. He's not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. God wants everybody to be in heaven with Him. The only way you can be in heaven with Him is to receive His Son Jesus Christ as Savior because He's the way to heaven. He said, I am the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the Father but by Me. Friend, if you've never been saved tonight, you've never been justified by the grace of God, by faith in Jesus Christ, God wants you to be tonight. Do you know heaven can be your home? It can. Maybe you're here tonight and you're saying, Preacher, I don't know if I died I'd go to heaven. I don't know that I have all of these things you're talking about tonight. God wants you to have them. Let's bow our heads. Let's close our eyes. Let's make an altar out of our living room or kitchen table or wherever you are.
