get disconnected with their history. What's all this statue removal, what's all this about? It's disconnecting us to our history. They're not gonna be satisfied with George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Lincoln, all those that's normally, you know, being prohibited to even talk against. They're gonna tear their statues down too. Anybody connected with American history is gone if they get their way. Amen. Can you believe what's going on with all this wokeness and sports? Sickening. What it is, is trying to raise up a generation brainwashed. Got no idea what I'm gonna tell you today. Now, whether Columbus is saved or not, I don't know. I don't know if he was, said he was. I'm gonna read you, I mean, he wrote all these journals. I'm just gonna repeat what he said. But I'm gonna talk to you about this verse here. And the only way America can be explained is Psalm 33, 12. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. and the people whom he had chosen for his own inheritance. Now I'm not talking about all Americans now. I'm talking about the remnant of saved people. That's what's made America great. And the principles this thing's been built on. If you, like a man's savior lost. IF YOU LIVE ACCORDING TO GOD'S PRINCIPLES, YOU'LL BE BLESSED BY IT. GOD BLESSES HARD WORK. GOD BLESSES HONESTY, WHETHER IT'S IN A SAVED MAN OR A LOST MAN. AND WHEN PRINCIPLES ARE SET UP THAT ARE BIBLICAL, GOD BLESSES THOSE PRINCIPLES. THAT DOESN'T MEAN ALL THOSE FATHERS AND FATHERS WERE SAVED. A LOT OF THEM WERE NOT. BUT THEY ALL, THERE'S NOT ONE MAN SIGNED THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. IT WAS NOT A GOD FEAR. THEY FEARED GOD. AND THEY BELIEVED THE WORD OF GOD. AND THERE WAS ALL THAT WAS ESTABLISHED. AND GOD LETS ME KEEP PREACHING THIS. IT ALL COME ABOUT BY THE GREAT AWAKENING. GOD CHANGED THE ATMOSPHERE OF AMERICA THROUGH A SPIRITUAL AWAKENING. in 1730s all the way up to about 1750 and 60, these men that are our founding fathers was raised in all that revival and all that acknowledgement of God and all their parents, their churches, and everybody in America about went to church in those days. So they heard the great things of God. We think about the secret of America. I'm gonna talk to you about the secret of America. The question should be asked in a better way, what is the source of American greatness? Never been a nation wealthy as this nation. There's never been a nation that the people have had liberties up till now. Freedom of speech. Freedom of the press. Freedom of expression. Freedom to assemble together. Freedom of religion. That's number one. Freedom to bear arms. Freedom to send grievances against the government. I mean, these are the liberties that we've enjoyed. It's called the first and second amendment. You can't have one without the other. There's never been a nation where people could flow freely across state lines, commerce and trade. Never been a nation like America. I don't think there will be till the Lord comes back. So I'm talking about the secret of America is that God the Lord has been the Lord of this country. Hey, there wasn't no Hindus. There wasn't any Buddhists. There wasn't any Muslims in our founding fathers. They were all influenced by Christianity. Now, it cannot be denied that America was started by religious dissenters. That's why they come. Why would you brave a 3,000 mile trip in a lapidated ship? I mean, packed in there like sardines. Families, women with children. Why would you do that? To come to a land where there's hostilities, where the unknown, not knowing what's gonna happen. The only thing could drive you besides money is religion. and they desired religious liberty just the fact that the pilgrims on the Mayflower had gone to Holland for eight years. They escaped all that tyranny of England and they went to Holland for eight years. They were dissatisfied there. That's why they come to America and give their lost possessions and many stayed in England to finance those that come. Those about 40 separatists come, religious dissenters, and they come from all around the world to come to this land so they could worship God according to the dictates of their conscience. Now, that cannot be denied unless you're a liar and rewrite history. The overriding providence of God in our very existence can be traced from our inception. Now, I'm not exalting the spiritual condition of Christopher Columbus or his men. but there's been a lot dumped on them that they weren't responsible for. A lot of this mayhem came from the conquistadors of Spain, Cortes, and a bunch of that group, and their crew, butchering Indians, butchering people, and Columbus has been tired and feathered with a lot of things he did not do, that a lot of that come after he had already discovered this land, and he didn't even know what he discovered. I certainly would not condone the actions of anybody that does wrong, but Columbus was motivated by faith. It's in his journals. Ain't nobody made this up. Ain't no preacher tried to divide what he thought. These are his writings. Think of the reality that the Lord kept the knowledge of America from the world, this