Good morning. All right, we are going through the Bible as we do in Sunday school. Brother Kyle left us with Cain and Abel last week. Let's go on to the flood, and that is today's lesson. So turn to Genesis chapter six, book of Genesis chapter number six. We'll read, we'll pray, we'll see if the Lord can't help us. Heavenly Father, thank you for your goodness, for your mercy, your love, your grace. Thank you for allowing us to be here. God, thank you for this book. Pray that you'd help us now as we read your words, take us to good heed, help us to take good heed to it all. We love you. We thank you for sending your son to die in our place. We ask that you'd help us now in Jesus' name, amen. All right, Genesis chapter 6 the Bible says in verse number 5, And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth and it grieved him at his heart. And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast and the creeping thing and the fowls of the air. for it repenteth me that I have made them. And our lesson today, the title was The Flood. So the focus of the message is The Flood. We've in previous times looked at Noah and how Noah is a type of Christ. We've looked at the Ark, how the Ark is a type of Christ. But The Flood, I got thinking about this and apart from creation and the resurrection of Jesus Christ, The flood would be the next most significant event in all of history. It shaped, literally shaped the earth as we see it today. What you see, those mountains, the Grand Canyon, things like that, all of these beautiful sites were made, formed as God flooded the earth and took that water away. The layers, all that different stuff you see in the ground was put there by the flood. Right? Apart from that, every culture of man knew this. I thought I'd give you some neat historical stuff and then we'll dive into the lesson. But every ancient culture of man would tell you there was a worldwide flood that killed everybody but one family. Now if you believed in evolution, I don't know that anybody here would actually believe that, but if you believed in evolution and man has been around for hundreds of thousands of years and separated by these great land masses, why would in the last 5,000 years everybody say there was a worldwide flood that killed everybody but one family? Fair? I'll give you a couple of these. So Asia Pacific, Pacific Islanders, these people would make mention of the first man, whom they call Kuni Hoana. After him, the world became a wicked place. And one good man was left, whose name was Nu'u, and that he made a great canoe with a house on it and filled it with animals to save his family and the animals before the worldwide flood killed everyone else. Where'd he get that from? You're just making it up. Well, the Chinese, the High King Classic, many people have probably heard of that, great historical writing for the Chinese people. A man named Fuhai, if I'm saying that right, is considered the father of their civilization. And the High King Classic records that Fuhai, his wife, his three sons, and three daughters escaped a great flood and were the only people left alive on the earth and repopulated the earth. In Mexico, the Toltec Indians said that the first world, the world that then was, lasted 1,716 years and was destroyed by a worldwide flood that covered the highest mountains, and there was only one family that survived. pretty reasonable, right? So every, the Middle Eastern folks, right? Everyone believed that the earth was destroyed by a flood, that all people on the earth was destroyed by a worldwide flood. How did we get to the place now where people by and large reject this truth, clear, evident truth of the flood for a magic explosion that happened four and a half billion years ago and made everything. should know this, this is good, this is good. So, there was a hater of God named Charles Lyell out of Scotland, he was born in 1797, died in 1875, but the Bible is still here, praise God. He went about to cause others to not believe the Bible by presenting the idea of, this is his idea, uniformitarianism. history. Which before I tell you what uniformitarianism is let's get some Bibles, 2 Peter chapter 3. 2 Peter chapter 3, because this book is just amazing. Alright, 2 Peter chapter 3 the Bible says verse 1 of the 2nd Epistle, Knowing this first, shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation." Uniformitarianism is literally that, that all things have continued by the same slow, gradual processes that have happened since the Big Bang. And Charles Lyle, he used to say it was millions of years. Well, that didn't work, so now they say it's billions of years. they just don't know. God says, bring forth your witnesses, Isaiah 43, if you don't have any just be quiet and say, God is right. But He believed in uniformitarianism, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the Creation. And of course, got people to believe that and Charles Darwin and all that in that late era. So it created this foolish view of geology, called it the geologic column, which is found nowhere on the face of the earth as he drew it. But when you put a bunch of dirt of all varying shapes and sizes and