For human beings, there is a finality to death. That reality makes death an important event. We do not celebrate the death of anyone, but just like one's birth, death day is a big day. Because of this, it is important that we live for things that are important. Our society stresses living for the moment. The theme is carpe diem-seize the day. Jesus and Paul are two examples of living for a different purpose. Today looks at the meaning of life.
