This is the audio version of Liberty Gospel Tract TRE 122. The title is Emergency 911. One call brings help. If you live in an area that has 911 service, you can call that number for all police, medical, and fire emergencies. One number can help you with all of your emergency needs. There is also one call that can help you with your greatest need. The Bible says, Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14, verse 6. Unknown Emergencies? There have been many times when people's homes have been on fire, and they did not even know it. Someone passing by, or a neighbor, alerted them to the danger. This is a neighborly warning for you, because you, too, may be in such an emergency situation right now, one heartbeat away from an eternal fire. The Bible says, And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Revelation 20, verse 15. The Bible says, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Jude, verse 7. The Bible says, and I say unto you, my friends, be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear. Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell. Yea, I say unto you, fear him." Luke 12, verses 4 and 5. Heart troubles? No. High blood pressure is called the silent killer. Many people have it and do not even know it. Did you know that everyone in this world has heart trouble, including you? Are you willing to admit the truth? Some people can tell lies and make excuses so well that they escape detection by the people listening. But those tactics do not fool God. The Bible says the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked. Who can know it? I, the Lord, search the heart. Jeremiah 17 verse 9. What does God see in your heart? What is within you right now? You may not know it yet. but your body could be full of cancer inside. You may have some symptoms that you attribute to some other cause. Such is the way with sin. People blame their drinking, smoking, drugs, pornography, adultery, overeating, et cetera, on their relatives or the conditions in which they were raised. The fact is that all of those things are the symptoms of a bad heart. The Bible says, for from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, and evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. All of these evil things come from within and defile the man. Mark 7 verses 21 through 23. Are you ready to seek for help? Is this what you are thinking right now? Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity. and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God, Psalm 51, verses 2, 3, 9, and 10. Someone has already given blood for your heart condition. The Bible says the blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, cleanseth us from all sin. 1 John 1, verse 7. Who is the Lord Jesus Christ? The Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the Creator of heaven and earth and all things in it. He is God Almighty in the flesh. Your good deeds cannot pay for your sins, for the wages of sin is death. Romans 6, 23. Jesus loved you enough to die on the cross, giving his pure, sinless blood to pay the wages of your sin. The proof that Jesus successfully paid the wages of your sin is the fact that he arose from the grave." 1 Corinthians 15 verse 4. To be saved, you must call upon the Lord from your heart. The Bible says that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10 verses 9 and 13. Are you sorry for your sins? Then repent and call upon the Lord Jesus Christ right now. Ask him to forgive you and to cleanse you and to save you. After we ask the Lord Jesus Christ to save us, then God instructs us to get baptized under the water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Baptism does not save us. It is just the outward testimony that Jesus has saved us and that we now want to live for Him. The Bible says, therefore, we are buried with him by baptism into death, that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Romans six, verse four. My friend, would you bow your head right now and ask the Lord Jesus Christ to save you? He'll do it if you ask. Do it now. And then write to us.
