Welcome to Let's Connect, connecting 412 youth to God's Word through daily devotion and prayer. I'm Tim Woods, FCC's Director of Student Ministries and today is Thursday, February 5th, 2026. Our key verse for today is found in Proverbs 1, verse 8.
Hear the instruction of your father and do not forsake the law of your mother. Today's devotion is entitled, attentive. Attentiveness goes beyond simple obedience. It shows respect and consideration demonstrating that the person is deserving by offering genuine courtesy to God's word or to the person speaking. Solomon was blessed with incredible wisdom from God, but he didn't always use it. Following God's will and being attentive to His word is our goal. Be attentive to His instructions. Our prayer for today, Lord, help me to be attentive to Your will. Amen.
