Balaam: The Latter Day Spirit of Mammon (Material) Gain

We in this modern day era run just as blindly as Balaam did after the money (gold) of Balak. We are like the Laodecia Church, not knowing about their drift away from God, replacing Him with material things,but are Spiritually poor, wretched, blind and naked. The Prophet proclaims forgive them not, we are about to be spewed from His mouth.
