You know, I guess one of the things I've done, as I was praying there, thinking about the kids that we have now that are going through a lot of stuff, is to think back just a little while. This is them. They're not going through more than others. I can't imagine if anybody ever, when we first started out with computers and computer games, anybody ever play Oregon Trail? The Oregon Trail sent me into total depression. Oh my goodness, you start on this and you have so much money and you're starting from St. Louis and you're on your way out to Oregon. And as you're going out there, you can be attacked by Indians, you can be attacked by every disease known to man on your way out there with absolutely no treatment, no medicine, no anything. You're travel long as far as your daughter just died from cholera. What? How did she die from cholera? She drank wrong water someplace and oh my goodness. That made me realize it was not fun being a pioneer heading someplace. There are so many things that people have been through. It's amazing. You have a birth rate that was You had children, but about a third of them died. That's a traumatic thing to go through, too. So God's been with us. And we want to pray for them. Because we do have kids that, right now, I honestly don't know how to handle the sorts of things they are. It's tough for them. So I'd appreciate that. I know when I first started out at Grand, 40 years ago, or earlier than that, down in Branson, when I had a school down there, We didn't hear of difficult problems. And it was families together and that sort of thing. Usually, it was a single-earner family. But as time went along, it stopped being a single-earner family. It started being a double-earner family. And that, as you all know, takes in a lot of interesting new circumstances. Who's going to pick the kids up? What time do you get off? What time do you get off? I'm working that day. I can't get off. The kids are out of school, but I can't get off. And a variety of things that just kept coming up. Then it started being single parent families. And that made a single learner, all right, without anybody to partner up with you. And that meant new guardians, all kinds of things that changed things. That's just the change that's taken place in just the several 40 years I've been involved in this. So it's a lot of stuff. I appreciate very much you praying for me. The things that we hear about our friends that are in public school, I'm thinking, oh, that's even worse. It seems like it's been piled on, added things to it. So this is a good time for us to rise in shock, huh? As prayer warriors, as people who tell the truth to people, let everybody know what's going on. Today, we're going to look at the Advent. This is the season of Advent. And many people call it more Advent than they do Christmas. Because they're looking at two different things. When you speak about Advent, you've got two sections to it. the first coming and the second coming. And advent means coming. So you have, I mean, some of you have been on an advent-ture. Well, that's when you're coming into some new circumstances. So that's what you're admitting. Well, advent means Jesus is coming. And with that coming, there are a lot of things that scriptures tell us. And I'm gonna look at some of those things this morning. So if you would, Take your Bible and let's get ready to look at a few different places here, shall we? It does seem that, you know, Jesus promised that He would come back when He was the first time. He told us that He will be back again. And the angel did on the day that Jesus actually left the earth. The angel told us then that he will come back the same way he's leaving now. He's leaving physically, he's coming back physically. He's leaving in the air, he's coming back in the air. And Jesus himself talked about what it would be like at his second coming. But there's a variety of things that take place. I think I want to start with this today at Isaiah 9. Isaiah 9. very familiar scripture at Christmastime every year. This one comes up in Isaiah 9, verses 6 and 7. Isaiah contains a lot of good information about the Son is given, and the government will be upon His shoulder. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, and at the increase of His government and peace there will be no end. Upon the throne of David will be His kingdom. To order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever, the zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. That's a passage that we look at every Christmas time or every Advent time. I love that psalm out of Adam the Messiah. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given. Notice that it's very specific about gender. It's very specific about the fact that it's not just going to be an adult that shows up, just kind of comes in out of the sky. A child is born. telling us that something very peculiar is going to take place. It's natural, human birth. You say, that's not peculiar. Well, if you were going to just have a Messiah, wouldn't it be cruel just to have him kind of come down from heaven one day and just be there on the thigh? This one's going to be born a human. And as that humanity speaks, it goes further to say, He's going to be a son. And then it says, and the government will be upon his shoulders, and his name will be called. Now, we can see this. Going to be a child. Specifically a son. Going through normal birth experiences. He's