rocks in a big thing of water and you mix it all up, You know what happens? Stratification. What you find is denser material goes to the bottom, less dense material rises towards the top. And you get these layers of the material because it was mixed in water, which allowed this flow of material and created these strata, if you will. So, I say that because we have come to the place where the world by and large rejects the Flood which is so abundantly evident historically, archaeologically. I mean where did all the fossils come from? We could go for weeks on this, honestly. But I don't want to spend too much time on it. So, you've got to know that guy Charles Lyell, hater of God, he's the one that proposed that nonsense. Let's move on. want to talk about the Flood, but before we do we've got to get a couple of things. Let's get Hebrews 11, Hebrews chapter 11, let's go there. Hebrews 11, and the Bible says in verse number 7, By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. was warned of God of things not seen as yet. When Noah was around there had been no rain." I'll show you, take a look Genesis 1, Genesis 2, let's go there. Quickly we've got a bunch of places to go now. Genesis chapter 1, Genesis chapter 1, And the Bible says in verse number 9, So, if all the water is gathered in one place, right, all the land is gathered in a separate place. You have one big land mass, I don't care about Pangaea, I don't care what any scientist has to say, I'm telling you what the Bible says. right? There's all the waters in one place, that means all the dry land is in one place, pretty straightforward. Genesis chapter 2 and verse number 6. The Bible says, verse 5, And every plant of the field, before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field, before it grew, for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground." So, what did we have? We didn't have rain, we had a mist that came up out of the ground. No one had ever seen rain before. Noah, here's Noah, God says about 120 years it seems in preparing the ark. And God tells Noah, water is going to come down from the sky and I'm going to judge the world and drown them. Everybody's like, Noah, are you stupid? Water doesn't come from the sky. Water comes from the ground. Don't you know that? Science has proven that water doesn't come from the sky. It rises up out of the ground in a mist. How do you not know that, Noah? Nobody had seen it, but God said it was coming. God said there was going to be rain, water that came down from Heaven. And we've talked about the gap theory, things like that, the great deep being where God's throne is underneath God's throne, that crystal sea, that water that came down from Heaven. You've got to imagine, I just want you to go there for a moment, put your heart and mind there, I think most of us are saved. But go back, go back, if you could be one of those people who didn't believe Noah at that time, You are sitting there thinking Noah's an idiot for building this boat in the middle of dry ground, saying water is gonna come down out of the sky and drown everybody. And Noah and those animals get in that ark and that door shuts. And that sky turns black. And you have never seen that before. You are talking horror that has not been experienced in a long time. That sky starts turning black. You're in Florida. You know what that's like. We get that sky, I'm telling you, just becomes like ominous looking. That sky gets so filled with these dark clouds and water and lightning. lightning. Imagine, they have never seen this before. They have never had rain. There has never been a storm. There has never been clouds like that. And all of a sudden the amount of energy that is released comes down from the sky and boom hits the earth. We've had a couple where we are at by the Nazis there, lightning is just fierce. And we had one blow out a tree at the end of our driveway. I'm telling you it shakes the ground. that you feel the electricity in the air, thus the noise is deafening, it is so loud. Imagine these people, Noah has gotten in that ark, that door has shut, and lightning starts hitting the earth. You are filled with terror because you know what is coming. I'm telling you this had to be something we couldn't imagine in this day and age. But no one had ever seen it. No one had ever seen rain. No one had ever seen a storm. It seems no one had ever seen anything like this, water coming down from Heaven. But it was coming. Now, not only did nobody ever know that, nobody had ever seen that, but there was a warning. Take a look at 2 Peter 2. Genesis 6, real quick while we are right here. Genesis 6, look at verse number 3, The Bible says, Really, with regards to the context, you can't put that with anything else other than 120 years from the point God decides He's going to drown the earth in a flood. to the time that he actually does it. So he talks to Noah, tells Noah, build this ark. So it's 120 years of Noah building an ark and animals coming to the ark and Noah gathering food for the animals. But look at 2 Peter chapter two, 2 Peter chapter two, because there was a warning. No one had ever seen the flood. No one had ever seen rain, but there was a warning. 