Okay, so welcome again to our live stream where we try and present our sermon every Sunday morning. We want to thank everyone for whoever has decided to worship with us and listen to our sermon. Today will be part two in our political sermon concerning the election. Last week we went over some things concerning what's going on. The main message we wanted to get out last week is that none of these things are worth fighting over. The federal government And especially the office of the president was never meant to be so important that it affected the country so much. And we'll talk about more of that today. And we talked about the sad fact that families are breaking up, as if anyone in the Democratic Party actually cared about you, or if anyone in the Republican Party actually directly cared about you or your family. It's very sad. And one of the main problems we had for this election, it concerned people fighting over who was going to be placed on the Supreme Court after the notorious RBG, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, our liberal justice, had passed on. And people on the Democratic side, our leftist friends, were very concerned. They thought that someone should be placed after the election hoping to get a Democrat. And we had many Republicans who were very upset that they wanted to get a Republican justice confirmed. They think that this would actually help the situation with the country concerning the gay marriage, the sodomite marriage decision, as well as the abortion question. That maybe Roe versus Wade should be overturned. But you see how ignorant all of us have become as a people and as a nation. We don't know our history. And if anyone is still concerned about this, have them listen to the sermon last week, where we use feelings many times over facts, but this ministry is about facts and not feelings. It was a Republican Supreme Court that was present, majority Republican, quote, fake conservative Supreme Court, that voted in favor of abortion in America. had nine justices, I believe there were six that were Republican, and most voted in favor for it. The decision was seven to two, and the two dissenting votes that said, no, killing children in a womb is wrong, was one Republican and actually one of the Democrats, who was a great Supreme Court justice, that voted against it. And it was the same thing with sodomite marriage. President Bush, the so-called Christian president, appointed the so-called conservative justice, and Justice Roberts consistently sides with the liberals. So we lost, people are beating each other up and are fighting over this. Meanwhile, just let Judge Barrett be confirmed because we get more lawlessness on the Supreme Court when Republicans are in control. So if you're a Democrat or a liberal person, you would want more Republicans to be confirmed. They are never going to overturn Roe versus Wade, not without some type of revolution in the country, and they're not going to overturn sodomite marriage, so it's a non-issue. And then we spoke about how the most powerful branch that they're supposed to be in our government is the Congress. They are supposed to be people that work the hardest and they work the least, and they place the burden upon the President and the Supreme Court, which should not be. These were supposed to be two of the weaker branches. All the president was supposed to be concerned with is a violent insurrection, people trying to take over our nation, protecting us from a foreign enemy, and working out foreign relations and certain trade deals. But the economy and education and health, all this was supposed to be left to the states and private citizens. But because we are an ignorant group, because we have been addicted to pornography and sports and just entertaining ourselves to death, we don't even know how our government functions. So we went over the basics. Three branches of government. The most important is the Congress and they are the most paid off and they do the least work. So today we're going to continue with our sermon series. And we talked about how, as a Christian, there are two things you need to know. First of all, how you're saved. which is through the work of Jesus Christ on the cross. The Son of God died and paid for your sins and my sins. And for whoever in the world that will confess His name, confess Him as King, you can be rescued from your wickedness, from your sinful life, regardless if you're 40, 50, 60, if you're in your 80s and you've never come to Christ, you can be saved through repenting, and grabbing on to Jesus, the Jesus that died on the cross for you. And we're saved by faith alone. But at the same time, we're not antinomian against God's law. Once you understand you're saved by your faith, you're saved unto good works. You're not saved to be a pig. You're not saved to live the same sinful life you lived before you came to Christ. And if you really want to know how to love God and your neighbor, you need to know the Ten Commandments. And I'm very thankful one of Dear friends of our ministry mailed to my house great cheat sheets of the Ten Commandments, and I actually want to call him and his wife and thank them. And it was a wonderful thing they did. You have to know that you're saved by faith. You have to know about the cross. You have to know about God's law. How do I know how to act with my neighbor? How do I love my neighbor? Through the Ten Commandments. Jesus explained the Ten Commandments and emphasized them. So it's not I just have nice feelings towards my neighbor and that's how I show love. I show love through the Ten Commandments. I don't murder him. I don't kill his family and destroy his inheritance by committing adultery with his wife. I don't bear false witness against him by saying things that aren't true. I don't envy the possessions that he has. So a lot of Christians, because they are lawless, and