going to have the government upon his shoulders. So I know something. He's going to be a ruling person. He's going to be a ruler for sure. And then I want you to see what it adds to it. It adds to it here in verse 6. And his name will be called Wonderful, and whether it's Wonderful and Wonderful Counselor doesn't make much difference. They're going to go together because he is Wonderful and he is a Counselor. Then it says he's the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. Now, I've just added a new dimension to that one. So everybody should know that anything about the Book of Isaiah, and I know that they're reading in synagogues, I know that they were reading it all over. How do I know that? Jesus stood up to read a passage from Isaiah, and he told them it was fulfilled in their ears. We'll get to that in just a moment. But they were already reading Isaiah from the scroll, and knowing what the prophecies of Isaiah were. And they already knew that this person is going to be a human, because he's going to be born that way. But the confusing part came to be, he's going to be God too. That was already in it. Because this one is the mighty God. The everlasting father. That means the father of time. The one who is the father from eternity. The one who created time. So he's going to have to be somebody that's completely different than any human that we know. Alright? And then he goes on to say this. The increase in his government and peace, there will be no end. If there is no end to his government and peace, What do I know has to take place? In order for him to be a governor with no end, what has to happen? He's got to live all the way through that, right? You follow that? So this is somebody who's got to live forever. Well, I just add another dimension to it. What do I know about birth? That it's a beautiful thing, but it has a temporary passion to it. It doesn't last forever. But this one's going to last forever. So I know there's something new about this person that you're talking about. Stepping on further, it said, of the increase in his government, there'll be no end, upon the throne of David over his kingdom. Now I'm getting real specific. He's not an American. He's not Iroquois. He's not, you know, Arab. He's not, you can name a whole lot of things that He's not, but there's one thing that He is. He's coming from the throne of David. And with the throne of David here, for your specific, you've cut it down to one nation. Whoops, I cut it down to one tribe. Whoops, I cut it down to one person. I've got a family lineage here that he has to come from. So, I've got a human that is God-awesome. I've got a government that's on his shoulders. I've got him living everlastingly. And now I find out he's got to be coming from the family of David. You begin to see why at least two of the Gospels start out with a family history that includes whoever Jesus is in this lineage of the family of David. That's why it's got to tell us that. It's got to tell us things about the birth. He's a real human. And it's got to tell us things about Jesus being an everlasting person, the resurrection. Well, let's go on a little bit further with these things. It says, upon the throne of David and over his kingdom. What's he going to do with it? He orders it. That is, he puts it together. So it tells me that if he's going to order it, it's not together right now. Right? So you're going to have to somehow put this thing together. There's not been a throne of David for a long, long time. Now there is. If this one's correct. He's gonna order it, and then not only order it, let's see, Biden was elected four years ago, and then he creates his government, and then he's gone now, and Trump's gonna come in, and he's gonna form a government, and the most he can be there is eight years. Well, yeah, most he can be there would be eight years. Now, if that's the case, Probably only four, because he's already had four. So if that's the case, he's going to order a government that can completely be reordered with the next president. You recall where we're coming from? And then reordered with the next one. Yes, we have had how many reorderings of government since the beginning? And yes, though the government is all an established thing, No single government has been established by a single ruler. So to order, he's going to put it together, but then he's going to establish it. This thing's going to go on forever and ever out of the same family line. Alright? Now, he goes on to say, and establish it with judgment and justice. From that time forward, even forever, the zeal of the Lord and host will perform this. So that tells me a whole lot about who this person is. So let's go then to Isaiah 11. Verse 1. There shall come forth a rod from the stem of Jesse. A branch shall grow out of his roots. Stop. Who's Jesse? It's Father. Alright, so here's a stem of Jesse. Something's going to come from him. A branch shall grow out of his roots. Then it says, the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. So, I know that the Spirit of God is going to be upon this individual, and he's got a lot of things he wants to accomplish. This is some of the things he's going to do. If Isaiah 9 had told us that he's going to be a wonderful counselor, the Spirit of the Lord has to be with him to give him wisdom and counsel. So he's going to be there for that. We know that the Spirit of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, so