2 Peter 2. The Bible says, 2 Peter 2, verse number five, and spared not the old world, but saved Noah, the eighth person. Look at that, a preacher of righteousness. flood upon the world of the ungodly." Noah was a preacher of righteousness. You know what that meant? He is warning the people, your ways are evil. Your ways are unrighteous. Your ways are wicked. God is righteous. And God is making a way of escape, but He's going to judge the world. He's going to bring down water from heaven. People are like, I've never seen that. I've never seen water come out of the sky. Water comes up out of the ground. They didn't want to listen to the warning that God gave. So, no one had ever seen the flood. There was a warning of this flood, though no one had ever seen it. But some other points about the flood. This judgment from God, this flood from God, when it comes, it comes so quickly. There is no preparing once it starts. Take a look at, let's go Matthew 24. Let's go there, Matthew chapter 24. Matthew chapter 24. just because it's a great place to start. Verse 35, Matthew 24, verse 35, Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away, regardless of what Charles Lyell, or Charlie Darwin, or any of those guys want to say. But, verse 36, of that day knoweth no man, day and hour, knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of knowing, were, so shall also the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days that were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark." just living life. We are just living life. It doesn't even say they are doing anything that bad. It's not like you are reading about Sodom and Gomorrah. Right? You are reading about eating, drinking, marrying, giving in marriage. We all do that. Right? We all eat. We all drink. Many of us are married. You've got kids, whatever, they are married. That's what God said was going on every day. And then one day Noah entered into that ark and it was never the same. And it came so quickly. I'm telling you, there is no preparing for this. They thought, oh, we'll just keep going the way we're going. We'll just, oh, I got this marriage next week. And Bob, you know, his kid's getting married next month. I'm going to go over there and see that wedding. Then we're going to go over here. We're going to eat something. And everyday life. But one day, it all changed. Turn to Luke chapter 17. I'm gonna give you some numbers here Luke chapter 17 You know people people just hate God and they try and figure this stuff out and So they say there couldn't have been a flood that covered the mountains because of, you know, if you look at the height of Mount Everest and you had to be 15 cubits above that, you know, it would take more water than the earth holds and more water than could even be inside the earth. But that's okay, water said it came from heaven, it didn't come from earth. So I don't have a problem with that. But you know, they wanna calculate it to show you the volume of water. So this is really amazing. the amount of water required to cover the Earth, as it is now, maybe it's not the exact same, but it's maybe close, but to cover Mount Everest and 15 cubits above that, according to some guy's calculation, was one billion, with a B, bravo, 1,085,166,768 cubic feet. cubic miles. Miles, we're mile cubed, right? So length, width, height. One mile cubed, it said it would take over a billion miles cubed to cover the earth up to Mount Everest and 15 cubits. Now you start breaking that out, that's only 40 days of rain. That is 27 million cubic miles of water a day for 40 days. That is 1,130,000 cubic miles of water per hour. When that flood came, there was no let me cut down a tree and carve a canoe. When that flood came, there's no let me at least grab onto a branch somewhere. We are talking so much water, so quickly, so violently, that it took everyone away. I guarantee you, a million cubic miles of water in an hour coming down from heaven. massive quantities of water to cover the earth. No one was going to do anything to try and save themselves when this flood came. If you were not in the ark when that flood hit, you were doomed. telling you about the flood, the flood that had never been seen. There was a warning. When that flood came it was so quick. It was so powerful there was no making any preparation. There was no making any changes once it starts. Luke chapter 17. Luke chapter 17. And verse number 26 the Bible says, And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of Man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage until the day that Noe entered into the ark. And the flood came, and look at that, destroyed them all. There is no making changes. When that judgment comes whatever state you're in, you're done, that's it. Let him that is filthy still, let him that is filthy be filthy still, let him that is righteous be righteous still. There ain't no making changes when that comes. The judgment of God, this flood, so not only was it not seen before and there was a warning, it comes so quickly there's no making changes or preparation, This judgment of God, this flood was so powerful and so complete, there is no survival. We talked about over a million cubic miles of water an hour coming for 40 days. 40 days, like you think, okay, if a million cubic miles of water fell out of the sky, it would probably kill everyone. 