Verse 10, 2 Kings 2 verse 10. And he said,
Thys ask a hard thing. Nevertheless, if thou see me,
when I am taken from thee, it shall be unto thee, but if not,
it shall not be so. And it came to pass, They still went on and taught
that behold there appeared a chariot of fire and horses of fire and
parted them both asunder and Elijah went up by whirlwind into
heaven when Elijah saw it he cried my father my father the
chariots of Israel and the horsemen thereof and he saw him no more
and he took hold of his own clothes and and rent them in two pieces. There's an old spiritual song
they used to sing. It says, swing low, swing low,
sweet chariot coming for to carry me home. And this is the scripture
it comes from, the chariot of God coming down and taking Elijah
home. When you read chapter 2 and the
verses I just read, verse 11, it's a type of what God is going
to do one day. Any day could be the day to all
the saved. Amen? Some golden daybreak, Jesus
will come. Amen? And 1 Thessalonians 4,
16, the Bible says, For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven
with a shout. with the voice of the archangel,
and with the trump of God, and the dead in Christ." Notice,
in Christ, that's the ones that's going to affect. Amen? And the
dead in Christ shall rise first. It says, then, we which are alive
and remain shall be caught up together, together all those
in Christ, with them, all them in Christ, in the clouds to meet
the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Amen? Now, years ago, let me say something
here. Preaching today is not what it
was 40 years ago. Amen? There are not many preachers
preaching the Bible today. But years ago, about 40 years
ago, every holiness preacher, and every church of God, and
assembly of God, and the United Pentecostal, they preached there'd
be a split rapture. They preached this, that even
if you were saved, if you was caught in the movie theater when
the Lord came, the saved not in the movie would be the ones
to go. But if you was in the movie, you wasn't saved. You
lost it if you was in the movie. Amen? Now you don't hear a lot
about that now. Every now and then you want to
pop up with something like this, but you don't hear much about
this now. You won't never hear Jimmy Saget
or Oral Rabbits or Copeland or none of that crowd preach this
because they just like the rest. They sitting in their living
room watching the movies. Amen? But folks, the condition
of going to heaven is not being in the movies or out of the movies.
The condition of going to heaven is being in Christ. Amen? There's only one rapture for
them in Christ, not two. When God descends with the shout,
like the Bible says, you'll drop this robe of flesh and go to
your everlasting destiny. Amen, if you're in Christ And
notice it says in 2nd Kings chapter 2 verse 11 It said it came to
pass as they still went on and taught that behold there appeared
a chariot of fire and horses of fire and Parted them both
asunder You see that? Elijah went up in the world went
into heaven and the other Elijah was left. Amen and folks one
day All in Christ will part from all those not in Christ. Amen? So the rapture will affect the
unsaved as well as the saved. And could you imagine living
in this world without one saved person? Could you imagine living
in this world without one saved person, without one preacher
preaching the Word of God? Because most of them don't now.
Amen? But I long to hear the shout.
Amen? I long for that power that raised
Jesus from the dead to take us in Christ up to heaven. Amen? Now, I want to give you several
reasons this morning why I want to hear the shout and be changed.
Amen? I want to give you about five
reasons. Number one is, I want to be delivered from this sinful
world. I mean, you know something? This
world's not my home. You say, now, Preacher, I don't
know. There's some good things in this
world. Well, I'll tell you what I believe. I believe when you're
home, you can get comfortable and relax and enjoy peace. I
find nothing in this world that brings peace. I find nothing
in this world that brings real comfort. Amen? I mean, sin has
ruined this world. Amen? Sin has made this world
a literal hell for many people this morning. Sin has made many
a home this morning a literal hell. Sin has made this, the
home for many wives and mothers a literal hell. Amen? And sin
has ruined many a man, many a life this morning. Amen? Sin is just about took over and
ruined everything today. And a lot of folks don't see
that. But sin not only ruins men and women in this world,
it ruins their soul in the lake of fire forever. Amen? And I, folks, I'm ready to get
out of this place. Amen. I'll find no peace. I'll find no comfort. I'll find
nothing in this world worth fooling around with. Amen. I long for a place where sin
is not there. The more I see of this world,
the more it makes me sick. Amen. The only way you can get
comfortable in this world and enjoy this world, you'd have
to enjoy sin. Amen. Did you ever notice, I
was, we've been gone a couple of weeks, and the various places
we went, they've been TV, they've been on, and I've sit and watched
a few of the things. It kind of showed me some things.
