Romans 4:5 may be the clearest passage in all of Scripture demonstrating that justification is by faith alone. Christ's righteousness is imputed (credited) to the believer, allowing us to have a restored relationship with our holy and just God. Justification and imputed righteousness are two key theological truths that must be understood by believers if they are to full grasp and rejoice in what God accomplished in securing our salvation, ensuring our salvation, as well the promise of our home with Him for all eternity.
