Mr. Alastair Matthews is originally from Dunfermline, once the ancient capital of Scotland. Mr. Matthews married Emily in 1980, who he met while serving on a short-term assignment with the London City Mission, moved to the States in 1994. They have five children Helen, Laura, Iain, Alan and Lydia, of which three are still at home on the family "hobby farm". He is a teacher of chemistry at Sheboygan North High School, Wisconsin. | more | less
