As a former dispensationalist, I understand that dispensational Zionists will often look at current events to find fulfillment of prophecy, but they never consider that many of those prophecies have already been fulfilled. That's what I have emphasized over and over again as I've retaught some things in relation to prophecy. And ever since an event in October, I've noticed a resurfacing of the Ezekiel 38 prophecy.
I'll remind you of some wording here as we look at this study. It says, and the word of the Lord came unto me saying, son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshach and Tubal, and prophesy against him."
Every time I hear a dispensationalist who uses the King James Bible mention Rosh, There's a problem right there. Rosh is not found in the King James Bible. It's found in the modern Bibles. So what's very interesting is much of the dispensational teaching has to use the modern Bibles, the corruptions of the Greek text and Hebrew text in order to get their doctrines. The example I mentioned so many times is in 2 Thessalonians 2. The phrase day of Christ is changed to day of the Lord. They're following after the modern perversions of Scripture rather than the King James Bible.
But continuing, all right, so we see here that this prophecy was against Gog, who's the ruler, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshach and Tubal, and prophesy against him. This is not Russia. And say, Thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshach and Tubal, and I will turn thee back and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armor, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords."
We'll come back to that verse here in a moment. Persia, which is Iran, Ethiopia, which is Sudan, and Libya with them, all of them with shield and helmet, Domer from the Black Sea and all his bands, the house of Togarmah, many believe this is Turkey, of the north quarters and all his bands and many people with thee.
Here's why this has been resurfacing again. Notice it says in verse 13, it says, and the merchants of Tarshish with all the young lions thereof shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? Hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey, to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, and to take a great spoil? So Sheba and Dedan
Notice merchants of Tarshish. Tarshish would have been in Spain, so some believe that that's a reference to Europe. But again, Sheba and Dedan. So when we understand the Islamic part in this, as we understand it today, which is how it's interpreted today, I want for us to consider an event that was announced back in October that I almost just took note of and passed on as old news.
Pentagon Chief Pete Hegseth has just announced plans to build a Qatari Air Force facility less than 100 miles from the Oregon border. And I'm also proud that today we're announcing or signing a letter of acceptance to build a Qatari Amiri Air Force facility at the Mountain Home Air Base in Idaho. The location will host a contingent of Qatari F-15s and pilots to enhance our combined training, increase lethality, interoperability. It's just another example of our partnership. Hegseth made the announcement this morning at a meeting with Qatar's Minister of Defense. The two leaders met at the Pentagon, touting the military alliance between the two nations. The facility would be built at the Mountain Home Air Base in Idaho. That's less than 100 miles from the Oregon border. He added that the project reflects the depth of the U.S.-Qatari defense partnership and thanked Qatar for its involvement in securing the Gaza peace deal.
Now, to be clear, the Mountain Home Air Base will act as a host for the Qatar Amiri Air Force. The base itself remains under U.S. jurisdiction. The Mountain Home Air Base, as a matter of fact, is already host to the Singapore Air Force.
The United States has a base in Qatar. I hear that name pronounced different ways. Qatar. Qatar. however you wanna pronounce it. The United States has a base that actually was bombed by Iran. But when this was announced in October, there were pro-Israel Zionists that were outraged because of the foreign influence upon America from Qatar.
And I'm also proud that today we're announcing or signing a letter of acceptance to build a Qatari and Mary air force facility at the mountain home air base in Idaho. I'll stop right there. I said, what? We're building the Qatari and Mary air force facility at the mountain home base in Idaho. Say what? So the Qataris have a base in the United States? For whatever the reason. They have a base in Idaho? We're building it? They're going to pay for it, no doubt, but we're building it? Go ahead.
Host a contingent of Qatari F-15s and pilots to enhance our combined training, increase lethality, interoperability. It's just another example of our partnership. It's just another example of our partnership. Why are we training them on F-15s? Who are they fighting? And did in return we get an apology for 9-11? The Israelis get an apology for October 7? Did they agree to swear off terrorism with the Muslim Brotherhood among others? Did they? I'm not aware of it. That hasn't been announced. I have to admit, America, I am stunned, absolutely stunned by this.
