We're going to turn to Leviticus 19 verse 28. It says, You should not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you. I am the Lord. Now, there's a reason why the Lord ended that verse with, I am the Lord. And what he's telling, the reason why he said that there at the end, I am the Lord, is because I'm the one, and we'll get into this here in a minute, I'm the one that owns all bodies. And so whether you're saved or lost, whether you're an elect or even those who are non-elect, and we don't know who the elect and non-elect are except ourselves, we know if we're saved, and there's a lot of saved people who don't know the first thing about election, but whether you're a sheep or a goat, elect or non-elect, God owns all souls. And so what we're saying here, and I'll be getting into this here in just a minute, Everybody is a property of God. Everybody. Everything about them is owned of the Lord. And if that's not the case, then there would be no way he would have an appointment for your birth and your death, where you'd be born at, what you would look like. He wouldn't have had you written down in a book called a book of life. It's not the Lamb's book of life, but it's a book of life. It's an enrollment book of all of humanity. And when people die, he blocks their name out of that book. And so the Lord is making it clear here that there's not to be anything down to your flesh, and for those that have tattoos, this is not a shame, or everyone put you down, because 99.9% of the people, when they get tattoos, most of them probably, I would say almost all of them probably, are not saved at that time, or they might be backslidden, But they certainly are not aware of the spiritual application. They don't understand the spiritualness of that. And there is a spiritual application to the tattoos. They don't understand, even if you're a child of God and you don't read the scriptures, you don't understand that God owns you. You hear a lot of these women that believe in the right to murder their babies, they say, well, it's my body. No, it's not your body. Your body belongs to God. And on top of that, your heart beats up here, which means somebody else's heart beats down there in the womb, right? I don't know if anybody's got two hearts that's beating and working. So a heartbeat up here is for mom, and the heartbeat down here is babies. That's just all there are to it. And this is a command from the Lord. Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh. God doesn't want. We're gonna get into branding. I mean, this is ridiculous, folks, but there's people that brand. The tattoos, the body piercings. I'm telling you, man, all these are bad, but the body piercing is probably the most unspiritual, the worst of the group. But we can see from Leviticus 19, verse 28, tattooing and where it says no cuttings, that would include branding and body piercing are not approved of God. But now listen to this. All of this originated in pagan cultures and lands. There's not a Christian society anywhere that has put their approval on tattooing, branding, or body piercing. Why is that? Well, I'd say Leviticus 19.28 plays a major role in that. Mummies from 5,000 years ago are being found with tattoos on the bodies. This is not anything new. This has been going on for a long time. Since the days after the flood, they've been finding mummies that have got tattoos. One's called, one mummy they found was Izzy, I think it was up in the Netherlands, about 33 to 3,500 years old, had tattoo markings on them. And so, these mummies, these people that are now mummies, they either did not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, or they were saved, had absolutely no knowledge, but they could have been saved after they were tattooed, and that happens all the time. It's not the unforgivable sin. It is a sin to mark on the body, but before we point, just remember, if you point your finger at somebody, You've got three looking right, I had to count my fingers. You've got three looking back at you. So before you sit there and say, ha ha, whoa, whoa, whoa, you might go ha once, but you got three whoa's looking back at you. And my house, my own personal life, I got enough junk in my personal life. I don't need to be crawling over my junk saying, hey, while I'm laying on top of the pile of my junk of sins, and say, you need to look over there. No, John, you just take care of John, and let Jesus take care of the rest. You go to Jesus and try to get your yard cleaned up, and then you let Jesus take care of everybody else. The last thing we need to do is start playing the work of the Holy Spirit. That don't work too well. If people's going to get mad, I hope and pray that, now they might get mad at me, but I hope and pray it's the Holy Spirit, not me in the flesh making people mad. There's no benefit when people get mad if I do it, but there's great benefits if the Holy Spirit makes you mad, because sometimes you gotta get mad before you get glad. And so, from Canada to America to South America, Europe, Egypt, China, Asia, And all through the rest of the world, mummies are found with tattoos on them. They think Egypt might be the oldest place where tattoos have been found. More people than ever before now have at least one tattoo on them. According, I do research. On the Pew Research 2023, 32% of people in the United States has at least one tattoo. 