rich land of resources. Can you imagine? All Europe didn't even know it existed. They didn't even know it was here. They'd all been here. And then when America was founded, here comes the Spaniards and the Portuguese and the French and the English. They're all wanting a piece of this rich land from sea to shining sea. But God kept the very existence of this country a secret from the world. Therefore, our natural resources have not been plundered. We're one of the wealthiest countries in the world. Natural resources, look at our boundaries. On one end, you got the Atlantic Ocean. On the west coast, you got the Pacific Ocean. Up north, you got Canada. In the south, you got Mexico. America has got probably untelling how many millions, hundreds of millions or billions of guns that people can protect themselves. And we've got a constitution that's second to none if it's interpreted right. I believe God raised this nation up for the last days. And the book of Matthew 24, 14 gives us insight. This is what Columbus believed. And the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations and then shall the end come. America has played a pivotal part as a world superpower. 1492 Columbus would sail the ocean blue. He would go westward from Spain. There's a reason that he did. Now Columbus was not the first European to discover America, oh no. When he did though, it was made known to the world. The Norwegian Viking, Leif Erikson, who lived from 975 to 1020 AD. So 500 years before Columbus ever come, Leif Erikson came and he said he was coming for the glory of God. Around 1000 AD, Christianity had taken hold in the Norwegian and the Denmark Vikings. He was the first priest to ever visit Greenland. His mission, he said, was to establish a church and preach the gospel of Christ to a native people. His voyage was blown off course and he landed in America. in what he called Vinlandic God, meaning good wine land. It is believed that he landed in Nova Scotia or Newfoundland. That's what happened to the pilgrims. They were coming to Virginia. They got blown off course and they ended up in Plymouth Rock, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The sovereign hand of God. Leif Erikson is going to Greenland. He got blown off course, ended up in Canada. I'm telling you, praise God for how that God does things providentially. No doubt, God left the discovery of this nation for the world to know that Christopher Columbus had to find this thing. It's an amazing thing to expand on God's providence. When Columbus was a baby, This is happening. God set him up for this voyage. 1453, when he was an infant, the Muslim Ottoman Turks besieged and conquered Constantinople. Say, what's the big deal about that? The big deal was, for hundreds and hundreds of years, that the Byzantine, Tanum, Tanium Empire, the Byzantines, their great empire, had conquered much of the world. The Christian city, Constantinople, was taken down by the Moslems. Anywhere Moslems go, they kill the women, rape the women, kill the children. Tell the men, they're a bunch of tyrants. And they allow no discourse or no disagreement. You line up with them, hook, line, and sinker, or you're dead. What happened was the Muslims controlled the trade routes. Now stay with me now. Who was over the slave trade to America? The Muslims. Did you know that? That's who's behind all that stuff. But they tortured, mayhem, and executed the people who professed to be Christians. Women violated, children sold into slavery. The magnificent city reduced to ruins. The Byzantine Empire that lasted 1,000 years was destroyed. Amazingly, those Muslims that bringing down of the Byzantine Empire will be the catalyst of 1492 when Columbus sailed the ocean blue. Why? Because the Muslims controlling all the trade routes, it means they hampered wealth, destroyed prosperity. Commerce was effectively cut off between Europe and Asia. That means between Europe and India, Europe and Japan, Europe and China. The Muslims cut down the trade because they controlled it. And they controlled all of Europe in the name of Allah, the trade routes. What's the mindset of Columbus? I bet y'all ain't never even heard this stuff. For the most part, You need to know how God was behind this. The mindset of Christopher Columbus was to reach the Orient, to Christianize it, to join forces with Asia, to turn back the threat of Islam. He went westward trying to find a new trade route to Asia. He didn't know we existed. He didn't even know what he discovered. He's going to China. He's going to Asia. He's going to be 12,000 miles from Asia, but that's what he's doing. He's going there to open up new trade routes between Europe and Asia. That's what motivated him. But besides that, here's what Columbus said. This is what he said. He said God gave him a vision to do this. He said no one should be afraid to take on the enterprise in the name of our Savior if it's right, if the purpose is purely for his service. Columbus said, the Holy Scriptures testify in the Old Testament by the mouth of the prophets and in the New Testament by our Savior Jesus Christ that the world will come to an end. Matthew, Mark, Luke