Hello, my name is Steven Lee. I'm the founder of SermonAudio, and I just wanted to give a little update on where we are with all of our development, both on the software side and on the infrastructure side with The Vault. Global Sermons is becoming a reality. It's very exciting. This past week, we were given a little glimpse by our development team into what Global Sermons can be, and I'd like to show it to you right now. But he could not be drawn out of his one firm position. We are just trying to create a platform to facilitate the re-preaching of sermons from one language in English to multiple other languages. Facilitate. Facilitate meaning that we want to make it very easy for churches to be able to do this using all the newest AI tools on our own machines locally with very little dependence on third-party cloud services. But we also want to make it easy for the end user to be able to consume these globalized sermons so that they have a very easy way of getting to the language of their choice for that same sermon. We're getting closer. It's becoming a reality and it's exciting. Let's switch gears. We are in the middle of a massive rewrite of our webcasting architecture. I'll try to give a little overview of how the webcasting system works. So we have The Vault. Before it gets to The Vault, it goes through what's called a load balancer. This is a piece that makes a decision whether or not to send the webcast to The Vault or to the cloud when The Vault is at capacity. Before here, we have another load balancer, the global IP load balancer. It allows churches to push a lot faster to our system. Another set of servers, these are your multicast servers. And this is reading from these disks and pushing it out to either YouTube or Facebook. And on top of this architecture, we have a brand new interface. This is a significant upgrade, an overhaul, a revamp, and we think you'll love it. Our storage needs are constantly expanding. We've upgraded that. Video on demand is a staple on SermonAudio and it has seen a key code change that will allow it to become much more resilient. And as you know, we are transcribing all new sermons that are uploaded to SermonAudio today, but we are also transcribing a backlog, the over 2 million sermons that are on SermonAudio, and we are now on year 2013, and we will continue to go back in time to transcribe everything. We must not lose sight as to why we are doing what we're doing. We must not lose sight. I read a verse today from Revelation chapter 11. The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ and he shall reign forever and ever. And it's the message of the kingdom that needs to be propagated and pushed into every corner of the world. The kingdoms of this world, kingdoms like the United States of America or Canada or the United Kingdom or Australia or the countries of Europe or China or the countries of Africa or South America, these are all the kingdoms of the world. This is the business that we're in it's a privilege it's an honor. Every day although we're busy coding and doing all the work that we're doing amidst all of the technology and all of the artificial intelligence and all of the architecture and the webcasting and the storage and The Vault. It's great to have technology. It's great to build out infrastructure. It's like, it's great to build out roads, but for what purpose are roads built? It's to carry precious payload, precious cargo. And we're dealing with the precious cargo of the preached Word. The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ. And He shall reign forever and ever. Amen.
This VLOG takes us through some of the development progress for both software and hardware with The Vault. We are finally able to see what Global Sermons will look like for the end-user. Webcasting is getting a massive architectural overhaul. We're expanding our primary storage. And key improvement has been made to our video-on-demand system.
A final word is included on the importance of keeping our focus and remembering the REASON why we go through the trouble of building infrastructure. It is about the payload -- the preached word.