I'll tell you what else I'm sick and tired of. Qatar is put on a pedestal. Praise Qatar and Qatar and Qatar and Qatar. Saudi Arabia, which was smack in the middle of 9-11 and the slaughter of 3,000 of our citizens. Saudi Arabia, thank you, Saudi Arabia. Thank you, Qatar. Thank you, thank you, thank you all. But we had a pressure, you know, Israel. Israel was recalcitrant. You know, they just want war. They don't know when to stop. And that Netanyahu, he's the worst of the bunch, you know. He actually wants to protect his people and his country.
What I want for us to do in this study is I want to give you some background history of this. First of all, I want you to consider, as we go back, and this is why I say I don't look at the news headlines. I try to dig in and see the historical backdrop of this and, of course, use scripture to understand the history of these things. First of all, it goes back to 2017, as far as my study in this. Qatar placed a $12 billion order for 36 F-15 fighter jets.
So if that's the case, if we apply Ezekiel 38 to the modern world situation, this Russian alliance, the King of the North allianced with you know, the Islamic countries and all of that. So does that mean then that Qatar placed this $12 billion order for 36 F-15 fighter jets to move horses and horsemen from one place in the world to another? If we interpret scripture literally, is that not where we end up? Again, Ezekiel 38, I believe, was fulfilled in the time of Antiochus Epiphanes. I've talked that before. Ezekiel 38 is already fulfilled prophecy. There is no Gog and Magog war that is taking shape right now in world events. 2019.
Now, Attorney General Pambandi worked for a DC lobbying firm called Ballard Partners. This lobbying firm received $115,000 a month from the nation of Qatar to fight human trafficking. And from what I've read before, this was actually enabling or helping the nation of Qatar to have an increased acceptance as far as our federal government.
Third, I want you to consider also that President Trump's chief of staff, Susie Wiles, back in 2022, she was co-chair of Mercury Public Affairs, LLC, a lobbying firm representing Qatar's embassy in Washington. Again, this lobbying was to help the nation of Qatar to have an increased acceptance in our federal government.
Now, this is what is very big. This is what was controversial back in May, especially, and on through July as they were debating all of this. But a luxury Boeing 747, I've seen photos of this luxury Boeing 747, it was a palace, a flying palace, essentially, was gifted to the U.S. from the government of Qatar.
President Trump arriving in Saudi Arabia this morning, his first major foreign trip of his second term, also including stops in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. The focus, deepening economic ties with the Gulf Kingdoms. Saudi's crown prince promised a $600 billion investment in the U.S. when Trump was reelected and the United Arab Emirates committed to a $1.4 trillion investment.
The New York Times reports the Trump administration is now considering selling thousands of artificial intelligence chips to an Emirati AI firm which the U.S. has scrutinized for ties to China. It comes as the president faces backlash over a $400 million proposed gift from Qatar, a luxury Boeing 747.
I could be a stupid person and say, no, we don't want a free, very expensive airplane. These photos showing what's been described as a flying palace. that would replace the aging Air Force One with two furnished floors, plush carpets, leather seats, and two bedrooms. The administration claiming the gift would be legal, insisting Qatar is getting nothing in return. Trump's saying it's a gift to the Pentagon and the plane will transfer to the Trump Presidential Library Foundation once he leaves office.
But critics on both the left and the right blasting the gift as unethical and citing national security concerns. taking sacks of goodies from people who support Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, Al Jazeera, all the rest. That's not America first. Would we let another country decorate the Oval Office? Would we let another country build the Situation Room? Would we let another country wire the press office? Oh, wait. Air Force One is all three.
The jet would also have to meet the strict Air Force requirements for presidential aircraft. It would have to go through a security sweep to search for listening devices and tracking devices. And as for that luxury jet from Qatar, Boeing, which has been building a new Air Force One, now claims it could deliver the plane by 2027. But Trump has made it clear he wants a new one this year.
So that's why on October 10th, the Senate gave some so-called pushback against this plane replacing Air Force One. What was very interesting is, I've already mentioned Pam Bondi, who's now Attorney General, before she was Attorney General, worked for a lobbying firm that represented the nation of Qatar. Pam Bondi is the one who signed off on this airplane deal. So follow the connections all the way to the Trump administration.
Number five, something else that we are not told in connection to this announcement back in October, Kash Patel worked as a consultant for the country of Qatar until November, 2024. Listen to the following audio of a discussion about this from the Hill back in February 4, 2025.