they don't understand Christ's commands, that they are the Ten Commandments, and, oh, we're no longer under the law. We're no longer under ceremonial law. and following the moral law cannot save us, but it is our guidebook for how we are to love God and love our neighbor. Would any insane person maybe some pastors, but would any person that reads the Bible think that since Jesus Christ came and died for our sins that we no longer have to worship or keep a one out of seven day of rest for our Lord to honor him? Would anyone think that? That we're not to worship at least one in seven days? Would anyone think that now since Jesus came we can make idols? It's okay? Maybe if you're the Pope, you know, that Jack Garris Bergoglio, you think that gay marriage is fine and worshiping idols is fine. But most Bible-believing Christians know better that because Jesus came, we can't worship idols now. We can't take his name in vain. Do you think God would be happy with us, those who became Christians? Oh, now we're not under the law. I could take God's name in vain. I could blaspheme his name. Of course not. So God's moral law is our guide and it stands. And when we have a culture, and Western European culture, especially now the Anglosphere as we call it, our heritage from our Northern European brothers, especially in England, that gave us a great expression of the Christian faith, They gave us this great thing of biblical law and then their common law for a while was based on biblical law. We have the freedoms we have in this country because of the Christian tradition contained in the Anglosphere. And we are losing it. We're already socialists and we're heading towards communism. And if you vote for Joe Biden in this election, make no mistake about it, it won't save us voting for President Trump. It'll just buy us a little more time. We're going in that direction anyway. But there is definitely a difference between the candidates this year. Because one will take us at warp speed into Venezuela type socialism. And this is what our elite friends want. Communism benefits rich people. Those who made their money through capitalism no longer want to compete and they want to be the designated companies forever to make money. They don't want you or I to start a car company or a computer company or an alternative stock market and be able to compete with them. And that's why people are confused. And they say, why would the rich and influential billionaires, trillionaires, want communism because they want to stay on top. But they will be thwarted. They will be defeated. But make no mistake about it, they're coming for our freedoms. They're already going after our freedoms. So let's get into our sermon today. I've said a lot. I want to explain myself. And I want to speak about a somewhat popular minister in Christian circles that came out and wrote a letter concerning President Trump and the election, but let's get into the beginning of our sermon. Let's pray. And then we will explain why we are in the situation that we're in. So let's pray. Almighty God, we ask Lord that you give us wisdom. You give us strength. You give us your real Holy Spirit to help us to parse through these issues with the upcoming election. And also, Lord, to help people understand that we need to covenant together according to your law as Christians. We need to support one another. No man in the world is going to help us, only the principles of Jesus Christ. So we pray, Lord, that you will bless us today, that you would give us clarity, that this sermon would bring peace and comfort, not division, that people would understand there is nothing worth revolting over, regarding what happens on November 3rd. That it's going to be Americans maturing again, understanding their faith, understanding their heritage, and understanding how our government works, and how far we've drifted away from our founding principles. That's what counts. Raising our families in a godly way. So we pray, Lord, that you would bless this word. And we ask that the real Holy Spirit, the one that makes us understand your word and keeps us righteous in thought, word, and deed, that that Holy Spirit would be with us today. And we thank you always in the name of your Son, our King, Jesus Christ. Amen. So the title of today's sermon is John Piper Made Trump. And the reason why we have this title today is because Pastor John Piper, His type of theology, his reckless biblical teachings have contributed to the country we have and it has made leaders like our president and many of the fake evangelical leaders we have, it's made them seem like they are somewhat Christian or responsible Christians. Now, let me make this clear as I begin this sermon before I get any type of crazy emails and other correspondence. I am not saying Pastor John Piper is not a Christian. I am not attacking his wife. I am not attacking his children. These are things that as Christians we should never do. So I'm not attacking the man personally, his faith. I am not attacking his wife or his children. And I am not saying that he is not a Christian. I am saying he disqualified himself a long time ago from being any type of Christian leader or pastor, and he should be silent to protect his own soul. And we'll be getting into that. So pastors like John Piper, his old partner in crime for a while, or Mark Driscoll, disgraced people, Dave presented Christianity as lawless, as hedonistic, and John Piper even teaches a type of hedonistic Christianity, a doctrine he came up with, and he said he likes the racy title to get people to think, but we know as Christians historically, no one would link hedonism and Christianity together. And the way these guys tricked a lot of evangelicals is they're a part of this new Calvinist group that because they claim to follow Tulip or the Five Points of Calvinism, it automatically makes them conservative. They