Thank you, sir. I wanna thank the Lord today for this opportunity that I have to be with you again. I tell you, I love the word of God. I appreciate the word of God. I love to preach the word. I tell you, the Lord's called me to preach it. He told us to cry loud and spare not and lift up our voice and send it like a trumpet and to show his people their transgression, their sin. Just tell the world about Jesus who's mighty saved and that they're a sinner and they need to be saved. born again. I tell you the message of salvation, I tell you it's very clear, it's very simple. It's so simple that people just walk right on past it. I tell you they seem to think it must be more to it and so they try to add works, they try to do a lot of different things to be justified in the sight of God. But I tell you the only way to be justified in the sight of God is that the blood of Jesus God's Son, His blood being applied to your heart. I tell you, He's cleansed you, washed you in His own blood. And I tell you, that's how you become just in the sight of God, is through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. And I tell you, if you'll come to Him with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, I tell you, it's that simple. I tell you, you confess your sin to Him, you pour out your heart to Him, ask Him to have mercy on your sinner and forgive you of your sins. I tell you, be willing to live for Him, just give it all up. I mean, just be wanting to be saved above life itself. And I tell you, if you'll just come to Him like that and give up yourself, that's how simple it is. And I tell you, that's how quick it will be. As soon as you give up yourself, just let your heart be poured out before God, and let your heart be broke, I tell you then you'll be able to get saved. The Bible said before you get saved, you got to have faith to believe. Faith come by hearing and hearing by the word. If you'll hear the word of God today, if you open up your heart's door, open up your ears, listen to what's being said, And I tell you, let the Holy Spirit deal with you. The Holy Spirit will bring you under conviction. If you're honest with the Lord, you'll listen. And I tell you, then you'll see where you stand with God. And I tell you, the Holy Spirit will deal with your heart. I'll tell you, he'll make the word of God known to you. He'll let you know that you need to get saved. I tell you, it's more than a church membership. It's more than being baptized in the watery a pool or the watery grave. It's more than a water baptism. It's more than treating your neighbor well and trying to do good. I tell you, salvation is of the Lord. You must come to him with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, and then he'll save you. Then you join that church where God has placed you to serve. I tell you, then you get baptized into the water, showing that you have been saved, that you were dead in trespasses and sin, but you've been quickened and made alive, and you are a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ. You have become a child of God. through the redemption that's in the Lord Jesus Christ. I tell you, that's how you've been made new. It's because what he did at Calvary, he shed his blood. I tell you, his blood is the atonement for our sin. And I tell you something, he reconciled us back to God. I tell you, he paid the price for sin. He paid an awful price for my sin and your sin. He suffered like no man ever will suffer. or has suffered, I tell you, he suffered an awful death. I tell you, he was just spit upon, they beat him, they slapped him, they mocked him. I tell you, they did everything in the world and they thought that they were just, they thought that they were in the right and there they were. If you be the son of God, just tell us who smote you. I mean, they blindfolded him and beat him. and began to say all kinds of things and say, you know, just, if you're God, if you're the son of God, who smote you? And when he was on the cross and when they mocked him by putting a crown of thorns, they put a crown on his head, but it was a crown of thorns. And there they did, they put the scarlet robe on him, excuse me, and they began to do all kinds of things. They hung him upon the tree and then there they were. They said, if you be the son of God, once you come down from that cross, he that said he'll destroy the temple and he'll raise it up the third day. And say they, they, they were so ignorant, so ignorant. I mean, they, they, they were so religious that they were so ignorant according what their scriptures really was saying and what he was saying. And he was talking about you destroy this body, this temple of mine, and it'll be raised again the third day. But yet they took it as it was the temple that's been in building for many, many years. But I tell you, the Lord was dealing with them and these things were hidden from them because they had an evil heart of unbelief and they did not want to believe or receive whom God had sent to let them see that they were sinners and that He is the Messiah and He is the Son of God and He is the one that all the scriptures talked about in the Old Testament that would come, that would die for the sin of the world, that would become that great prophet, the prophet, a prophet above all prophets, the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ. He's the one that I am. He's the one. He is the one that God is highly exalted and gave him a name above every name that every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord. I tell you, even the angels look, decided to look into this and the things how the Holy Ghost of God got in man. And the prophets, I tell you, they looked for that themselves and how that the Holy Spirit would come after Jesus was glorified. And all the scriptures concerning the Lord Jesus of the one that would come and to suffer and the one that would be born of a virgin and all these types of things, it was prophesied by the different prophets. And I tell you, he fulfilled all the scriptures concerning him And I tell you, He is the Son of God. You must receive Him. You must believe on Him or you'll never get saved. You'll never get to heaven. It don't matter how religious you are. It don't matter how good you think that you're doing and living. I tell you, if you don't believe on the Lord Jesus Christ with all your heart, you won't get saved. You may believe on something else or believe on another man. You may say the Messiah is this and that, but I'll tell you today, you will miss heaven. You'll miss it all. You'll die in sin and go to hell with all your belief that you have worked up in your