here he's got the Spirit of the Spirit of the Lord. He's got all seven spirits on him. You say, what? Yeah, there are seven spirits before the throne of God that go to and fro throughout all the world, and they examine everything that goes on in the world. Those all seven spirits are on him. Look at them, see what it says. It said, number one, the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him. That talks about the spirit that gave life to everything on the earth. The spirit of the Lord was hovering over the face of the deep, ready to give whatever is created life. So the spirit of the Lord is going to be on him. That's number one. Number two, he's the spirit of wisdom, the spirit of understanding, That has to do with your mental capacity, your spiritual capacity, the things you understand. So that's 1, 2, and 3. It's the spirit of counsel, 4, and Mike. So he's got good counsel, but if you don't know how to use that good counsel, which is what Mike's about, then that counsel didn't do you much good, did it? You can sit in counsel rooms all day long and decide what ought to be done. And many times I fault governments for this very thing. I've done quite a little bit of work earlier up in Springfield as a lobbyist, trying to get some point across. And I have watched as people were making decisions, giving counsel, but had no idea what they were talking about. Because they didn't look at all the facts. They looked at what some lobbyists told them and gave them a picture of, and I'm going to just say this, Government is about good marketing. If you know how to market your product, it's likely to get sold. If you don't know how to market your product, it's not likely to be voted on. So they frame everything in a way that makes you feel good or bad about what you're doing. Does that make sense to you? And in doing so, man, they come up with some weird laws. I remember they were talking about a particular law, and they were going to make this particular law, and we're going to say, wait a minute, if you do that, have you talked to the police departments across the state about this law? Why would we do that? We pass the law, they've got to enforce it. That's my point. How are they going to enforce it? You can sit here and make all the laws you want, but you're passing that on to somebody who's got to carry that out and enforce it. I was at a hearing for a school board, and there was a particular bill that was going to come up that we were opposed to. Well, I listened to the president of the Illinois State School Board, and he's saying to the committee there, I'm going to ask you please not to even consider this bill. And it wasn't even our bill. Our bill wasn't before him yet. It was going to come before him. And they said, why? Why do you think we should not present the bill? Because you have already given to us 13 unfunded mandates. You told us we've got to do this, and you've given us absolutely no money to do it with. You told us we've got to have these teachers that teach this subject. Yet you haven't given us any idea how we're going to pay those teachers. If we have to pay them from what monies we already have, we will be in the red all year long. It won't just be at the end of the year. We'll be in the red by August. He said, so please, don't pass any more unfunded mandates to us. We haven't got the capacity to enforce what you're giving us. So here's Jesus. He has counsel and might. He knows how to carry the thing out. He knows how to finish it. He can enforce the whole thing. So we see here, there's the Spirit of the Lord, the Spirit of wisdom, the Spirit of understanding, the Spirit of counsel, the Spirit of might, and now it says, the Spirit of the knowledge of knowledge, and of the fear of the Lord. So he's now going to have knowledge, and he's going to have the fear of the Lord. He's not going to be independent. By having fear of the Lord, he's not an independent. He's not doing something that might be counter to what God's doing. It's fear of the Lord that says, no, I'm going to do whatever He wants done. I'm not doing my own thing. Everything wherever. That's the seven spirits of God. And they're all going to be on this one person who's from the stem of Jesse, who's from the branch of David, alright? Let's look at verse 3 then. I remember when Jesus was being tested by the Pharisees, and the Pharisees were saying, well what about this, what about this, what about this? And he said, you don't judge righteous judgment. Don't judge what simply the eyes see, you've got to judge what the whole thing is. This is what Jesus is, alright? But with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth. Jesus dealing with a lot of the poor people of the earth, a lot of the meek of the earth, who had no power. So if I can say this, Jesus deals with the people who are unempowered. They don't have the power to do anything for themselves. That's what he was about. Now watch what it says. He shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, with the breath of his lips he shall slay the wicked. Righteousness shall be the belt of his loins, and faithfulness the belt of his waist. Now look at this. He shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and the breath of his lips shall slay the wicked. Who did Jesus kill? Yes ma'am. Sorry, I want to go back a little bit. Sure. You said that they walk about two in front of the earth. And in Job, it also talks