The Lord Our Good Shepherd

How is the Lord Jesus your Good Shepherd? He makes us to lie down in green pastures. The Lord leads us not only to rest but to a calm cool place to rest. We tend to pursue things that do not give rest. Sitting in front of a phone or TV for hours promising ourselves rest, but not finding it. Jesus leads beside cool waters, and are renewed in strength and vigor. The Lord restores both body and soul.