24 hours a day, seven days a week for 40 days. That's a lot of water. People, you know, they say stuff, man. You live in Florida too. So, like, see that hurricane? God's judging Florida because you bunch of wicked sinners over there in Florida. And I mean, I had like two branches down and like, I don't know, a foot of water. My house is built five feet up. That's not the judgment of God. When the judgment of God comes, you will know. You will be absolutely certain. So when God said He's going to judge the world and He was going to drown it in a flood, He didn't just bring a hurricane. It wasn't just a foot of water, we are talking cubic miles, massive amounts of water falling down from Heaven to earth which had never happened before, so quickly, so powerfully, probably killed everyone very quickly, but 40 days because we are going to make sure we get everyone and everything. Nothing is going to survive this. Not only that, we're gonna do so much water, we're gonna cover every piece of dry ground, every mountain, every hill, and 15 cubits upward. Maybe you could tread water, I don't know, but how long? A year and a half? A year and a half sitting 15 cubits high? You're doomed. I'm telling you, this flood, this judgment of God, it is so powerful, it is so complete, there is no escape from the judgment of God. All things died. Take a look at this. God, He really wants to make His point clear. Genesis chapter six, let's go there. Genesis chapter six. Genesis chapter six. And look at verse number 13. And God said unto Noah, the end of all flesh is come before me. For the earth is filled with violence through them and behold, I will destroy them with the earth. He said, okay, I got it God. Yes, sir. Make a boat, we'll do this. Look at verse 17. Verse 17, and behold, I, even I, you better make sure you know who this is coming from. I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth to destroy all flesh wherein is the breath of life from under heaven, and everything that is in the earth shall die. Is he unclear in any way, shape, or form? No, He's very clear, very clear. Look at Genesis chapter 7, Genesis chapter 7 this keeps going. Verse number 4, Genesis chapter 7 verse 4, For yet seven days and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights. And every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth. He's mad. Well, maybe not mad. Mad is not the word. Angry. Angry with the wicked every day. The time of His wrath has come. This is so certain. It is so powerful. God is very clear, nothing will escape this judgment. Nothing will escape. Genesis chapter 7, you're still there. Look at verse 21. 20, 15 cubits upward did the waters prevail, and the mountains were covered, and all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl and of cattle and of beast and of every creeping thing that creeped upon the earth, and every man, all in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land died, and every living substance was destroyed. which was upon the face of the ground, both man and cattle and the creeping things and the fowl of the heaven. And they were destroyed from the earth and Noah only remained alive and they that were with him in the ark." No escape. And I say all that about the flood because there's another judgment of God that is coming. And I think I needed this and maybe we all need this. Maybe we need a good look at hell. Maybe it would spark some urgency in us. Because people would say of hell, no one's ever seen it. I've never seen hell. Oh, you say there's a hell. You say people go to hell when they die. But where do you see it? Where is hell? What does it look like? No one's ever seen it. No one's ever seen it. But sure enough, God said it, it's going to happen. People are going to go there. People are going to die and go to hell. And people, you know, they just, they're trying to make money. You always got somebody that, oh, I died and went to hell, and they make a book, or they make a movie, or died and went to heaven, they make a book, or they make a movie. What God says about it is true. I don't believe what anybody else says about it. I don't care what anybody else says about it. Romans 3, verse 4, God be true, but every man a liar. God is very, very clear about hell. Some people would say, oh, there's no such thing as hell, right? Just like Noah. Noah, you're so dumb. Don't you know water comes out of the ground? Water doesn't fall from the sky. That's never happened before. Nobody's ever seen rain before. You're saying water's gonna come out of Heaven and destroy everybody. Whoo, was he right. And there is a place called hell. And people may say, I've never seen it. Nobody's ever seen it. There's no such thing as hell. Sure enough, people are going there every day, every single day. Some people say, there's no hell. You better be right. You better be right. You say there's no such thing. But one day, you're going to die. One day, this life comes to an end. And