about how Satan was walking about two in front of the earth. There's more spirits than just these seven. Oh, this is spirits from the Lord. This is the spirit of the Lord. This is not the spirit that's walking about throughout all the earth. That's a different word. There's a different concept, which is a different word. No, they are walking to and fro. That's the angels of the Lord. Where this is not. This is the spirit of the Lord that says, I think in Revelation 1, talks about the seven spirits that are before the throne. That's different from all the other spirits that inhabit the rest of heaven. So all the sons of God, the sons of God are not the seven spirits. This is God's spirit. This is the way they're depicting the Holy Spirit. He's the one that's that the eyes of the Lord run to and from all the earth looking for who is just. Okay, so those are the eyes, but the angels also go to and forth across the face of the earth. That's a good question. Thank you. Thank you, I appreciate that. Alright. Um, oh, I'm good. Um, it says he should strike the earth with a rod in his mouth and with the breath of his lips he should slay the wicked. Jesus didn't kill anybody, but this clearly can't be about Jesus, right? Well, go with me to Revelation 19. Revelation 19. And let's drop down and see verse 11. Revelation 19, 11. Now, I saw heaven open. faithful and true, and in righteousness he judges and makes war." That's the spirit of counsel and the spirit of might. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns, so he's judging righteous judgment. That's the eyes looking into a flame of fire. He had a name written that no one except himself He was clothed with a robe gifted blood, and his name is called the Word of God." So who are we talking about? This is Jesus, alright. "...And the armies in heaven clothed him fine linen, white and clean, followed him on white horses. Now out of his mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it he should strike the nations. And he himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. He has on his robe and on his thigh the name of King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The beast and his armies defeated. This is what it's about. Then I saw an angel standing in the sun. He cried out with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, come and gather together for the supper of the great God, that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses, and those who sit on the and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great. So there's about to be a banquet for all these birds of the air, and it's going to be on human flesh, and that human flesh has to die. I went out this morning, and I've got a bird feeder finally again, because all the feral cats started staying at our house. When the feral cats can stay at your house, your birds don't. Well, I saw them the other day suffering, so I went ahead and filled my feeder again. And once they found it, they communicated to the rest of the community about the good food that's found there. My cats, I shouldn't say my cats, they're not my cats, and they are Maryland, right? The cats were all in the backyard. They didn't recognize all this wonderful thing. One of them, the one we call Hunter, came around front. Boy, he saw all those birds, and he said, this is going to be a fun time. I'm liking that. But you know, when I go outside, no bird ever, no bird ever attacks me and eats my flesh. I've never had one of them swoop down at me and start chewing on me. They're running from me. You follow that? You don't eat the flesh of captains and kings as long as they're alive. So there is some great devastation that's taking place here. All these people have died. How did they die? And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, their armies gathered together to make war against him who sat on the horse and against his army. Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked the signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshipped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire, burning with brimstone. Now watch. And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of him who sat on the horse. all the birds will feel the flesh. What kills those people? The word of God. The sword that's coming out of his mouth. That's what's killing them. Now, this is not the first time that the birds have eaten all the flesh of demons and captives and so forth. But this will be the last time they get that chance. You follow me? And this is what's taking place. This is the one called Armageddon. And this is Jesus coming back again, all right? And that's what Isaiah prophesied, that with his mouth, he will kill the nations. Not with arrows, not with rifles, not with atomic bombs, but with his mouth, the word of God's what's gonna do it. Fair enough? Everybody follow what I'm at, all right? So let's go back then to Isaiah 11. Verse 6 of Isaiah 11 says this, The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb. The leopard shall lie down with the young goat, and the young lion and the fat one together. A little child shall lead them. The cow and the bear shall graze. Their young ones shall lie down together. The lion shall eat straw like the ox. The nursing child shall play by the cobra's hole, and the weaned child shall put his hand in the vipers' den. They shall not hurt or destroy all my holy mountains. In other words, there's a lot of