Another controversial nominee is Kash Patel. He is the nominee for FBI director. He's being criticized for past work he's done consulting for the country of Qatar. Ethics advocacy organizations say Patel did not register as a foreign agent. Any idea of exactly what he was doing on behalf of Qatar? And is there any notion that this could derail his nomination? Yeah, definitely has raised some red flags. We don't know exactly what he was doing or how much money he was making. We know that the consulting firm that Patel had run had Cutter as one of its clients, and they made a couple million dollars overall. But it's unclear how much of that came from the country itself or from other clients. And so overall, though, this does, as I mentioned, raise some red flags over alliances he has and why he didn't disclose that. why he didn't say that he's a foreign agent or register under FARO, which allows you to lobby for foreign countries. So I think members of Congress and senators, of course, are going to have a lot of questions for him over why he didn't feel the need to formally come out and register.
So apparently it was not important to Kash Patel to make sure he mentions that he has worked as a consultant for Qatar when he was in the midst of the FBI confirmation hearings. What's also interesting then in relation to Kash Patel, in May to June, about the same time this controversy came up about the plane gift, May and June, he did not recuse himself from handling official FBI business related to the country of Qatar. Nothing to see here, keep moving on, number six.
Steve Witkoff, senior advisor and longtime friend of Donald Trump. He's been labeled as a special envoy to the Middle East. In 2023, Qatar's sovereign wealth fund bought out his failing investment, the Manhattan Park Lane Hotel, for $623 million. Back in 2017, it had been for sale for $1 billion. This is a failing investment, Their sovereign wealth fund came to the rescue. Related to this is Trump's son-in-law. Jared Kushner has been partnering with Whitkoff's business dealings with Middle Eastern nations, including Qatar. In fact, the Saudi sovereign wealth fund invested $2 billion in a fund that's managed by Donald Trump's son-in-law. And of course, there's no connection to this. in the fact that it came shortly after Kushner's work on the Abraham Accords. I'm sure there's no connection there.
Something else that we're not told about in relation to this October announcement. September 29, President Trump signed an executive order assuring the security of the state of Qatar. The unprecedented Israeli strikes last month in Doha reportedly enraged U.S. President Donald Trump. Qatar called the attack a violation of its sovereignty. Israel claimed it was targeting Hamas political leadership. Instead, a Qatari security officer and five others were killed. To deter future attacks, Trump this week signed an executive order guaranteeing Qatar's security, arguing a threat to Qatar is also a threat to peace and security of the United States. In the event of another attack, the U. S. shall take all lawful and appropriate measures, including diplomatic, economic and, if necessary, military, to defend the interests of the United States and the state of Qatar. On Monday, while visiting the White House, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu again defended the strikes. Israel was targeting terrorists. It wasn't targeting Qatar. And, of course, we regretted the loss of the Qatari citizen. It wasn't our target. Still, Trump insisted the Israeli leader apologize in a call to Qatar's prime minister.
We agreed to launch a formal trilateral mechanism between Israel, Qatar, and the United States to begin a dialogue to enhance mutual security. The White House released these photos of Netanyahu making the apology from a telephone in the Oval Office.
Qatar houses the Al Udeid Air Base. It is the U.S. military's largest installation in the Middle East and home to U.S. Central Command. That's what made the Israeli attack on Doha so shocking and U.S. President Donald Trump so determined it never happens again.
Kimberly Hilkett, Al Jazeera, The White House.
I also want to point out a constitutional point in relation to this executive order. Many people are forgetting, conveniently, because of all the executive orders for bombing another nation, many have forgotten that only Congress has the authority, constitutional authority, to declare war. So I think it's very interesting that this September 29th executive order actually opened the door for Donald Trump to declare war whenever he wants to if Qatar is attacked.
AP News a while back had this headline, Trump company strikes Qatari golf resort deal in a sign that it's not holding back from foreign business. In relation to that, no, no, no questions about your connection here. Eric Trump attended a signing ceremony in Doha for the development of Trump International Golf Club and Villas in the country of Qatar.
Number nine, the US has approximately 13,000 military personnel in Qatar. So we see here again, this military connection. Our air force base there is being used as a major staging area for US operations in the Middle East, even in relation to the bombing of Iran.
