This text closes the subject of condemnation. Paul set before the saints at Rome fourteen evidences proving that both Jew and Gentile stand condemned for sin under the law of God. The whole world is guilty before God. It is inexcusable for sin and subject to an inescapable judgment by God in that final day of judgment.