peace that's coming to Mount Zion. For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. And in that day there shall be a brood of Jesse, who shall stand as a banner to the people. For the Gentiles shall seek him, and his resting place shall be glorious. There's more to say about that. I'm going to pass it for right now. It's going to involve all the different countries and people and stuff that are involved in it. My point is this. Here in one chapter, we have the whole life of the Lord Jesus Christ, including His second coming. All in just those few verses. Remember what it said. A stem's going to rise up. A branch is going to be there. From the birth I start hearing now that he's going to have the Spirit of the Lord resting upon him. And that Spirit of the Lord is going to do wonderful things. That's why he's still with us right here. He's going to judge righteously. He's going to judge the poor with equity. The people are going to have somebody leave from what the oppression is there. Then all of a sudden he's killing people. Do you realize what happened? Remember what I told you? Prophecy is about time. It's about time. And he's telling us what the whole song of Jesus' life is. But we have it, because we are kind to people, we have it in segments. I'm right now waiting. I'm not seeing Him destroying all the nations. That's because He's still ahead of me. But I have seen Him judging the poor. I have seen Him coming up from the root of Jesse. I have seen Him come alive. I've seen all those things. I have seen that the Spirit of the Lord is on Him. Matter of fact, let's look at Isaiah 61. Remember, prophecy is about time. Don't try to make it all happen at one point. Remember that God looks at things as a whole, not just in segments. Isaiah 61-1. The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound, to proclaim the acceptable name of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn anxiety, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified." Now, if you would, look at Luke chapter 4. Luke chapter 4. Let's pick up from verse 14. Then Jesus returned in the power, a power of the Spirit, to Galilee. So he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up. And as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day and stood up to read. And he was handed the book of the cross of Isaiah. And when he had opened the book, he found a place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, to recovery of sight to the blind and to set at liberty those who are oppressed to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord. Now, I thought. Then he closed the book and gave it back to the attendant and set out. And the eyes of all who were in the synagogue were fixed upon him. And he began to say to them, Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing." What Isaiah has said, Jesus quotes, almost verbatim. It almost goes in verbatim. But he says, I have just fulfilled what Isaiah 61 is about. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me. Okay? Which means he also is fulfilling Isaiah 11 at the same time. Why? Because the Spirit of the Lord will be upon him. So, Isaiah 11 speaks to Isaiah 61. Isaiah 61 speaks to the Lord Jesus Christ in Luke chapter 4. early on in his ministry, he had just finished the battle with Satan. He walks back into the villages, starts teaching from there, in the power of the very spirit that's been upon him. And then he tells them, at one point, this scripture's been fulfilled in your presence today. Now, look what he said, in Luke chapter four again, he tells us, to proclaim liberty to the Catholics who have come to this site to blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord." Stop! He stopped! Listen to what Isaiah 61 actually said. "...to proclaim liberty to the Catholics, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God." Jesus said, I've come to destroy but fulfill. And don't believe that I've come for judgment. I didn't come to judge. I came to save lives. That's what he's saying in John chapter 3. So he's proclaiming the acceptable year of the Lord. He's telling us the time is right now. The year of the Lord is right now. Please accept these terms that God is offering to you. You're at war with us. Please accept the peace terms. I'm showing you the Kingdom of God. I'm showing you salvation. I didn't come for judgment. But please understand, after he was resurrected, after he was taken back into Heaven, and after the Jewish people rejected his kingship, Jerusalem was destroyed, the Temple was destroyed, and everything's put on hold. The day of vengeance is This is the year of the Lord. Now, you can come and accept the peace terms, because there is a day coming that the vengeance is going to come. Everybody follow that? All right. In Isaiah 11, again, where he had said that the wolf shall lay down with the lamb and that sort of thing, I want you to look at Isaiah 65. Come to Isaiah 65. this. Behold, I create new heavens and a new earth, and the former shall not be remembered or come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create. For behold, I create Jerusalem as rejoicing, her people a joy. I will rejoice in Jerusalem, a joy in my people. The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, nor the voice of crying, No more shall an infant there live but a few days, nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days. But the child shall die one hundred years