I want for us to consider some blind spots in politicians and Christian Zionist pastors. So there's outrage over Qatar having influence over our government. And yet there's very little concern over influences of another foreign government upon our government officials. And I'm drawing from Idaho State Representative, of course, his base is in Idaho, so I took note of an article that was presented by Michael Hoffman.
So Heather Scott is an Idaho State Representative, and she made an official public statement about her concerns over a terrorist nation having a military presence in Idaho, Mountain Home, Air Base. The claim, just before the October 7th attack on Israel, Qatar gave $30 million to Hamas. Michael Hoffman shares the rest of the story on that. Qatar has been sending monthly payments to the Gaza Strip since 2018. Monthly payments since 2018. Initially, it was $15 million in cash-filled suitcases. This money was to cover civil service salaries, fuel, humanitarian assistance, and so on. What we're not told is these payments were authorized by the Israeli government. Netanyahu's hope was that Hamas would counter the Palestinian authority and prevent a Palestinian state from being established. USA Today Network, December 12, 2023, points out that payments were approved by a security cabinet meeting under both Prime Ministers Benjamin Netanyahu and Naftali Bennett. Payments continued after the October 7th attack. And the United States was also aware of the payments.
So yeah, there's $30 million that was sent to Hamas just before the October 7th attack. But the Israeli government knew about that. The United States government knew about that long, years before that October 7th attack.
Second of all, the claim was made that Qatar spends billions influencing U.S. media. Catch that. Qatar spends billions influencing the U.S. media, shaping public opinion and politics. Michael Hoffman emphasizes in his article that Qatar has no significant, no significant broad reach media ownership inside the US.
And then Michael Hoffman makes this statement in his article. I do know of a foreign power which exercises significant influence over the corporate media. Heather can't go there. Heather Scott can't go there.
It reminds you of some statements that hated Thomas Massey said in June of 2024 to hated Tucker Carlson, hated by the pro-Israel Zionist movement. They're not registered. Is there any other Republican who has your views on this? Well, I have Republicans who come to me on the floor and say, I wish I could vote with you today. Yours is the right vote, but I would just take too much flack back home.
And I have Republicans who come to me and say, that's wrong. What AIPAC is doing to you. Let me talk to my AIPAC person. By the way, everybody but me has an AIPAC person. What does that mean, an AIPAC person? It's like your babysitter, your AIPAC babysitter, who is always talking to you for AIPAC. They're probably a constituent in your district, but they are, you know, firmly embedded in AIPAC.
Every member has something like this? I don't know how it works on the Democrat side, but that's how it works on the Republican side. And when they, and when they come to DC, you go have lunch with them and they've got your cell number and you have conversations with them. So I've had like, that's absolutely crazy. I've had four members of Congress say, I'll talk to my AIPAC person.
And it's clearly what we call them, my AIPAC guy. I'll talk to my AIPAC guy and see if I can get him to, you know, dial those ads back. Why have I never heard this before? It doesn't benefit anybody. Why would they want to tell their constituents that they've basically got a buddy system with somebody who's representing a foreign country? It doesn't benefit the congressman for people to know that, so they're not going to tell you that.
It's, it's in, have you seen any other country do anything like this? Like Russia, Russia obviously determines the outcome of our elections. We keep hearing that. Does anyone have a Putin guy that they talk to? Not only do they not have a Putin guy, they don't, they don't have a Britain guy. They don't have an Australian guy. They, you know, they don't have a Germany dude. Like, It's the only country that does this, that has somebody that like uniformly, I guarantee there's some spreadsheet at AIPAC where, you know, the AIPAC dude who's matched up with the congressman is there. And then all the congressman's votes on the issue.
Oh, has the congressman been to Israel? They, they pay for trips for congressmen and their spouses to go to Israel. I may be, I mean, I don't, I'm not the only Republican who hasn't taken the AIPAC trip to Israel, but I'm probably one of a dozen that hasn't taken that trip. And the other ones just haven't got around to it. What's the trip like, do you know? Um, it's kind of like, I think vacationy, you go see the wall, you go see the, you know, the sites, uh, things like that. It's such a great, I must say it's such a great country. Jerusalem, especially. It's just such a wonderful place that that's got to have a big effect. You go like swim in the dead sea. Yeah. Yeah. I've done that. Yeah. Not on an AIPAC trip, but I would recommend it to anyone.
