* Romans 14-15 the meat is non-kosher meant
* The second main difference is the weaker brother. He is offended at the freedom of the stronger believer. But in the 1 Corinthians passage, the weaker brother is not offended but is caused to offend.
* In Romans, he is the "upset brother," but in 1 Corinthians he is a "stumbling brother."
* To cause one to sin, it would be better to have a mill stone around the neck and thrown into the sea.
* Love is more important that wisdom

* After they show me their reason, I should be prepared to show them my reasons
* If my brother is "cause to offend," then I will never listen to that music in front of him again.
* Thus, if my brother is "caused to offend," then I should differ to him. But if my brother is "offended," then I can prefer him but can also agree to disagree on the issue
