Of course, the word Rapture appears nowhere in the Bible. However, the concept of a catching up is found numerous times. You will be surprised to find that it usually refers to a violent snatching away for the purposes of judgement, not a gathering of believers.

Great Sermon! Separation of the Sheep and Goats here in Luke 17 and Matt 25, does not discredit dispensationalism. I am not a traditional dispensationalist, but I do believe in a limited one. The church has not replaced Israel. And, also I believe you can not find the rapture in Matt 24, 25,Mark 13 or Luke 17 or 21. Luke 17:37 is very plain. The rapture occurs long before these events take place.

True Exegesis Thank you for your wonderful message. For anyone who still doubts this interpretation of scripture grab a topical Bible and revisit those familiar passages laying aside all preconceptions.
RARE SERMON, which makes it great! This is an eye-opener, readily demonstrating the Scriptural position that the unbelievers will be taken out before the Believers. Of course, this is totally opposite from Dispensationalism, which opposition further authenticates the ring of truth of the message to all who have ears to hear.