Are you sure it wasn't an AIPAC trip? I paid for it myself. No, I mean, it's it's just funny. I mean, I am like a legit lover of Israel, of the place Israel. I like the people and I love the food and like the whole thing is so great. Look, they have. But that's distinct from the government of Israel, which is the foreign government. My sense is the people are very entrepreneurial, that they're publicly minded, you know, they care about their country, that they're generally good people, right? That's certainly been my experience in trips there, for sure. It's great. It's just that's, I mean, I think it's probably one of my favorite, maybe my all-time favorite place to go with my family. But that's just a completely different thing from taking orders from its government.
I also remind us of a statement that candidating Donald Trump said in 2024, February of 2024 on the Ari Hoffman Show. Well, you know, the biggest change I've seen in Congress is Israel literally owned Congress. You understand that 10 years ago, 15 years ago, and it was so powerful. It was so powerful. And today it's almost the opposite. You have between AOC and Omar and these people that hate Israel. They hate it with a passion. They're controlling Congress. And Israel is not a force in Congress anymore. I mean, it's just amazing. I've never seen such a change. And we're not talking about over a very long period of time. But I think you know exactly what I what I'm saying. They had such power. Israel had such power and rightfully over Congress. And now it doesn't. It's incredible, actually.
third claim, Qatar is a foreign government with a deeply controversial record. And this statement is made by Heather Scott in her public announcement there in Idaho. To me, this doesn't look like America first. It looks like global politics being dropped into a conservative state that values its independence and security. Idaho has always stood strong for local control and state sovereignty. Allowing foreign governments tied to terror funding to operate inside our borders weakens that sovereignty and sets a dangerous precedent for the future. And then she finishes up with this statement. Qatar funds terror, influences our institutions, and seeks political leverage in the United States.
Here's what I want to emphasize as far as dispensational Zionists. They end up being double-minded dispensationalists, contradicting themselves. I used to be a dispensational Zionist. Many know my history, my testimony. I was indoctrinated in Bible college with dispensational Zionism. I taught it for years. Finally, after 30 years, I had so many questions that did not make sense according to the Bible, I had to restudy prophecy and it's been amazing what I've seen as far as Bible prophecy when I set aside man-made interpretations of what the Bible says. So in the end, I believe that it is very dishonest and deceptive for dispensational Zionists to be outraged over the foreign influence of an Islamic country when we have such a strong foreign influence already in place. It is dishonest and it is deceptive. It is double-minded.
As we close, I want you to think about 2 Peter 3. First of all, we see that Peter emphasizes, in verse 11, seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved. What manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness? Notice, looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God.
Well, that's what dispensational Zionists are doing. No, they are not, because if indeed there was an imminent rapture, then why would so many dispensationalists be millionaires? If they truly believed what they said, what they taught, why would there be so many millionaires amongst dispensationalists?
looking for and hastening unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens, being on fire, shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat. Nevertheless, we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness."
The reality is so many dispensational Zionists today are looking for that third temple. They're looking for the preparation for the Antichrist. That's where they're looking. They're not looking for new heavens and a new earth.
Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, are we truly looking for these things? Be diligent that ye may be found in him in peace without spot and blameless, and account that the long suffering of our Lord is salvation, even as our beloved brother Paul also, according to the wisdom given unto him, hath written unto you.
as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable rest, as they do also the other scriptures unto their own destruction."
I think of that last statement, I think of Revelation 22 verses 18 and 19, the warning against taking away from and adding to the words of God. But you notice how Peter describes those who twist the scriptures. They're unlearned and unstable as they wrestle with the scriptures.
Ye therefore, here's the warning for us. Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness. But grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever. Amen.
And in relation to this resting of the scriptures, I'm waiting for a dispensational Zionist to show me from scripture, to show me, explain from scripture what Ezekiel 38 is talking about with horses and horsemen. You have to twist the scriptures. You have to rest the scriptures. in order for that to honestly, truly fit in your prophetic system.
So we have warnings against foreign influence while we are accepting a foreign influence that is blinding us to what the Bible actually says. May the Lord help us to have scriptural understanding in relation to these things. related to national Israel in contrast with spiritual Israel. May we understand what God's Word is truly saying.
