Having completed the book of James, Pastor Hille gives a one lesson review. The book of James is a very practical book. James brings this out in our text verse. He shows in the 2nd chapter that faith without works is dead, using the examples of Abraham and Rahab. There is not one single doctrine that cannot be practiced by the people of the Lord. One day we will stand before the Lord and give an account of our practice. There will be no blue-book examination when we are on the bema-seat of Christ, but there will be a judgment of our works. We pray this lesson will be used of the Lord to provoke you to be doers and not hearers only of God's Word.
