Extensive study of John Paul II’s written documents and published
statements turns up repeated reference to one Bible verse; John 19:27:
“Then saith He to the disciple, ‘Behold thy mother!’"
Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger ended his homily at the Pope's funeral mass
with a prayer to Mary and a reference to John Paul’s fondness for John
19:27: “The Holy Father...heard the words of the crucified Lord as
addressed personally to him: ‘Behold your Mother.’ (John 19:27). Totus
Pope John Paul II was a supreme Mariolator! The motto he adopted for his
Pontificate centred on his devotion to Mary..."Totus tuus" ["Totally
This sermon traces John Paul II's slavish pursuit of the worship of
Mary, and reveals how he believed Mary would be the key in reconciling
the faiths of Rome, the Orthodox churches, Protestantism and Islam.
1. The PROMOTION of Mariolatry:
An examination of the Pope's single-minded loyalty to the 'goddess cult'
2. The PROGRESS of Mariolatry:
Emphasising how Mary is seen as the figurehead for the one-world
religion God labels a 'spiritual whore' - and outlining how Mel Gibson's
Passion softens Protestant opposition to Mariolatry.
3. The PERVERSENESS of Mariolatry:
The Biblical teaching about Mary; from her own lips come the admissions
that she was a) A Sinner and b) A Servant.
It is interesting to note, in his first speech as the new Pope,
Ratzinger (Benedict XVI) stated: "Mary, his most beloved Mother, stands
on our side."
Pope John Paul II's Outlandish Interest It is rather bizarre and overtly outlandish how Roman Catholics are involved in Mariolatry. Of course, we know that this "Virgin Mary" of which the Vatican speaks of is a demon. This proves that the Vatican has revived Babylon itself, especially the worship of Ishtar.
It also shows that the Vatican is pressuring the world into worshiping idols, especially idols in the form of "the Virgin Mary". While the pressure to go along with idol worship is something that today's apostate evangelical churches are doing, we must not go along with it.
Pope John Paul II was an idolater from the beginning and died as an idolater to the very end. We also realize that idolaters, including Pope John Paul II and every Roman Catholic, will have their part in the Lake of Fire burning with fire and brimstone, the second death.
Remember Revelation 21:8.

Great Sermon! As a young bride my in laws sent us to Rome in the hopes I would convert... Years later I still remember feeling embarrassed by the homosexual art...so I made this movie... I praise the Lord for men like you who still speak out about Sodom . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =w0T5jNIY-7A

A Good One! I haven't read pastor Brown's sermon but I can see thru my spiritual eyes I can see a good one. The fact is that pastor Brown is not afraid to preach the truth. This are the kind of Christians Jesus wants here, real soldiers ready to move - no matter what the enemy sends. May the Lord bless you pastor Brown and your church and family.

Great Sermon! Thank you Sir for your wonderful message on "The Pope's Favorite Bible Verse?" What a great blessing it was to hear the precious Word of God preached in season on sermon audio.com.
May God richly bless you Rev Brown and "continue to blow you like a trumpet" with his wonderful words of life.

Great Sermon! As a fundamentalist, KJV-reading Pentecostal, I was delighted to hear this well-documented message about the open idolatry of the latest popes and their "church" of Rome. I need a transcript of this message so that I can borrow heavily from it as I preach to my fellow missionaries at our missionary training camp. May God richly bless the Rev. Ian Brown as he so eloquently exposes the undeniable truth that the Vatican and its pope are antichrist.
Great Sermon! Well thought message from Rev Brown. Interesting to reflect on the issue of Mary being the link to reconcilling of the faiths.
I noticed this statement on the Clonard/Fitzroy fellowship website.
The aim of this fellowship is -
"Reconciliation Work in Clonard/Fitzroy Fellowship - an association of about 25 people who worship in Clonard Church and about 25 members of Fitzroy Presbyterian Church. This fellowship has developed links between the Clonard Catholic congregation and the Fitzroy Presbyterian congregation through building confidence in "single identity" meetings, and an annual programme of joint meetings, including a week-end retreat together. Members of the fellowship - both Catholic and Presbyterian - have visited other congregations of the Church to share our experience of this model of the reconciliation process with them as one which is very suited to the "culture of learning" of Church members.
Another aim of this union makes interesting reading.
"Monthly study meetings with members of the ecumenical Society of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the role of Mary in the Church so that the admiration and love of her which is shared by all the Churches may become a path and a rallying point for growth in mutual understanding and fuller communion of life."

Great Sermon! As are you, I am bound by scripture to expose this pagan emissary of Satan; "The Great Whore", Rome.
God the Father, The Holy Spirit, and Christ Jesus are mocked by the 'Holy' Roman Catholic church...............Christ is the single most important mission of truth!

Great Sermon! If you really want to know where the pope went to when he died, then listen to this sermon. This new pope has started of where the last left off, so we will know his ending also if he continues on with his Mary the Queen worship.
"Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.
But he said (JESUS), Yea RATHER BLESSED ARE THEY THAT HEAR THE WORD OF GOD, AND KEEP IT".
That's why "YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN".

Great Sermon! When many "evangelicals" are being snared in admiration for the pomp and popularity of the current "bandwagon" of the papacy, these sermons are vital for true christians to hear and heed as they truly expose the ugly harlot behind the makeover!
Well done Rev Brown!.. Keep the faith!

Great Sermon! Excellent message! ....A "must hear" sermon!....Listen, learn, and be warned about the coming one-world-religion and the uniting force of the ecumenical movement!