mind. I tell you, you gotta come through Lord Jesus and He'll save you. I tell you, He'll save everybody that will come unto Him. All that come unto me, He said, I will no wise cast out. He said, if you'll come to me with that broken heart and a contrite spirit, you come with heart believing, humble yourself as a child and come to me. Believe on me and I will forgive you of your sin. I will wash your sins away. I will make you clean. My blood will cleanse you from all your sin, and my Father will send back the comforter." And he did that when Jesus was resurrected, when Jesus died, gave up the ghost. And the Bible said when he was glorified, the Holy Ghost came then. He sent back the Holy Ghost to dwell in man at this time. And I tell you, everybody gets saved. We'll have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. when you get saved. And that's how I know I've been saved, by the Spirit He gave me. And He'll do the same for you. That's how you know you're saved. That's how you know something's happened to you. That cleanness that you'll feel on the inside, the condemnation that you have will be gone. I tell you, He'll take away the guilt of sin away from you, because He cleanses you and washes you from that. And I tell you, He makes you a new creature in Christ. You are a different person once you get saved. You don't think the way you used to think. You don't talk the way you used to talk. I tell you, you are a person that loves everybody once you get saved. The Lord takes that hate out of you. He takes out this alt and bitterness out of you. And when you get saved, I tell you, he'll wash it all away, cleanse you and make you a brand new on the inside. And you will be a new person, a new creature in Christ. I tell you, you'll love him. You'll love his word. You'll love his people. I tell you, you'll love to pray. You'll love to study. You'll love to sing the songs of Zion. You'll love to go to church. When you get saved, I tell you, if you just find it hard to get to church and you really don't enjoy it, you don't really enjoy the Bible, I tell you, you don't really love God's people, then you need to get saved. I tell you, when you get saved, that's something that you'll love. Like this Psalm said here, I believe it was, it talked about the word of God is pure, therefore thy servant Loveth it when you become a servant when you become a child of God you are Servant of the Lord and I tell you will love the word you'll love his word You'll love his voice. The Bible said my sheep know my voice in a stranger. They will not follow and so we know what our Shepherd's voice and we love his voice. We love him. We love to hear from heaven and And I tell you, it delights our soul. I tell you, it just makes us burn on the inside. I tell you, it just encourages us to talk to the Lord, for the Lord to talk to us and to know that God is comforting us through His precious Word. He will comfort you. He will bless you. He will give you the contentment that you need. I tell you, when you get saved, He will fulfill I tell you that in your soul. I tell you when you're not saved, I tell you going about, you don't have that witness on the inside. You don't have the Holy Spirit. You're lost. You're hell bound. I tell you, you don't have no real understanding of the Lord and of his word. You may read it, but you won't get a spiritual understanding out of it like you need to until You get the Holy Spirit. You get that when you get saved, which will teach you and guide you through all truth. It will teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance. And so that's how we learn the word. That's how we understand it. As we are saved and get saved, the Holy Spirit will do that. And so he's waiting on you to come to him. And I'll tell you if you'll come to him. Now, the Bible tells us a broken heart. That means you need to get sorry that you sinned against God. You don't need to come to a point where you just get sorry that sin has caught up with you. And I tell you, things are not going well. You've lost this. Maybe you lost your wife. Maybe you lost your husband. Maybe they left you. Or maybe something, you lost your job. Or maybe you was a millionaire and you lost all your money. or something like that, or whatever, a lot of hardships and hard times in this life. He's not talking about that, but you come to Him with a broken heart that you sin against God, that you are a sinner. You finally come to yourself and you've finally seen yourself. that you are a sinner and that you're on your way to hell and you know if you died in your condition that you would die a sin and you would go to hell where you would be forever separated from God and for any kind of peace I tell you in life, you will suffer, the Bible said, where the fire is never quenched and the worm never dies, and the smoke of the torment will send up forever and ever and ever, and there'll be no rest, day or night, for the soul of the one that does not believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and they die in that condition, they'll die of sin and go to hell. But thank God today there's good news, there's good news to bring, and that's why I sing, I've got good news to tell you today that Jesus saves, Jesus saves, Jesus saves. I tell you, just sing above the battle stripes, Jesus saves, Jesus saves. Tell to the sinner, foreign wife, Jesus saves, Jesus saves. He'll save your soul today if you'll come to Him. Come to Him with a broken heart and a contrite spirit. Like I said, just get sorry that you sinned against Him. Ask Him to have mercy upon you as a sinner. Forgive you of all your sin. I tell you, just be willing to give it all up. And I say that because when you start getting serious about being saved and you start trying to pray, The devil will come and he'll tell you why you can't he'll tell you why you should wait I tell you he'll lie to you to all kind of things But I tell you that's what I'm talking about You gotta get sorry after a godly sword and you gotta pray unto him be willing to give everything up because the devil say well If you get saved, you won't be able to do this. You won't be able to do that. He wants you to hold on to things. Hold on to your money. Hold on to this and that. Just be willing to give it all up. You won't lose nothing that you really need. He'll bless you far more than you can ever realize you could ever thought about. But I tell you today, my time's so quickly come and gone, but my prayer to God is that you get saved. Get somewhere by yourself and just call on the Lord and pray and ask for hell mercy upon you, a sinner. God bless you. In Jesus' precious name, and amen.
