Who Has Believed?

The gateway to this phenomenal prophecy begins with two questions. The first question, "Who has believed our report?" is answered by the second question, "to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?" Believing follows and comes by God's effectual revelation. For sure, God has revealed Himself in creation, providence and His written word. This moreover is revelation to the mind, heart, and consciousness of His chosen people.