where will you be? But even though no one has seen hell, though no one has seen hell, there is a warning. There's a warning. Let's go Psalm number nine. Let's go there, Psalm number nine. I go here first because people act like hell is a New Testament invention. Hell's been around for a long time. Psalm number nine. And look at verse number 17, the Bible says, the wicked, the wicked shall be turned into hell and all the nations that forget God. You say, why is everything so bad in this country? Because they forgot God. Nations on its way to hell. You know what happens? These people when they die, get buried, turned right down into hell. That's what it says. Wicked people die, they go to hell. Now, how are you not wicked? Because everybody's wicked, right? You need Jesus Christ. You trust Jesus Christ, he can save you. It's like entering into the ark. You could be saved from hell, fire, that's gonna come. Take a look at Mark chapter nine. Talk about warning. And then other people, they'll say, Jesus Christ was such a good teacher, and he just taught us to love everybody, because he's just nice, and kind of like Santa Claus, because he doesn't judge anybody. Mark chapter nine, let's see what he says. Mark chapter nine. Verse number 42, we'll start there. And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck and he were cast into the sea. He believes in the death penalty. Verse 43, and if thy hand offend thee, cut it off. better for thee to enter into life maimed than having two hands to go into Hell into the fire that never shall be quenched." Now we know you don't escape Hell by cutting off your hand. But He is saying if your hand is the source of sin you would be better off, you, cutting off your own hand than going to Hell. one thing get your hand chopped off in an accident or machine, whatever, hand touch something you shouldn't touch. God says, well, if you don't get saved and you're going to Hell you would be better off chopping off your hand. You get that cleaver over there and just chop that hand off. If this is a parable, what is it teaching? If Hell isn't real, if Hell is just some made up story, why would He say, cut your own hand off rather than going to Hell? You would be better off cutting off your own hand than going to Hell. And look at this, into the fire that never, never shall be quenched. We are talking eternal fire, eternal torment, eternal damnation. The Bible says, verse 44, where their worm dieth not. fire is not quenched." This is the Lord Jesus Christ speaking. Verse 45, "'And if thy foot offend thee,' you go somewhere you shouldn't have gone, "'cut it off. It is better for thee to enter into life, and ere halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never, that never shall be quenched.'" God says you would be better off cutting off your hand, cutting off your foot than entering into Hell fire. There's a warning. There's a warning from God. Don't go to hell. Don't go to hell. Look at verse number 47. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out. Pluck it out. It is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire where their worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched. You don't want to go to hell. I think I'm talking to a group of saved people here this morning. But how about your neighbor? How about your co-workers? How about some family members? Jesus Christ says they'd be better off cutting off their hand, cutting off their foot, plucking out their own eye than going to that place. How serious should we take this? Noah built an ark, looked like a fool in front of the whole world at that time. It's talking about water coming down out of the sky that no one had ever seen. You're talking about fire where their soul is going to spend forever. How serious should we be? Matthew chapter 10, we're in the New Testament, Matthew chapter 10. want to go in that neighborhood and witness they might kill me or something. Matthew chapter 10 verse number 28, And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. But rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. That's whom people should fear. People ought to be afraid of God. People ought to know there's a hell awaiting if they don't get saved. Who are they gonna hear it from? There needs to be a warning. There needs to be a warning. Matthew chapter 23, while we're here, Matthew chapter 23. Matthew chapter 23, verse number 33. Jesus Christ speaking again. Boy, He talked a lot about hell. Say, I would talk about hell, but you know, I mean, that's kind of uncomfortable. Like, I mean, telling somebody they're gonna go to hell, like, I mean, they're not exactly gonna be your friend afterward. Verse 33, ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, you're children of the devil. How can you escape the damnation of Hell? Jesus Christ asked that. Shouldn't we do that? Shouldn't we be concerned to ask somebody, how are you going to escape? Don't you know you are going to die? Don't you know Hell is awaiting for you when you die? How can you escape? Jesus Christ said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. Real quick to move over to Luke, the book of Luke chapter 16. Luke