The Door of the Sheep

In most Jewish communities, a commonly-held and walled area existed for the sheep. They grazed under the shepherd's care during the day and were in the pen at night. The pen had two doors: a short one for the sheep and a higher one for the shepherds. The sheep knew their door and their shepherd. Christ used this for a parable. He declared Himself to be the only way out of Judaism and into heaven.