Did you ever notice how TV is there to lure you into sin? How it blaspheme? I noticed they
had a little program on the other day for kids. kind of a comedy. And this little man came from
outer space and came to the world. And he showed people how to get
along and have peace. That's blaspheming. That ain't
going to happen until Jesus Christ comes back. See they even blaspheme
into comedies. That's what your kids are watching
on that dirty filthy thing. I mean they show sex and scenes
in advertisement they show mountain tops with the snow and the green
valleys and then they'll show a can of beer being poured out
there trying to make you think relate that filthy ungodly liquor
and beer and wine to some beautiful things and trying to make you
think that nice sweet people drink that slop It makes me want to puke just
watching that stuff. Amen. I can't enjoy it. There's something in me that
don't want that. There's something in me that
don't like that. How in the name of common sense
can anybody profess to be saved and love the Lord sit and swallow
up that mess every day, every day, every day. I can't get that comfortable
in this world. Brother, there's a place I'm
going. It's home with a place where none of these things never
has been and never will be. Brother, one day sweet deliverance
will come. Amen. It'll come. It'll come
when the redeemed, the blood bought, that's those that have
their sins paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ. That's when
we'll be delivered from this sinful world. And brother, when
God takes us out of here, He'll take us to a place that's unmarred
by our sin. He'll take us to a place that's
unreached by the devil and his demons. And once inside that
eastern gate, you can look back and say goodbye to the devil
forever. Amen? But let me tell you something
this morning. The next great crisis of this
world It's not the next war, even though that's coming. Amen? The next great crisis of this
world is in a moment in the twinkling of an eye. Amen? When a few million
people just disappear and no trace at all where they went.
Amen? You notice up here in this same
chapter I just read you in 2 Kings, it said they sent out 50 men.
And they looked for Elijah three days, but the Bible said they
found him not. Amen? Let me tell you something. After God descends from heaven
with a shout and takes to save the redeemed in Christ out of
this world, boy, the scientists are going to have a ball. Don't
you know they're going to have a time? Amen. I can almost see
it now, you know. You'll, maybe the man hears all
of a sudden one morning here and there's a few million people
just gone. Nobody knows where they went.
Nobody can explain, my goodness, where'd they go? They couldn't
have all just disappeared like that. And you'll turn that TV
on and they'll say, now Mike Wallace with the report on the
missing people. And he'll come on there, you
know, bold and, you know, all decked out, real educated, real
spoken. He'll say, well, it's a strange
thing, folks. There's millions of people missing
and nobody has found the right answer yet. Amen. And then he'll
come on, he'll say, now, we take you to the State University where
Dr. Bible Ignorant will give us his
say on what has happened. Amen. And then they'll switch
over here, you know, to old Dr. Bible Ignorant and They said,
Dr. Bible Ignorant, could you explain
to us what has happened? Amen? And old Dr. Bible Ignorant said, well, there
are certain conditions that if related to certain circumstances,
there is a possibility that some people could just disappear.
Thank you, doctor. We now take you to Dr. Below
Average in Stupidity. President of the largest religious
organization in Texas. Doctor, could you tell us what
you think? What's happened? Amen? And Doctor, below average in
stupidity, will give his explanation on what he thinks. Amen? Amen,
there we go. I mean, we're up to date, aren't
we? I mean, you know something, folks? People that fool around
with TV, your mind just been blowed to bits with nothing.