are fake Christian conservatives, just like we have fake conservative leaders in the government. And the reason why our country is suffering, like I pointed out last week, there are no longer conservative politicians or conservative pastors by and large. We are all liberals. It's just what degree of liberal are you? And that's why the title of last week's sermon was Trump the Democrat. John F. Kennedy who was considered a liberal by most in his day, was so conservative by today's standards, he would neither get the Republican Party nomination nor the Democratic Party nomination. He would be a pariah in politics. Because even though he supported civil rights and some of these other things, that some people disagree with, he was not for gay marriage, he was not for abortion, and he was not for euthanasia, and he actually was a patriot who wanted to keep America strong and safe from her enemies. So, we are all liberals today. John Piper is a liberal pastor. He should not be conservative in any way, shape, or form. Same thing with Tim Keller, or Mark Driscoll, Are they Christians? Yes. I'm not challenging their Christianity. You can be a horribly immature Christian and still be a Christian. And you could be a good family man. But there's a different standard when you want to speak in front of people and be a Christian leader. And these guys that invent new things instead of just going to the Bible and sticking with traditional Christian doctrine always get themselves into a mess. Now the first point I want to make for today's sermon concerning our president, concerning our culture in general, is that Western European society, that means the Christian West, that means the Reformation that came out of the Catholic Church and developed a beautiful faith. through the creeds and confessions, and its high point was the Westminster Confession of Faith, which also the Baptists borrowed from with the London Baptist Confession. That type of Christianity, telling men that they're personally responsible, that they need to live holy lives, that men need to be leaders in the home, that women have value and they're the cornerstone for raising children in the home and that strong families make powerful churches. That's what gave us traditional American culture. That's what made us free. That's what made England so free for a while. They're in a police state now and we are quickly devolving into a police state. But that culture is gone. We have deserted biblical principles We have embraced Enlightenment principles where man is God and his thinking is king and we're losing our rights. So Western European society is in the final stages of a massive collapse. All of our essential institutions including the family, school, church, and state have been purged of biblical values. The Lord is left with biblically illiterate people to carry out his judgment. God uses horrible people at times to carry out his judgment. So you will have men that are extremely immature, just like both candidates in this election. They can't hold a family together. They can't raise children that are godly many times. They are a mess with their sexual habits and the way they behave. But if that's all God has to use to rule over a wicked nation like us, then that's all he has. And I'll prove it to you. Please turn to the book of Judges with me, chapter 16. We're going to read a little section concerning Samson. Now Samson was one of the judges in Israel. If you remember the time and the situation that God's people found themselves in, in the book of Judges, they were an immature mess. And many of their judges were an immature mess. And it sounded just like the United States and many European nations today. The men were so horrible they needed to be led by women. The leadership was so bad, the caliber of men, they were so immature. They were so focused on their lusts and their desires that they could not faithfully lead the people but God used them anyway. And this is the situation we have with our current president. He's a lustful man. He's undisciplined. He should not be held up as some type of example by evangelicals, but I will tell you, he's an old school liberal, he is a patriot, and he does stand against things like child trafficking and pedophilia. And God will use someone this wicked in their lives to bring judgment upon the wicked if he needs to. Don't believe me? Let's read about Samson. There have been movies made about the judge we call Samson, most powerful man that we have in the Bible, a Herculean figure. like the Greeks had in their mythology, but Samson was real. It wasn't just a story or a myth. Samson was a mess. He was a lustful, confused mess, but God still used him. And in many of the Samson movies, his character is so bad, his character traits leave so much wanting, that they skip over this part about Samson. So let's go to Judges chapter 16. Let's read verses 1 through 6. Then Samson went to Gaza, and saw there an harlot, and went in unto her. And it was told the Gazites, saying, Samson is come hither. And they compassed him in, and laid wait for him all night in the gate of the city, and were quiet all the night, saying in the morning, when in his day we shall kill him. And Samson lay till midnight, and arose at midnight, and took the doors of the gate of the city, and the two posts, and went away with them, bar and all, and put them upon his shoulders, and carried them up to the top of a hill that is before Hebron. And it came to pass afterward that he loved a woman in the valley of Sarik, whose name was Delilah. And the lords of the Philistines came up unto her and said unto her, Entice him, and see wherein his great strength lieth, and by what means we may prevail against him, that we may bind him to afflict him, and we will give thee every one of us eleven hundred pieces of silver. And Delilah said to Samson, Tell me, I pray thee, Wherein