32%! That's only 18 from half the population. That's quite a bit of people, isn't it? So, 32% of people in the United States has at least one tattoo, and 22% have more than one tattoo. Now, if you remember us older ones, and, well, Mike's younger, you're five years younger than me, okay. So, even when we were in school, You just never saw tattoos on kids in school, did you? Now, you can't see, you can't go very long. Now, I'm gonna go to the Native American Indians. I've done some research on that, and this is no surprise. I mean, if you look at some of the historical shows, with the way some of those guys looked, they had whole head tattoos. big earrings, bone through their nose, rings all over. Well, son, you don't have to worry about me fighting you because I'd die of a heart attack. If I'd never seen something like that before and I'm out in the woods, I'd have died of a heart attack seeing that. But that was their culture. Native American Indians were immersed in what's called nature worship. We call it today the New Age movement. It's a worship of nature, and we find that in Romans chapter 1 verse 18 through to the end of the chapter. You'll find that the first sin that precedes all the other sins that are mentioned in Romans chapter 1 verse 18 to the end of the chapter is worshiping creation. instead of creation's God. So environmentalism is the doorway that all the other stuff has come through. When you worship nature instead of nature's God, you've opened up the door for any and everything to come through into your life. When you remove the idea or the knowledge in your mind that there is a Creator, that opens the door for your human depravity to break loose and take over your life. The reason why even people who are not saved are good moral people is probably 90% of them or more have a knowledge that there's a God. And for those that don't believe in God but may be good moral people, God has written the Ten Commandments on every one of our hearts and minds. Romans 2 verse 14 through 15. So let's get back to the Native American Indian. Now with them, different tattoos of animals meant different things. The wolf. The wolf meant loyalty, persistence, strongly developed intuition. In other words, I would say probably a lot of leaders in the Indian tribes probably had a wolf tattoo on them because they had to have intuition, like a mother's intuition, to know how, when to lead their people from one place to the next. They had an intuition of if danger was near, without any proof, they could just feel it, so to speak. Brenda's like this all the time. I'm kind of like an ox in a china shop. I'll talk to someone, and man, I'm coming back all excited. She says, I don't care much for that man. I'm spilling my catch. I'm like, man, I had a great conversation. I didn't even like him too much. God's given women this intuition to really protect their children. It's just in them, and to protect themselves. Women cannot generally fight off men. They're not as big as men. So I believe God's gifted the women with an intuition that a lot of men, if they have it, they don't use it. And so the wolf represents that. The coyote, according to the research, represents anger and cunning. In other words, Might be quick tempered, but cunning and knowing how to fight. I would say that a lot of warriors probably had that. I mean, I don't know, but that describes to me a warrior that knows how to fight and knows when to fight and how to fight. A bull represents strength and courage. I can see a lot of warriors with that tattooed on them. The eagle, I think that's one of their highest creatures that they look at. As a matter of fact, if you all remember, Ted and Carolyn, when we were over at the other church, the head of the Indian nation here in North Carolina, came and visited with us. I just so happened to mention what Isaiah said, that we shall soar with eagles. They're in the book of Isaiah. He come up to me and told me he really appreciated that. He said the eagle's very important to my people. And it is, but what the Native American Indians need to understand is that this is not of the Lord. Now God uses animals to represent his children as David wrote, as the heart panteth after the water, so doeth my soul after the Lord. So God will use animals to represent a truth or something about him, but we are not to worship these animals. But the eagle represents power, might, and omniscience. Now see, that's a glory, that's an attribute that belongs only to God. And so the Native American Indians were wrong in how that they did not get away from that and worship the true God. Now the Baron, I don't think too many warriors had this on their arm, because you had to earn this one. And the article I was reading said, only those brave warriors, you could probably put crazy in there too, that killed a grizzly with their hands could get this tattoo. And then in parentheses it said, this did not work out well for the human. I would say it probably didn't. There's probably not a whole lot of warriors that had a grizzly tattooed on them somewhere. I don't think too many probably made it through that battle. Now tattoos are ways for people to express themselves. They don't just go and just get a tattoo, there's generally a reason why they want a specific tattoo. 