Defeating the Flesh

Galatians 516 says: "Walk by the Spirit and you will not gratify the flesh." The words for "will not" in the Greek are the strongest words possible of negation ("ou mae.") This is therefore a very strong promise. But what does it mean, exactly, to walk by the Spirit? How do we recognize the Spirit's leading from our own desires, intentions, and thoughts? This message seeks to offer insight to these two essential questions for the believer.
