Paul Scharf, church ministries representative for The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry, pays tribute to his seminary theology professor and mentor, Dr. Myron J. Houghton, who went to be with the Lord earlier this month. Scharf shares memories of Dr. Houghton and the influence that he had upon Scharf's life and ministry—and also speaks about his other theological mentor, Dr. John C. Whitcomb, who went to heaven in February of this year. Also available here is the column about Dr. Houghton to which Scharf refers (note: he misstates the title of the column in the video). You can also find it at the link above. Scharf's blog post about Dr. Whitcomb is available at: https://www.foi.org/2020/02/14/in-memoriam-my-remembrance-of-dr-john-c-whitcomb/. Thanks for listening! We hope that you find this memorial to these two great theologians to be encouraging and uplifting.