69% of tattooed adults in the United States, now I didn't say there's 69% of people tattooed, it says 69% of those that are tattooed, according to the Pew Research, said they got their tattoos to honor or remember someone or something. For instance, men, generally sailors, get an anchor tattooed in the older days on their arm to remember their time in the Navy. Or they might have a place. Some might have the image of the Irojima, those men putting up the flag, tattooed. Or it might be someone that they love, like a mom or dad that's passed away, or a brother or sister, or a spouse. 47% said they wanted to make a strong statement about their belief. Well, I can see that, and tattoos represent words, and so they'll get a tattoo to make a statement, or they'll actually have the statement written out. on, like a Bible verse, on their arms. And then 37%, 37% said they got a tattoo to help their appearance. Well, bless your heart. You must feel really low of yourself. I mean, I know I'm nothing to look at, but I'm not going to paint up and make myself a walking billboard because I'm the way God made me, but 37% of people get tattoos. said they'd do it to improve their appearance. And that may be true. Brenda and I was down at Myrtle one time, and we were eating outside, and I looked over, and these two young, looked like high school or college age girls, and she was, well, they were both pretty girls, young girls, and this one girl had a shirt on, but it looked sleeveless, but it looked like she had a sleeve on, and I kept eating my steak, trying to figure this out while I was eating my steak. And she walked by me, and what it was, she had a sleeve on, or she had a sleeve tattoo. And it looked like, I'm sitting there like, man, is that part of the shirt, or is that, things like that attract me. I gotta know everything about everything. That's why I bring up, I gotta know when something started, when it ends, why did it start. But I kept looking at her and I said, man, that don't go with that shirt. But it was part of her tattoos. And it's what's called a sleeve. It covered the whole arm. It's like, why would you do that, being a young, beautiful young girl like that? And evidently, she thought that it must have enhanced her looks. Or else, most women, if they think something's not gonna, if it's not gonna enhance them, they're not gonna do it. So that's the only thing I could think of. Now tattoos, here's another thought, are your inward thoughts and desires painted on your skin. It's your thoughts. You're sharing with everybody what you have thought about or you are thinking about. While some tattoos may seem innocent, others are not fit for the eyes to look upon. I've seen some rough ones. And, well, I've seen porn, and that just tells you where that person's at, pornography, in their mind and heart. But no matter how innocent or vile a tattoo may be, we must remember what God has said about cutting and painting and marking your skin in Leviticus 19, verse 28. He does not want that to take place. Now, here's something to think about. Now all of us, we're old enough to take note of things, we have seen an explosion in tattoos and even brandings and body piercings in the past 20 years. Now that's not when it started, that's when it seems like it's just like throwing gasoline on a fire, it causes the fire to explode for a while. So as the world becomes more wicked, this is what I'm seeing. I'm making a core relation here. I'm making a direct connection. As the world becomes more wicked, more people than ever before now have tattoos. I think all would agree with that. When we were in school, at least in the area where I grew up, maybe the one or two that was kind of to themselves, that had a reputation of maybe smoking dope, maybe they might have had a tattoo, but 99% of the kids that I went to school with, I never saw a tattoo on anybody. And I never saw a tattoo on the adults except for the men that might have been in the military. But outside of that, about 100% of the people did not have tattoos in those days. And now, well, even after I got married, 99% of the people I went to school with, worked with, went to church with, saw on television, had no tattoos. Now, they could have had them covered up, but you just never saw the tattoos. And something else that's telling me that something's terribly wrong with our society is the increase of women getting tattoos. This is really not good. Alexis de Tauville, he was the French historian. He came over here to America in 1838, and he wrote, I think, six volumes on the new nation, and one of the things he said was, and he wrote a lot about how the Americans and their religion and God and Jesus Christ was really what made the nation work. I mean, he really observed, he traveled the whole nation and was writing in his volumes, so when he went back to France, people could read, here's what making this nation work. But he made a statement, he said, as the women goes, so will the nation. As the women goes, so will the nation. The worst thing that has happened to America is for, now this is not for every woman and not for every young woman, but when the women in general become as bad as the men, we're in trouble. and that's where we're at today. I'm afraid our women's morals as a whole, not individually, I'm afraid that the women's morals have fell down into the hog's pen with the men. We've kind of always been there. The women were always the step up from us as far as morality and decency, but now the women have become as the men. And the reason why I say that is you can't walk a half an hour. I guarantee if