have recorded the signs of the end of the age and I say that the sign which convinces me that our Lord is hastening the end of the world is the preaching of the gospel recently in many lands. So Columbus felt an urgency to open up the trade routes so that the gospel could reach the world. Did you know that? Yet not different than what you're being told. So he wanted to reach Asia for new trading and commerce routes. Number two, he wanted to use the proceeds from the expedition to recapture Jerusalem from the Muslims. Have you ever heard that? He wanted to take the wealth that he found in trade and go liberate Jerusalem from the Moslems and rebuild the Jews' holy temple and bring in a new age of the Holy Spirit. I don't know how he knew that. He's a lot of Christians in America don't even know that. The last day's connected to Israel. The last day's connected to Jerusalem. The last day's gonna be connected to that temple. They ain't built it yet. Columbus know that the last days the gospel had to go to the world and that Jerusalem had to be liberated and given back to the Jew and the holy temple built there. That's what he believed. He was a man of extreme determination. His first petition to finance him for this journey, he went to the Portuguese. They turned him down. Then it took years for him to convince the king and queen of Spain, Ferdinand and Isabel, to finance his trip. By the way, his name is called Christopher, which means crossed bear. Now again, I don't know if he is saved. It's hard to believe he wasn't saved. Well, he's talking. the insight this man had. Columbus writes in his book called the Book of Prophecies. That's where a lot of this comes from, his Book of Prophecies. His motivation, he said, was an old and darned attempt to sail west, seeking Asia. And of course he attempted that and he went the other direction, he didn't know that. Here's what Columbus said, it was the Lord who put in my mind I could feel his hand upon me to sail to the Indies. All who heard of my project rejected him with laughter, ridiculing me. There is no question that the inspiration was from the Holy Spirit because he comforted me with the rays of marvelous illumination from the Holy Scriptures. Science is a fraud in many areas. It's not science if it's not observable. How can you have science saying we come from evolution when there's nobody there to observe it? It's not a fact, it's a theory, and not even a good theory. Did you know that right now, listen to what I'm saying. You gonna put your confidence in science? 47% of new COVID-19 cases in England are by people that's been vaccinated. Did you hear that? 47% of the new cases are people that's been vaccinated. You don't know and I don't know the danger of that stuff. They made that stuff so quick. And there's a lot of, it's already enlarged in the hearts of young people. There's more people in the last month died from the vaccine that's died from COVID-19. They'll take you off of Facebook. They'll take you off of the internet if you even tell even the facts that are given by the CDC. Hey, we've been lied to. You go to the Bible, believe every word it says. You go to science with great skepticism. He would later write that the execution of his journey to the Indies. He said, I did not make use of intelligence because there were no maps. I did not make use of mathematics, maps. It seemed to be the fulfillment of what Isaiah prophesied. These are great and wonderful things, is what he said. By the way, some of the scientists of his day said, the earth's flat, you're gonna get out there and go off the side of the earth. You know what Columbus said? He said, the book of Isaiah said, God said, on the circle of the earth. He said, the earth ain't flat, the earth is a circle. That's what he said. These are great and wonderful things for the earth and the signs are that the Lord has hastened the end, the fact that the gospel must be preached to many lands in a short time. That is what convinces me. This is amazing. Because Columbus steadfastly believed that what he discovered was Asia till he died. He didn't even know he found America, not even till he died. He found the Bahamas, he thought that was the outskirts of China. What about that? You know why? You know why we call Indians, Indians? Because of Columbus. He thought he was in Asia. He thought he was in India. And he tagged the Native Americans with the name Indian. And it's so to this day. I'm talking about a man, had no idea what he discovered. That tells you and tells me that God had to be in this thing. When Columbus and his men left the Canary Islands, August the 12th, 1492, it'd be two months before they would spot land, and that land would be the Bahamas. After 71 days of this, there's already mutiny being mumbled among his men. In his diary, Columbus often repeated this refrain, on this day we sailed on, on this day we sailed on, on this day we sailed on. October the 12th, 1492. Columbus finally arrived in the new world. He was so excited he ran off the deck of the ship. He named the Santa Maria after the mother of Jesus. Weeping for joy, he looked up to God and