thy great strength, liar, and wherewith thou mightest be bound to afflict thee. So Samson's weakness was his lust, his out of control lust, his pride, the pride of his character, the pride in his strength, in his position as a judge of Israel. When Samson went to be with this harlot and then on top of that was trying to have relations with Delilah, he was already married. So God, when all he's left, if those are his choices, men that are a train wreck, he still has to use somebody. And that's our message. That men can be wicked, but still have certain qualities that God wants to use to either fight evil or complete judgment on a nation. And that's what we have in this president. And John Piper should be the last one to write a letter concerning the pride of people and the pride of Donald J. Trump. when he fully supported men like Mark Driscoll and other heretics that turned our faith into licentiousness. These are the people that say we're justified by faith alone, claim to be Calvinist, and then behave like pigs. The young pastor that John Piper had supported for a long time was Mark Driscoll. Mark Driscoll was a minister, number of years ago who had a popular following and he explains the way he gained his following was teaching the song of Solomon and all the sexuality contained in it and he made his mark and brought people into his church by constantly speaking about sex. And this is the same pastor who said Christian couples should use sex toys in their relationships and had links where you could buy sex toys for you and your spouse. He wore shirts like Mary is my homegirl with pictures of Mary. He wore shirts with the images of Jesus during his presentations and claimed to be a conservative Calvinist pastor. This is the disgustingness that John Piper was involved in. But we'll get to that in a moment. So be very careful who you criticize, because pastors will be held responsible first for what they've done to this nation. And that's the second point in our sermon, and we'll get into this John Piper mess. Who, by the way, I agree with much of his letter. Much of what he said was true. But because of the way he's acted in the past, and he's all of a sudden coming out against a president who is in no way as bad as George Bush was, or Mitt Romney. It's very suspect, the timing of the letter. And by the way, for those ministers who want to cave in and they're scared, if the communists gain power, they will kill all of us. It doesn't matter if you are a nice person, or if you did everything they said. If you stand for biblical Christianity, Or if you are a true conservative in any way, they will also kill you. So you are not scoring points. And this goes for all those leftist people riding out in the streets. Study the history of the communist revolution. Once the communists get what they want, they will kill you first because you are the troublemakers. And you will be so disappointed when you see what real communism is and that you're not in the club once they come to power. They know you will be angry and they will have to kill you first. That is history. Those are facts. Study what happened in Hungary. Study what happened in Czechoslovakia and Russia. Study what happened during the French Revolution. You who support the revolution will get it first just like Robespierre did and just like Trotsky did in Soviet Russia, Bolshevik Russia. So the second point in our sermon Church leaders will be held most responsible for teaching aberrant doctrine from the pulpit. Pastors like John Piper and Mark Driscoll should resign from their ministry and remain silent for their own protection. Pastors that really care about these men should tell them shut up already and stop commenting like a leader to protect your own soul Not out of anger to help you stop speaking as a leader. You've already been disqualified You're going to bring judgment upon yourself You cannot separate Calvinism from Covenant Theology and Creedal Christianity. So you cannot just grab the five points of Calvinism, which by themselves amount to nothing, without having a Biblical worldview and understanding what Covenant Christianity means and how it helps shape the best times in the Anglosphere and that would strengthen this country. You have to understand that. You have to study the whole thing. You can't just pick out five cheap principles left by themselves. It does not make you a conservative. You have to live a life of faith and we're saved unto good works, unto righteousness. We need, as Jesus said, those who teach people to break the least of these commandments. You cannot teach wickedness and hedonism like Pastor Piper has taught and Mark Driscoll has taught. You cannot be a hardcore communist like Tim Keller teaching Christians that evolution is true. agreeing with the Catholic Church and the Pope that evolution is scientifically true, all of it, it's just that God used it for his purposes. You can't do these things and call yourself a responsible Christian leader. Now the main component that has brought down John Piper, Mark Driscoll, Many of these men, Francis Chan is another one, Matt Chandler, who I'm glad I was praying for him when he had his cancer. We're not saying that they aren't Christians. They're very effeminate, they're very girly men, and they love the charismatic stuff. And one thing I learned as a Catholic who was truly a Catholic, not a Catholic in name only, one of the things that helped to bring down the Catholic Church was the Catholic charismatic movement. It was not regulated by the Church. I saw the insanity for myself. And lo and behold, that when I fully became a Protestant and a Reformed Christian, that I witnessed the same debauchery infiltrating the Christian Church. Now, John MacArthur has said plenty about it, more than I have, and he's handled it in a much more elaborate way. So I'll leave that to you to explore. But