Jesus, Lamb & Spirit Baptiser

There is much Jesus came to do. John tells us that Jesus is the "Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!" Furthermore, this 'Lamb of God' "will baptise with the Holy Spirit." Just as the first man only came to life when he received God's life giving breath/Spirit, we continue to be completely dependent upon the Spirit for life. And the Father and Son have sent the Spirit as a grace-gift, that we might live and commune with them, as family. As Christian believers, having received the Spirit without measure, we have received power from on high to fulfil God's purposes in bringing his sons and daughters from afar through our witnessing to Christ and the proclamation of the gospel and the kingdom of God. Please pray that we might be blessed and renewed by the Father, as his Word and Spirit minister to us, so that we might all 'speak his word with boldness'.
