In Psalm 28:7, David says that because He trusts in the Lord for his heart's strength and protection, God fills it with joyful praise.
You should leave the Lord's Supper spiritually satisfied. If you leave unsatisfied, give it some time for the Spirit to settle your spirit. But if you remain unfulfilled, it could be due to your own failure to truly fellowship. Be purposeful about your partaking so that your heart is filled up with Jesus Christ. Be Encouraged by God and Enjoy Him Forever After Supper.
