Thank you for listening to Servants
for Christ. In all that we do, in all that
we say, we want to give glory and honor to our Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ. Thank you for tuning us in as
we get into the wonderful Word of God. For the next few minutes,
let's take the beautiful Word of God and share it with each
and every one of you as we have a sense of anticipation to take
the Word of God and to listen to its truth for each and every
one. begin to give my poetry. I take
this all the way back when I was with John Hagee in Jerusalem
in 2008. It was Monday, April the 7th.
2008, the second of Nisan, 5768 of
the Hebrew calendar. I was inspired by the streets
of Jerusalem that were alive with pilgrims and locals. Now
thought of Psalms 122 verse six, pray for the peace of Jerusalem,
they shall prosper that love thee. Acts chapter 2 verse 5,
And the city was crowded, for many had come from every nation
under heaven. And then I thought of Hebrews
chapter 12 verse 22, But ye are come unto Mount Zion, and unto
the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. Here I write
my poetry, The Streets of Zion. The streets are full, the crowd
a sea, a constant hum, a sacred plea. From every tongue and from
every race, the prayer of Zion fills this place. The merchant
calls, the child's bright smile, the dust that rises for a mile. Yet in the heart of every soul,
a longing for the past made whole. I walk these streets, both old
and new, and feel the pulse of something true. For here, where
God himself has stood, I sense the weight of heaven's blood. Amen. you