proclaimed the words of the morning prayer he and his crew had been praying on their long journey. Here's the prayer. Blessed be the light of the day and the cross we say and the Lord of verity and the holy trinity. Blessed be the immortal soul and the Lord who keeps it whole, blessed the light of day and he sends the night away. What's the first thing Columbus did when he got off the shore? He erected a cross on the landing site, claiming this land for Christ. praying that God would send the gospel. He named the first island San Salvador, which means Holy Savior. Other lands would be named Trinidad, means Trinity. Veracruz means true Christ. Novidad, similar to our word Nativity, means Christmas. These Christian names remain to this day. One of the marks of the life of Columbus was the impact that the Holy Scriptures had upon him. Here's what some historians say. He was a man of prayer and unquenchable faith in divine providence, which enabled him to achieve in the face of adversities and hardships. Watch this now. When you think God talked to you, think about that. When you think God's talked to you, you'll do anything if you really believe it. No doubt God talked to this man. He had to. There's no other explanation. There's no explanation that he got the funding. There's no other explanation that he had the determination. There's no other explanation how God guided that ship to this new world that will become the breadbasket of the gospel to the world. I'm gonna tell you something you ain't heard in history books. Columbus forbid his men to give cheap gifts to the natives. He gave a thousand good and pretty things to win their love and induce them to become Christians. He didn't give them sorry gifts, that's that crowd that followed him. He gave them the best he had, trying to win their hearts so he could give them the gospel. He wasn't driven by greed and wealth and cruel and barbarity, bringing disease and violence to a peaceful native people. That's not Columbus, that's him that followed him. And I'm not taking up for everything he done, everything he screwed up, but I think somebody will stand up and say, stop the lying. Columbus depicted himself as a servant of God who implemented Christ's golden rule in his initial dealings with Native Americans. Columbus had faults, but he's been greatly misrepresented. I'll tell you where the fault lay was those Spanish conquistadors and the Spanish Inquisition. It's proper today to blame Columbus for things he has not done. City after city are not observing Columbus Day no more. They'll come down to America, he'll never be observed again. They'll tear every statue of him down. Besides Lincoln and Washington, more streets, more towns and cities are named after Columbus than any man in American history. They'll start changing the names of all the streets. Folks, do you see the brainwashing that's going on? Because you see one discrepancy in a man's life, you don't discount all the good that he did. God don't even do that. When you get, let me illustrate this. When you get to the New Testament, you know what God said about Abraham? We know what Abraham done, he didn't believe God. He went in there and lied about his wife. And he went in there and lived with Hagar, cause he's getting way up in years. And him and his wife, he let Sarah talk him in, having a child by her. Had a child by Hagar, Ishmaelites, for all them Muslims come from, Arabs. They've been fighting ever since. Abraham done that out of unbelief. God said, your wife's gonna have a child. You're gonna, and God waited if they were both, couldn't have children, he couldn't father one, she'd been sterile her whole life. Till God did a miracle, he wasn't gonna let them have a child, cause their boy's gonna be a promised miracle child. Now, you get to the New Testament, Brother Michael. What's the Bible say about Abraham? He staggered not at the promise of God to unbelief. Did you get that? But he did. But the New Testament said he didn't. Do you know why? Because God doesn't paint your whole life by one bad day or one bad month. God takes the totality of your life. God doesn't bring up all the sins of David in the New Testament. God doesn't bring up all the sins of Jacob in the New Testament. No, God gives the fullness of the culmination of their life. Why don't we do that to our forefathers? Well, Jefferson had slaves. Washington had slaves. What was their culture? Who are we to set in judgment on them? I'm not for slavery. But you don't discount all those men dead because of a blotch on their record. You don't throw out the baby with the bathwater if you got any sense. Now, like Bob Woodson, that great black man who was in the civil rights movement, he's seeing the era of what's happening now. He said, where's redemption? Where do you ever forgive? When do you ever get past it? And just picking a scab off all the time. When you ever say, God forgive us, we forgive them. We forgive people who are treating us wrong. Hey, a lot of my forefathers got killed by the Catholic church. Am I trying to declare war against the Catholic Church? No. Why? Because I got the gospel and you go on. Just