If you are not completely with Jesus, you are against Him. There is no neutral ground. This is a choice that every person has to make: Will I be for Jesus Christ, or not? Many people would rather not choose. Most people do not think of themselves as being against Jesus Christ, but they are not entirely for him either. They are willing to admire Him from a distance as long as he does not make any demands upon them. This is even true in the church, where people worship on Sunday and then go back to their worldly ways the rest of the week. But Jesus warns us that we cannot have it both ways. With Him there is no middle ground. If you say with your lips you are on Christ's side, yet you live like the devil, you testify that Christ is unworthy of your all. A lukewarm faith is no endorsement of the Gospel, it is an advertisement against it.