That's all that junk is. Nothing, nothing, nothing. If
you want to get something worthwhile, know something worthwhile, get
in the Word of God and let God show you something and teach
you something and learn something worth knowing. I've never seen
said junk in my life that this world is coming up with and putting
out and people are sitting back eating that junk up while they
disbelieve and ignore the truth of what God said. Well this thing is, this nation
has come to people, they've been taken in by this thing, they've
been taken in, they've been saturated, they've been brainwashed by things
that don't mean nothing, absolutely nothing. This world is nothing but a sin
hole. We're unsafe. People practice their religion,
their sin, and their unbelief in God's word. And this morning,
if you're saved, you know there's nothing in this world but heartaches
and sorrow. And we're on a journey. And the
longer we stay here, the more we long for that new home where
we're going to. Amen. We're longing and looking
for that day when God brings sweet deliverance. But I'm going to tell you something.
This world is getting bad shape. You can see it every day. If
you can't see that, your light has been put out. People are
turning away from God more and more every day. Churches are
disbelieving God more and more every day. I find that the major
thing in most people's life is they're getting comfortable in
this world. But I long to see the day when the chariot of God comes
down and takes us out of this world. Then there's another reason
I long to see the sweet deliverance of God. And that is God deliver
us from a sinful body. Amen. That inward battle with
self, see, will end when God brings deliverance. Paul explained
this over in Romans chapter 7. I'm going to read there just
a couple of verses there. Paul said in Romans 7 verse 18,
he said, For I know that in me, that in my flesh dwelleth no
good thing. Now here's the greatest Christian
ever to live and he's telling something that the world don't
believe today. He said, I know that in me, that is my flesh,
that something dwells that's no good. Amen. And he says, for to will is present
with me, but how to perform that which is good I find not. He's,
I know inside me there's something good, and there's something inside
me wants to do good, but I got something that won't let me do
what I want to do. And folks, that's a battle every
saved person has. If you don't have that battle,
you're not saved. Amen? Is there a preacher that don't
bother me? Well then you're just not saved. Amen? Paul said for the good that I
would or do not. Amen? This morning, we've already
seen some of this. Some folks was coming to church.
They probably had intention to come. They're not here. You know
why? That was good. That's what they
should have done. Amen? Something kept them from it.
Huh? Something that's no good. You
got it. I got it. Only people who don't
have it are them that's already died. For the good that I would, I
do not. But the evil which I would not,
that I do. Paul said the evil things that
I don't want to do, that's the things I wind up doing sometimes.
Amen? look at verse 20 what's the problem
now if I do that I would not it is no more I that do it he
said if I do something that I shouldn't do it's not me amen what is it
Paul he said sin that's in this flesh and brother one day one
day when God brings deliverance he'll deliver us from that thing
amen brother God will deliver us from that thing this morning the worst enemy you got this
morning is yourself amen Paul said there he he brought
this thing to a close in verse 24 and he said oh wretched man
that I am huh You notice he didn't say now, I may not have no wings,
but I'm as good as the next fella. You see that? He didn't brag
on himself. He said, old wretched man that
I am. Who shall deliver me from the
body of this death? Paul knew what a lot of slaves
folks don't know this morning. He was a life that was trapped
in a body of death. A body with the sentence of death.