when we start feeling powerful in ourselves because we speak in tongues, or we think we can perform miracles, or we have a direct line to the voice of God, this is when we get ourselves into trouble. What the apostles did during the book of Acts, and during early Christian history, was for a certain time to authenticate the Christian faith. No one can heal a withered hand. on command, the way Jesus Christ or the Apostles did. There are no longer any St. Peter's or St. Paul's that can do those things. And people that claim they can do it are filled with pride. And I'll prove it to you. Turn to Matthew 7 We'll read verses 15 through 23 and then we'll get into the article that Mr. Piper had written. So please turn to Matthew chapter 7 verses 15 through 23. Jesus warns against the charismatic types that keep their faith in miracle workings, wanting to brag that they cast out demons, and they could speak in tongues, and they could heal people on command, and they call themselves apostles and prophets. He warned us about that in Scripture. I'll read it to you right now. Matthew chapter 7. Beware of false prophets which come to you in sheep's clothing, But inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns or figs of thistles? Even so, every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit. Neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth forth not good fruit is honed down and cast into the fire. Whereof by their fruits ye shall know them. Now this sounds like many of the charismatic teachers today. Listen to this. Jesus says this, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils, and in thy name done many wonderful works. And then I will profess unto them, I never knew you, depart from me, ye that work iniquity. You don't have to be a famous Christian, a fancy Christian. You don't need to do the signs and wonders. God wants you to be faithful. He wants you to be faithful to his word. That's the number one thing that you should be focused on. Now I linked to a website which has done plenty of work on this, and it's www.newcalvinist.com, and exposes a lot of these heresies. I don't take credit for other people's work. And this gentleman, this ministry, they've done a wonderful job. And he speaks about John Piper's lack of discernment, who he backs up. Listen to this relationship with this pastor Mark Driscoll. The purpose of this article is to show the close link between Pastor John Piper of Desiring God Ministries and Pastor Mark Driscoll of Mars Hills Church in Seattle, who founded the Acts 29 Plant Churching Network. The relationship between the two men began in November of 2004. when Mark Driscoll invited John Piper to the Reformation Conference, whatever that means, at Mars Hill Church. The conference coincided with the release of Mark Driscoll's first book, The Radical Reformation. The title of Piper's sermon was, The Whole Glory of God, Governing and Knowing All That Will Come to Pass. He exhorted believers to glorify God by being satisfied in God. At the conference, Piper must have received an early copy of Radical Reformation, and therefore he was aware of Driscoll's flippant and irrelevant use of Scripture. So here we have Mark Driscoll in his confession, something he spoke about and wrote about. This is how he started his ministry. He said, Our church was still nearly all college students and singles, with a few young married couples and families with small children mixed in. I assumed the students and singles were all pretty horny, so I went out on a limb and preached through the Song of Solomon in the fall. I printed up a nice lengthy introduction to the book with a lot of information about sex and marriage. Each week I extolled the virtues of marriage, foreplay, sacred stripping, and sex outdoors. just as the book teaches because all scripture is indeed profitable. I was frank but not crass and did not back away from any church issues regarding sex and pleasure. This helped us a lot because apparently a pastor using words like the word for a man's private and something else which I can't say is unusual and before you could say aluminum pole in the bedroom Attendance began to climb steadily to more than 200 people a week. This is on pages 94 and 96 of his book, Confessions. If you watch his old videos, he has blasphemous artwork on his t-shirts. He's completely profane. I remember John McArthur was on the money when he told him he should just stop preaching altogether. And John Piper came out and defended him. Why? Because John Piper is just an older, more crusty version of Mark Driscoll. Where he teaches the same thing, that we are supposed to have this extreme pleasure in God. That's what we need to pursue. And I want to know what extreme pleasure Peter had when he desired to be crucified upside down. Or what extreme pleasure Paul had. Listen to Paul's writings. when he's in prison and alone. There are times when faith in our Lord is what gets us through. We can't always have this hedonistic pleasure in following him. Those are lessons of the world. So some of this perversion I won't even mention in in this sermon, but this is a great website. These are the New Calvinists. And there's actually a book, this gentleman, E.S. Williams, it's a great book, The New Calvinist Changing the Gospel. And this goes back to the first point I made in the sermon. It doesn't matter if you're in your 30s, or you're a minister like Pastor Piper, who I think is probably in his 70s by now, we have an immature group. Now if you look at the letter that John Piper wrote, which is posted on his website, Desiring God. It's called Policies, Persons, and Paths to Ruin, Pondering the Implications of the 2020 Election. And I agree with many of the points that he's brought out in this article. But the problem is, why would he come out With this article now, speaking against President Trump, who never claimed to be