you go to the mall, you can't go five minutes without seeing somebody, a young woman with a tattoo on them. It's just amazing. Tattoos of Bible verses. Now this may be done in sincerity, but I keep bringing up John 4, 24. You know what I want to say there, don't you, Mike? I know Ted does, all the women do. And Larry, everybody here knows, I've mentioned John 4, verse 24 quite often. God is a spirit. This is what Jesus said. God is a spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in what, Ted? Truth. Truth, that's right. And so, we've got to do it the Bible's way, right? I mean, if we want to worship the Lord, this is His book, this is His instructions, this is what we've got to do. If we're going to worship God correctly, we've got to do it according to the Scriptures, not according to our ways. So there's a lot of people, I've seen a few that's got Philippians 4.13 on their arm, and I'm sure that they may even be, I can't imagine a lost person wanting to do that because lost people hate the living word and the written word. I know I didn't want anything to do with Jesus. I had a conscious awareness of him. I didn't want to go to hell, but I didn't want him as my Lord. I wanted to do what I wanted to do before I was saved. But nowhere in the Bible does it tell you to tattoo God's word for His honor and glory. We just read Leviticus 19.28 where he says, don't do it. And the reason why you're not supposed to do it is because I am the Lord. In other words, I'm the one that said don't do it. That means don't do it. So I'm yet to meet a person who has a scripture tattooed on their arm or on their body, but I see it on their arms, that is deep in the scriptures. They might be saved, they might be just religious, I don't know. But when you talk to them, and this is not put down to them, when you talk to most Christians, at least in my experience, now there was a couple there at that hotel that knew the Bible. But a lot of times you talk to people and they probably know more about the TV schedule of their shows than they do the Scriptures. And I'm not saying they're not saved, but the only way that you're going to improve in the knowledge of the Scriptures is you're going to have to open the Bible up and read it. God's not going to come down here and do it for you. You've got to do it yourself. So Jesus wants us to have his word in our hearts and minds. Listen to Hebrews 8, verse 10. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord. I will put my laws into their mind and write them in their hearts, and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people. Writing a Bible verse on your arm does not put the word of God in you. It might be on you, but it's more important to have it in you. The living word, it's more important that you have the living word in you than to put his written word on your body. Because having it on your body doesn't mean that the living word, Jesus, is living inside of you. Let's go on to people that brand themselves. Now this, I do not understand this. I don't understand why people do this. And I see this a lot with young black men. It's a trend, I guess, they like to do it. But branding is what ranchers do to their cattle to show that they own them. And you read about the techniques, it's pretty much the same way as they did in the old cattle days. They take that branded iron, stick it on the cow, you know, it burns the cow, you hear the cow moo. And it can be dangerous. Tattooing can be dangerous. Matter of fact, where people have not gotten a professional to do it, or someone's really good, it's causing, I think I read where it's causing, it's connected to some lymphomia. That you can get diseases if you get a tattoo that's not done right. you're messing with the blood. And if you get branded and it's not done right, you're in trouble. The best thing to do is just leave your body alone. That's my suggestion. If you don't want your child to get shot, lock the guns up. Don't leave the guns around, laying around. People are lowering themselves to being no better than the cattle when they do this. Why you want to brand yourself, to me, you're lowering yourself to an animal. And trust me when I tell you, God made you to be higher than the animals. In Ezekiel 18, verse 4, I brought this up at the beginning of the message. God owns all souls. Therefore, that's why he said in Leviticus 19, verse 28, no markings or cuttings on your flesh. Listen to what Ezekiel 18, verse 4 says. Behold, all souls are mine. As the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine. The soul that sinneth, it shall die. That's why you're not supposed to have body piercings or branding or tattoos. It's because God owns that property. Your body is God's property. Some body piercing is demonic. I'm telling you, I don't know if you've ever gone to the internet. If you haven't, you need to. And type up people trying to look like cats. it will freak you out. These poor souls are so empty, it's unbelievable. Have you seen it? It's terrible, it's terrible. Yeah, they're changing their face to the shape of a cat. Yeah, it's sick. Now almost everyone I've seen with body piercings has more than one tattoo, they're covered in them. So there's a direct correlation between the body piercings and the tattoos. I haven't seen that many that's branded that has a lot of piercings. The tattoos and body piercings, that seems to go more together. People have body piercings