Whether we like it or not, there seems to be a new world order on its way, designed by Satan and allowed by God. I'm Dr. Fred, you're listening to another episode of Study, Grow, Know. I'm Dr. Fred, and you're listening to another episode of StudyGrowKnow. We have been dealing with the subject of my latest book called Rome Rising, and we're going to continue on that today. Now, to hear Jacques Atali tell it, the future is looking very bright. at least for the global elite, which we'll abbreviate to GE. Atali published a book in 2006 that covers a great deal of what the GE, the global elite, is planning on bringing to fulfillment, what they've been actually working on for decades. Since the GE sees themselves as individuals who were put here on this earth to rule the peons, that's you and me, the plans that Atali outlines are simply par for the course. Writer David Richards comments on Attali's background and credentials by saying this, Attali is a high-level technocrat working to fulfill the new world order. And Richard further notes that Jacques Attali has a varied CV. For 10 years he worked as an advisor to former French president François Mitterrand, In 1980, he started the European program Eureka, a major European program on new technologies that invented, among other things, the MP3. In 1991, he co-founded the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. And he is also at the origin of the higher education reform known as LMD, designed to bring all European degrees into line. That's interesting. He's got a pretty good resume there. When Atali's book was published in 2006, the cover included three words from Henry Kissinger, quote, brilliant and provocative, unquote. And knowing this is coming from an individual like Kissinger, who has been associated with the global elite, the GE, for decades, we immediately understand where Atali is coming from. I mean, gee whiz, it's brilliant and provocative. Why? Well, because it paints such a rosy picture of the future. But that rosy picture is only for the privileged few while presenting a dire one for those outside that group. And folks, friends, I believe that this is very, very clearly stated and implied and put forth in the book of Revelation, beginning with chapter six, all the way through chapter 18. There we discuss, we learn about the highlights of the tribulation are set forth for us. And we know that if you are not in that privileged minority, that privileged group that controls what happens on this earth under God allowing it, well, then you are going to be living a life of misery. Now the book itself, the one by Atali, and it's translated into English by Jeremy Legat, includes six chapters totaling just under 300 pages. The individual chapter titles are as follows. Number one, A Very Long History. Number two, A Brief History of Capitalism. Three, The End of the American Empire. Four, First Wave of the Future, Planetary Empire. Five, Second Wave of the Future, Planetary War. Six, third wave of the future, planetary democracy. Those are the chapters in Atali's book. This chapter, or at least this particular episode and possibly the next one of this series on Rome Rising is not so much a review of Atali's book, but simply provides the cogent points that he makes. And I believe that this helps us to understand not only where the global elite is heading us, leading us, heading the world to, but it highlights the risks involved as well. Now, I want to clarify here, anything that Satan is allowed to accomplish, he's only allowed to accomplish because God allows him to accomplish it. And God does so because of his purposes and for the glory that will be brought to him because of it. Much of what Atali states in his book simply points us in the direction of the global elite. In fact, Atali appears to be little more than a voice crying in the wilderness for them. Listen to what Atali states in part of his book, quote, From generation to generation, or what they might call economic evolution, spreads individual freedom and channels desires toward their mercantile end. From century to century, farmers have migrated into cities. From century to century, the forces of market democracy have coalesced into an ever-growing and more integrated market around a temporary core. To assume power over the mercantile world, to become its core, a city or region must be the biggest communication center of its day and must be endowed with a very powerful agricultural and industrialized hinterland. This core must also be capable of creating banking institutions bold enough to finance the plans of an innovative class, putting new technologies to work, allowing the transformation of the most daunting services into industrial objects, and finally the Corps must be able to exert political, social, cultural, and military control over hostile minorities, lines of communication, and sources of raw materials. And again, that is a quote from Jacques Attali's book, A Brief History of the Future, published in 2006. That particular quote is from page 105. Now, that's a mouthful, I realize. However, note that what he truly says in that paragraph He says over time things are channeled toward a market democracy that continues to grow through integration. And that's exactly what we see happening in our world today. As technology creates the ability of society to become more integrated, Everything is channeled toward that market democracy. And folks, if we see anything in the tribulation period, we see a very, very, very small group of people who we might call the elite. And they, during the tribulation, will control almost everything. How? Through their technological innovations allowing them