a pastor, never claimed to be a faithful Christian until recently, he tries to use the title, but he backs up such heresy within his own teaching, and he backs up perverted preachers like Amok Driscoll. This is the ultimate hypocrisy. And then he makes statements like this in the article. It is baffling to assume that pro-abortion policies kill more people than a culture saturating pro-self pride. Abortions are real dead bodies. Our president Being strongly pro-life and speaking against it is a wonderful thing. Hypothetically speaking about the lives that are ruined through pride is not the same as physically killing babies. That's a false equivalency. One of the first things you learn in any basic philosophy class. So, while much of the letter is fruitful, where was Pastor Piper? with the worst president we ever had in history. It was not Barack Obama, it was George Bush, who claimed to be a Christian, ruined the evangelicals more than President Trump did, never saw a war that he didn't like, and like a true charismatic Al President, when he was asked why he ultimately invaded Iraq, when it was Saudi Arabia most likely responsible for the 9-11 attacks, he said he heard God in a voice. He said, God told me so. This is the same president that when he was interviewed by a Catholic channel, they said, President Bush, when you looked into the eyes of President Putin, you said you saw pure evil. When you looked into the eyes of the Pope, what did you see? And this supposedly Protestant evangelical president, he said when he looked into the eyes of the Pope, he saw God. So where were these supposed conservative pastors when they should have been condemning George Bush, as I did and many others did, for starting these wars in the name of some fake Christian principle. what hypocrites we were. We're against abortion in this country and we're also against killing Muslim children and invading sovereign nations in the Middle East to kill their people and their children. And when we removed Saddam Hussein from Iraq, any geopolitical expert would tell you, we made it worse for Christians. Saddam Hussein being the secular Muslim was hated by traditional Muslims and protected many of the Christians in his nation just like Bashir al-Assad, who is an Alawite, protected many of the Syrian Christians. And when you started to try and take out Assad, that's what formed ISIS. The United States of America and their fake evangelical presidents are the ones that destabilized the Middle East and led to severe persecution and slaughter of Christians. We helped create ISIS with what we did in the Middle East. So where was John Piper then? And there's a gentleman on capstonereport.com And he wrote a great article. Evangelical elites like John Piper sound different in 2020 than 2012. Why is that? And I agree with him. John Piper trying to make people feel guilty about voting for Donald Trump, who at least talks a good game, claims that he's an orthodox evangelical, says that Jesus Christ is king, But somebody like Piper, like this gentleman writes in his article, speaking about John Piper and these type of Christian leaders, he asked the question, did I promote blasphemy when I voted for Mitt Romney? Did I promote divorce when I supported Ronald Reagan? Evangelical elites have a new standard in their attempt to keep conservative voters at home. To vote for Donald Trump is to endorse his immorality, they claim, all of it. John Piper is the latest preacher to show a lack of moral judgment. He opined against developing a moral calculus that one party might be better than another party. He writes, I will not develop some calculus to determine which path of destruction I will support. That is not my duty. My calling is to lead people to see Jesus Christ, trust his forgiveness for sins, treasure him above everything in this world, live in a way that shows his all-satisfying value, and help them make it to heaven with love and holiness. That calling is contradicted by supporting either pathway to cultural corruption and eternal ruin. Fascinating! Compare this to what Piper wrote in 2012 during the 2012 election. Barring catastrophe, Obama or Romney will be president. Yes. I know you may see it as a catastrophe even if either does get elected. The likelihood that both presidencies will be identical in the good and evil they do is infinitesimal. One will very probably do more good amid the bad, even if only a little. Quote, we can be part of that guess or sit it out. God promises wisdom to those who seek it. So the likelihood that prayed up Bible-shaped Christians will tip the scales toward the incrementally worse regime is small. Therefore, the likelihood that we will waste our time voting seems small. So when a candidate who believes blasphemy about Jesus was running in 2012, Christians like Piper That reducing Eve with only a little was a legitimate way to vote. So this is the point. Mitt Romney was a Mormon. Mormons believe in celestial virgins in heaven. They used to promote multiple marriages. Many of the founders of Mormonism were married to 20 and 30 wives. They teach that Jesus was just a regular man who, following certain principles, attained godhood. Mormons also teach, besides their rhetoric that you hear online and in their preaching, they also teach that all of us can become godlike and rule on our own worlds. Jesus Christ is not the Son of God in their teaching. And they wear magic underwear, which is very similar to Masonic rituals when they get married. And if you're ever allowed to go inside their temples and look around, you don't know whether you're inside a Masonic temple or a church. So that's Mormonism. But John Piper had no problem backing up that type of candidate. But all of a sudden, President Trump is the Antichrist. And I'm telling you what happened to these ministers. They are deathly afraid. They see the beatings in the