Fear God – Reverence Him with awe and wisdom (the beginning of true wisdom – Prov 1:7). Live accountable, redeeming every moment for His glory, not wasting time on fleeting things.

Serve God – In sincerity and truth, from the heart. Put away false gods (idols, traditions, or modern distractions) and incline your whole heart to the Lord. Service is worship—offer your life as a living sacrifice (Rom 12:1).

Listen to God (Obey His Voice) – "His voice will we obey" (v.24). Tune out the world's noise and tune into God's Word—the Bible is His voice today. Study it steadily, let the Holy Spirit guide, and counter temptation with "It is written!"

Joshua urged Israel to make a decisive choice amid conflicting allegiances. Today, the call is the same: reject the gods of this age (the world's values that call evil good) and choose life in Christ. Whether you're starting fresh this year—diet, fitness, faith refresh, or family legacy—make these godly resolutions your foundation.As for me and my house... we will serve the Lord! Will you?
