Thank you for listening to Servants
for Christ. In all that we do, in all that
we say, we want to give glory and honor to our Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ. Thank you for tuning us in as
we get into the wonderful Word of God. For the next few minutes,
let's take the beautiful Word of God and share it with each
and every one of you as we have a sense of anticipation to take
the Word of God and to listen to its truth for each and every
one. Thank you for tuning in as I
record some poetry that I wrote when I was with John Hagee in
Jerusalem. It was Tuesday, April the 8th, 2008, the 3rd of Nisan,
5768 of the Hebrew calendar. The thought come to me upon the
Mount of Olives, and I was inspired by the view when I was on the
Mount of Olives looking over Jerusalem. I thought of some
scripture, Luke chapter 24 verse 50. And he led them out as far
as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands and blessed them.
Hebrews 8, verse 12 was another scripture that I thought of.
And ye shall know that I am the Lord for I will be merciful to
their unrighteousness and their sins and their iniquities will
I remember no more. And then I read Zechariah 13,
verse one. And in that day, there shall
be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants
of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness. I call this poem,
upon the Mount of Olives. Here we go. From this high mount,
I gaze below, the city where our Savior's love did flow. I
see the stones, the walls, the gates, a place of promise, love,
and fates. Yet far beyond the earthly view,
I see the sky, a deeper hue. A future where the king shall
reign and peace shall flow like endless rain. Oh Lord, how long,
how long until you come again to bend our will? From this mount,
my heart does cry. Come, Lord Jesus, come and try. Amen. you
