Did God use the Big Bang? This
is Ken Ham, a publisher of the award-winning family magazine,
Answers. All this week we're going to
be looking at problems with the Big Bang. Well, the biggest problem
with the idea is that it directly contradicts God's Word. The Big
Bang is a way of explaining the origins of the universe without
God, but the Bible makes it clear that God is the Creator. And
the order of events is wrong. According to the Big Bang, stars
came before the Earth, but Genesis says the Earth was created before
the stars. Also, according to the Big Bang,
the Earth started as a hot molten blob, but Genesis has the Earth
covered with water in the beginning. God didn't use the Big Bang.
He created everything from nothing in six 24-hour days, just as
it says in Genesis. Discover more problems with the
Big Bang and other naturalistic ideas when you visit AnswersInGenesis.org. You'll see how science confirms
