Endure!

Are you hardened in your sins? Do not give up but endure the discipline of the Lord by remembering your first love. What motivates a Christian to endure? The first motivation is discipline. For God loves the ones He disciplines. The second motivation is for the sake of the relationship that is established by God. The third motivation is that the discipline of the Lord is training us for everlasting life. The fourth and last motivation is the discipline of the Lord yields righteous peaceful fruit. As Christians we are to practice a disciplined life.
