In Philippians 4 Paul shows us how we can have spiritual stability. In verses 2-3 of Chap 4 Paul writes about Unity. In verse 4 He wants the Philippians to Rejoice in the Lord. In verse 6 Paul tells them that they should not be anxious but rather they should be prayerful & thankful.
If you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, then you should be a person that is thankful. Paul wants us to be in the habit of thinking about things that are good and true and lovely.