keep bringing up this stuff of the past. Never recognize the liberty and the freedom we all got. Worst thing since the Civil War. You heard that nut? You ever heard that nut? Everything's worse since the Civil War. Here we are living in America and all this wealth. Have we lost our mind? You do know there's a conspiracy behind all this. Bring down this country. Surely you see that. But nobody can deny the impact Christianity had on Columbus. Columbus, here are some of his faults. He was a bad administrator. He was governor of Hispanola, the Caribbean modern day of Dominican Republic in Haiti. He lacked administrative skills. So, he's not perfect, but it's for the spread of the gospel and that'll be taking Jerusalem back and taking it away from the hands of the Muslims. Columbus went out for God. His followers went out for gold. question. Why did God let white Europeans, Bible believers, discover America? or settle America. Columbus was from Spain, Catholic. Why did God not give this country to France? Catholic. Spain, Catholic. Portugal, Catholic. He give it to the settlers from England, the religious dissenters that wanted religious liberty. Oh, I know that's unwoke to say that, but it's just the truth. America was settled and raised up on Christian principles. The greatest, freest, wealthiest nation, and at times a godliest nation. Back in the 1718, I mean godly, early 1900s, it was the children of the Europeans that settled this nation, that took the gospel to the world. Ain't that a blessing? Are we superior? There are no superior races. No, Christ died for all the races. I love all the races. There's a big difference in the races. There's a difference in culture. If you don't know that, your brain's on vacation. There's a difference in our background that does not negate the fact there are no superior races. Were the white European superior races? No, it wasn't their superior, God chose them. That's what made the superiority, God, not the people. While America is being settled by these Bible believers, it was bloody France that was killing Bible believers in France, like the Waldensians. Why do you think the Waldensians, those that came to America, they just hid out in the mountains, the Alps of Italy and France? Why? Because the Catholic Church almost annihilated them. Look at the Huguenots, look at all those Christians that the Catholics in France almost totally destroyed. What about bloody Spain that financed the Spanish Inquisition? That went down in South America and they'd take those little native people and they'd put a sword to their throat and say, like the mass, here's the bread, the literal body of Jesus, are we gonna eat God? Here's the cup, the literal blood of Christ. If they said no, it's symbolism, they killed them. And all South America's Catholic. You know what? Went down with the sword and forced conversion. Bible believers don't do that. We don't force nothing. We believe in persuading people with the gospel and persuading power of the Holy Spirit. It was bloody Spain. that stole the property from the Jews and run them out of their country. It was bloody France that killed the Jews. It was bloody Germany and bloody Europe, bloody Russia that started the pogroms. It was bloody Europe that's been the greatest enemy to the Jewish people. And America became the refuge of over 6 million Jews. Probably 7 million by now. And a bunch of them live in New York City. And a bunch of them live in Florida. And it wasn't just a couple years ago that Israel itself had more Jews than America did. It was bloody Germany. Response for World War I, World War II. What I'm trying to say, while they're over there bloodying and killing innocent people, God's raising up a nation with its flaws. Yes, yes, yes. With its flaws. But let's not get hung up in the flaws and miss all the good. There's something being done right here. We don't build walls to keep people out from leaving here. We build them or we were building them to keep illegals from getting in here. This is the nation everybody wants to come to. If God is sovereign, you know if you're saved, you know he is. God's in control. If you acknowledge that God's in control and God's sovereign, then you've got to acknowledge that God chose Christopher Columbus to discover this thing to the world. And he did. You know what we need to see? We need to see the big picture. Dwight D. Eisenhower said, 1955, without God, there could be no America. No American form of government, nor an American way of life. Recognition of the supreme being is the first and most basic expression of Americanism, thus the founding fathers saw it, and thus, with God's help, will continue to be so. Is that not a great statement? Amen. So what am I trying to say? I'm trying to say God's in charge. God sent him over here. God built this thing with who he did. Amen. God's intervened in our history so many times. We need him to do it again. Let me close giving you some facts. Florida was controlled by Spain. Louisiana was controlled by France. New France went all the way from Louisiana all the way to Canada. New France was a whole lot bigger than New England. So you got the English over. You know how the English and French hate each other. I mean hate each other. And they still hate each other. Boy, they've been in 20 some wars. So the English has got the East Coast. France has got the Middle East country. And France is a whole lot bigger. Who can deny that God had to be in this right here? You ever called the Louisiana Purchase? Huh? The acquisition of the Louisiana Purchase. You know how that happened? It's amazing. France got bankrupt and they were the one company that were fighting the French and Indian War. Oh yeah, bankrupted them. Then Napoleon's trying to conquer the world and they're bankrupt. And God let them get bankrupt so they'd be willing to sell what they got in America. 