old, and the sinner, being one hundred years old, shall be accursed. They shall build houses and inhabit them. They shall plant vineyards and eat their fruits. They shall not build, and another inhabit. They shall not plant, and another eat. For as the days of a tree, so shall be the days of my people. And my elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. They shall not labor in vain, nor bring forth children for trouble, for they shall be the descendants of the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them. It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer. While they are speaking, I will hear. The wolf and the lamb shall feed together. The lion shall eat straw like the ox. The dust shall be the serpent's food. They shall not hurt nor destroy. All my holy mountains, says the Lord. Okay, as you're listening to that, you get the picture that He's going to create a new heaven and a new earth. You get the picture that some kind of activity is going to be happening there. They're having children. Wait a minute, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I thought that in the resurrection we are not like, we're not married, but instead we are having, we are like the angel above, we're not having children. How do these go together? How do these things change? Well, let's see if we can show you what the second coming of Jesus does. This is going to be a little complicated, so just everybody stay with me, okay? We're coming down to... Then they do. All right. I know this is a timeline, but I'm only going to do the timeline that covers the seven years of the tribulation, okay? And about halfway in here, this is the Great Tribulation's beginning. This whole thing is seven years from here, because it is Daniel's 70th week. Everybody with me? Good. Daniel's 70th week, so it's seven years in duration. Here at the Great Tribulation, this is where the abomination of desolation took place. This is where Satan now occupies the Antichrist. He's now living, possessing him. And he goes on a deadly crusade to kill anybody who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ. He's made everybody get the mark of the beast. that's going to follow him and he's killing everybody that loves the Lord Jesus Christ. Many martyrs are going to be during this last period of time. So he's pouring out his wrath on all the believing people. Anybody with me? In addition to that, you have the bowls of wrath that are God's response to all that. And all of those are being poured out, okay? So those are all coming down on people. So if you look at the picture, no wonder Jesus said, if those days had not been shortened, even the elect would be dead. There'd be nobody left on the earth. So by telling us that he's cutting those days short, he's telling us there will be somebody left on the earth. There will be somebody left on the earth, so these bowls of wrath are being poured out, and they're just destroying everybody. Everybody everywhere, right? So, if you would, turn with me to Revelation. And then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits, like frogs, coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to kings of the earth." Who's it going out to? Kings. There's going to be some still governmental things happening at that time, right? They're going out with the kings of the earth. What are they going out for? Let's see what they're like. The kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. And that is the battle known as Armageddon. So, who's going to be at the battle of Armageddon? All the nations of the world, right? So all nations of the world are gathered there. Now, I'm going to share with you, that's why Armageddon is not Ezekiel 38 and 39. Why? Because that's not who's gathered together at the battle of Gog and Magog. This is Gog and Magog in their alliances. This is not the whole world. But the one that's coming out of Armageddon is gathering together all the kings of the whole earth, everyone that's got the mark of the beast is coming back. They're all coming to one place. He said, I'm bringing them into judgment in the valley of decision. I'm bringing them all right there, all right? Now, let's go a little further with this. So, they've gathered them together at a place called in Hebrew, Armageddon. Then the seventh day, verse 17 says, poured out his bowl in the air. So now you have number seven, pouring out his bowl in the air, alright? So he pours it out, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven from the throne, saying, It is done! In other words, there's not going to be another bowl. This is the last bowl, alright? And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings, and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth. Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell, and great Babylon remembered for God to give her the cup of wine of the fierceness of his wrath. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found, and great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talon. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great. All right, now, that's gonna sound like, just put your finger right here, and then go back to Ezekiel, just a moment, Ezekiel 38. But it sounds really, really alike. Ezekiel 38, we're looking at verses 19 and 20. And it will come to pass at the same time when God comes against the land of Israel, said the Lord God, that my fury will show on my face. For in my jealousy and the fire of my wrath I have spoken, surely in that day there should be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men that are on the face of the earth will shake at my presence. The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall will fall to the ground. And I will call for a sword against God." Now let me stop right here just a moment. I'm going to ask you this. Where is the earthquake located? Here in Ezekiel 38, where is the earthquake located? In Israel, right? So the things it's describing for us are the things that are happening in Israel, because that's where the earthquake is. In the great earthquake of Armageddon, it's not just in Israel, though the city gets divided and all that good stuff as a part of that, but all the mountains flee away. They're gone. It's shaking the whole crust up. The whole mantle is messed up. And the islands are pushed out of the way. That's the great earthquake of Armageddon. This earthquake has done damage in Israel, but it has not done damage worldwide. You follow that? There's just that little bit of difference. Now, the whole world is affected by that worldwide, but not everything falling down. Talks about the walls falling down and all that. That's about what's going on in Israel, because that's where the earthquake is. But the Great Earthquake affects everybody. You follow what I'm saying? That's what I'm saying. The two are not the same. That's why we look at Ezekiel 38 and 39 and say, that one happens another time. And we think it happens pre-tribulation. We don't think it's happening post-tribulation. We think it's happening pre-tribulation. The Great Earthquake is happening right here. In this timeline. Right near the end of the seven years. So, let's go back, and what did I want to pick up? Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah. Last we got, because of the plague, let's pick up with 16 again. Did I tell you 17 before? 16, let's pick up with 16. Revelation 16. It says, Then every island slid away, the mountains were not found, and great hail from heaven fell upon men. Each hail stormed by the wave of talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great. So it's got a plague that's going with it. Somebody is still alive. Somebody's still living. How will they live? Because the rest are killed with the breath of His mouth. That does not happen in Ezekiel 38-39. The breath of His mouth only happens in Armageddon. But when it happens, let me get back to... Yes, I said that, I said that, I said that. Nope, lost that one. I'll go back. Yes, yes, yes. All right, so with Armageddon and what's happened with it, there's this destruction. I'm gonna be at Revelation 19. Matthew 25. And verse 31. Matthew 25, verse 31. When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All right? All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one another. You had this massive battle that happens right here. Okay, so we have, this is where Armageddon is. This is a great battle. And what's been gathered there? All the armies of the north, of all different places. And now, we've got some people that are not at the battle. We've got some people that are having to hide because they're under persecution. We've got some people who have survived the seven bowls. We've got some people who have survived the fact that a third of mankind had just been killed by an army that came, really, it doesn't say it came from the east at all. It just simply says there was an army of 200 million that killed a third of the earth. And that's before this happened. So now, I've got an army that just killed a third, and I have them back here. I've got an army that killed a third, and there's an army that are left. It's the armies that are gathered against us. Now, there were people who weren't gathered against them. Some of them had taken the harp and the beast, some of them had not. Matter of fact, just think about it this way. There have been some that were the Corrie Tin Boons of that age. That was rescuing God's people. Do you understand what I'm saying? There were Kori Tenbun type people who were rescuing people, helping them to escape from the persecution that was coming. Those lived. And now they're coming up to the Last Judgment. There is no more people left anywhere. God told all the angels, gather everybody. And they've gathered them all there. And as they're standing before Him, Matthew 25, and let's take a look at verse 32. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats, and he will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the king will say to those on his right hand, Come, you blessed of my father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry, and you gave me food. I was thirsty, and you gave me drink. I was a stranger, and you took me in. I was naked, and you clothed me. I was sick, and you visited me. I was in prison, and you came to me. Stop just a minute. That's the Corrie Tenboons. You follow what I'm saying? They were recovering people that were helping get through the situations they were in. They were under persecution, and this group of people helped them. So now I have the people who were spared by them, and the people who spared them. And they're all going through this judgment. And He's saying, you now are going into the kingdom. That means they're going into this side. This is the kingdom. They're going into this side. Everybody following? And they're going in with a judgment