A body with death on it because of sin. And he said who shall
deliver me from the body of this death? Brother one got one day When
God brings sweet deliverance, He's going to deliver us from
the body of this death. Amen? You live in a... You live in a body that rebels
against God. Because of your own self, your
prayer life is weak. Your soul winning is weak. Your
faith is weak. Your joy is diminished. And your
victory is hard because of yourself. Amen? And that's why Paul said
so much in Galatians that you got to crucify self. You got
to get rid of self. You got to deny self. If you
don't, you'll never amount to nothing as a Christian. But it'll
give you a battle all your life. You live in a body that rebels
against God, a body that refuses to bow to the will of God without
a fight, and if you ever do anything for God, if you ever amount to
anything for God, you're going to have to fight that old self,
and you're going to have to get victory over that old self, and
even then, you'll lose many of the battles. So brother, one
day God's going to deliver us from this body of self. Amen. God deliver us from this sinful
flesh that can't walk to please God, that never has pleased God,
that never will please God. But one glorious morning, amen,
we'll put off this robe of flesh. Amen. We'll put off this robe
of flesh that's never been subject to God. We'll put on a new robe
of flesh That'll never hinder us again from being exactly what
God wants us to be. Boy, some think about it. In
1 John 3 verse 2, the Bible says, Beloved now, we are the sons
of God. Right now, I'm a son of God.
Amen? And it doth not yet appear what we shall be. What we gonna
be hasn't appeared yet, folks. But we're looking for it, ain't
we? But we shall know. Amen? But we know. When He shall
appear, one day, what we gonna be is gonna show up. Amen? The Bible says, we be like Him,
for we shall see Him as He is. Amen? One day, one day, any day,
what we are gonna be like is gonna appear. And what we gonna
be like appears, We're going to disappear. Amen. And the world is going to wonder
what happened. Then there's another reason that
I long to see that day. That is, I want to see Jesus. Amen. When the chariot of God
comes to carry us away, we're going to see Jesus. What a day
that'll be. That's going to be someday, isn't
it? What a day that'll be. My eyes have never seen the glorious
countenance of Jesus Christ. I've never looked in his face.
That old song says, one day, one day I will. Amen. I believe
that day is drawing close, folks. I believe we're getting close
to that day. That'll be a crowning day. Amen. That'll be a day when
we cast our crowns at the feet of Jesus. He said, what about
people that are saved and don't have no crowns? That's going
to be a sad day for a lot of folks. A lot of saved folks,
you know, they get saved and they never do anything for God.
Their life never amounts to nothing for God. But because of what
Jesus Christ did on the cross, they're still saved and they're
still going to heaven. But when they get there, there'll
be no rewards, no crime. That's going to be an awful thing.
Can you imagine standing up there and seeing Jesus Christ? Realizing
what he done to keep you out of hell. Realizing what he done
to brought you to heaven. And there you are with nothing
to give him. Amen. Amen. It's going to be a bad
day. I can't explain it. Amen. You see? These people have invested
all their life after they got saved in this world. It's going
to be a sad day. That day will be a crowning day.
That day will be a joyous day. To see the one that paid our
sin debt. Amen? To see the one that delivered
us from the fires of hell and brought us into a place called
heaven with all its glory. What a day that'll be. Amen.
What a day that'll be when my Jesus I shall see. That day will
be a conquering day. Huh? I mean, it looks like sometimes,
you know, down here that we're defeated. I mean, it really does. Sometimes it looks like there's
just no victory. Everything we do, every effort we make ends
up in absolute defeat. But brother, in spite of our
efforts, in spite of our defeats, in spite of our failures, one
day, one day, that day will be a final and complete victory
for all those in Christ. Victory is ours. No more temptations
by the devil. The world, the flesh can never
affect us again. What a day that'll be. Could you imagine just being