1803, Napoleon Bonaparte sold all this territory for $15 million. $18 per square mile. 888,000 square miles. Napoleon being drunk on power, but out of money, because of all these conflicts with England. The acquisition came under Thomas Jefferson. The prize, listen to this, America could have never expanded. America could not have had commerce, had we not taken control of the Mississippi River. Y'all know your history. And with the acquisition of the Louisiana Purchase, We got New Orleans, the port of New Orleans, and total control of the Mississippi River. The purchase nearly doubled the size of the United States at the time. Listen to this right quick. I think it's worth me going through and listing these states. I'm talking about God. I'm talking about God's providence in the life of a nation. The purchase of the Louisiana Purchase was included land from 15 present U.S. states and two Canadian provinces. When we got the Louisiana Purchase, it included the entirety of Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, large portions of North and South Dakota, the area of Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, east of the Continental Divide, the portion of Minnesota, west of the Mississippi River, the northeastern section of New Mexico, the northern portion of Texas, New Orleans, and the portions of the present state of Louisiana, west of the Mississippi River. We almost doubled the size of this nation by one purchase. $18 a square mile. Y'all getting this? Who but God can do these things? In 1830s and 40s and on, you got the development of the railroad system that connected east to west. And that changed everything. Amen. Then the acquisition of Alaska from Russia. Y'all ever thought about that? Alaska used to be Russia. Where we'd be right now, our security, if Russia had Alaska. Man, wealth, untapped wealth. Gold, oil, lumber, timber. I'm talking about unbelievable wealth in the state of Alaska. The acquisition from Alaska from the Russian Empire, October the 18th, 1867. They'll become the 49th state in 1959. October 18th, 1867, the purchase of Alaska added 586,412 square miles of new territory, $7.2 million. We bought Alaska from Russia for 37 cents an acre. I'm trying to emphasize what we're seeing in America has been God. But we need Him to inspire us again. Cause our enemy's not without, it is with. It's China, but it's within. America is a miracle nation in her history. We gained our independence from defeating the greatest army in the world, the greatest empire. Do you know that? We done it by outlasting them. They got to bring goods 3,000 miles away. We wasn't winning no wars, we were doing like Nathaniel Greene. Nathaniel Greene go down south. They put Nathaniel Greene in charge, but we got to winning. We didn't win by winning, we won by running. What we do, we go pick a fight. Like going up to somebody's sucker punch and take off running. That's what we'd do. We'd take off running. Here's Cornwallis, got all these supplies. He's got to move all these men. He can't catch up with us. And they got to stop and rest. And then Nathaniel Green hit them again. Sucker punch them again. Take off running. That's how we got to New Yorktown. That's how we finally defeat them. The French got here with their Navy, Chesapeake Bay. And we come at them from the south and from the west. And we besieged them at Yorktown. All because Nathaniel Green. Wisdom from God to do the cat and mouse game. Don't emphasize this. Look at France. I know a great preacher. I ain't talking about no easy-believing preacher. I'm talking about one preacher of gospel. He preached in France, in churches, for 30 days, saw not one convert. I mean, shut down. We're talking about Spain. You ever heard of strong churches in Spain, Italy, France? No. There's not even many left in England. There's some left and in Northern Ireland. If France or Spain or England had controlled this nation, we'd never had the rights we got. We'd be run by parliament. We'd be run by king up until that was done away with. What am I trying to say? Our independence from England is what gave us all this liberty. There's never been a nation in the world support Israel like the United States. Oh, that's right. England don't. England's not Israel's great ally, never has been. They're the ones put out the white papers. They're the ones kept them from migrating back to Israel. A bunch of those Jews could have