just like they are. They're not resurrected. They're being changed. Something's happening to them. And these are the people who are going to go in here and populate the earth. Not believers. Believers are, and I'm just going to draw a black dot. They're in heaven. Well, no, I don't recall hell. They're in the new here suspended above all of this. These are the ones who will cry no more. These are the ones who won't experience pain, they won't experience death, because they are resurrected. Are you with me? They are here. This is the church of Jesus Christ. And it says that this illuminates the earth. So the people who were spared in 1925 live here and they are going to plant, harvest, you're going to marry, you're going to have children, and they're going to die. When they die, where do you suppose their home is? Right there. See what I'm saying? The king is living here, this earth is rotating just like it does now, but it's rotating with the city of Jerusalem being its new life. Huh? Doesn't it depend on if they're believers or not? What's that? Doesn't it depend on if they're believers or not? Yes, it does. It sure does. At least early on in this, everybody here is a believer. They're under the new covenant. And the new covenant has the word of God in your heart already. No one has to say, know the Lord, because all will know the Lord. And this is God dwelling with them. It's not until you come out to the end of this that Satan is released, and he's able, once again, to deceive nations. And that's what's going to end the whole thing, when he comes up and gives Paul, backtrack a little bit. You said, uh, that it was a great tribulation, that when we had a star, there would still be believers. Huh? Are those believers who come to faith after? Yes. After. Yes, because here, there has been a new Pentecost, Joel chapter 3, Holy Spirit's been poured out and there are all kinds of people that believe right here. And I think that's largely because Ezekiel 38 and 39, which I think is going to happen somewhere in here, that caused people to know God is with us. Oh my, this is something nobody helped us in this battle And that's going to make Israel, I believe, a new power. And that's the point at which the 144,000 are sealed. And so you're having all kinds of evangelism going on in here. Here's where the two witnesses are. They are having sway at that time. Israel's in the greatest revival it's ever had. It doesn't mean everybody in Israel is going to believe, because they won't. They won't. Wish they would, but they won't. There's still going to be people who don't believe, even during this time. So, there's a great revival that takes place in this. While this is going on, the Antichrist is making himself many nations, getting a big following behind him. He's very charismatic, people are starting to follow him. And he rides into Jerusalem here. That's what he does, the abomination of desolation. That's when a great persecution breaks out. Remember what Jesus said? When you see the abomination of desolation take place, get out of Dodge. Now look, if you were a believer in Antichrist, there's no reason for you to leave. It's because you're going to get everything. You got the mark of the beast, you got everything. You only leave Because danger is imminent. You're now a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. You've got to get him. And a great persecution is going to take out there. That's going to be primarily Jewish people. But there are many Gentile people who believe the Lord Jesus Christ during this time. Now, here's what I'm telling you. They are not the church. They are not the church. The church is gone. The church is finished. That happened, I believe, somewhere around here. the church was gone, all right? Because these are hallmarks of the beginning of the end, okay? All the things that are happening prior to this, the rumors of war, and all the things that are happening prior to this. So, does that make sense? Everybody follow over, move over to this? Now that we have experienced the first advent, we're looking forward to that event right there. which is connected to this event right here. We're looking forward to the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to take us away and to finish the whole thing with his second coming where he gets his inheritance. Remember, he's supposed to inherit the whole thing. This is where he gets his inheritance. So from then on, everything is his kingdom. It doesn't matter what nation it is. I'm going to tell you, at the judgment, they're not all Jewish people. There are representatives of just about every nation in the world. Why? Because I know there's going to be an Egypt in the new heavens and new earth. I know there's going to be other nations all around who count on God's reign, our A.I. in, to give them the food and the crops that they want. They will bring all the nations of the earth, going to bring all those crops and all those good things into Jerusalem. They're going to offer up the things they've been able to produce. All of that's going to take place on this earth side of it. But there is a heavenly side of it. Father, thank you so much for the Lord Jesus Christ. for all that he is to us, for the love that he has for us. Thank you, Father, for the great coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. I think you're the second coming that's going to be soon. We give you praise for that even now.