to integrate everything. That's the core. Now in order to build, maintain, and direct that core, it takes a huge central system. That system is built by an innovative class of people. Think global elite here. What's going on in our world? We have the NSA, we have tremendous areas of surveillance, we have increased government surveillance over the average person today that has not existed before. Prior to computers and prior to personal computers and then prior to the creation of the internet we didn't have to worry about things like this now surveillance is becoming very very commonplace we take it for granted we don't think about it does anyone really believe regardless of whether or not what the NSA and other agencies do concerning surveying us, whether it's legal or not, whether it's constitutionally legal or appropriate. Setting that aside, does anybody believe that if the NSA or other groups like them said, well, we're going to stop surveying people. We're going to not do that anymore. Does anybody really believe that that would be the case? That they would really actually be doing that? They would stop what they started? I don't. You probably don't either. I mean, it would be a fantasy to believe that what they have started and what has become such a good thing for them, they would just simply stop. Even if they were forced to, there's no way to prove that they would stop. All of these things together have created a very integral system and it is being and continuing to be fully integrated into daily life. Now, probably the most important thought in that quote that I read is found in the last sentence. Let me read it again. Finally, the core must be able to exert political, social, cultural, and military control over hostile minorities, lines of communication, and sources of raw materials. Wow, that is a mouthful, but really, I think I'm gonna read it one more time. The core, and we're talking about this core group of individuals who exercise power That core group of people must be able to exert political, social, cultural, and military control. over hostile minorities, lines of communication, and sources of raw materials. In other words, they need to be able to control people who dissent, who break ranks. They need to be able to control the phone lines, the television and radio communications. They need to be able to control all sources of raw materials wherever they're found, on the earth. In order to accomplish that there really needs to be a global centralized new world order. It's as simple as that. This is tribulation speak folks. This is what's going to happen leading up to and during the tribulation period. This group of individuals who have created this core and sustain it must be powerful enough to exert the kind of political, social, cultural, and military pressure to keep hostile minorities from bringing it down. Now that's interesting. We're hearing more and more talk coming out of Washington about the creation of a national police force. It's really going to be a military force against dissenters. That's what third world dictators do. They create a national police force. It's really a military force that puts down any form and all forms of dissent. Now the reference to hostile minorities here in Attali's book does not necessarily mean blacks or browns or some other ethnic minority. I believe what he's stating is that anyone who opposes the work of the innovative class of people who put together the core of tomorrow, that New World Order will be considered the hostile minority, and every effort will be made to put them down. This is very, very clear when we read Revelation 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, where it talks about the Antichrist, the man of sin, who will oppose everything that represents God. carry himself and lift himself up above all things, including God. He will be full of blasphemies. He will go into the third temple, as Paul tells us in 2 Thessalonians 2. He will go into this tribulation temple. He will sit down in the Holy of Holies, and he will declare himself to be God. Read it, 2 Thessalonians 2. And this will wake up a whole bunch of Jewish people who have up to this point kind of gone along with him, but he will demand to be worshiped. They will refuse. He will then make an attack on society and anyone who doesn't worship him will be killed. Anyone who does not take the mark of the beast. This is clearly listed in scripture, clearly listed. But what's fascinating, of course, about all this is that Atali constantly speaks of capitalism as though it's not the enemy. Yet we've experienced and witnessed protests by people who call themselves the 99% or those who make up the Occupy movement. This group protested against the quote-unquote bad companies like Wall Street stockbrokers and capitalism in general as being evil. It's evil because it makes the rich richer by stepping on the perceived little guy. It's not capitalism that's bad, it's greed that's bad. It is greed that's bad. And if you do your research, you'll find that even in communism, there is always an upper echelon of people who control what happens in that society. They're the ones who get the perks. They're the ones who get all the benefits. They're the ones who get the privileges. And everybody else gets the same thing, which is next to nothing. It's not capitalism that's bad. It's greed. And that greed does not evaporate when the system changes because people are still Well, it's been fast this morning, or this afternoon, or this evening, whenever you're listening to this, and I appreciate you joining me for this latest episode of Study, Grow, Know, and we're still talking about Rome Rising.