streets. They see the shootings. They know that we might get taken over. And they just want to score points and be on the good side of social justice and socialism and communism and all this godliness. But as I warned you in the beginning of the sermon, it doesn't matter how nice you play. These people are wicked and they're coming for all of us. So we should be preparing as Christians And if you didn't make Christians feel guilty over voting for Mitt Romney or for George Bush, you shouldn't try and make them feel guilty over voting for President Trump, who is against sex trafficking, pedophilia. He is pro-America. He hasn't done what we've liked him to do, but there's much less trouble with him than the worst president we've ever had in modern history, George Bush. There's a conservative pundit, Dan Bongino, and I wish him well as he's battling cancer. He's a family man and I hope he recovers from his sickness. And he has this shtick that he does online. He'll name the date and he'll say, October 25th, 2020. It's October 25th, 2020 and Barack Obama is still the worst president we've ever had in American history or something like that. And I have to disagree. The worst president we ever had was President Bush. He disgraced Christians. He tricked the evangelical camp. And you see that even he has no problem for voting for someone like a Joe Biden or other liberals. President Bush destroyed the Christian name. Barack Obama did not do that. He did not do as much damage to this country as President Bush did. So let's get to the final point in the sermon. This is the problem that we have now. This is our real problem. We will reiterate the point that the position of the president and the role of the federal government has turned into the monster the founding fathers worried about. Voting for President Trump in this election only delays the collapse. We as Christians must covenant together and prepare for the potential breakup of America. The last decent candidate we had was Ron Paul. The last biblical candidate that we had was Chuck Baldwin for the Constitution Party. So right now we're faced with either choice is really not that attractive, but feel no guilt if you vote for President Trump. Because of his stance against pedophilia, sex trafficking, people like Jeffrey Epstein that have gotten arrested recently. Many of these people that would not have been arrested if it wasn't for his administration. President Trump is a Samson type. He's extremely prideful. He was disgusting in a lot of his practices, his sexual practices. He has brought a lot of trauma to his family. But he still has principles. He's not a pedophile. He still stands against sex trafficking. He's still a patriot. He doesn't like it when America gets pushed around. But the main problem is he is too powerful. Now, I linked to an article that Zero Hedge linked to, and it's called America at the Point of No Return. And again, we don't promote all these sites that we link up to, but some of the things that they said that they bring up a truth. Dr. Ron Paul, someone who was a gynecologist, never performed an abortion, completely with the free market, always consistent with what the founding fathers wanted. Ron Paul warned us. He said, in one of the best sections of the book, Anton sets forward his understanding of the Constitution. He says, Our founders sought to establish the weakest possible federal government capable of performing its essential functions for three fundamental and intertwined reasons. First, government is inherently dangerous, so the less power it has, the better. That's a biblical principle. We can't trust any man, so we want our leaders to be restricted in the power they have. Second, the states being closer to the people and more responsible to regional differences and needs are better equipped to handle most matters than a far off centralized administration. People in Washington cannot understand the difference between a Nebraska farming community and an inner city community in New York. That's up to local leadership. The way the country was founded, your governor was your president. The state was your president. So we didn't want a national church, but we wanted the state to support certain denominations and Christian living. And you'll see this in the state constitutions. All original state constitutions mention God and even Jesus Christ. And then third, the states were prior to the federal government. The people through their states created the latter to serve them and not the other way around. Liberals love to quote Thomas Jefferson but they seem to leave out his quote when Thomas Jefferson said that the federal government is a beast that needs to be chained down. We will be under a dictatorship because we allowed federal government to get too strong. And that's why regardless of who wins the election this year, Christians need to unite and love and care for one another and start real Christian communities and be ready to defend ourselves. Because the same way President Trump has caused all these changes to executive orders and doing things that were not constitutional, whether we like it or not. The next president, if he is a flaming communist, can do the same thing. And this is why we are at the end stage in our nation and will probably break up. Now this is not to scare anyone. When places break up, a lot of times it means more freedom. This is what happened with the old Soviet Union. When it fell, many of those nations now, those satellite nations that were trapped under the Soviet Union, are doing much better. Look at Poland. Look at Hungary. Many of them are doing much better. They have more self-determination. It will be the same for the states. You and I will be able to pick a more conservative Christian state and get out from under the thumb of the federal government. The Department of Education is unconstitutional. The Environmental