with the devil And the world and the flesh couldn't hinder
you, bother you, attempt you one bit. Boy, that's hard to
imagine. I mean, boy, that's almost enough
to make a Methodist shout, ain't it? Boy, just imagine being up
there in a place where the devil and the world and this old sinful
flesh itself can't do nothing to you. Then there's another reason I
long for that day. I long for that day because that'll
be a reunion day with all those that have already gone. I'm sure
this morning that there are folks here and all over this country
that have loved ones and kin and friends that have already
gone on. I've got a daddy and a brother and a mother and a
lot of friends that They were saved by the grace of God and
through the shared blood of Jesus Christ and they're all gone to
heaven now, but one day, I'm gonna see them again. Amen? Paul said over there in 1 Thessalonians,
he said, we'll be caught up together with them. Amen? Where do you believe when all
of us meet together and we all see Jesus together, never to
be separated again? Amen? What a day when God brings sweet
deliverance, when the chariot of God swings low and brings
sweet deliverance. Let me read you something over
here in 1 Thessalonians. I've been quoting it here for
the last minute. Look at 1 Thessalonians chapter 4. And Paul wrote there
to that church, and he told them how it would be with the say
that had gone on before the Lord comes back. And he made this
thing real clear. He said in 1 Thessalonians chapter
4, notice verse 17. He said, Then we which are alive
and remain shall be caught up together with them the clouds,
to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we ever be with
the Lord. Amen? You see folks, didn't notice
in verse 18 he said, wherefore comfort one another with these
words. Those should be great comforting
words to you And me, anybody that's got somebody you love
that was saved that's already gone on to glory. Amen. You see folks, we have absolute
assurance that we'll see our departed loved one again if they
were saved. Amen. I was thinking, I was staring
at all this the other day. I was thinking about that old
granny woman that died here a few months back, old Sally Sykes,
93 years old. But she got saved there. Can
you imagine she gonna be there? She'll be there. All them that
trust Jesus Christ will be there. And the Bible said in this same
book in Thessalonians, it said whether we wake or sleep, We
shall live together with Him. Boy, we've got something to look
forward to this morning. We've got a day to look forward
to. The day that God brings sweet deliverance and delivers our
soul from this wicked, cursed world. When God delivers us from
this sinful flesh and we see Jesus up there and we are reunited
again with everybody we've known since we've been saved. Brother
Paul will be there. Peter will be there. All the
disciples will be there. Boy, I tell you, that's going
to be something, man. That's gonna be something. Then there's another reason why
I long to see that day. I long to see that day because
of the rewards that we'll have for serving God down here. I was thinking the other day, You know, we live in a time where
people have a great fear of insecurity. We live in a time where people
want to be fixed in this world. They want to be established with
a guaranteed income, and guaranteed food, and guaranteed material
things. But folks, let me tell you something.
I've lived in this world almost 57 years. And I suppose as far
as what I've accomplished, what you can see, I've been an absolute
failure. Amen. I don't own no land. I don't own no buildings. I have
no stocks, no bonds. I have no investments. I have
no insurance. I have no retirements. I have
nothing to look forward to in this world. Of course, I'm an
absolute failure. Amen. I'm an absolute failure. And what you do here for the
Lord, you know, very few people are paying attention to it. I
mean, they could care less what you do. Now, if you go out here
and you build a big building, you put up a big school and a
big gymnasium and you bring in a lot of money and you're well-known,
well, they call you a great success. Amen. And I suppose as far as
this world, you are a success. But as far as this world, I don't
claim to be a success. I find nowhere in the Bible where
God told us to be successful. God just told us to be faithful.