chapter 16. Luke chapter 16. Verse number, let's go with 22. And it came to pass that the beggar died and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died. That happens to all of us. right? Saved people die, unsaved people die. But here's what happened, the rich man also died and was buried. And in Hell he lift up his eyes being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. He wasn't going to cry out to God when he was on the earth. He ain't about to cry out to God when he's in Hell. He's reaching out to Abraham, Abraham do something for me. Nothing I can do for you. No drop of water for you. You can't come over here. I can't come over there. You're doomed. That's where people are going every day. Every single day people are dying and going to Hell, and they are going to burn in fire. If Cain, I'll just say this, if Cain of that wicked one died and went to Hell, you know he's been in Hell for thousands of years. thousands of years burning in Hell. And look at verse 27, same chapter, Luke 16, verse 20, Then he said, I pray thee, if you're not going to do something for me, I'm burning in Hell, but I don't want my brethren to burn here. I pray thee therefore, Father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house. Let him give a warning. Let him give a warning. I have five brethren that they may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. Abraham saith unto him, they have Moses and the prophets, let them hear them. You know what people need? They need this book. Who's gonna bring it to them? They ain't coming to church. God said, you, you, you, you, you, you, me, all of us, we are supposed to go and bring that. We are supposed to give them that Word. Let's see, so hell never been seen. There's a warning of hell. I'm telling you when you die, when you enter into hell, it comes so quickly. Death comes so quickly. It happens in a moment. There is no, oh, let me get saved now. fact I've been in some conversations, you get an atheist, kind of back him into a corner, and he realizes everything you say is the most logical, reasonable, seems absolutely right, explanation of life, and death, and the soul, and all these things. And you know what they say? Well, don't you believe that it doesn't matter how you live your life and you can just call on Jesus and get saved? Yeah. Well, what if I just want to live my life in sin, and then at the end I'll just call on Jesus and ask Him to save me? You could try that, but probably not going to work. David said in the Scriptures, there is but a step between me and death. He knew at any moment it could come to an end. I'll give you just some quick numbers. OSHA said in 2022, 5,486 fatal work injuries happened. We're talking people that were healthy, people going to work, people to do something good, right? Pay their bills by getting a job and working. 15 people a day die at work. had no idea it was coming. We're not talking on the deathbed. We're not talking in the hospital. We're talking 15 healthy people a day going into work thinking they're going to do something good for their family, and they don't come home. How many of them go to hell? Three million people died in 2023 in the US. I'm just telling you. They need you to give that warning. It comes so quickly. There's no making changes. There's no, there's no, let me turn things around in life. I'll give you one more. Not only just like that, that flood, it comes so quickly. There's no preparation. There is no escape. There is no escape. You're in Luke chapter 16. Just go back a little bit. Verse 24, verse 24, and he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me. Have mercy on me. Please, this is so much. And send Lazarus that he may dip, dip the tip of his finger in water. That's all I'm asking. Just dip the tip of your finger in water and let it cool my tongue. That's all I'm asking. But Abraham said, son, so he's a Jew, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivest thy good things and likewise Lazarus evil things, but now he is comforted and thou art tormented. Beside all this, and beside all this between us and you, there is a great goal fixed so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot, neither can they pass to us that would come from thence. It's final. When somebody dies and they go to hell, there's no coming back. There's no second chance. God says now is the accepted time. Now is the day of salvation. Let's pray. Heavenly Father, thank you, God, for showing me that, helping us to see that. Help us to be more fervent in our witness for souls. God, please help us to see hell as real as you see it. Help us, God, to serve you and give our lives for this great cause. We love you. We thank you in Jesus' name. Amen.
Genesis 6: The Flood
Series BBC Men (2024)
The wicked and evil people of Noah's day did not believe his warnings of God's coming judgment upon them simply because they had never seen a flood before. Likewise, the wicked and evil people of today do not believe that God will judge them and cast them into hell simply because they have never seen hell. But just as the flood came in spite of their unbelief, so the unsaved will indeed be cast into hell.