Protection Agency is unconstitutional. The IRS which taxes us to debt and spends our money on things that Christians don't want to spend our money on is unconstitutional. We need to get back to local governments. Remember that. Study your constitution. Study the Christianity of our Founding Fathers, their political philosophy, and you'll understand what's going on today. Do not be guilty in the way that you vote, regardless of what troubled pastors and false prophets like John Piper tell us. And I will end on Matthew 25, and this should be our focus as Christians. when it becomes, when it turns November 3rd and after November 3rd. We don't need to hurt people because they're Democrat or liberal or because they're Republican or some type of fake conservative. We need to teach people how to live again. And our Lord Jesus teaches that. And when this country was founded and followed these principles, we had strong families, and schools, and businesses, and a strong decentralized government. Let's read the words of Jesus Christ. Jesus does not ask us to be charismatics. He asks us to be everyday, day-to-day Christians doing the things that don't get noticed. Let's listen to the words of Christ, not me or some other pastor. So how does Jesus tell us how to behave? He tells us. When a son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory. And before him shall be gathered all nations, and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divided the sheep from the goats. And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left. And how will he judge them? Because of the fancy miracles they perform, the speaking in tongues? No! Let's listen. Then shall the king say unto them on his right hand, Come ye blessed of my father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. Why? For I was hungered, and you gave me meat. I was thirsty, and you gave me drink. I was a stranger, and you took me in, naked, and you clothed me. I was sick, and ye visited me. I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee a-hungered, and feed thee, or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in, or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the king shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. Then he shall say unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was a hungry, and you gave me no meat. I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink. I was a stranger, and you took me not in, naked, and you clothed me not. Sickened in prison, and you visited me not, then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee a hungred, or a thirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall He answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, And as much as ye did not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to Me. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into life eternal. Amazing! Jesus Christ telling His believers that those who follow the Ten Commandments and love God and love their neighbor will get into heaven. And those who ignored their neighbor and did not observe the Ten Commandments will go to hell. So we see in Matthew chapter 7, all the fancy charismatic stuff today you see on TV and on the radio, the tongues, the healings, the casting out of demons, and the prophesying Jesus does not care about. He doesn't. He has the Holy Spirit to do that work. And relying on that and not being faithful to God's commands to truly love your neighbor through the simple things will get you cast into hell. And then right here in Matthew chapter 25 we have exactly what Jesus wants. Salt of the earth Christians forming community, supporting one another. So don't feel guilty in who you vote for this election. If you do decide to vote for president Trump, because he is not a hardcore communist, he's a classic New York liberal who still loves the country, has many things wrong with him. He is debased like Samson in many ways, but he is pro-life. He does stand up against, listen, let's make America great again. You know how? Let's make America execute pedophiles again. Let's kill those who hurt children and molest children. Let's be righteous for our God and put those to death who need to be put to death. Let's do that. So let's make America Execute pedophiles again and child rapists the way we are supposed to and let's stop protecting them Why don't we do that this election? With that, I say, God bless you. Look up the references I gave. Go to the websites that are on your outline. And once again, when I criticize a pastor, I'm not criticizing their wife or their children. I'm not saying they aren't Christians. They are disqualified as Bible teachers. And to protect their own souls, they should not teach anymore. And with that, I say, God bless you. So let's pray. Almighty God, we thank you for the opportunity to bring your word. We pray, Lord, that regardless of what happens in this election, that your will would be done, that murderers, rapists, pedophiles, those who prey on children would be brought to justice regardless of who wins the election. that the filth that the American Church has hid for so long would come to the surface, that those who deserve justice would receive it, and that Christians would once again learn their word how spoiled we have been for so long. that we would learn, especially Christian men, how to live our lives, run our families, run our government, stop with the addiction to sports and entertainment and pornography, become addicted to the Bible and to biblical political doctrine, and learn to answer all of life from the answers that are in the Bible. We thank you, Lord Jesus, for this time. We thank you, King Jesus, and we say Amen. Thank you for joining us this week. May you all be safe. May you prepare for the coming trouble that we will have. But remember, God is with us and does protect us. And don't be afraid. Amen.
