This is "The Parable of the Marriage Feast". It is Jesus' third parable of the day. It's found only in Matthew. The chief concern is the marriage of God's Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to His chosen bride, the church. The wedding garment is a type of the imputation of righteousness. The "Man without a Wedding Garment" typifies the Jewish people. Or, more precisely, all people to whom righteousness was not reckoned at the Cross.