been safe and England shut them down. What about France? Why do you think Hitler invaded France, went through there like a knife through butter in two weeks? You know why? The way they done the Jews. You know why Poland got the shape they got in? The way they done the Jews. In America, the Bible believers in this country have always believed in supporting the Jews. I said this in Sunday school, if God don't intervene, our towns, our cities are going up in anarchy. when he got to intervene in our nation? Are you seeing what's happening to the United States military, Mark Milley? Have you read that stuff? Hey, America's supposed to be run by civilians, not the military. What a fool he is. What about the deep state, the FBI, CIA, the enemy of the people? infiltrate those people on January the 6th. They're the ones instigated all that. The FBI. You know why? To destroy President Trump and his followers, and merely that crowd called Trump supporters Nazis. And there wasn't one weapon confiscated in the Capitol building. And the cops opened the doors and let them in. Huh? It's a total setup. We need God to intervene in our nation, our churches, our families, our people, and us individually. I believe this stuff. I believe it. You say, well, Columbus was a dog. Is that right? Then God sent a dog, didn't he? Well, I'm sorry, yeah, I'm sorry, Spanish, you're right about that. Columbus, we owe God sending him to find this thing. And again, he thought it was on the outskirts of Asia till he died, had no idea what he found. That's what you are, and you got saved, and you didn't have no idea what you just found. So my question to you is, God intervened in America. Listen, we're not gonna survive if you don't intervene again. I mean, we can for a while, but man, this thing's shutting down. You see it. You cannot tax your way into prosperity. Biden has spent, put more debt on this country in six months than Obama did the whole time. and inflation's going sky high. They're printing money by the trillions, making the money less value. That causes inflation. Anybody with any sense knows that. then why are they keep on doing it? Now they're wanting a four trillion, and some of them wanting a six trillion infrastructure program, which most of that's a giveaway to their political friends. Why? Why are you gonna keep printing money? Look, gas increased 40% in six months. We're under the curse now, buddy. Look how much a dozen eggs is costing some places. His thing's going sky high. Why are they doing it? Do you understand why they're doing it? You understand we've got a puppet up there that don't even know his name, pulling his strings to bring down this nation, to bankrupt it, to cause the people to run out. And this ain't no conspiracy theory, you're seeing it. It's obvious what's happening. Buddy, we need God. Just like it's Camp Victory, we need God to come in this place and touch our people. In the midst of all this meltdown, I want us to love on Him and worship Him and be excited about Him. And keep believing. He's done it before, He can do it again. Amen. And I praise His name. Question, Sister Lisa, you come. Question, has God ever intervened in your life? If He did, He didn't leave you like you were. He changed you. When God intervenes, He transforms. When God transforms, He gives you faith. He gives you some perseverance. He gives you fellowship with Him. And if you're not saved here today, God may have set this whole thing up for you to see the answer to America is people getting saved and living for God. Let's have enough salt that will preserve us and enough light to keep mercy on us. Okay, let's bow our heads, will you? I don't know if we're gonna sing here or not. God, we need God. Wife's got little old Ellie here today, Ryan's girl. There ain't no hope for them babies. God don't do something for us folks. I don't know what it's gonna take for God's people to ever get serious again. We gotta be in a bread line, huh? Get serious about serving God, taking advantage of the opportunities we've got. You've heard the word repent, get right with God, turn from evil ways, turn to the Lord. Oh God. I tell you some good news, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. See, salvation doesn't come by just saying words. Confession, belief is in the heart. It's in the innermost man. It's in your emotions, your affections, your mind. Your will is all involved. When you surrender and you believe the gospel, I don't mean believe about it, but when you trust Christ and Him alone to be your Lord and Savior and to forgive you. You may have been to the altar in some church or this church. You may have prayed prayers, and I'm not against praying prayers, but you never, like Tracy's mama, just struggling. Don't have the assurance God's really intervened in your life. If he's calling you, come during the day. Say, Preacher, I've done that before. Well, don't do what you've done before. That's why you didn't get saved. This time, mean it. You might have meant it the last time, but it comes by divine revelation. Only the Holy Spirit can show you you're lost, and only the Holy Spirit can really point you.
