Sir, are you clear that the Abaddon men were trained to a great extent? This is what they give to their children. They sacrifice, so they can improve their life, their lifestyle, their life. They sacrifice their own children, their own babies, their own prosperity. I was astounded by the gravity of how bad they were, how well prepared people could be to do that on their own. So, you know, it's not that much of a mess, but I find people who are prepared to do it. And then, this is what I do for the moment. And so, Joshua, although he's persuaded, and I believe, he trusts that God will deliver the city to himself, yet he uses the normal means of background knowledge. And so he sent his men into the city. And they come into the city, and he told they came to a harlot's house. In the providence of God, they come to this particular house, and they're told by a prostitute. Now, can you tell the difference? Was she really a prostitute? He says, harlot. or a plantation in India. That is a Jewish tradition. What is that? It's the folk saying, well, it's not actually a prostitute, it's a warrior. You can give her a harlot, you know. It's more like get a small hotel. Now, I don't think we have anything between the second edition Let's look at the word common. What if I've made a little mistake? Here's an example of what is common. Remember, this is all I can say to you before we pray. And the word in the Hebrew and the word in the Greek in the New Testament, both are words used of a common connotation. And in fact, when it comes to the New Testament, you will know the word because it's part of it. And maybe that's one example. There's no doubt about this. Now, you could use a vision of it. You could use a vision of what she's in the room. But she, in her defense, is saying, it's not there. And she says, yes, it's there. But it's only a spot in the room. But it's not in the room. Now, so now we'll come into the, what I call, the practice of this. She came, I said, we have to go to the professor. And the people in Germany said, well, what's happening down south? What's happening up north? And they were saying, well, the big story is that these people, there's hundreds of thousands of them, these people who were slaves in Egypt for 400 years, they have suddenly, they left them there and they've wandered around for 400 years and now they're coming out and there's hundreds of thousands of them. And they've been led by a man called Joshua. And they've only got one God. One God. You're a big people, you're a great people, you're lots of gods, hundreds of gods, a people of the Divine God, even a very poor people of the Divine God. And this God of the earth, they call Him Yahweh, of the woman, this God of the earth seems to be doing amazing miraculous things. He divined the well to see if people walked across it. Oh, there must have been a wind, and there must have been a kind of a season of it. Well, I mean, yes, God willed the wind, God caused the wind, but then as he got clear and bare on his horses, the wind changed, and they all ran. And it was these things, sire and all, fighting men, big arms. Did he somehow, some way, look for the worst person in general and said that's the person in whom I will work so my grace might be glorified and magnified in the centuries to come as people look back and find out about this woman who was a prostitute but became an ancestor who was the beginning of my son? You see, not in the way that we have at home, but in the way that we live. That is really all the time that we do whatever we need to do, but it's not the only time. You see, now that I'm here, it's not just me. I'm afraid of solitude. Good people, morally good people Our trouble is that they're busy because they are so good and so respected, they feel they don't need to be seen. It's all just slurred in front of you, isn't it? You're just keeping it tidy. It's a little bit nasty, isn't it? I just don't know whether it's a good thing or a bad thing. I keep it clean, so it's nice. Every other thing. There is. There is.
