Wonderful Holy Spirit, we welcome your awesome presence in revealing your word to our hearts for this hour. Move upon the hearts of the hearers of this message, Holy Spirit. No one but you can bring conviction and draw men to Jesus. And Father, I thank you for your word and I thank you for the anointing that breaks the yokes of bondages. Jesus name to the book of Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verses 1 To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven in Romans 13 verse 11 and That knowing the time That now it is high time to awake out of sleep For now is our salvation nearer than when we believe. The night is for spent, the day is at hand. Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light. Our teaching comes in the form of a question. Do you know what time it is? Do you know what time it is? is if someone was to walk up to you, my friend, and ask you this question, what time is it? The first thing you would do is look on your arm if you have a watch, or maybe raise up your phone because it has a clock on your phone, or you would try to get somewhere to look at a clock to respond to the question that was just asked you, what time is it? Well, this is a different time that I want you to understand, my friend, because the question has been X. Do you know what time it is? I showed you from Ecclesiastes chapter three, verse one. Solomon is saying to everything, there was a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven. And then Paul tells us in Romans 13, 11, and that knowing the time, that now it is high time to wake out of sleep. I'm quite sure you're watching the news, my friend. And what you're seeing on the news is what the Bible said would take place. Jesus told us in Matthew 24 about wars, rumors of wars, earthquakes, pestilence, diseases, famines in so many different parts of the planet. And then Jesus said, these are the beginning of sorrows. That's only the start of what's to take place. But the question is being asked, do you know what time it is? The Bible talks about different times. And what I want to help you to understand is, in example, the Bible talks about set time in Genesis 21, verse 2. The Bible talks about appointed time, Exodus 23 verse 15. The Bible talks about last times, 1 John 2 verse 18. The Bible talks about harvest time, Matthew 13 verse 30. The Bible talks about perilous times, 2 Timothy 3 verses 1. The Bible talks about troublesome times, Daniel 9 verse 25. The Bible talks about fullness of time, Galatians 4 verse 4. The Bible talks about accepted time, 2 Corinthians 6 verse 2. The Bible talks about short times, 1 Corinthians 7 verse 29. Revelation 12 verse 12, the Bible talks about refreshing times, Acts 3 verse 19. But the kind of times I want to talk about, my friend, is three different ones. I want to talk about harvest time, I want to talk about short times, and I want to talk about accepted times. Because the question is being asked, do you know what time it is? Now, let me get with the harvest time. In Matthew 13 verse 30, Jesus spoke about a time of harvest. If you're a farmer, if you know anything about crops, you know there's a time in which to sow seed, and then there's a time in which to gather in the harvest, from the seeds you have taken time to sow. So in other words, there's a time to put seeds in the ground, and then there's a time to pluck up what you put in the ground. The harvest time I'm talking about, my friend, is a gathering of people into the kingdom. Do you know what time it is? And my friend, it's harvest time. It's a time where people are being gathered that's been out in fields. They've been out in the world. They've been out into all kinds of things, and there's a gathering of people. As I said earlier, if you're watching the news, my friend, there are many people that are swapping time for eternity. Notice, they're leaving time because if you're on the earth and you're hearing me, you're still in time. So that mean you're in time, but one day you're gonna leave time to go into eternity somewhere. And the somewhere, my friend, is either heaven or hell. There's no in between those places. Either people will leave time on the earth to go into heaven when they leave the earth, or people will leave time on the earth to go into hell when they leave the earth. But that's about choice. Choose you this day who you will serve. So let me get back to this. It's harvest time, a period which to gather in crops. And my friend, you're hearing the word today. And the purpose of the words you're hearing is to bring about an awakening to you as to what time It is, it's harvest time. It's time for you to come in if you have been out of the body of Christ. And then number two is short times. In 1 Corinthians 7 verse 29, Paul spoke about the time being short, meaning it's limited, not a whole lot of. Anything that's short, you have a lot you have a time span in which to deal with something. Let's say if time is coming down on a football game, they got four seconds left in the game, whatever they do between that time and the four seconds can result in the game even being won or lost. Paul spoke about the times being short. And my friend, as you listen to me, these are times that is so short You see things happening today, my friend, that you never dreamed would ever happen. You're hearing things happening to people. The times that we're in, my friend, as I brought out earlier, perilous times, there are dangerous times that we're in, troublesome times. But the kind of time I'm talking about now is short. God has shortened the times, and it's a reason. But we are living in times that is so short. You see people today and before the day is over, they're gone. I know what I'm saying. You see people today and before the day is halfway gone, they're gone. But we're in times that's so short, it's limited, my friend. And then number three, accepted time. That simply mean a consent to receive something offered. Accepted time. I want to show you this in 2nd Corinthians chapter 6. Listen to what Paul is saying. Verse 2, for he said, I've heard thee in the time excepted. Note, I've heard you in the time excepted and in the day of salvation. Behold, now is the excepted time. Excepted time for what? Excepted time for you that's listening to me, my friend. For you to surrender your life to Jesus Christ. It's time that you accept Jesus before you leave time. Because if you don't accept Jesus while you're in time, you will go to hell when you leave time. This is what the Bible teaches us. There's no such place as purgatory. place of waiting till God decide if he gonna let you into heaven no my friend Jesus said it like this I am the way the truth and the life no man come unto the father but by me Jesus said I am the door by me if any man into him he shall be saved and shall go in and out and find pasture so the question comes to you my friend Do you know what time it is? And Paul is telling us in 2 Corinthians 6, now is the accepted time. Behold, now is the day of salvation. Note something. Accepted time, day of salvation. Harvest time, short times. Accepted times. Harvest time it's time that you come in my friend Procrastination is what they call the thief of time and so many people have been putting off putting off Putting off. Yeah, I'm gonna get right. I could do it next week. I could get right next week I could do it next year. I will go to church next week. I see them next week the Bible say boast not thyself of tomorrow and For you don't know what a day gonna bring forth. What is tomorrow? Tomorrow, my friend, is a word. Tomorrow is something that people be looking forward to. But the Bible don't tell us. Behold, now is the accepted time. Wherefore, as the Holy Ghost say, today. He didn't say tomorrow. Today, if you will hear his voice, harden not your heart. Why is emphasis placed by the Holy Spirit on today? He didn't say tomorrow, he didn't say next week, because tomorrow is something that's not in your hand, but in the hand of God. But when you hear the word today, you have a decision to make today, my friend, and not tomorrow. Do you know what time it is? Harvest time. Short time. Accepted time. I brought you back in time, set time, appointed time, last time, harvest time, perilous times, troublesome times, fullness of time. Stay tuned for part two of Do You Know What Time It Is?
