There are individual Christians, who seem quite content to never have someone they call their pastor. In this nation, there is a great need, but an increasingly lesser desire for God given, God called pastors. But I simply say this…Every church needs a pastor. Every Christian needs a pastor. Every community needs faithful men that God has called to serve that community. If God's people didn't need them, God wouldn't have given them.