Amen. But brother, one day, God will
bring sweet deliverance. And I'll guarantee you then,
I'll promise you this, this morning, that what you've done for God
will be remembered and rewarded. Amen? You won't be remembered
and rewarded in this world for what you've done for God. But
I'll guarantee you folks, there you'll be remembered and you'll
be rewarded. The Bible said in 1 Corinthians 15, 58, this is
a great verse. It said, therefore, my beloved
brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work
of the Lord. Now do you read what that verse
says? Huh? That verse is telling you
as a Christian. He says, be ye steadfast. Stand. Amen? I mean, don't let
these people that try to tell you, well, unless you go to Bible
college, unless you do something in this world, you don't amount
to nothing. The Bible says be unmovable. Always abound in what? In the work of the Lord. Now
there's a reason for that. Let me finish the verse and show
you the reason. It says for as much as you know that your labor is not in vain
in the Lord. Amen? The Bible says your labor
in the Lord is not in vain. Here a few months ago we had
a Leader what was he a senator or a congressman? I don't even
know I'm not much of a politician But the congressman are clawed
pepper. Is that what he was? He died
And they had his funeral in a big Baptist Church up there in Tallahassee
and they bragged and bragged on clawed pepper how that he
had done so much for the social security and the older people
that were on social security bragged about how much he had
done for them. And I don't suppose there's nothing
wrong with that in a sense. Before let me say something to
you this morning. You know, the big issue today
is if we can just get what we want, see, If we can just get
ourselves fixed up in this world, we're going to be alright. Now
I'm not against what the man done, don't misunderstand what
I'm saying. But I am saying this, even though he may have helped
a lot of people, a lot of old folks gain more social security,
more benefits, or whatever he did. If they get all that, and
they die and go to hell, he didn't do much for them. And if he wasn't
saved, he's in hell right now. Like I said, they had his funeral
in a big Baptist church in Tallahassee, Florida. That don't mean nothing if he
wasn't saved. You can go to hell just as good in a big Baptist
church as you can in a little Methodist church if you aren't
saved. Amen? But the Bible says that our labor
in the Lord is not in vain. Amen? I'd rather go to heaven
laboring for the Lord than have this world think good of me for
calling something I've done here. Amen? That day comes, when that day
comes, everything that you've done for God will have its reward. And as I said, What you do for
the Lord don't bring many rewards in this world because the world
don't care about that. Amen? But your labor for the Lord,
the Bible says, it'll be remembered and you'll be rewarded for what
you've done for the Lord. Amen? I'm glad of that this morning. Let me tell you something, folks.
I'd hate to think I'll live as long as God lets me live. God
may let me live a few more years or 20 more years. I don't know.
But I'd hate to think that I wasted my life. Amen? You know what's going on today?
They're talking about the young people, the younger generation.
They're destroying their lives. They're ruining their lives with
dope, and liquor, and immorality, and cigarettes, and all liquor,
and all this other junk, and they are ruining their lives. But folks, let me tell you, you
can ruin your life and not do none of that. There's a lot of
people that never got drunk, live morally clean, that ruined
their life. You know why? You know what a
wasted life is? You know, we say, well, here's
an old drunk laying over in the gutter. He's laying there in
his own puke. My, my, what a wasted life. But folks, let me tell you something.
There's many a Baptist church pew filled this morning with
people that attend church, been baptized in the church, and tired. They have just as wasted a life
as that drunk laying over there in his pew because they never
do nothing for the Lord. That's the only thing. A wasted
life is somebody that comes in this world, lives in this world,
reproduces at his own kind, gets along in this world and dies
and goes out in eternity and never done nothing for the Lord.
That's a wasted life. There's many of them sitting
in the pews this morning that have wasted lives. And I'll tell you why they're
wasted. Like I said, what you do for the Lord here don't bring
many rewards. Matter of fact, what you do for
the Lord a lot of times brings suffering and heartaches and
troubles. But one day, when God brings
sweet deliverance, amen, we'll be remembered and rewarded
for our labor in the Lord. I may not have nothing here,
And I'm not trying to get nothing here. I mean, I'm not working
to gain nothing here. That's not my ambition. My ambition is not to accomplish
nothing here. My ambition is to amount to something
when I get home. You may have a different look
at it, but you're just wrong. That's all if you're saved. if
you're saved and all you're trying to do is gain this world and
get established in this world and you've got the wrong outlook
as far as a Christian because now if you're unsaved this morning
well I'd get all this world I could I'd go after it and get all I
could and accomplish all I could because at least you'd have something
I mean you're going to hell and you ain't gonna have nothing
but but if you're saved this morning folks I mean we're going
to heaven and we're going to spend eternity there and I'll
tell you something I want something up there when I get there. Amen.
