The Cry for Revival

As the Psalmist looks at the sad state of the church on earth, he bemoans the broken down condition of God's people. He puzzles over how this can be -- if God is still God, how can His bride be disheveled? This leads not to pessimism or despair, but to fervent prayer for God to revive and renew His church. The message of this Psalm is needed badly in our own generation!
