If you would be faithful to God, you must believe and declare this truth to others: that there is only one God, and that there is only one way to know this infinitely great and holy God. He is found by receiving His word and having faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Since this is the case, I believe that we can draw this further conclusion from this chapter of Scripture and indeed from the whole Bible; that God hates the practice of all false worship. He hates it, and yet, He also expressed a deep longing that people would stop it, and that they would turn back to Him. In verse 4 Jeremiah says – "However I have sent to you all My servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, saying, 'Oh, do not do this abominable thing that I hate!" So let me give you 4 reasons that God hates false worship.