everywhere on their body, and I mean everywhere. No, I'm not going to go there, just when I say everywhere, I mean everywhere. and it's, it's just, it's demonic. It's just not right. Tongue piercings. You ever see those people with those balls in their tongue so big that they can't, bleh, bleh, bleh, they can't even talk right? Ball's about that big around. I was reading where it was made out of gold, stainless steel, or titanium. Why would you want a ball in your tongue that sticks up about that far and is about that big around? It, it doesn't make sense. And then they have those very large stretched earlobes. You ever seen that, where they got an earlobe out of there with a big thing in the middle of it? Listen, folks, the only place you found that, I remember watching nature shows when they find lost tribes in the jungles. That's where you found that. You didn't find it in civilized worlds. There was a Jewish scholar that said that they were talking, it might have been Glenbeck, I don't know, talking to this Jewish scholar. And he was asking him about this and he said, we are returning to the laws of the jungle. That's what that Hebrew scholar said. And I agree 100% with that. Now get this, there's one guy on there that's trying to convert his face over to looking like a bird's. Now folks, call it what you want, that's demonic. People's wanting to look like cats. I'm talking about, like Larry said, they're putting things in their skin to make their, like how a cat's face will poof out a little bit. They're doing all this. There's people that's even putting horns in their head. But one guy has, I read he has 110 tattoos, 50 piercings, had his tongue split, now listen to this, had both his ears cut off, and is now looking for a surgeon to turn his nose into a bird's beak. That's an empty soul. That is an empty soul. As I've stated, others are having horns implanted. They're literally having horns implanted by surgeons into their head. They're surgically having their eyes shaped like cat eyes, sharpening some of the edges of their teeth to look like canines, and having their fingernails shaped like claws, and they're covered in body tattoos, these poor souls. I had a thought come, your first tattoo, branding or body piercing, is your first step. to returning to the old pagan cultures of the past. That's the first step. Thank God not everybody goes, even those that may have many tattoos, thank God a lot of them do not go all the way to the paganism, or you're going to end up like that bird man. You don't want to go down that road. Now no God-fearing Christian society has ever, ever, ever accepted these things being done to the body whatsoever. Tattooing, branding, body piercing is all deeply rooted in witchcraft, demonism, mysticism, and other false religions. It's not of the Lord. In 1 Kings 18 verse 21 through 24, you'll read where Elijah had a showdown with the false prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel. And that's when he said, all right, now you all go out and holler for your God, and we'll see if he comes down and answers you. And it tells you in verse 28 that they cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets till the blood gushed out upon them. So this is an old, old way of worshiping pagan gods, is cutting yourselves. If you remember, Those of us that are older, when the terrorism started getting really noticeable around 1983, and those terrorists took over that jet. Ted, do you remember watching the news? And they were sticking their arms out and they were cutting themselves with glass. I said, what idiots? They've been doing that since the days of Elijah. But that one terrorist stuck his arms out and was cutting himself like, it don't matter what you do to me. He was cutting himself. Right on the news. Cutting the skin was done by the pagan false prophets of Baal, whom Elijah put to death. Because when Elijah cried out to the real God, he had water, he had trenches dug around the altar, and drums, or not drums, but just baskets or drums, concrete drums filled up with water. And bloody fire came down and consumed the sacrifice and all the water. You've got to read that. And that's what turned the nation of Israel from their pagan ways back to the Lord. That's what the Antichrist is gonna do after the rapture. Read Revelation chapter 13 starting around verse eight or nine. There's gonna be a false lamb come up and Satan is going to empower him to mock God with Elijah on Mount Carmel. This Antichrist, this false lamb that's gonna serve the Antichrist is gonna be able to cause fire to come down out of heaven and cause the whole world to line up and take the mark of the beast. You think Satan doesn't know the scriptures? He's duplicating what God did with Elijah 2,600 years ago. After the rapture, God's going to permit him to let his man bring fire down from heaven and deceive the people. It's amazing. But there's nothing Christian about tattoos. Nothing Christian. Now I can understand one may get convicted of it and may want to get their tattoo off, but I've heard it's painful. It can be costly. If you've got a lot, just thank God that he saved you. If you're a member of one of the Lord's churches, you be the best member you can be, and buddy, just be pleasing to Jesus. Your tattoos don't mean nothing here at this church, or it shouldn't mean anything to any other church. If God has saved you, you are washed in the blood