I want some things. Brother Jesus said where your
heart is there your treasure is. And brother if your heart's
not set on the things of God I don't reckon your treasure
is either. And many folks this morning their heart is not on
God their heart is set on this world and the things of this
world. But I long this morning to hear
the shout. I long this morning for the sweet
chariot of God to come down and bring sweet deliverance to all
the saved folks there. Brother, the Bible says there
when Elijah and Elijah walking along there, he said there appeared
chariots of fire and horses of fire. And brother, it took Elijah,
the Bible says he was carried off to heaven in a whirlwind. Amen. And brother, one day, we're
going to be carried off to heaven by the power that raised Jesus
Christ. And brother, when we do, God's
going to separate us from this sinful world. God's going to
separate us from this sinful flesh. And God is going to... We're going to be there with
Jesus. We're going to have a great reunion with all the saviors
that have gone on before us. And brother, God's gonna reward
us according to our labors in the Lord. Amen? And nobody will
be mistreated. Amen? I mean, if you earn something,
you'll get it. If you got something coming,
I guarantee you'll get it. Amen? And I'm gonna tell you
something, folks. I believe things up there are
worth a lot more than they are down here. Paul said, I will
light affliction but for a moment, working a far more exceeding
weight in glory. Amen? In other words, maybe it's
like this. You stand for God here, you believe
the word of God here, and people Dislike you, curse you out, whatever
they may do to you, brother, it'll be a million times better
for you up there in hell. I don't believe nobody can reward
you better than the Lord. So, we're here in this world,
we're in this world, we're not of this world, but we're on a
journey. Amen? We're on a journey. That
journey, we're on our way home. Amen? Where is home? It sure
isn't here. Home is not here. This world
is not my home. Amen? When God saved me, He promised
me a new home. Amen? God not only changed me,
but He changed my direction. He changed my destination. And
one day, Jesus is going to descend with the shout, the voice of
the archangels, And those graves are going to have to turn loose.
Amen. And this flesh is going to have
to turn us loose. Amen. And this world is going
to have to turn us loose. And the devil might be grabbing
at us, but he can't ever reach us. Amen. Are you ready? Do you know that
your blood bogged? Amen. And do you know that Jesus
Christ is not only the Deliverer, He's not only the Rewarder, but
He is the Savior. He's the Lamb of God that take
away the sin of the world. And if He hadn't took your sins
away, you still got them. Amen? And if you die that way,
you won't go to heaven, you'll go to hell. Amen? I'm glad this
morning that we've got deliverance on the way. Brother, it's close.
It's got to be close. It can't be much longer. There's
no way it can be much longer. This world is getting worse and
worse and worse. They're turning from God. They're
turning on God. They're fighting everybody that
stands for God. They're fighting the churches. They're fighting
the Bible-believing preachers. They're fighting everything.
This world is made an all-out attack on the things of God.
And one day, Any day now soon, God's going to say, I've had
enough. Amen. Brother, when God's had
enough, it's over. Amen. Amen. That's right. I've
had enough a long time ago. Amen. But I ain't God. Brother,
when God says I've had enough, Jesus Christ is going to get
up. Amen. And he's going to descend. Amen. Boy, what a day that'll be. That
day is close. That day is close. And I'll tell
you something. I was reading over in Revelation
the other day where they said, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Boy, I was thinking about this.
Boy, and that day comes. And we get there. These people
that sat in churches all their life, never said amen, never
shouted, never got excited. If they're saved, boy, are they
in for a shock. Boy, they in for a shock. They
say, I can't stand this shouting. They can go to church, can't
stand this shouting. They can't stand the loud preaching. They can't stand the loud singing. And they'll sit there at that
Oediate box and jump up and down and holler over a football game,
a wrestling match, or a $64,000 question, and you call yourself
a Christian? That's right. You're a first
class hypocrite. Amen. Brother, the shout is coming. Amen. Amen. And I'm longing for
that day. Brother, the Bible said there
old Elijah was going along with him there and all of a sudden
they appeared out of heaven, chariots,