and you're cleansed. and you're experiencing His love. So, you've got God's love, you're washed in the blood, and you just give all that you can to the Lord Jesus. Now, what does the Bible say about tattooing as we close? Branding and body piercing. Well, we saw what Ezekiel 18, verse 4 says, all souls are mine. So, that's one reason. But, 1 Corinthians 10, verse 21, you cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils. You cannot be partakers of the Lord's table and the table of devils. Whether you realized it or not, when you got a tattoo, you were sitting down at the table of Satan. And if a child of God who can never lose their salvation, if they become so backslidden that they get a tattoo, guess what you are doing? You are sitting down at the banquet table of Satan instead of the banquet table of Jesus Christ. That's not me talking, that's the Bible. So no person is to get any tattoos or brand their skin or put any body piercings on their bodies after they have trusted in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. even though our sins are washed away, if you've got a tattoo, that tattoo's still gonna be there. But that doesn't mean that the sin of you getting that tattoo or tattoos is with you today. You've been washed by the blood. You, my friend, are washed. That's for everybody. You are washed. Leviticus 20, verse 22 through 23 says, You shall therefore keep all my statutes and all my judgments, and do them that the land, whether I bring you to dwell therein, spew you not out. Verse 23, And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation which I cast out before you, for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhor them. God's saints are to stay away from this tattooing, body piercing, and branding. Why? Because it's got pagan cultural origins. It's not from the Bible, it's of the devil. Romans 12 verse 1 through 2. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice. Not a billboard. A living sacrifice. And when Paul wrote this, Christians by the thousands were presenting their bodies a living sacrifice. In other words, they were being put to death for their faith in Jesus. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. and be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." If a saved person goes and gets a tattoo, they're following after their will and not God's will. They're sitting down at the banquet table of Satan and not the banquet table of grace in Jesus Christ. In closing, only Jesus is qualified to have a tattoo. You know the Bible says that, don't you? If you want to turn there and look at it in closing, Revelation 19 verse six. Speaking of Jesus, he's coming out of heaven in verse 11. And I'll give you time to trace the last book of the Bible, chapter 19. Go on towards the back there, Brother Larry. Hey, you got a lot of red writing there. You're in Revelation. Just go on to chapter 19. Take your time. We're going to close down here. And the reason why Jesus alone, verse 16, is allowed to have a writing on his body is because he's the God who owns all bodies. It says in verse 16, and he hath on his vesture, or his clothing, and on his thigh a name written, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The only one who is able to wear that title is the only one that's allowed to have that writing on his body. I'm not the King of Kings, and I'm certainly not the Lord of Lords, and therefore I am forbidden by God to have a marking on my body. No one born of Adam's blood whom God owns, both their body and soul, has no right or permission from God to tattoo, brand, or body pierce any part of their body. And in closing, the reason for that is everything about you is God's property. So I hope this message has been a blessing to your heart. And it's not the unforgivable sin. And as I said, if you've been saved and you did all that before you were saved, God's taken care of that. And if you've done it after you're saved, you ask God to forgive you, and that's taken care of there. Okay? So the thing is, don't go on getting no more. Because God, you know, that's kind of like a kid that's saying, okay, Mommy, I won't do that no more. And then soon as she's out the door, back to the cookie jar. And then she's going to get, he or she's going to get twice the whipping. And so don't be playing with God, but I'm going to tell you something. God can whip a whole lot harder than our parents. And I'm going to tell you something, that's going to hurt because my mom has put a hurting on me a few times in my life. You don't want God whipping you. So think about this. and just thank the Lord that you're saved and that your body is the temple of the Lord after you're saved. It's not the temple of the Lord before you're saved, but once Jesus comes inside of you, you're like that tabernacle in the Old Testament. Your body's the temple of the Lord and Jesus Christ is living inside of you. Let's bow our heads. Father in heaven, in Jesus' name, we come for your throne. We thank you for this day of life you've given us. We praise you for our Savior. We praise you for him being our Lord and our Savior and our high priest. We praise you for him sitting at the right hand of thee. with a sacrificial wound still in His body. Help us to look to Him for our hope and strength and courage and for forgiveness of our daily sins. Help us to be looking for our Savior's any moment return. In Jesus' name I do pray, and amen.
